So, I recently tried out REVICE Denim and I gotta say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I placed my order for a pair of jeans a whopping 4 months ago and still haven't received them. And when they finally did ship, the package was somehow stolen. Talk about a major bummer.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone. It's a total waste of money and time. The customer service is practically non-existent and the shipping process is a complete disaster. I mean, who wants to wait months for a pair of jeans only to have them stolen in transit?
Overall, I'd say steer clear of REVICE Denim. There are plenty of other brands out there that offer better quality and service. Don't make the same mistake I did and waste your hard-earned cash on this subpar brand.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at REVICE Denim. I mean, I don't wanna be too harsh, but it was pretty bad. First of all, there was like, no one to talk to if you had any questions or issues. I tried emailing them a bunch of times and never got a response. And then, when I finally did place an order, I never even got the product! Like, what the heck? I was so excited to get some new clothes, but instead I just lost my money. It's honestly pretty messed up that they're still allowed to operate. I mean, their website looks so legit and they're clearly targeting people who have money to spend on clothes. It's just not fair. So yeah, I would definitely not recommend wasting your money here. You're better off giving it to a charity or something.

I recently made a purchase from REVICE Denim and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. I ordered a pair of jeans on November 19th, 2018 and received an email from them on November 22nd stating that my custom-made jeans were being created and that it may take a little longer for me to receive them. However, it has been quite some time since then and I have not received any further updates on my order.
I decided to reach out to their customer service team, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response for four days. This was quite frustrating as their website states that they typically respond within 72 hours. After doing some research, I found that many other customers have had similar experiences with REVICE Denim. Some have even waited up to four months for their items to arrive and have struggled to get a response from the company.
One thing that I found particularly concerning was their return policy. The website states that they only accept one return per item per customer, which seems quite odd to me. Additionally, they do not offer returns or exchanges internationally, which could be a major issue for those living outside of the United States. This is something to keep in mind if you are considering making a purchase from REVICE Denim.
Another issue that I encountered was the amount of spam emails that I received from the company. I received emails from them every single day, sometimes even multiple times a day. This was quite annoying and made me feel like they were more interested in selling me more products than actually providing good customer service.
Overall, I would not recommend REVICE Denim based on my experience. While their products may be of good quality, their customer service and policies leave much to be desired. If you do decide to make a purchase from them, be sure to read their policies carefully and keep in mind that it may take some time to receive your order.

The sizing of Jean's are ridiculous I never have to buy sizes 29 waist and up as I am average small but not tiny small this brand mainly endorses tiny small for the normal sizez i doo wear 25 to 27 waist but not in this brand I am a 29 to 30 waist :( however the wait times of receiving a order vary a pre order can take forever and a item in stock is 2 to 3 business days however mainly business is orchestrated online as well as responses of company's as they do not have a working phone smh I also have had exchange item problems I've told them I want 29 to 30 waist they sent me the 32 which is their biggest after trying the 31 being 2 big and me specifically telling them that they send me a 32 and require me to send back the item at my expense for their mess up because I wouldn't order the biggest size if the 31 is way 2 big ! They are scams and they dont listen I've said I wanted the 29 or 30 waist multiple times and I can prove it my sent screen shots! Dont buy from them at all too much drama spend your money elsewhere!

Scam, waited months to receive $200 worth of disappointment, sizing off, in both clothing and boots, cheap, nasty, badly constructed, I wouldn't even try to past any of it on, don't think the boots would last 1 wear or the clothing 1 wash, DO NOT PURCHASE, BIGGEST SCAM! Only doing the one start because it is required to leave the message.
Worst customer service of my life. I ordered 2 jeans. One is 2 months late still with no update. The other came in too small. I asked for an exchange. The want me to manually process the exchange by reordering the jean when it costs more now and I would have to pay for shipping. Their policy says they would cover exchange shipping costs but they aren't. This is not an even exchange and they could care less about the customer experience.
This company is very scam-y. I placed an order for two pairs of jeans on April 8, and after a month and a half and two inquiries about the order, I received one pair. I was told that shipping times are based on the style and size since they are "made to order." I was constantly checking the shipping times on the two pairs and even though the website stated that they would ship in 2-3 business days, it has taken weeks just to receive one pair. I asked if I could be refunded for the ones I still have not received, and it is apparently against their company policy to refund customers even before orders ship! The only thing they will issue is store credit. Do not spend your hard-earned money with this company. They will hold your money hostage with nothing to show for it.

DO NOT order from Revice Demin. I ordered two pairs of jeans for my daughter for Christmas. First thing is the sizing is very inaccurate. The jeans run extremely small. Second, I received one pair quickly and Christmas came and never received the second pair. The pair that I did receive were extremely small and I paid for the return and asked for an exchange. The email I received is they are giving me my money back. No exchange but instead I can purchase the same pair of jeans I had ordered for triple the price. Seriously! Third, I inquired about the jeans that I never received and asked to have a different size since they had not been shipped. I cannot get any type of correspondence from them regarding this issue. I was able to locate a phone number to call them directly. You get a recording and it says to leave a voicemail but guess what, the voicemail box is full. Do not order from Revice Denim. You would be better off taking that money and playing the lottery and maybe you would have something to show for it. If I could leave no stars, I would.

