I bought my crib last November and I've been trying to get Estately to take down the pics of my pad for the past 6 weeks
I bought my crib last November and I've been trying to get Estately to take down the pics of my pad for the past 6 weeks. They don't give you the option to do it yourself online, so I've hit them up a bunch of times, but they haven't hit me back and I can't get a hold of them.
Estately got it all wrong about our condo in ***
Estately got it all wrong about our condo in ***. They keep saying it's a foreclosure, but that's not true at all. We've told them over and over again, but they won't listen. It's really frustrating because it could hurt our chances of selling it. They need to fix this ASAP.
Is Estately Legit?
Estately earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
The age of Estately's domain suggests that they have had sufficient time to establish a reputation as a reliable source of information and services. This can provide reassurance to potential customers seeking quality products or services.
Estately.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.
Several positive reviews for Estately have been found on various review sites. While this may be a good sign, it is important to approach these reviews with caution and consider the possibility of fake or biased reviews.
We looked up Estately and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While Estately has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 9 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- There was some difficulty in evaluating or examining the information or data present on the estately.com. This could be due to technical issues, limited access, or website may be temporarily down for maintenance or experiencing technical difficulties.
- Estately protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
Hey, I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Estately right now
Hey, I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Estately right now. I bought my house back in August, and even though it's been sold, there are still 22 pictures of it up on their website. I mean, come on, guys! Can you please take them down already? The address is ***. Thanks.
I contacted Estately to take down the pics of our crib after we sold it
I contacted Estately to take down the pics of our crib after we sold it. They ain't as transparent as Redfin or Zillow about how they do it, and it's getting in the way of my fam's privacy. I'm asking them to kindly remove the pic of our spot:

I've been trying to get Estately to remove the photos and descriptions of my home since it was sold, but they haven't responded to any of my requests. As a single mom with an abusive ex-husband, it's really important to me that my home's details aren't publicly available. It's not safe for me or my children. My realtor even tried to contact them, but they didn't answer her either. This is unacceptable and they're putting my family at risk. Please, Estately, remove these photos as soon as possible.

I bought a house last year and Estately still has pics online that show the inside of my crib, which is a major security prob. The house ain't for sale no more, so there's no reason for Estately to keep these pics up and put me at risk. They got tricky links on their site that make it seem like you can get the pics taken down, but when you click on 'em, they ask for personal info that's got nothin' to do with removing pics (like the last four digits of your social). It's shady and uncool.
I asked Estately to take off my house pics on their site a few months after I bought it
I asked Estately to take off my house pics on their site a few months after I bought it. I also asked Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Realtor and other sites to do the same and they did. It's not safe to have all these pics online, especially since I have kids. There have been a lot of burglaries in my area lately and these pics could help thieves plan a break-in. Here's the link to my house on Estately: https://www.estately.com/listings/info/*** If you search my address, you'll see that the popular real estate sites have already taken down my house pics.
I own a house and I closed on it last November
I own a house and I closed on it last November. But, the pictures of my house are still on estately.com. I don't want them there because it's not safe. I asked them six times to take them down, but they didn't do it. I contacted other websites and they took them down right away. Estately.com is the only one that didn't do it. I hope they can take them down soon.
