Disappointing Experience, Proceed with Caution
I recently had a disappointing experience with AAFES Class 6 Nellis Express. I ordered a toaster that arrived with brown stains and a burning smell, indicating it was used and not new. The customer service was unhelpful, and the free shipping option with the Star Card was not worth it. I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution when considering shopping at AAFES Class 6 Nellis Express.
Disappointing Experience, Proceed with Caution
After reading through various reviews of AAFES Class 6 Nellis Express, I must say that my experience aligns with the negative feedback shared by many customers. The quality of products received was subpar, with clear signs of wear and tear on supposedly new items. The customer service was lacking, with issues regarding order fulfillment and unhelpful responses. It's disheartening to see a business fail to meet the expectations of its customers, especially those who serve in the military. Based on the feedback provided, I would advise potential customers to approach their purchases from AAFES Class 6 Nellis Express with caution and manage their expectations accordingly.
Ditto "Worthless
Too funny. I had the same experience: unable to log in or reset my password. I could not enter my dob (required) on the reset page from an iPad. Thought I would do them a favor by calling (you can't email or chat unless you logged in). She first accused me of doing it wrong, then admitted that the site is built for Chrome. I guess they only want half the business...

Disappointed with Shopmyexchange: Poor Customer Service and Long Wait for Dryer Legs
We recently made a purchase on Shopmyexchange.com for a washer and dryer on October 28th. We received the washer two weeks later, but unfortunately, we had to wait another two weeks for the dryer to arrive. It was quite a long wait, but we were excited to finally receive our new dryer. However, when we opened the package, we were disappointed to find that the dryer had no legs. We were shocked and didn't know what to do.
We immediately contacted Shopmyexchange customer service to report the issue. Unfortunately, they told us that the only thing they could do was to email the place where they ordered the dryer and have them send us the legs. We were surprised that they didn't have a phone number to call this place. We were frustrated and confused. How could they not have a phone number? We had to wait for 48 hours for the email to be seen and then wait for them to ship the legs. It was a long and tedious process.
To make matters worse, the "manager" we spoke with was rude and unhelpful. She lied about being the only manager working and that she had no one higher than her to talk to. We were skeptical of her claims, so we called back to verify her statements. It was a frustrating experience, and we felt like we were being treated unfairly.
Overall, we were disappointed with our experience with Shopmyexchange. We expected better customer service and a more efficient process. We don't recommend purchasing from them, and we suggest looking elsewhere for your needs. The customer service department is a joke, and they don't go above and beyond for their customers. We hope they improve their services in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Exchange: Poor Customer Service and Policies
So, I recently made a purchase on Exchange (shopmyexchange.com) and I gotta say, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I was really excited about the killer sale they had going on for iPads, so I decided to buy a bunch as gifts and even got the max amount for later. But then, things took a turn for the worse.
I got flagged for buying too many and had to talk to some manager in the risk department. Let me tell you, this guy was a real [censored]. He started interrogating me like I was some kind of criminal. I mean, come on, Exchange, if you don't want people to buy an excessive amount, why not just put quantity limits like any other store would? Instead, they'd rather flag your account and make you feel bad about spending money. And to top it off, they called me a reseller. Like, seriously?
I get that profits go to service members, which is great, but when you make me feel like some kind of scammer, you guys can keep your items. I'll just pay another corporation that actually wants to take my money and rewards me for it.
And to make matters worse, their NOI to me was a complete mess. The order numbers weren't even mine and they weren't processing my order. What a circus show.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience on Exchange. It's a shame because I really wanted to support a company that gives back to service members, but their customer service and policies need some serious work.
Poor Delivery Service and Customer Service Experience with Exchange (shopmyexchange.com)
I recently made a purchase on Exchange (shopmyexchange.com) for an outdoor patio set that cost me a whopping $1499.00. I placed my order on May 22, 2021, and waited patiently for my delivery. However, it took a total of 5 weeks for me to receive a notification from FragilePak, a delivery service that has a poor rating of 1.05 out of 5 stars with the BBB.
