ItsWorthMore Unreliable and Dishonest: My Terrible Experience with ItsWorthMore

This company is not worth your time or money! They are dishonest and unreliable. I had a terrible experience with them when I tried to make a purchase. Three different financial institutions flagged them as fraudulent, which is a huge red flag. I wouldn't trust them with my money or personal information.

I also sent in a device for trade-in and have yet to receive payment. I have confirmation that they received the device, but they haven't paid me for it. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, the cellphone I received from them was not as described. They claimed it was in excellent condition and almost new, but it had too many battery cycles and the screen had been replaced with a cheap knock-off. I had it checked at an Apple store with their actual diagnostic equipment, and they confirmed my suspicions.

Their customer service is non-existent, and they do not honor their warranty. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but they never pick up their phones. It's clear that they are not a reputable company and will likely go out of business soon.

In conclusion, I would not recommend ItsWorthMore to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a more trustworthy company to do business with.

ItsWorthMore Decent Option for Selling Electronics: My ItsWorthMore Review

I just used ItsWorthMore to sell some of my old electronics and overall, I think they did a pretty good job. They were clear about the process and what to expect, and I appreciated that. However, there were a few things that I didn't like.

First of all, it seemed like they only do one round of payments a day. I think they should be more efficient in getting payments out to their customers almost instantaneously once they approve their offer. Waiting 24 to 48 hours for payment is just too long in my opinion.

Secondly, I had an issue with one of my items. They messed up the date on the wire transfer and it was rejected. I had to call in twice to get it corrected, which was a bit frustrating. I think they should have corrected it immediately once I pointed out the mistake.

Lastly, it's been three days since I sent in my items and I've only received two out of the three payments. I think it's taking too long to receive the third payment. It should have been paid the day it was approved, not days later.

Overall, I think ItsWorthMore is a decent option for selling your old electronics, but there are definitely some areas where they could improve.

ItsWorthMore Unreliable Pricing: My Experience with ItsWorthMore vs. Gazelle

So, I just wanted to share my experience with ItsWorthMore. I've used their service twice now, and both times I sent in the exact same product in the exact same condition to two different sites. However, I noticed that the price they offered me was drastically different from the other site I used, Gazzell.

The reason for this difference was due to screen issues. ItsWorthMore found some issues with the screen that Gazzell didn't find. Now, I'm not sure if the package was damaged during shipping or if there was some other issue, but I feel like ItsWorthMore gives you a really high price only to change it drastically later.

In my opinion, it's better to go with another service that may give you a lower price but sticks to the offer given than this service where the offer is pretty sure to be reduced pretty drastically. Overall, I'm not too impressed with ItsWorthMore and would recommend looking elsewhere for a better deal.

ItsWorthMore Disappointing Experience with ItsWorthMore: MacBook Pro with Busted Speaker and Webcam

I recently bought a MacBook Pro from ItsWorthMore and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed. I got it as a birthday present for myself back in October and it was listed as being in good condition. However, when I started using it for my video editing work, I quickly realized that the speaker and webcam were both busted.

Now, I'm not one to complain about minor issues, but these problems were pretty significant. The speaker was so muffled that I could barely hear anything, even with my headphones on. And the webcam had dead pixels all over the sensor, which made it impossible to use for video calls or anything else.

When I contacted ItsWorthMore about the issue, they offered me a measly $25 refund. I mean, seriously? That's not even close to enough to cover the cost of repairs. And to make matters worse, they said I could return the laptop to them, but that's just not feasible for me right now. We're in the middle of a pandemic and I use my laptop for everything. I can't afford to be without it for even a few days while they try to figure out what's wrong with it.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with ItsWorthMore. I understand that buying used electronics comes with some risks, but I feel like they should have been more upfront about the condition of the laptop. And their customer service was less than helpful when I tried to resolve the issue. If you're thinking about buying from them, I would definitely proceed with caution.

