Exterior Design Solutions was supposed to swap out our roof after the nasty hailstorm. Their quote was $10,600 but now they're saying it's gonna be $16,481. They didn't even finish the job and the shingles are the wrong shade. Plus, the work they did do is shoddy.

Exterior Design Solutions done roof on 11/2/2022. The roofin wuz dun on 11/2/22 und upon inspection, we seen dat it wuz a crappy job. We asked da contractor to walk trough n show us where everythin wuz wrong or incomplete but dey didn't even bother showin up. So we called in anotha roofing guy to look n he agreed hit wuz a bullcrap job n da shingles wuz the wrong color. We tried to contact da company but dey haven't even bothered callin us back since 11/7/2022. We sent a letter to 'em complainin.