Finally, on July 15, I received a call from the driver that they were outside my house for delivery. Unfortunately, I was not home until after 2 P.M. and requested them to come back later. The driver suggested leaving the package in the driveway, but I refused as the delivery required a signature. He gave me a number to call to reschedule, which turned out to be a FragilePak number. I tried calling the number at least 5 times, but each time I received the message, "This call cannot... Please try again." I even tried emailing them, but to no avail.
In August, I contacted AAFES to inform them that I no longer wanted the item and requested a refund. They assured me that the situation would be resolved within 2 days, but it's now December 6, and I still haven't received any resolution. I called them again today, but I'm not holding my breath for a quick resolution.
Overall, my experience with Exchange has been disappointing. The delivery service they used, FragilePak, has a terrible rating with the BBB, and their customer service is non-existent. AAFES's customer service has also been lacking in resolving my issue. I would not recommend using Exchange for any future purchases.
Exchange (shopmyexchange.com) Review: Crooked and Careless - Beware of Military Star Card Scam!
and don't care about you or your hard-earned money.
Let me tell you, shopping at Exchange (shopmyexchange.com) is a real headache. They have a lot of work to do in so many different areas. The least of which is inventory control, pricing, customer service, and an extraordinarily gray area association with the Military Star card. You have to use this card to order with a minimum order of $25 dollars to be entitled to a no-cost delivery. But, if you're lucky, the item they once said was "In StocK" is now back-ordered after your order and deduction from your Military Star card. Mind you, the Star card has already charged your card. You are already being charged interest on an item you don't have. What's worse is when the absolutely inept AAFES staff arbitrarily cancels your item after weeks of you paying interest. They fail to credit your card, and you are forever paying for something you didn't receive. It's criminal, and I only recently discovered it but suspected it for months. I filed a BBB complaint after Military Star and AAFES failed to respond to my inquiry. I would advise anyone thinking these people are on the up and up, particularly you older VETS, that these people are crooked and don't care about you or your hard-earned money.
In conclusion, Exchange (shopmyexchange.com) is a real mess. They need to get their act together and start treating their customers with respect. The Military Star card is a scam, and they don't care about you or your money. If you're an older vet, be careful when dealing with these people. They're crooked and will take advantage of you if given the chance. Stay away from Exchange (shopmyexchange.com) and find a better place to shop.
Exchange's Website Account Creation Process is a Nightmare: A Frustrated Review
I started trying to make an account on Exchange's website back in December of last year, and it's now September of this year and I still can't get one. It's been a real pain in the butt trying to get this sorted out. I've called them up, sent them emails, and even mailed them letters, but nothing seems to work. I even got my US Representative involved, but that didn't help either. They rely on DEERS to check if you're eligible for an account, but if DEERS has messed up records, then you're out of luck. You'll just be passed around from person to person, jumping through hoops and chasing your tail, only to find out that several months have gone by and you still can't get an account.
I just talked to someone from the Navy, and they told me that the records correction process could take up to 18 more months. That's just ridiculous! I'm done trying to get an account. I don't think the online Exchange is going to be that great anyway. I'm not sure if their prices are any better than other places, and I don't think their customer service is going to be any better than what I've already experienced. It's been a real hassle dealing with these people. Their customer service is either incompetent or non-existent.
Overall, I'm just really disappointed with Exchange. I was hoping to get some good deals and save some money, but it's just not worth the hassle. I wouldn't recommend trying to make an account with them unless you have a lot of time and patience to spare.
AAFES Furniture Review: Buyer Beware - Poor Quality and Customer Service
So, I gotta say, I never thought I'd be one to order furniture online. I mean, who wants to deal with all that hassle, right? But, when it comes to the Exchange, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Their in-store selection can be pretty limited, so I decided to take a chance and order some Ashley furniture back in 2012.
Well, let me tell you, it was a bit of a disaster. When the sofa and chairs arrived, they had broken support boards. Now, I don't know about you, but I'm not about to tear into my brand new furniture to inspect it. So, I paid someone to come take a look and fix it up, as directed by AAFES. But then, they refused to reimburse me until I took it all the way up the chain. And to top it off, they told me to give it to charity and they would credit my STAR CARD account. What a mess!