ItsWorthMore Beware of ItsWorthMore: Bait and Switch Tactics and Lack of Transparency

I recently had an experience with ItsWorthMore that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I decided to sell my fourth generation iPad, which I had purchased brand new from an Apple store and had kept in pristine condition over the years. After doing some research, I found ItsWorthMore and was pleased to receive an offer of $85 for my device.

However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. After mailing in my iPad, I received an email from ItsWorthMore claiming that they had found dust between the screen and the LCD. They then reduced their offer to a measly $15, claiming that my device must have been altered or serviced in some way. I was shocked and felt like I had been scammed.

I immediately declined their offer and demanded that my iPad be returned to me. I also made it clear that I would be selling my unaltered device to a more credible company and would be sure to send ItsWorthMore a copy of the transaction. I was not willing to waste any more time or potentially have my device damaged in the back and forth shipping.

Overall, I would not recommend ItsWorthMore to anyone looking to sell their devices. Their bait and switch tactics are unacceptable and their lack of transparency is concerning. It's important to do your research and find a reputable company that will give you a fair offer for your device without any hidden fees or surprises.

ItsWorthMore Smooth and Easy Laptop Selling Experience with ItsWorthMore

I gotta say, I was pretty nervous about selling my laptop to ItsWorthMore. I mean, I'd never heard of them before, so who knows what kind of shady business they might be running, right? But let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and fast the whole process was.

First of all, the price they offered me for my laptop was way higher than what I'd seen anywhere else. And trust me, I did my research. I had a pretty sweet laptop that just wasn't working out for me, and I knew I needed to get rid of it before it lost even more value. So when ItsWorthMore gave me such a good offer, I was pretty stoked.

Of course, I'm a bit of a worrier, so I decided to pay the extra $5 for insurance just in case my laptop got damaged during shipping. I mean, you never know what could happen, right? But I gotta say, the shipping label was tracked and my laptop arrived at ItsWorthMore's destination super fast. And within just four business days, I got an offer sent to me via Zelle. Easy peasy.

Oh, and here's the best part: I got a notification email at every step of the process. So I always knew what was going on with my laptop and where it was. Compare that to when I sold an old Kindle to Amazon at the same time - that took a week and a half longer and I had to contact customer service to get it done. No thanks.

All in all, I'm really happy with ItsWorthMore and I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends. If you've got some tech you need to sell, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

ItsWorthMore Buyer Beware: Dishonest Seller at ItsWorthMore Refuses to Honor Warranty

We recently purchased two tablets from ItsWorthMore, and unfortunately, the first one arrived in a defective condition. We were relieved to find out that the unit came with a 1-year limited warranty, so we contacted the seller to see if we could replace the unit or have it repaired under warranty. However, we were disappointed to receive a response from the seller stating that they didn't have the same unit in stock, and they preferred to refund our money once they received the returning unit.

We were confused by this response, as we had seen the same units being sold by the seller on eBay. Despite this, we decided to purchase the same unit through eBay again and returned the defective unit to ItsWorthMore. However, we were frustrated to find that the seller didn't refund our money immediately, and we had to contact them again after a couple of days to check on the status of our refund. Eventually, the seller informed us that they would refund our money, but we were shocked to find that they had only refunded 50% of the purchasing cost.

The seller noted that the returning unit was not their unit, which left us feeling like this was a dishonest way for the seller to make money without any effort. We assumed that the seller always made a profit through these actions, and we doubt that any buyer has ever received warranty service from them. We strongly advise others to stay away from this seller and to check other sellers before making a purchase. The 1-year warranty offered by ItsWorthMore is not worth the risk of dealing with such a dishonest seller.

