Login to the platform not possible nor close of positions
No access to online platform for more than 8 hours nor to the offline platform after Portfolio of 8k declared as empty by etoro. Impossible to trade positions and as a consequence huge losses are at stake. Some positions were even just bought before the platform went down to benefit from the colossal dips and sell shortly which was impossible exclusively due to etoro's fault and responsibility.
Suspicious Log in failure
Today was one of the day of those several time that i was unable to log in to etoro website to trade and check my portfolio, etc.. they claims that the site was under maintenance during a volatile trading day. This happend many times already in the past. After us market opened they shut their website again, i am unable to even send them a complaint as the website refuse to fo it. (See photo attached) I always been using their app from my mobile, so this time it's something new. They have an offline option to CLOSE my positions, but I don't see details about the current stock price, it seems that they want to make me to close them which I won't do as i know that i am in negative right now. I saw many their users complained in etoro's forum. Something very fishy here...

Platform offline & unusable when running
From 1500- to currently 18.53 pm the trading platform has been pretty much unusable. Can't open or close any positions but more importantly I haven't been able to adjust my stop loss position in a period of high volatility. This is still the case at this very moment. I have logged this wit customer service & written on Facebook messenger. I am extremely concerned that I am potentially losing over a £1000 through no problem I've caused. It is utterly unacceptable

unethical behaviour
Etoro intentionally set a unchangeable Stop loss to my GME shares which consequently made me lose approx. $1200 yesterday. I bought the shares when they were $265 per share and noticed SL was set to somewhere at $215. I tried to change it but the system didn't let me. I saw the share reaching reaching the limit and I couldn't do anything to change it. Felt so helpless and vulnerable.
This is an unacceptable behaviour for me.
I didn't take any photos coz I wasn't sure what I did wrong at that time. But after reading the posts of other Etoro users on WSB, I realised what actually happened. There are lots of evidences and posts regarding this issues from multiple Etoro users on WBS.
Cryptocurrency exchange, transfer to walllet
I can not transfer my cryptocurrencies (woth 700$) from etoro exchange to etoro wallet, to further pass it to my ledger wallet.
Customer care can not help me for more than a month, marking my case as solved each time. For fifth time I have to explain my issue again, sending screenshots with the same error message. It takes them few days to reply with the same answer not solving anything.
Worst support ever. I believe they intentionally block my from transfering my funds elsewhere, which I don't think is legal.

I joined Etoro and everything seemed to go smoothly. I deposited 50.00 dollars at first and purchased some Crypto. After I have seen that everything went well I then deposited another 2000.00 dollars and purchased that amount in Crypto. A few days later I received an email stating that they want to validate my bank account so I sent them bank statements and a copy showing my deposit from the bank. Since then, they will not let me buy, deposit. Or take my money out. I have contacted them numerous and they claim they are very busy and will get back to me. I am going crazy because I feel they scammed out of my money and I can't get it back. I am not the only one. I am hoping that this will help get my funds and Etoro not be allowed to rip people off in the US. Please help me.

I am requesting my withdrawal and I have done everything I can to contact them. Its been 11 days and dont have my money still. I followed the rules and verified my account and did not violate any issue to the platform or etoro. They keep sending automatic system generated response. I do visit their website and keep filing a complain ticket and sending message to their e mail but no response now. Please help me to get my money back.

balance money refund; 15 days no refund
Invested USD 200 into Etoro. After 3 days trading I lost USD 5. Need the balance money so did the withdrawal. They said I need to do complete verfication process pending One document. They said if I Close my Etoro Account than I don't needto continue verification. They said they will refund my balance USD 166.54 after deducting their fee of USD 25. Fine. After 12 days waited no refund. I contacted them and told me to prduce my Bank Statement showing no money received from Etoro. I did prduced it. Already another 4 days still no refund. Can you advise, can we do any legal action against Etoro. Can I get back my balance money. Thank you

what is etoro ? etoro is a fake trading site where they are encouraging people to invest to get more money, at first look i thought it was a legit site i have decided to deposit 9448 us dollar . When i start the trade the site automatically log me out while my real money is trading i have tried multiple time to login but i couldn't next day when i login i see my balance with minus more than a thousand us dollar i have decided to contact the support team with no answer, i have decided to open a dispute through paypal this is when etoro started to contact me after i have opened the case they called me all they were saying is i have to close the case they know that they site has this issue i am not the only one complaining about it they will compensate the lost affected by their site issue . They have sent some messages to me as well i have all the screenshots . They said when the paypal case is opened they don't have the option to refund i have to close the case, when the case is closed what they do, they have just blocked my account with my money in when i tried to login it says your account is blocked, i have contacted them with no answer, people have to get away from etoro they are real thieves, they have blocked my account with my money in i don't know what they are doing with the account if they are manipulate it more or what ?. please share this to tell people stay away from etoro they are thieves . missing money/refusal to withdraw
So i dumped 1700 CDN into this site. won a little in crypto currencies over time, all while paying ridiculous fees for trading. When it comes time i want out they refund me less than i originally put in. On top they lost some of the additional profits I made in a withdraw request they posted as processed that i simply never received. when I try to talk to their customer service all i get is an automated response followed by a second email days later stating my issue is resolved.
To this day i have not seen the so called processed money come my way and in addition they still hold 700 dollars of mine that they refuse to give back unless i give an alternative payment method through skrill, webmoney etc. sites that are not trusted and i simply can't make an account for because im Canadian.
Long story short don't waste your time or money on this company they're clearly out to take money, not provide a trading service in any way.