But, being the forgiving person that I am, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered some more Ashley furniture, this time shipped through a different freight company. And what do you know, there was sawdust all up and down one side of the fabric when it arrived. I wasn't about to go through that whole ordeal again, so I called to return it. But get this - they wouldn't even pick it up! I had to pay to freight it back myself. And to add insult to injury, the items I bought and received on November 2nd, 2015 went on sale just five days later on November 7th. I asked for an account adjustment for the sale and promo offer, but they were going to make me either pay the return freight and re-order it, or take it to my Exchange and return it and repurchase it to get the sale price and promotional APR. Can you believe it?
I gotta say, I'm feeling pretty burned by the Exchange at this point. Once bitten, twice shy, you know? What was I thinking? But hey, maybe you'll have better luck than I did. Just be sure to inspect your furniture thoroughly when it arrives, and don't expect any help from AAFES if something goes wrong.
Exchange Website Review: Misleading Tactics and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, this Exchange website is not the best. I had a couple of bad experiences with them and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Let me tell you about it.
First, I bought a BBQ grill for my housewarming party and it was missing a piece. I called customer service and they told me they couldn't do anything about it because they weren't the manufacturer. What kind of customer service is that? Then, they told me I could return it but I would have to pay $95 for shipping and restocking fee. That's a lot of money! My husband decided to keep it and try to fix it himself, but he got burned by the charcoal starter. Not cool, Exchange.
The second time, I ordered a dining set for my breakfast bar room. The ad showed both the table and chairs with the price, but when I received it, only the table arrived. I called customer service to return it and they told me it would cost me $95 to return it. Or, I could buy the 4 matching chairs for an extra $300. That's over $500 for the set! When I asked the manager what she would do if it were her pocket book, she just sighed and wanted to "move forward" with our conversation. What kind of attitude is that? I was on the phone with them for an hour and they were just arguing with me.
I've been a service member for 20 years and I thought they would be more helpful, but I guess not. Be careful when you shop on this website, they use misleading tactics to trick customers.
AAFES Online Review: Disappointing Pricing, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Logistics
Pricing is a bit of a letdown at Exchange (shopmyexchange.com). They don't really do comparative pricing, so you might end up paying more than you would at other big box stores. Sometimes they have sales, but these are often just everyday prices at other stores. And when they do have a genuine deal, it's usually sold out or only available in unpopular sizes. It's frustrating to think you've found a good deal, only to be disappointed.
Inventory control is another issue. They'll show something as being available, but then after weeks of waiting, they'll say it's out of stock or backordered. Or they might even cancel your order without warning. It's hard to trust them when they can't even keep track of their own inventory.
If you do have to deal with customer service, be prepared for a headache. They're not very helpful, and they'll often pass the buck or just lie to you. It's like they don't even care about helping you solve your problem.
Logistics is another problem. They use FedEx for shipping, but FedEx has over 3,000 complaints on the BBB website and an overall rating of one star. I've had items lost or take forever to arrive, and if something is fragile, you can pretty much count on it being broken by the time it gets to you. And if you have to deal with Aafes customer service to get a refund or replacement, it's just another nightmare.
It's frustrating to think that this is supposed to be a benefit for veterans who served their country. They deserve better than this. It's insulting to think that they could walk into a Walmart and get a better price, plus an additional military discount, and a "thank you for your service." AAFES online is no benefit at all, and it's an absolute disgrace. We deserve better.
Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) Review: A Catastrophic Customer Service Experience
Me and my folks didn't go out shopping this year for Christmas, 'cause of the pandemic, high fuel prices and time limitations. It just wasn't worth it. So, like most of y'all, we did most all of our holiday shopping online. We went to stores like Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, eBay and Amazon. They're all creditable, trustworthy and have good Customer Care. They also have huge assortments, rock bottom prices, hassle free returns and free shipping & delivery. But, let me tell y'all, the Army and Air Force Exchange Service(AAFES) WAS NOT one of them! They weren't last year either! They'll claim how their online sales soared beyond expectations, but they won't mention that their Customer Service hit rock bottom. The number of Customer orders they butchered and failed to ship was borderline catastrophic! Military Customers should be knocking down Congress doors to oust them from every Military Installation there is!