Scam company. Gave me wrong size of 2 pairs of jeans and will not return my money. I have been emailing customer service for 2 weeks and I get an automated message and am going in circles. I do not see me getting my money back unfortunately.
Two words: AWFUL COMPANY. I ordered two pairs of pants that took over a month to receive. When I finally received them, they felt and looked cheap so I returned them. Revice doesn't offer a pre-paid shipping label and you're required to ship back the product at your own expense. The worst part is they don't even give you a refund, it's only "store credit" and for not as much as you originally paid for. Because I was given store credit, I decided to use it for an exchange. I got one pair of pants and I love them. I'm still waiting for another pair that's taken well over the acceptable time limit. It's a shame because their jeans are cute, but their customer service is awful.

Zero stars if I could. Sizing is totally unpredictable and wildly inaccurate. Company itself is a total scam. I bought several jeans and shorts, all in the smallest size available which should have fit me perfectly according to the measurements. Each item was inconsistent and gigantic, but when I checked the label, the sizing was printed correctly. Because these were the smallest size available, I could not exchange them and quickly realized I was never going to get a refund because of their total scam of a return policy. In store credit only, for a clothing brand that literally does not offer any sizes that will fit me. On top of this, customer service was extremely unreliable and sketchy. They replied only half the time and their emails even to specific questions were clearly scripts. No contact information on any emails, just a generic one sentence message and some XOXO. No contact information whatsoever. I was never able to get ahold of an actual human, despite many attempts. Unbelievably disappointed and sickened to think I was scammed under the guise of a sustainable brand.

Beware, do not purchase anything from this company. In fact, I wouldn't even call it a company. It is nothing but a scam! There return service is horrible. They make it so difficult that you just give up and take the loss. I'm sure this is only way they stay in business. Steals your money. Note the address, it's not even a store; an office. The most horrible experience I've ever had purchasing clothing on line. One example of my exhaustive experience: I received a pair of jeans, that I clearly asked for a refund. How I even got to mail them out its amazing. What a chore. After several months, I never got the refund. Instead I got another pair of pants! And the pants... the length would serve a woman over six feet tall! So not only are you totally aggravated but you still need to invest more money by tailoring it. I placed my order last Friday, literally 3 days ago, and already received my full order, and everything was true to size! I'm a really petite, narrow woman so I have a hard time buying jeans because most size 23s are more like a 25, which is really frustrating when most places don't go below a 23 because then I have no choice but to just wear jeans that are way too big on me. But the Revice 23s were perfect and it felt so amazing to finally put on a pair of jeans that fit me the way they're supposed to. Also for reference I live in New York, so my order arrived from LA to NY in 3 days. Pretty great if you ask me. It seems to me that most people upset with having to wait for their order ordered pre-order items. So my advice would be if you don't want to wait, don't pre-order! I purchased the Ex-Boyfriend / B-Boy and the Uptown / Happy Hour and both were great quality and true to size. I personally recommend Revice after my experience!
I normally love the jeans from Revice Denim, but their return policy is TERRIBLE. I have two pairs of jeans from Revice and they are both size 25. I ordered a pair recently, the same size and it was extremely different. These jeans basically would have fit someone who is 90 lbs but also 6 feet tall. Revice does not do returns, only exchanges or store credit. They gave me a $49 gift card code which is less than I spent in the first place, and there are practically no jeans on their site for that much, so I ended up having to spend even more to use the gift card so it didn't go to waste. And I had to pay $12 shipping just to send them back. I might as well have just donated them.
Horrible service. I ordered a Christmas gift 12/2 that said in stock and would be delivered before Christmas. I still have not received the item and customer service is not helpful, no phone number to call only email that takes days to return. Do not order from this company, its basically throwing money away. They deserve zero stars!
I would listen to these reviews - yes their jeans look cool which is why I purchased from them but their customer service is horrid. It was my very first purchase and I bought an expensive pair of pants from them for my birthday. The first time I wore them I noticed they were damaged. They don't allow refunds probably because if they did they'd go bankrupt because so many people aren't happy with their orders. Almost seems like a scam because they're impossible to get ahold of. If I didn't pay so much for my pants I'd let it go but it is not fair to be given a damaged pair of pants and not be able to get money back for it or sent a replacement of the item I purchased for the amount of money I spent. SUPER disappointed with this company and it has ruined my relationship with them. I will never order from them again.