ItsWorthMore Beware of ItsWorthMore: Unfairly Low Offers and Delayed Return of Phones

I sent in four phones to ItsWorthMore because I cancelled my Verizon plan. All of them were Galaxy S9 plus and almost new. The offers they gave me were good, so I decided to send them in. However, I just received an "updated adjusted bid" and it was a complete joke. One of the phones was never used, had all the original packaging, and yet they downgraded the bid by over $100 for no reason. They claimed it wasn't brand new in the box, but it was! What else did they want it to be? The second phone was only used twice, and they claimed there were "deep scratches," but I took pictures of all the phones before sending them in, and there were no scratches. They dropped the price on this one substantially. The third phone they claimed was locked, but it was paid off and unlocked. The last one had a small crack, but it wasn't on the screen and didn't affect anything. They dropped the price to $80 for a S9+. So, my initial offer was cut in half. I told them to send them back, and it took two weeks to get them there in the first place with their shipper. I hope I get them back sooner. Beware of ItsWorthMore. I tried them as a new customer, having used Gazelle before, but I'll never return, and I'll gladly tell anyone who listens not to sell to them. Gazelle has my business, and I'm sorry I ever switched. They never gave me less than my offer ever. I'm very disappointed. Beware!

ItsWorthMore Positive Experience with ItsWorthMore - iPhone 8s Sold for Full Value!

So, I gotta say, I was pretty nervous about sending my phones to ItsWorthMore after reading all the negative reviews. But, I had already shipped my two iPhone 8s and was hoping for the best. Plus, it was right around the time the iPhone 11 came out, so I figured they were probably swamped with orders.

Anyway, I sent my phones to their processing center in Florida on September 25th, 2019. I made sure to describe them as flawless, which they truly were. My wife and I had used glass screen protectors and rugged cases on them since we got them in 2016. They were also unlocked by AT&T, and I included the unlock paperwork in the package.

On September 30th, 2019, around 10:00 A.M., I received an email from ItsWorthMore saying they were going to honor the full value of $532 for my phones. They thanked me for accurately describing them and said they would process the payment within one business day. And, just a few hours later, at 5:00 P.M. (CST), I received the Zelle payment instantly.

I wanted to write this review to help out ItsWorthMore in the face of all the negative reviews. I'm not getting anything in return for this review, and they didn't even ask me to write one. But, I was really happy with my experience. I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing that a lot of the dissatisfied customers didn't accurately describe their phones. Or, maybe I just got lucky. Either way, I would definitely use ItsWorthMore again in the future!

ItsWorthMore Positive Experience Selling Electronics with ItsWorthMore: A Review

I was on the hunt for a website that could help me buy or sell electronics, and after a lot of research, I finally stumbled upon ItsWorthMore. The reviews left by other users were really positive and honest, which gave me the confidence to try it out for myself. One of the things that really stood out to me was the detailed FAQ section on the website. It was super helpful and straightforward, which made the whole process a lot less daunting.

Even though I had done my research and felt pretty confident about the whole thing, I was still a bit nervous about sending in my electronics for the first time. But it turned out to be really easy - I just printed out the shipping label, packed everything up, and dropped it off to be sent out. The website gave me two options for getting paid - I could either pay a bit extra to get my payment within two business days of them receiving my package, or I could wait for them to review everything and then send the payment. I decided to go with the second option to save some money.

It only took two business days for ItsWorthMore to let me know that they had received my package, and then another three business days for them to review everything. After that, it took another 5-7 business days for them to approve the order and send me my payment. It was a bit of a wait, but I was really happy with the whole experience. The payment went straight to my PayPal account, which was super convenient.

The only thing I would say is that if you're in a hurry to get your payment, it's probably worth paying the extra money to get it processed in 2-3 business days. Waiting longer than you have to can be a bit frustrating. But overall, I had a really positive experience with ItsWorthMore and I'm already thinking about using them again in the future.

ItsWorthMore Disappointing Experience with ItsWorthMore: Two Phones on Fraud List

So, I was looking for a new phone and decided to give ItsWorthMore a try. I ordered a Google Pixel XL from them and was excited to receive it. However, when I started setting it up, I received a notification from Verizon that the phone had been previously owned by someone who still owed them money. This meant that the phone was on a fraud list and I couldn't use it. I was disappointed and frustrated, but I decided to return the phone and order another one.

