I was told that my shower would be installed in just 1 or 2 days, but it's been 6 days and still no shower. I've asked a few folks for the owner's email or phone number, or for him to call me, but they won't give it to me. I just want to talk to him about my worries. I trusted them to do what they said, but they haven't and won't work things out with me. They even got the wrong size panels for my $11,000 walk-in shower.
Don't bother with EZ Baths, LLC
Don't bother with EZ Baths, LLC. (1) They put in a shower for me, but the hose was too short for my sis who has trouble moving around. I told them, but they didn't do anything about it. (2) When they were drilling, they made so much dust that my AC stopped working. I had to pay 300 bucks to fix it. (3) The workers didn't wear masks, which is not cool. (4) The shower floor is super slippery, which is a real hazard for old or disabled folks.

So, I got this EZ Baths, LLC to install my new bathroom and it's been a real hassle
So, I got this EZ Baths, LLC to install my new bathroom and it's been a real hassle. They said it would only take one day, but it's been five days now and they still haven't finished. The stuff they brought was all messed up and they messed up my walls and ceiling too. I got a letter that shows how long it's been taking. I even got pictures of the damage and a video of water coming through my A/C vent. Not cool, man.
I got a shower from EZ Baths, LLC and it's not good
I got a shower from EZ Baths, LLC and it's not good. They didn't fix things right and now they won't call us back. They said we have a lifetime warranty but it's not helping. The guy who sold us the job won't answer our calls. The caulking keeps coming off and the walls don't meet the shower base. We can't even paint because of the caulking. It's a bad shower and we paid $10,000 for it. Last time, a guy came and said he was a supervisor but I don't think he was. The caulking he put on isn't staying and I have pictures to prove it. The window panels are messed up too and water is getting trapped and making mildew. Please do something about this!
We got a walk-in bath from EZ Baths, LLC on November 5 for $14,995.00
We got a walk-in bath from EZ Baths, LLC on November 5 for $14,995.00. It was put in on December 14. The salesperson, ***, wrote down that we wanted a white door, but when it came, it had a different color door and a white tub. They said they would bring another tub, but it was also the wrong color. There were also pieces that didn't match. We gave them a $2,000.00 deposit and financed the rest, but we weren't happy with the installation. They said they would fix it, but they said it was the manufacturer's fault. We tried to talk to them on the phone and by text, but it didn't work. The owner, ***, sent a letter to the finance company on March 17, but it wasn't true. We don't trust them anymore.

On 11/16 I made a deal with EZ Bath for a bathroom redo 'cause of an electric fire in my kitchen
On 11/16 I made a deal with EZ Bath for a bathroom redo 'cause of an electric fire in my kitchen. The sales guy said it'd take 2 days and I had to pay $1000.00 before they'd start. On XX-X-XXXX they called to say they'd come on XX-XX-XXXX at 7 am. But I only had one way in and out of my house then, so I had to tell my kitchen contractor to stop working. On 12-16 at 6:30 PM, EZ Bath called to say they'd come on 12-18 at 7 AM. But from 7AM to 10:30 AM on 12-18 nobody showed up. I called the Baton Rouge office and they didn't know anything about my job, but said they'd call back. At 11:30 AM, the sub-contractor Clint called me from his home (XXX XXX-XXXX) to say he and his son were throwing up and he couldn't do the job. He thought his boss at EZ Bath had told me. He said sorry and asked me "What exactly was I supposed to do on the order?'" I got mad 'cause I was paying $6995.00 and the sub-contractor didn't even know what he was supposed to do at my place. He said if I rescheduled with him in a few weeks he'd finish the job in 1 day instead of 2. But I lost faith in EZ Bath's unprofessional attitude and told them to CANCEL MY ORDER. The owner, *** said I wouldn't get my deposit back. I didn't cancel for no reason, they stood me up twice. *** didn't care, he wouldn't call me back or my kitchen contractor who was also put out. I think EZ Bath was unprofessional and I want my deposit back. I'm not asking for the money I lost by having to cancel my kitchen contractor's work to make way for EZ Bath. Please help me if you can. Sincerely
So, I had a guy from EZ Baths come out to give us an estimate on 10/19
So, I had a guy from EZ Baths come out to give us an estimate on 10/19. We got two bathrooms, one's messed up on the 2nd floor and the other's on the 1st floor. The dude said he couldn't do anything with the upstairs one, but they could fix the 1st floor one no problem. We signed a contract for $9,980 and paid $3000 upfront. They said they'd let us know when they could come install it. They said they'd be here on 11/18, but then they said they could come on 11/16. But then they said they couldn't come that week at all because of some product delay. They said they'd call us on Friday the 19th to reschedule, but they didn't. I had to bug them a bunch of times before they finally said they could come on Wednesday the 24th. But then they said they needed a plumber to replace something and they couldn't finish the job that day. They said they could still finish it, but it would cost me $10k to have a plumber tunnel under my house. So, I told them to leave it open so the plumber could fix it. The plumber fixed it on Monday the 29th. I told EZ Baths it was done, but they said it might be a few weeks before they could come back out. I told them we only had one bathroom, so we needed them to come sooner. They finally came on Wednesday 12/01, but then they found an active leak and needed the plumber again. They said if they had to stop the job again, it would cost $1500 for them to come out a third time. I asked why they didn't find the leak the first day and they said the plumber should have looked for it.
