I bought the chair 3 months ago. I really like the chair! It's great for everything I need. However, I also ordered the free starter package, a basket, an extra battery, and a charger. I'm still waiting for them. I've contacted them multiple times, and they said they were short-staffed. But it's been 3 months, and I'm still waiting. I noticed that this chair is advertised directly from China for $1000 less. So, you can tell this company is making a lot of money by being the middleman and not doing much at all.

In 2018, I bought an EZ Lite cruiser and had the best experience ever. I got plenty of time to test the chair and ride it around to see if I liked it. I'm lucky to be in Los Angeles where their shop is, so it's easy for me to go there. I took the chair on a 6-week trip abroad and I loved it. It's absolutely the best mobility device I've ever used. When I came back from my trip, I took it in for maintenance (which isn't required but I rode the chair hard). I just wanted to make sure all the screws were still there and that there wasn't anything wrong with it. When an airline broke my chair (last month), they were quick to replace it and I even got an upgrade (since mine was almost 4 years old). They've treated me really well (almost like a celebrity) and they've responded to my needs quickly and efficiently. It makes me sad to read the negative reviews because I see how dedicated and professional they are. Customers who feel upset with them should read all their policies and return options before getting angry. This is, without a doubt, one of the most honest and friendliest companies I've ever come across. For a small business, they do an amazing job and their chairs are the best out there. Actually, people stop me all the time asking about the chair. If you're looking for an easy, lightweight, foldable, and classy power chair, this is the one for you. I promise.

EZ Lite Cruiser is a lightweght, motorized, fold-up wheelchair. The two motors are housed in the wheels. The wheel/motor assemblies can be removed easily, without the need for tools, which lightens the assembly considerably.
The seven-pound battery is approved for commercial aviation and can go ten miles on a single charge. There is also the option of using a 10-pound battery, but that is not approved for airplane travel.

As a person who cannot walk, a reliable electric wheelchair is very important to me. More importantly, a maintenance team that I can always count on is a must. I purchased an EZ Lite Cruiser in 2019 for my trip to Europe. I went back for maintenance after a long trip in countries where the paving was rough. Kyle and Michael cleaned up the wheel hubs and tightened up all the screws for me for free. While I was traveling in Taiwan in 2020, my Cruiser charger was broken. I purchased a replacement from a local electric wheelchair store, but the charger seemed flimsy and inadequate. I sent Kyle and Michael an email for help. Their answer came back, "If you pay for the shipping, we'll give you a new charger for free." After giving my Cruiser heavy use in Taiwan for eight months, I knew it was time to visit Kyle and Michael again. This time, I asked them to replace all the rusted screws, fix the front left wheel, and tighten up my Cruiser for my upcoming trip in November. Michael not only did what I asked, but he also changed all four wheels. He even upgraded my foot rest. It looked like a whole new wheelchair. These two gentlemen have the kindest hearts I have ever known. I highly recommend the EZ Lite Cruiser and this company to anyone who has mobility problems, but wants to continue to enjoy traveling. On Sept 7, 2021 I bought an EZ Lite Cruiser electric wheelchair. I had surgery and the surgery helped fix my injury. I sent an email to EZ Lite Cruiser on Sept 27, 2021 to cancel my order. They replied on Sept 28, 2021 saying they would give me my money back in 2 days. But I still haven't got the wheelchair or my money back. I reached out to the company on 10/22, 10/27, and 10/30. Furthermore, they alleged that the chair was returned damaged. However, I strongly believe that the damage occurred while it was in my or my mother's possession, and it was not returned in a damaged state. It is possible that the damage occurred during the three months it sat in their warehouse. According to the return guarantee advertised by EZ Lite, my mother should be entitled to a 100% refund of the purchase price.

I haven't received the $350 Free Accessories kit that was advertised with my order. I had to wait for 60 days after the delivery, which was on 9/6. The Free Accessory kit was supposed to come with the wheelchair, but I had to wait the 60 days after the delivery of the wheelchair. I called the office in California and spoke with someone named *** twice now. In February, he said they were waiting for the cup holder, which was on back order. I agreed to have him mail everything that was in stock and the cup holder when it became available. He said I should receive it within the week, but I never did. I called again on 3/16 and spoke with ***. After checking, he said the kit would be mailed out that day or the next and I should receive it in a week or so. However, I still haven't received it. I think this is a sketchy operation and we paid over *** for the wheelchair, which actually only cost *** according to the Commercial Invoice that came in the shipping crate. I can provide it if asked.

They said it was because of a backup at the port. Okay. So, we found out that the chair was too big for our home and it was also too heavy. On the 20th, I took off the wheels and motors and somehow managed to fit it into our car. I'm 71 years old and only 5 feet tall, so how long could I keep doing this? The chair was actually for my husband. I struggled with taking the wheels off and putting them back on, and I couldn't imagine doing that regularly in a parking lot. I called them and said I wanted to return it, and the person on the phone was rude and told me to go to the website and fill out some paperwork. So, I did that and got a copy of my submission and a note. Part of the note said, and I quote, "Please don't contact us by phone, email, or any other way because it will slow down the return process." Well, it's been a month now and I figured I had nothing to lose, so I called them on Tuesday. They still haven't called me back. Funny thing is, when I left my name and number with the salesperson, they called me back in five minutes. I just want them to give us our money back like they're supposed to according to their return policy. The chair is in perfect condition (I have pictures to prove it). I would really appreciate your help.