How many times have y'all found something, they verified to you that it was available, you went through the trouble of ordering it, paid for it and they sent an order confirmation to you and you felt that your items were on their way to you? After all, you did your part, paid for them in good faith, now they only had to do their part for you. But, not to be! Because a few days after you got that order confirmation, you get another email that one or more of the items you were told that were available and in-stock, are now Back-ordered, or have been Canceled! And, you won't get your money back for 5-10 Business days either! WOW! How's that for Serving the Best Customer in the World!
And, how about when the Exchange Fraud & Risk department Cancels your order and you know nothing about it. You didn't get notified that your order(s) were Canceled, you didn't get any indication that YOU were suspected of committing a fraudulent purchase or purchase for a illegal purpose. You just aren't gonna get what you paid for and there's NOTHING you can do about it! Furthermore, you aren't gonna get your money back from the purchase for 5-10 Business days either! How's that for Serving the Best Customer in the World! This stuff actually happened with me!
So, I'm telling y'all, DON'T BOTHER SHOPPING WITH THE EXCHANGE SERVICE! GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT BETTER PRICES, BETTER TREATMENT, FAIR TREATMENT, FAIR RETURN POLICIES AND WHERE YOU WON'T BE ACCUSED OF COMMITTING FRAUD!
Shopmyexchange.com Review: Terrible Customer Service and Communication, Still No Refund After 1.5 Months
Yo, so I gotta tell y'all about my experience with Shopmyexchange.com. I ordered a treadmill on August 26th, and they sent me an email on September 3rd saying it had shipped. They gave me a tracking number and a link to FragilePAK, but when I tried to track it, the number didn't work. I figured it just hadn't been uploaded yet, so I waited.
Fast forward to September 17th, and I still hadn't received my item. I called Shopmyexchange and they told me to contact FragilePAK, so I did. But they said they had no record of my order and the tracking number was invalid. I called Shopmyexchange back and spoke to a manager who confirmed that the tracking number was wrong and they didn't know why I was given it. They put in a ticket for a correct tracking number and said I'd get an email in 3 days.
But on September 23rd, I still hadn't heard anything. I called again and they said the ticket had been closed and the issue was resolved, but no one had given me a new tracking number or any information about my order. I asked for a manager and they didn't have any more information either. I was so frustrated at this point that I asked for a full refund since I never received the item and no one seemed to know anything about it. The manager said they'd put in a ticket to cancel the order and I should get a refund in 3-5 business days.
But on October 1st, I still hadn't received a refund or any communication from Shopmyexchange. I called and they said they didn't see a ticket to cancel the order and the item had been shipped. I told them that was incorrect and that a manager had already told me it was being cancelled and I'd get a refund. They said they couldn't see any of that information on my account. I asked for a manager again and they said I'd be charged a restock fee if I requested a refund now. But I knew that was wrong because the manager from 6 days ago had already told me I'd get a full refund. Eventually, they found the ticket and said I'd get a refund in 2 days.
But on October 5th, I still hadn't received a refund. I called again and they said I'd get it in 1-2 days. And on October 8th, still no refund.
Honestly, this whole experience was a mess. No one communicated with me, I got different information every time I called, and I had to do all the work myself. And they've been holding my money for 1.5 months now, even though I never received the item. It's ridiculous.
Exchange Complaints 13
Every function a failure
Pricing, they don't do comparative pricing. Their sale prices are often everyday prices from other big box stores. When a genuine deal is on hand it's either sold out, out of stock or if clothing in only one or a few unpopular sizes. Which leads us to Inventory control Totally incompetent. They will show something as being available sent to full filler then after weeks of waiting say it's out of stock, back ordered or they will involuntarily cancel your order. This may cause you to seek out Customer Service. The most gallactically stupid and incompetent group of folks that are not helpful, pass the buck do not respond or just lie. Next logistics. Fed Ex has over 3,000 complaints on the BBB web site and overall rating of one star and I have had them lose items, take forever to get here and if it's fragile you can count on it being broken then having to deal with them and Aafes customer service is yet another nightmare. You know this is all bad and complaining gets you zero help as their IG walks around with their head up their backside and pretend they care when speaking with you but nothing gets fixed. What's even worse those Vets who gave their best for years suffering in Harms way living in tents, mud and jungles to be told this is a benefit they earned and walk into a Walmart get a better price coupled to an additional 10 or 15% military discount and a Thank you for your service. AAFES on line is NO benefit and an absolute disgrace. We deserve and earned better

Fraud
NOTE: Shopmyexchange.com cleverly does not have a way of sending in legitimate reviews of their service, leaving little choice but for me to leave this experience here.