I have used eToro services and I can say they are big liars. The exchange rate is huge, the fees are huge, you only loose money and you can't get non of it back.
unauthorised credit card debit
I had an amazing situation with Etoro, suddenly after I have finish my conversation with customer service (live chat) i got a SMS from my bank that Etoro debit US$1, 000 from my credit card. I called my bank and reported the situation about the debit in credit card, bank said the Etoro ordered the debit. I got a call from customer service in Cyprus - Ms. Ivena Balaseva who immediately took action to return my money. Nevertheless now I am waiting an explanation why they are returning my US$1, 000 with charge of about US$50?
poor customer service
I have no idea what I have putted myself into by joining the broker of poor customer service. Since the beginning of last week I have been asking them to refund my account back and close. Since then they have been sending "we will get back to you nonsense". Any advise of what I should do to get my funds back. Its been a while I have been getting the same tune from and tell me if it is a difficult thing that I am asking from them. What type of a broker cant handle a small request like that. And their system is stupid, it is so simply to deposit money and it is a hustle to access it. If one is thinking of choosing a broker to trade on, my advise is to consider the liquidity of the broker and etoro is one of those poor customer service brokers.

withdrawals
I've made 5 withdrawals starting in 25th of April, I waited till 10th of May, nothing received!
I told my account manager about that, then I've received email from etoro telling me that there was a technical issue and they solved it and I will receive my withdrawals in 5-8 business days.
After 9 business days I still not received any thing, so, I sent to customer service about this.
they told me that your withdrawals have been processed successfully in the 1st date that you made the withdrawal!
I don't understand how they told me in the 1st email that there was a technical issue delayed the transactions and in 2nd email they said that there wasn't a problem!
After this, I post on etoro asking about how to complain about this, and I blocked.
Money
I placed 100 dollars to my etoro account and used it on bitcoins but then when I sold the shares again and sent the money back to my paypal, both websites said I had no money in my accounts. I emailed frequently etoro asking for my money back but they never replied. I'm starting to beleive that it is a fake company.
False promses and breaking rules
i had an acount with them and so do my sister, and when i started getting people to join and had many alerts online ech time they joined Etoro never gave me peny, also they booted me and others becose the manager of my sis account told her that she can use my paypal and once she did and after third time etoro remebered its not right! and kicked us both and up todate no bounses gifted and totally over and over same lies and the funny thing that paypal did belived me because they know me and the scaled 50usd from them and gave it to me! and i am goanna report them to caysec and other ebsite untill i got my own bonuses also my sister s well (( will upoad any fill if request only to arpove my story)

complaint regarding closed trade
I have an issue with retail fx / etoro.com. One of my trades was closed due to system error in August 2011. I contacted etoro support and my problem was saved in etoro CRM system with Case ID 28, 106. I asked them to investigate what happened with my trade and to compensate me for the loss. So far my problem hasn't been resolved. The problem is in communication with etoro. I have an account manager, who is supposed to be my point of contact at etoro. However, my account manager does no reply to my emails, nor is it possible to reach him by phone. I sent him several reminders about my case and tried to call him many times. As I couldn't reach my account manager, later I contected eToro live support. They promised to investigate my case and they insisted my account manager would contact me back. I contacted eToro support regarding this 4 or 5 times and I always got the same answer. But no one contacted me back from etoro. I also sent a complaint to [protected]@retailfx.com several weeks ago, but it also stayed unreplied. Etoro platform is easy to use, but once you get into trouble, you are left alone.
I had exactly the same problem, and so far nothing from them.
issue of withdraw inintial deposit of 50$
I have issue with retailfx.com by using their internet platform etoro.com. I have deposit for 50USD and after first trade my avalable balance have decreased to 48.37$ so I asked them to withdraw this amount back to my paypal account. After calling them and submit this request, I also submited a claim with Paypal regarding this situation. Etoro.com and Retailfx.com add so many fees and commissions that they didn't clearely indicate on their website so it makes impossible to use their service.regards

Disconnection problems which consequently increase the size of losses
eToro claims be easy to use platform with no problems when trading Forex is concerned. But once in the connection problems are way too much to say that is true. In the end of trading with eToro, you won't be making profit as eToro gets your earnings capped and most times the buttons get disabled. This means that you can't cancel the trades you're on. Today i've lost 500$ to this problem and eToro admits the problems although refuses giving refunds. This problem is way more complex than what i say here. But in the end it stays the recommendation that you should not use eToro for trading unless you don't care for your profits.

Etoro account under review, without any prior notice, effectively freezing it, and would not provide a reason for its action and would not provide a timeframe for the review. The customer service is busy,. The complaint page on etoro website does not exist. I am pulling my money out as soon as the review is over.

Etoro closed my account with over $300 opened positions of XRP, BTC and Neo.
This is cheating me and I will need my account to be reopened by Etoro or to refund all my money including the negative opened positions since I am not the one who decided to close my account with them.