Unfortunately, I had the same experience with the second phone. It was also on the fraud list and I couldn't use it. I was really disappointed and frustrated at this point. I felt like ItsWorthMore should have done a better job of checking the background of their products before selling them.

Overall, I was not happy with my experience with ItsWorthMore. While their prices may be good, the fact that they sold me two phones that were on the fraud list was unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a new phone.

ItsWorthMore Disappointed with ItsWorthMore: Poor Communication and Damaged Accessories

So, I had a bit of a problem with ItsWorthMore. We couldn't come to an agreement on the price they offered me for my phone and accessories. But, they did agree to send them back to me. I was pretty happy about that.

But, when I got my stuff back, I was pretty disappointed. The earphones and charger I sent them were brand new and never used. But, the earphones they sent back were covered in ear wax and all scratched up. And, to make matters worse, they sent me the wrong charger. It was a really old and used one that didn't even fit my phone.

I tried to contact them about it, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I've sent them two emails, but no response. I'm pretty frustrated about it.

I did a little research and found out that it costs about $1 every time someone clicks on their Google ad. So, I've decided to click on their ad every day until they respond to me. Maybe that will get their attention.

Overall, I'm not too happy with my experience with ItsWorthMore. I hope they can make it right and respond to my emails soon.

ItsWorthMore Terrible Experience with ItsWorthMore: Unreliable Evaluation and Poor Customer Service

So, I sent my Mac book to ItsWorthMore (itsworthmore.com) for an evaluation. I was pretty confident that there was no screen damage at all. However, when I received the evaluation report, I was shocked to learn that there was major damage. I was so disappointed that I decided to have it sent back to me.

When I received my Mac book, I was surprised to see that there was now screen damage. I was so angry that I immediately contacted ItsWorthMore. They apologized and said that it was a mistake on their part. They promised to send me a new charger, but when I received it, it was the wrong one. They said that it was a human error and that they had mixed up the chargers.

I was so frustrated with the whole experience that I decided to write this review. I don't think that anyone should send their product to ItsWorthMore. I'm pretty sure that they just sent me back a Mac book that wasn't mine so that they could increase their profits. I don't trust them at all and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

ItsWorthMore Disappointing Experience with ItsWorthMore: Low Offer, Missing Accessories, and Ripped Charger

I recently sent my MacBook to ItsWorthMore with all the accessories and the original box. I was hoping to get a good deal for it, but unfortunately, they offered me a very low price that was WAYYYYY below my expectations. I was disappointed and decided to decline their offer and have my MacBook returned to me.

However, when I received my MacBook back, I noticed that my charger was ripped and the shorter charger adapter was missing. I searched everywhere, but it was nowhere to be found. I was also shocked to find out that my original box was gone as well. I was really upset because I had taken good care of my MacBook and its accessories.

Now, I am in a difficult situation because I need to use my computer, but I don't have a charger. I have to buy a new one, which costs more than what ItsWorthMore offered me for the entire computer. I have been trying to contact them for hours, but I haven't received any response yet.

Overall, my experience with ItsWorthMore was not good. They offered me a very low price for my MacBook, and when I declined their offer, they returned my MacBook with missing accessories and a ripped charger. I hope they will respond to my messages soon and help me resolve this issue.

ItsWorthMore Unreliable and Dishonest: My Experience with ItsWorthMore

So, I was looking to sell my old phone and came across ItsWorthMore. They offered me $70 for it, which was $15 more than other places I had checked out. I was pretty happy with the offer, so I sent it in. However, I was surprised when I received an email saying that the offer had been adjusted to $25. I was pretty disappointed, especially since my phone was in perfect condition with all original parts and no damage whatsoever.

I contacted ItsWorthMore to ask why the offer had been adjusted and was told that the parts were not original and that the buttons were hard to push. I was really confused because I knew for a fact that my phone had never been repaired or abused and that all the buttons and software worked perfectly. I felt like I was being scammed.