08-26-2021 ? Placed order on Shopmyexchange.com for a treadmill.
09-03 ? Received e-mail from Shopmyexchange.com claiming that my item had shipped. Tracking # ***261 and a link to FragilePAK was provided.
09-10 ? I tried to use the tracking number on FragilePAK's tracking tool but received an error that the tracking number was invalid. Assumed that the information hadn't been uploaded to the system yet so I should give them more time.
09-17 ? 2 weeks after shipment confirmation e-mail. Item still not received. Tracking number still not working on the tracking website, stating that the number is invalid. Call Shopmyexchange ***345). I am told that I will need to contact FragilPAK to ask where the item is. I call FragilPAK and they say the tracking number provided is invalid and they have no record of our order. I call Shopmyexchange and speak with a manager who confirms the tracking number is not correct and they aren't sure why I was given it in the first place. They put in a ticket for a correct tracking number. I am told that within 3 days I will receive an e-mail once they assign a corrected tracking number.
09-23 ? Zero communication from Shopmyexchange. I call again to ask for an update on my ticket. They say the ticket has been closed and the issue is resolved. I am baffled. I ask how the issue is resolved if no one has contacted me with a correct tracking number. They said they don't know. I ask if they have a new tracking number. They do not. I ask if they can confirm where my order is. They said they don't know. At this point I am very frustrated and ask to speak to a manager. The manager does not have any other information. I say that it has now been 3 weeks since the shipment confirmation, a month after ordering, and no one knows where my order is or what's going on with it, so all I can do at this point is assume it has been lost. The manager doesn't have anything to say. I say that at this point I would like a full refund since I never received the item and no one seems to know anything about it. The manager says he will put in a ticket to cancel the order and I should have the refund within 3-5 business days.
10-01 ? Zero communication from Shopmyexchange. No refund posted on my bank account. I call Shopmyexchange and the worker says she does not see a ticket to cancel the order and the order has been shipped. I say that is incorrect, the item has been lost, we never received it, and 6 business days ago a manager told me the item was being cancelled and a refund should be issued to us within 3-5 business days. We are now on business day 6 with no refund. The staff said she is unable to see any of this information on our account. I get upset and ask for a manager. The staff comes back and says that the manager said that because the item has already been shipped, if we request a refund now that we will be charged an item restock fee. I told her this is incorrect, the manager from 6 business days ago already told us it would be cancelled and we would receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. The staff then says that she found the ticket issued by the other manager and can see the cancellation request from 6 business days ago. We are asked to wait another 2 days for the refund to be posted.
10-05 ? No refund posted on my bank account. Called Shopmyexchange again and asked where my money is. The staff says they need another 1 to 2 days maximum to refund my money.
10-08 - No refund posted on my bank account.
Summary: How can this business exist in 2021? No communication, I receive contradictory information from different staff every time I call, and I have been expected to put in all the leg work myself. You've been holding my money hostage for 1.5 months at this point and I never received the item. Disgusting.

Shopmyexchange.com Review: Competitive Prices and Tax-Free Shopping, but Inventory Can Be Frustratingly Inaccurate
Exchange (shopmyexchange.com) can be a bit of a hassle sometimes. They seem to have trouble keeping their inventory up to date on their website. It's frustrating when you think you've found something you want to buy, only to find out that it's actually out of stock. And sometimes, even when you do manage to place an order, they end up cancelling it because they didn't actually have the item in stock. It's a real bummer when that happens.
That being said, there are some good things about Exchange. They do have some pretty competitive prices on certain items, and every now and then they'll have a really great deal that's hard to pass up. Plus, the fact that it's tax-free is definitely a perk. Who doesn't love saving a little extra money?
Overall, I'd say that Exchange is worth checking out if you're in the market for something specific and you're willing to take a chance on whether or not they actually have it in stock. Just be prepared for the possibility of having your order cancelled, and maybe give yourself a little extra time to receive your items just in case.
