I ordered Arendelle gray contacts on Sept 1, 2023 part of the Labor Day promotion. I've been ordering from them before. I got an email a few days later saying my package was unfulfilled and not available. The email offers another choice or a refund. I tried to contact their customer service with the link and no response. I went on the website waited for 54 minutes and still no response. I left numerous emails and I get a chat bot saying that someone will be with me and have an agent contact me. It's been days and still no response. I left my computer on with the live agent, no one ever came. I got a notice on the screen from the chat bot saying that it's taking an unusually long time. Later it says it will close in 14 minutes. After waiting nothing. I tried again to the customer service to get my refund and i keep get automated responses saying how many minutes i've been waiting. My eye candy account shows the order number , says paid and Unfulfilled. It states to do the refund or swap lenses. I never received lenses. It was available when I ordered so why not available? They charged me and still haven't responded. Need my refund or a comparable replacement. They charged me for something I never received and it even says on the website that it was unfullfilled. Please be aware of this .
Desired outcome: REFUND OR REPLACE, RESPOND TO THE ORIGINAL EMAIL THEY SENT ME AND DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WILL DO.