Overall, I would not recommend ItsWorthMore. It seems like they are not very honest about their offers and will try to lower the price as much as possible. It's a shame because I was really hoping to get a good deal for my phone, but instead, I ended up feeling like I had been taken advantage of.

ItsWorthMore ItsWorthMore Review: Good Estimate, Poor Payment Practices

This company, ItsWorthMore, gave me a pretty good description of two iPhone 5C models that I wanted to sell. They even included all the cables and headset in good condition. I was happy with the estimate they gave me, so I accepted it and shipped the goods.

However, after waiting for three weeks, I received a check in the mail for less than 50% of the agreed price. I was pretty upset about this, so I called their customer support to complain. They claimed that they had informed me about the adjustment, but I don't remember receiving any such information.

Anyway, I decided to demand my phones back. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I suggest you do the same. And if you do receive only the phones and not the cables and earphones, just call them again and... well, you know the drill.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend ItsWorthMore to anyone. They may give you a good estimate, but they don't seem to be very honest when it comes to paying you what you're owed. So, if you're looking to sell your old electronics, I suggest you look elsewhere.

ItsWorthMore Beware of ItsWorthMore: Inaccurate Evaluation and Poor Customer Service

I sent my phone to ItsWorthMore with only a few scratches on it. I thought it was in good condition, which according to their website, means it has moderate signs of wear with a few scratches. However, when they received my phone, they claimed it had too many scratches and was dented. I know for a fact that it was not dented, and the scratches were minimal.

I asked for a reevaluation of their offer, but they came back with photos of a phone that was not mine. I was confused and frustrated because I had taken pictures of my phone before sending it in. It took four requests before anyone got back to me, which was a hassle.

Overall, I would caution anyone who is thinking about using ItsWorthMore. They may not accurately evaluate your phone and may not be responsive to your requests. It's important to do your research and find a trustworthy company to sell your phone to.

ItsWorthMore Unreliable and Shady: My Disappointing Experience with ItsWorthMore

My experience with ItsWorthMore was not good at all. I sent them a brand new HTC 10 that was still wrapped in the factory packaging. They quoted me $400, which was way less than what I could have sold it for new. They asked me to remove the SD card and send in the phone. After they received it, they told me that they couldn't accept it as new because I didn't send in a charger, even though they never requested one when they made the offer.

To make matters worse, they only offered me $325 after wasting my time and charging me fees for a phone that cost $550 new. I regret not selling it on Craigslist instead. I can't even put into words how I feel about these people and their shady practices.

I would not recommend ItsWorthMore to anyone. They are not trustworthy and will try to lowball you even if you send in a brand new, unopened phone. Save yourself the trouble and sell your phone elsewhere.

ItsWorthMore Avoid ItsWorthMore for Selling Your Phone: Unreliable Assessment and Undervalued Offer

So, I sent in three iPhones to ItsWorthMore, an online phone buying company. I had an iPhone 5, an iPhone 6, and an iPhone 7 Plus. I was hoping to get a good deal for them, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The original value for all three phones was reduced to $205. I was pretty disappointed, especially since they claimed that there were nonexistent flaws on the phones. I asked for my phones to be returned, but I ended up using a local vendor instead. I was able to get $300 for all three phones, which was a much better deal.

I have to say, you really can't rely on ItsWorthMore's assessment of your phone's condition. They seem to undervalue the phones and make up flaws that aren't even there. However, I will give them credit for returning the phones quickly. They did remove the SIM card from each phone, which was a bit of a hassle for me. I was told by D&R Electronix in Riverside, CA, who bought the phones, that the SIM cards are free from the carrier, which saved me the trouble of filing a police report. But still, it just goes to show that ItsWorthMore isn't the most reliable company out there.

Overall, I would say to avoid ItsWorthMore if you're looking to sell your phone. There are better options out there that will give you a fair price for your device. Don't waste your time with this company.