Disappointing Experience with Exchange: Missing Parts and Delayed Delivery
I recently made a purchase on Exchange, specifically a bedroom set. When it arrived, I was excited to put it together and finally have a new place to sleep. However, as I started to assemble the foot board, I noticed that one of the legs was missing a slot. This was a major issue as it meant that the foot board could not be properly secured. Additionally, one of the legs for the drawers was also missing.
I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue. They informed me that it would take 3 to 5 business days to receive the missing parts. This was a major inconvenience as it meant that we would not have a functioning bedroom for several days. Our spare bedroom was already filled with our belongings from our previous bedroom, leaving us with no room to store anything else.
To make matters worse, the long dresser was not delivered with the rest of the set. However, they did deliver the mirror for it. This was frustrating as it meant that we would have to wait even longer to receive the complete set.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience on Exchange. While the products themselves were of good quality, the missing parts and delayed delivery were major issues that caused a lot of inconvenience. I hope that they can improve their customer service and delivery processes in the future to avoid similar issues.
Exchange Online Shopping: A Total Disaster - My Experience
I bought something from Exchange once and it was a total disaster. I paid extra for fast delivery but it never came. I had to call them three times and wait for two weeks to get my money back. Then I ordered something else that was supposed to be in stock, but it took two weeks to arrive so I just cancelled it. But they still charged me! It took over a month and six phone calls and two emails to finally get the charge removed. And now, four months later, I'm still trying to figure out how to pay with Military Star. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.
Mixed Experience with Shopmyexchange.com: Delayed Replacement for Damaged Dryer
I recently made a purchase on shopmyexchange.com for a washer and dryer. The washer arrived promptly, but unfortunately, the dryer was damaged upon arrival. I was disappointed to find this out, but I knew that accidents happen during shipping. I immediately contacted the claims department to report the damage and get a replacement dryer.
However, the process of getting a replacement dryer has been a bit of a hassle. It took three days for me to receive an email from the shipper to arrange for the damaged dryer to be picked up. Since then, I have been rescheduled for the pickup no less than three times. It's been almost two weeks now, and I still haven't been able to get a replacement dryer because I can't receive it until the damaged one is picked up.
I have to admit, I never thought that this situation would turn out to be such a headache. I understand that things can go wrong during shipping, but I expected better customer service from afees/shop my exchange. I hope that this issue can be resolved soon so that I can finally have a working dryer in my home.
Overall, I would say that my experience with shopmyexchange.com has been mixed. While I appreciate the convenience of being able to shop online and have items delivered to my doorstep, the customer service could use some improvement. I hope that they can work on resolving issues like this in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.
Shopmyexchange.com Review: Sales Items Disappear & Poor Customer Service
So, I gotta tell ya, I've had some pretty bad experiences with Exchange (shopmyexchange.com). Like, seriously, I ordered this thing that was on sale and then they tell me it's out of stock or damaged or something and they cancel my order. And it's always the sales items that seem to magically disappear. I mean, come on, it's like they're trying to scam me or something. Like, do these sales items even exist in the first place?
And don't even get me started on their customer service. When I called to complain, all they wanted to do was sell me the same item at a higher price. Like, what the heck? They're basically admitting that they're ripping me off. And when I tried to take it up with the inspector general's office, they just referred me back to shopmyexchange.com. It's like they're all in on it together or something.
Honestly, I don't know what to do. I just want to get a good deal on something without feeling like I'm being scammed. Is that too much to ask? I guess I'll just have to keep looking for a better online store.
Shopmyexchange.com Review: Overhyped Deals and Better Prices Elsewhere
I gotta say, I've been checking out shopmyexchange.com for a while now and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. I mean, sure, they say they have great deals and all that, but when you really compare prices, you can almost always find the same thing cheaper somewhere else. I've checked out hundreds of items and I always end up finding them cheaper at Walmart or Target.
Now, I know some people might say, "But hey, at least you don't have to pay tax at shopmyexchange!" And yeah, that's true, but is it really worth it? I mean, would you rather save $20 on tax and then have to wait 2 or 3 weeks for your item to arrive? Personally, I'd rather just go to Walmart and get it instantly. Plus, what if something is wrong with the item? Returning it is a lot less hassle if you can just go back to the store instead of having to send it back through the mail.
Honestly, I just don't see anything special about the Exchange. I mean, yeah, they have some good deals every now and then, but overall, I think you're better off shopping somewhere else.
