Eyeconic I had to return my first order as the lenses were not progressive

I had to return my first order as the lenses were not progressive. Second order went smoothly and i just received the new progressive glasses. They are fine and work great. I would recommend Eyeconic to anyone! They made a mistake but were quick to correct the prescription, issue a credit and new glasses.Thanks!

Eyeconic Dont use Eyeconic if you want your product when they said they would deliver

Dont use Eyeconic if you want your product when they said they would deliver. Package lost, have to wait an additional *** my order refunded. They have tied up my contact benefit so I have no recourse but to wait. Very poor customer ***. Stay away!

Eyeconic The website was super easy to order from and to upload my insurance

The website was super easy to order from and to upload my insurance. I was able to order the contacts I need for astigmatisms. The only issue I had was with the delivery speed. I really needed the contacts in time for a beach trip and ordered them on June 8th but they didn't arrive until June 21st. It won't be a big deal next time since I will just order them with plenty of time.

Eyeconic First time using Eyeconic, and you failed miserably

First time using Eyeconic, and you failed miserably. Lenses were off the frames, just loose in the eyeglass case. And testing the lenses, they do not appear to be the ***. When I called Eyeconic, the rep was nice, but took forever to give me options, as she was new. Was supposed to get an email with a label to ship back the glasses, did not receive any messages.Very disappointed.

Eyeconic Eyeconic gave me an erroneous prescription for eyeglasses

Eyeconic gave me an erroneous prescription for eyeglasses. When a person sends a prescription, they expect to get glasses that are correct. After not being able to use a script that was close to the old script, I had glasses tested. The scrip was completely off from current prescription and deemed not able to be used. There's a big quality issue at this organization. I would say never get glasses from the.

Eyeconic Horrible company They wait for me 3 days and charge my credit card after that Thank you for your most recent Eyeconic order for progressive

Horrible company They wait for me 3 days and charge my credit card after that Thank you for your most recent Eyeconic order for progressive lenses.Unfortunately, we cannot process your specialty prescription for the following reason(s): The cylinder on your prescription exceeds the parameters allowed (must not exceed 4.0) We will be canceling your order within 24 hours, as this order is unable to be processed as is. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Eyeconic Found this site through my insurance

Found this site through my insurance. Placed my order and was able to link my insurance benefits. When placing my order I did not have my prescription handy and opted for the contact my provider option. Later that day I received a call from my provider and they were able to send eyeconic my prescription. I had my contacts within a week as stated when ordering. If anything they got here early because I was on my last 5 pairs and they were here right on time without have to be without contacts.

Eyeconic Actually zero stars - do not use this vendor!

Actually zero stars - do not use this vendor! Everything has gone wrong with my order for eyeglasses. Very long delay in getting the glasses, I ordered the "invisible" blue tint for less eye fatigue while working on a computer, scratch resistant, etc. Well, the invisible blue tint is very visible, the lenses are scratched. I now am going out to get new frames after only 4 months! I am not accusing this company of being fraudulent. Just issuing a fair warning to consumers that might be considering buying from Eyeconic - GO ELSEWHERE!

Eyeconic This was my first time ordering contacts through Eyeconic

This was my first time ordering contacts through Eyeconic. Eyeconic is linked/recommended by my vision insurance. I checked the prices for my contacts and was very happy to see they were the least expensive of my usual choices. Not only that, but it was very easy to use my insurance toward a purchase. With others, I have to purchase at full price, then submit paperwork for a reimbursement check from my insurance. There was none of that - my insurance was applied when I purchased the contacts. This is a big advantage for me. I will order again.

Eyeconic Rather give zero stars but it doesn't allow

Rather give zero stars but it doesn't allow.So, on 6/5/22 I went on the eyeconic website and ordered 2 boxes (30 count each) for both left and right eyes. I opted for the standard shipping since it stated that I would receive them between 6/9/6. I received a confirmation on 6/9 with a *** tracking number that I checked often but it never showed any updates/progress - it continued to say "Label Created". I called eyeconic on 6/13 to inquire why my tracking number wasn't working to which I was told to check tomorrow as it may have been created late in the previous day. I attempted to track it again and received the same results. I called once again on 6/14 and was given a new *** tracking number with no explaination why I now have a *** and *** tracking number. I kept trying to track both numbers over the next 2 days and received the same results. Called them on 6/16 and was told that they cannot find out where the package is and that I should wait a few more days to which I requested a refund and was told that in order to get a refund they would have to either find my package or launch an investigation which will take between *** days. The end result is I received no help in explaining what happened and it is now 3 weeks and I still don't have my contacts. I find that there is very poor communication within this organization and although the reps I spoke with were friendly enough they could never give me a straight answer. I wish they would just refund my money as I will NEVER do business with them again and I am having my wife cancel our insurance that we have through their parent company VSP Vision Care.
