Horrible customer service. The website offered a discount, but the website wouldn't take the discount. I canceled my order, but they still sent it and charged me $15.95 for the return. Then, they sent me a coupon in an email for an even bigger discount than what was on the website. I ain't never gonna order from this company again.

I've had loads of issues with different things and they always go above and beyond to take care of 'em. Ya gotta understand, when ya order stuff, ya gotta check out the return rules. Sometimes ya can only swap things for other products. Keep up the great work, Fabulous Furs! My clients absolutely adore 'em and the blankets are just amazin'! They're the best weddin' gifts ever. Super unique and folks use 'em in both hot and cold climates.

I bought a really expensive blanket from Fabulous-Furs for a gift, and it cost me a total of $285.95. So, a few weeks ago, they told me that the blanket was on BACK ORDER. Then, after 2 weeks, I got a phone call saying that my credit card didn't match the billing address and it got declined. (It's been matching for 30 years, you know!) I had to go through the whole card number and address thing with the customer rep, making her repeat it to me so we could get it right. I checked my credit card, and it wasn't declining their charges. Their system must be outdated or something. They charged my card twice, and then they went back and credited it twice... like, who does that? Obviously, I blocked that credit card from them. I swear, I'm never, ever, ever going to try doing business with them again. The product was delayed, and they gave me so many excuses. I tried to order in good faith, but it turned into a total circus!

I sent back my stuff using the return label from Donna S Fabulous Furs UPS. I called Customer Service at to make sure they got it on 1/4/2023. The order number was *** and it cost me $337.75. It's been 17 days and I still haven't gotten my money back on my credit card. I've been asking for the manager to call me for a whole week and they haven't called back. All I want is my refund right now.

I bought the "Ready or Not Reversible Storm Coat" from Fabulous Furs (FF) for $325. But instead, I got the Arctic Wolf Shawl Collar Coat, which costs $395. I returned the Shawl Collar Coat on December 26, 2022, using FF's return label and reason for return sheet. The order sheet had the right information, like the correct coat and size, but someone messed up and put the wrong coat in the box they shipped to me. UPS notified me that the return window had expired and told me to contact the seller. FF received the returned coat on December 29, 2022. I tried multiple times to reach out to the seller, but it was useless. I went online to use the live chat, but no one responded. The screen just said "waiting for agent." I called their 1800 number, but I had to wait on hold for over 10 minutes. After 12 or 13 minutes, I gave up and hung up. It's so tiring to wait just to talk to someone. And they don't even tell you how long you might have to wait in the queue before you can speak to an agent. Right now, my wife doesn't have a coat because of this mess. FF got paid for a coat, sent the wrong one, let the return window expire, and kept the coat I sent back on December 26. What I want is either a full refund or the coat I actually ordered for my wife.

Fabulous Furs sent me a coat that didn't look like the one on their website. It was the ***, item number ***, XS, in order number ***. The coat looked defective and shed a lot. I have two other coats from Fabulous Furs that don't shed at all. Since I'm originally from ***, I like supporting local businesses, so I reached out to them to fix the problem. They told me to brush and shake the coat to stop the shedding and improve its appearance. But the shedding didn't stop, and people even commented on how cheap the coat looked. I contacted them again, asking to exchange the defective coat for a different style. However, Fabulous Furs refused to do anything about it. They claimed that once a customer wears the jacket, they won't accept returns. But I couldn't have known about the shedding until I wore it, and I also couldn't have predicted that the seams would open where the different furs connect. Fabulous Furs employees told me to brush and shake the coat and wear it. So, I believe Fabulous Furs should exchange the coat for a different style or refund my money.

On 12/10/22, I ordered a snow lynx fireside stroller in size XS from Fabulous Furs through *** with prime shipping. I paid $324 for it, even though I could have gotten it for $250 on the Fabulous Furs website. But I needed it for an event, so I paid an extra $75 for prime shipping. Unfortunately, the coat didn't arrive on time because Fabulous Furs didn't ship it from their warehouse in time. I emailed them about it, and they did acknowledge my email, but didn't respond further. Finally, on 12/16/22, I received the coat, but it was sewn defectively and couldn't be worn. I own 3 other Fabulous Furs coats, so I know how they should look. There were hard clear cords running along the outside of the coat, like guitar strings, which blocked the pocket. Also, the lining wasn't properly sewn to the coat, so the threads holding it together would break when you put your hand in the pocket. Instead of offering a replacement, Fabulous Furs increased the price of the coat to $375 on Amazon and suggested I buy a new one for that price. They completely ignored my emails and requests to resolve the issue, so I had to spend my own time filing complaints. They should really reduce the cost of a replacement coat to compensate me for this inconvenience. If not, they should at least offer the coat for the original price of $250 and overnight it to me, making sure it's not defective this time.

I never got an email from Donna's about this gift card (they said I would). If I got the email, I would've known about the gift card and used it for my purchase. My friend told me about the gift card on Nov 25 and she called customer service to confirm if I could use it for my order. The customer service rep told her to have me call them and they would apply it. I called customer service on November 25. Two different reps couldn't find my order in the system. I called again later that evening and the rep found my order but didn't know how to apply the gift card because Donna's didn't give a gift card code. The rep made a ticket with their supervisor, marked it urgent, and said I would get a call the next day (Nov 26). I didn't get a call the next day. I called again on Nov 27. The rep said there was a ticket and a supervisor would call me back that day. I didn't get a call back. I called on Nov 28. The rep said they couldn't apply the gift card to my order because it had already shipped. I suggested these solutions: 1. Apply the gift card like the agents said they would 2. Refund the gift card amount 3. Cancel the order, give me a FREE return, and let me reorder with the gift card and sale promo I used before (new total cost $229.39). She said she couldn't do any of those options. I asked to speak to a manager but the manager refused. I want a billing adjustment of the gift card amount ($50) applied to my order like the agents said they would (new total cost $229.39).