ItsWorthMore Avoid ItsWorthMore: Bait and Switch Tactics and Unfair Scrutiny of Products

I gotta say, my experience with ItsWorthMore was pretty terrible. I sent in my trusty Apple iPhone 7+ with 32 GB of RAM, along with the box and headphones. I was hoping to get a decent offer for it, but boy was I wrong.

After a few days, I got a notice from them saying that there were "too many scratches" on my phone to keep the $200 offer they had initially given me. I mean, come on, it's a used phone, of course there are going to be some scratches. But apparently, according to them, there were two quarter inch scratches on the front of the phone that were just too much for them to handle. And those two little scratches cost me a whopping $75 off the offer.

Honestly, I feel like this company is just trying to bait and switch people. They lure you in with a decent offer, but then find any excuse they can to lower it. And they're hoping that you won't ask for your product back, so they can just keep whittling you down until they get a higher profit on the products.

My advice? Don't bother with ItsWorthMore. Work with local people instead, like through Nextdoor or other local Facebook groups. Don't risk sending your items to these crooks.

ItsWorthMore lowballed me after they had the phones

Sent in four phones due to my cancellation with verizon - all galaxy s9 plus - all nearly brand new. The offers were good so I sent the phones in. Just got the "updated adjusted bid" and what a joke. One was never used, has all the original packaging and yet it was downgraded over $100 on the bid for no reason other than they said it wasn't brand new in the box - ummm, what else do you want it to be other than brand new in the box because it was! The second phone was used twice and yet they claimed there were "deep scratches" - there weren't, I took pics of all the phones before I sent them in.. So they dropped the price on this one substantially. The third one they claim was locked, nope - all paid off and unlocked. The last one they said had a small crack which it did but it wasn't on the screen and didn't affect anything - they dropped it to $80... For a s9+. So my initial offer went was cut in half. I told them to send them back and while it took two weeks to get them there in the first place with their shipper I sure hope I get them back sooner. Beware. I tried them as a new customer having used gazelle before but i'll never return and will gladly tell anyone who listens to not sell to them. Gazelle has my business and i'm sorry I ever switched... They never gave me less than my offer ever. Very disappointed. Beware!

ItsWorthMore iphone purchase

I bought a phone from this company via ebay, over a week ago and have yet to receive it. I published my review on ebay and they deleted it. I reached out to them multiple of times and no1 has tried to help me. A phone I paid so much money for! Is this how they treat their customers? I feel beyond scammed. I have emailed them and they refused to try and help me to resolve the "missing" item. I have called the company and ebay on their behalf and all I received were attitudes and being disregarded. This is my first purchase from this company, ever, and my first purchase like this from ebay and this was worse than a disappointment. I didnt even know companies were allowed to delete negative reviews on ebay. People should have the right to know what has transpired with their experiences!

ItsWorthMore horrible experience

I sent them my phone (iphone 5) which was in a perfect condition and they promised i'll get $600 for it. When they received the phone they contacted me and said that condition of my phone was terrible and that they can give me only $300 for it! Are you kidding me? It was an iphone 5 and there was no way I would sell it for only $300. I refused and demanded my phone back and they said ok, but then they stopped replying and I heard nothing from them again. Total scam!

ItsWorthMore the rep told me that the ipad was in bad state and they could give only $20

I sent my ipad to www.itsworthmore.com and their rep told me that they received it and would inform me about the price, which I would get for my ipad. After 14 days the rep contacted me and told that there were scratches and problems with internal hardware, so the best price, which they could give me, was $20. Seriously, my jaw dropped. I said to return my ipad back, but still didn’t get it.

ItsWorthMore they told that my phone was damaged, but it wasn't true

I have checked the quote of my iphone 5 on the website of itsworthmore llc. They received it and said that the price would be about $120, but they needed to check the functions. After 4 days they finally evaluated my phone and responded that the total sum would be $56. It was too small and they said me that there were a lot of problems and he needed repair. My phone hasn’t been damaged before, so I had no idea what they were talking about. I asked to return my phone, but still no news from them.
