Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. We were at exasperated parents looking to get a better solution to monitor our daughter’s social and mobile activity. No surprise, the sales associates made it seem so easy and tailored to our needs. We looked at countless articles and reviews and thought we had the solution we needed- but the experience never match the promises. From absolutely inconsistent and impersonal customer support where literally one time I was told by an associate that what I was sold “didn’t work” when I was trying to get what was promised to me, but instead given something else – to a refund department that rather throw all the friend print at me, then look at their Support transcripts and realize that we were promised a 14 day return window with no mention to all the hoops, we’d have to go through to get it. (in this case not)
I’m sure for someone that is willing to settle or is highly technical or is OK with having to do a ridiculous amount of sleuth thing, to actually get what they promised- it’s a great solution. I’m just telling you that. That was not our experience AT ALL.
