I place my order and I never got it this is the worst company I ever deal with this company is a scam don't buy from here refund my money the phone don't work and the Email don't work. They only have a number that i posted to you and in my checking account they have a other number [protected]. This company don't have an address. Is there anything that we can do to stop these slams.

ordered on [protected] order #1795855 they took my money and i have tried to call but all # have been disconnected most don't take the money until shipped. i ordered a Endoscope Inspection Camera for android devices. if i can't call or write how do i get my money or the product i ordered? it sounds like this company needs to be looked into, I really hope you can help. Ordered an electronic pulse massager on May 15th, 2019 that had not been sent yet in Sept.
After dozens of emails to customer service, they finally said the item is backordered and I could order a replacement item of same value.
I emailed back with a quote from their website regarding refunds. Waiting for an answer. Their website telephone # doesn't go through.

I placed an order with boardwalk buy in december and still don't have the order. I have e-mailed and get "canned" responses. I can't get anybody to answer the phone - they are always closed. Shipping information hasn't been updated since january 24th. They have shoddy business practices!

In September we ordered the men's leather backpack. After several weeks, we received a canvas messenger bag. Since then I have sent 4 emails to hear from someone to send the correct bag plus return paperwork for the canvas bag. No one answered any of the emails. I continued to receive ads for sales so you definitely have my email. I want the men's leather backback in dark brown. If I don't hear from you in the coming week I am going contact my master card company and reverse the charge. I have been very patient in trying to contact you. I have not received my purse that was ordered one month ago. I had hoped to have it withing 5-7 days per the site I used to purchase it. Of course, I planned to use it for a special occasion this upcoming weekend. When I called [protected] to inquire, the phone is disconnected. I did send an email, but that has also gone unanswered. If anyone who has positive reviews about this great company wouldn't mind, I'd like to know how and if you were able to contact Boardwalk Buy to get some assistance.

Sometimes I'm a little disappointed in what I purchase but they make-up with the issue, I'm okay with that. They give me a customer satisfaction. Boardwalk Buy has some nice women apparel at some nice prices. Even though they don't always make a good bargain I still shop online from there. I'm actually pretty surprised about the variety items to buy from it.

I shake my head when I read reviews from negative buyers... READ the ad description. One time, I have truly gotten something that wasn't the item that I bought so I contacted them through email. They fixed the problem, I got the product after 7 days earlier than the expected delivery date, and get some discount code for the next item that I already bought. Not bad at all.

I received a wrong item, so I contact them and asked for an exchange. I'm quite upset but thank goodness they respond within a day for the confirmation of exchange what more is they give me a discount for the incident. They do have a good return policy. Warranty is handled well. Thank goodness, I received the right item earlier than the expected date.

I bought 3 items last January 2018!. It is now June and I still have not received 2 of the items. They originally sent me one item which was wrong. I emailed right away and they responded right away. i'm kinda overwhelm - wifi endoscope camera
An item I ordered was out of stock which is WiFi Endoscope Camera and they emailed me to let me know. They offered a refund since I had used PayPal, but I chose to purchase a different item. I'm kinda overwhelm to there immediate action because I just ordered it early in the morning and late afternoon they just emailed me regarding on that. Very pleasant to deal with. I've made another purchase since then! Very nice items.

I had a problem with my order. I emailed them and they answered within an hour. They handled my problem quickly. They helped me with my Fitness Bluetooth Smart Watch that I bought and give me the instruction that I need to know so I can use it properly. Thanks for the extra miles that you guys gave to me. I placed an order on April 6, 2018, and the website and my order confirmation e-mail stated I would receive the items in 5-7 business days. The website now says, "In-Stock and Ships within 24-hours" and "Fast Delivery - Within 10-15 business days." It also states, "All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order." None of these statements are true with respect to my package.
I did not receive a shipping notification for 7 days. And once I received a notice and checked the tracking number provided, the shipment status, effectively, was that a tracking number had been created. Since it was clear the package had not yet actually been shipped, I e-mailed the company to cancel my order but was told the order had already been "processed, " so I couldn't cancel it. Instead, I would have to reject delivery of the package when received.
I continued to check the status for several weeks, but it did not change. I attempted to call the company several times to discuss the matter but could only reach an automated system which simply played a message stating the business is closed and provided no ability to leave a message.
On May 14th - 38 days after placing the order, I received an e-mail stating the package has been delivered, but as of this date, June 4th, I have not received the items I ordered.

I ordered a dog playpen before my dog gave birth. I selected Boardwalk buy because they guarenteed shipment in 24 hrs. A week later, nothing. I called the contact number and no one answers. I emailed them amd they said the order was not shipped. So i said to cancel it and refund my money. They said i couldnt. I would have to regect to order. I work i am not home to reject anything. I emailed them again to ship overminght since they made a week long mistake. And they blocked me from emails. This is a scam! They take your money and dont ship your items. This is crazy! I am soo mad! Im called my bank. This is fraud!

I ordered over a month ago and have not received my items. I have emailed a million times with assurances it has shipped. Never comes. Ask to cancel said can't as they have shipped still hasn't come. This is the most unreliable shady company I have ever dealt with and they will not return my money or send my items to me. I cannot locate a phone number and just saw the same items for sale on Facebook saying available to immediately ship. Waiting on 3 hiking hydration packs. Such a rip off.