Disappointed with Exchange's Pre-Order Service for XBOX Series X and PS5
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Exchange. I was really excited to get my hands on the new XBOX series x, so I pre-ordered it from them a couple months ago. They kept telling me that I would get it on release day, which was November 10th. But then, just last night on November 9th, they finally told me that I wouldn't be getting it after all. Apparently, the parcel service they use is just too slow, even though I've never had any problems with anything else I've ordered from them.
It's frustrating because they had almost two whole months to get everything ready to ship, and they still couldn't manage to get it to me on time. And to make matters worse, they also told me that my pre-ordered PS5 wouldn't be arriving on launch day either. If I'm lucky, I might get it by next week. But honestly, at this point, I'm not holding my breath.
I don't think I'll be ordering any pre-orders from Exchange again in the future. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment. I mean, I get that things can go wrong sometimes, but it seems like they really dropped the ball on this one. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait a little longer to play my new games.
Poor Quality Products and Customer Service on Exchange (shopmyexchange.com)
I recently made a purchase on Exchange (shopmyexchange.com) and I must say, I am not impressed. I bought a computer desk, TV, wireless Beats by Dre, a mini laptop and a regular size laptop. Out of all of these items, the only thing that I have been satisfied with is the computer desk.
The wireless Beats stopped working after only 2 months, which was a huge disappointment. And don't even get me started on the mini laptop and regular laptop. Both were complete trash. The regular laptop wouldn't even load a normal website without freezing and crashing straight out of the box.
When I contacted customer service to try to exchange the laptops or get my money back, they couldn't care less. They told me to call the manufacturer to see if they'll fix it. What kind of customer service is that? As an active duty member and veteran, I expected better treatment from Exchange.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience on Exchange. The products I received were of poor quality and the customer service was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend shopping on this website to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with Exchange (shopmyexchange.com) Sales: Issues with Orders and Customer Service
Last week, I decided to take advantage of the big sales happening at Exchange (shopmyexchange.com) from Friday 18 Nov thru 23 Nov 22. I was excited to order two firearms online, but unfortunately, I encountered some problems. It's been more than a week, and I still haven't received my orders. I called customer service to inquire about the status of my orders, and they told me that they already shipped them. However, when I checked my orders, it says that they were sent to the full filler and now it's out of stock.
I'm quite disappointed with the lack of integrity in calling customer service for status. They seem to be more interested in giving customers the runaround than helping them out. I've called customer service multiple times, and they keep telling me that the firearms were already shipped. It's frustrating because I'm still waiting for my orders, and I don't know when I'll receive them.
Another issue I encountered is when I tried to use my star card to get an extra 10% discount. It seems that AAFES doesn't check their inventory because the item I wanted to purchase was out of stock. It's quite frustrating because I was looking forward to getting a good deal, but I ended up wasting my time.
Overall, I'm quite disappointed with my experience with Exchange (shopmyexchange.com). The sales were enticing, but the problems I encountered with my orders and the lack of integrity in customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their services and inventory management to avoid these kinds of issues in the future.
Disappointed with Exchange's Customer Service and Shipping Options During COVID-19
I used to be a big fan of Exchange (shopmyexchange.com), but lately, I've been having some issues. I understand that everyone is stressed out due to the coronavirus, but I don't appreciate bad customer service. There were a couple of exceptions, but overall, I was disappointed.
Another problem I encountered was with FedEx. They won't deliver to any 55 plus complex, and Exchange doesn't offer the option to ship via UPS or USPS. I was frustrated when FedEx didn't even bother to advise me that they wouldn't deliver for over a week. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they didn't bother to call me back to let me know what to do.
As a result, I had to order all my needs from Amazon, which is more expensive for the most part, plus I have to pay CA sales tax. It's a shame because I'm in my mid-80s, and I no longer drive. I was really disappointed that I can no longer shop at Exchange until the virus abates and FedEx delivers again, which may be several months away.
Overall, I hope that Exchange can improve their customer service and shipping options in the future. It would be great if they could offer more options for shipping, especially for those of us who live in 55 plus complexes. I miss shopping at Exchange, and I hope that they can make some changes soon so that I can shop there again.