TERRIBLE customer service. I am so disappointed because I was excited to find a company that sold reasonable priced jeans like the ones they sell. I placed an order of 4 items. The first shipment contained 1 pair of jeans and 1 pair of shorts. They sent me the wrong size in the shorts (I did double check the size I ordered) and the jeans were too small. I sent both back to exchange them and the cheapest shipping option was $20! Since I was still waiting on another shipment from them, I reached out to them to see if I could go ahead and switch the size of the jeans since I knew they would most likely be too small and I'd have to go through the exchange process again. I reached out FIVE times via voicemail, their website, and email. It clearly states to give them up to 72 hours to respond. Well I never received a response or call back from them. I am still waiting on my exchange and the second shipment. I'll most likely have to go through the exchange process again and it is extremely frustrating. The jeans are extremely cute, so I am hoping that the price, extra shipping costs, and waiting will be worth it.

WORST COMPANY EVER! Would give 0 stars but that wasn't an option. I've ordered from them twice. Both times had issues. The first time it took months and months to get my stuff. They gave 0 updates. 0 emails. 0 response to ticket submissions on their website. No phone number or direct email provided. They claim they will get back to you in 72 hours. They will never respond. If they do, it is some generic response like "we're working on your order and we'll let you know when it ships". But it won't happen and they don't really know anything. The second time I ordered from them they shipped everything but one pair of jeans. Kept claiming they were "working on it". No updates, no actual emails, just automatic BS responses. At this point they have still not shipped them or refunded my money. They simply STOLE my money. Their social media is inaccurate. Only shows positive comments when I know there should be MANY negative comments about their business. Not sure if they delete the comments or what. This company should be shut down. At least for online ordering. Or hire customer service help. VERY frustrating and wrong.

Reading all the negative reviews I literally was so sad after I purchased my jeans. I thought they would take months to get to me, the size wouldn't work and I might not even get the right pair based on the information I've seen... BUT my jeans came in less than two weeks and they are the BEST jeans I have EVER bought. I would wait two months for the next pair I buy if I had to. They are beautiful and well made and I never been more pleased with a purchase. If any of you are waiting awhile for your order... it's worth it. These jeans are handmade and so beautiful, and things that are good quality take time. They also are made in the USA! Which is really important because we outsource so many of our clothing from other countries and follow bad practices so this really impressed me. This isn't a scam, sometimes people just don't have the patience. I never had problems with email communication, they always reached out to me! Also when you reach out to people it's always best to be kind, especially when they are making a handmade product for a decent affordable price. Thank you Revice! I love my jeans and def will be buying from them again!

This is the first time I have EVER taken the time to file a negative customer review. Normally I move on and never shop with that certain company again, but this very popular and well known company scammed me. I ordered a pair of jeans back in February and on April 2nd I received a notification that these were delivered, however my package was never delivered of course. I live in a very friendly and safe apartment building and spoke with all my neighbors to see if they had receieved my package by accident or if they saw anything being delievered to my door but no one saw or received anything either. I also spoke with my leasing office and they also did not received anything but posted a flyer on their information boards throughout our complex asking if anyone received an incorrect package. I contacted local post offices to see if they were maybe holding on to my package but many said my tracking number did not even exist and yes I ordered my jeans directly from the Revice Denim website. I have tried conacting them and they have never responded or even tried contacting me back. Like many I wish I would have read their reviews before hand, save your +$75!

But they sure the h*** keep sending me emails about sales, inviting me to purchase more! Yeah thanks! Not when you can't even deliver my one SIMPLE order- just ONE pair of jeans! Plus I hear all this *** about custom made! How can you custom make a pair of pants WITHOUT taking measurements?!?! They're NOT custom! Just made AFTER someone orders- I guess! I got another pair from them a while back and it was soooo small! I'm 5'9" and a size 28 or 29 with Guess, Levi's, Lucky, True Religion etc but I got a size 30 just to be sure and use them as comfort jeans! Ha! Comfort my a! I can hardly squeeze into them IF I hold my breath and they're sooooo super tight, I'm afraid they'll rip right off me! This time I got size 31- fingers crossed they'll fit IF they ever send the package! And *** it! When you pay almost $100 for a pair of jeans, the service you get shouldn't be so utterly subpar! I've had better communication ordering stuff from China! And way faster deliveries even during covid! Ugh never again!

Heidi told me there was a delay and that the jeans would be shipped in 2-4 weeks. I said ok and waited. 5 weeks go by and I call them out for fraud because I still didn't receive my jeans and started reading the reviews of the company. "Heidi" offered me a free pair of jeans plus another pair if I would just shut up in an incoherent email with misspellings and lies about how they have been shut down for the past two months and behind on orders. They posted last week on their Instagram them shipping out orders, but only to the cloutchasing influences that can get them more money. So after I realized they were not going to help me I threatened to go to my bank for a refund if they didn't give my money back. Then Edgar messaged me; a refund has been initiated but who knows if I'll even get that money back! It has been 3 months! Every Instagram model/Tiktoker gets the lastest pair but why are valued customers not getting what they paid for? SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

DO NOT order from this brand! Their website will quote you 1-2 weeks ship time.. After over a month, my jeans were delivered without any shipping notification. When they didn't fit, I sent them back for exchange. That was on 12/31.. On 1/21 I emailed asking for an ETA on the exchange and all I got back was that they were being processed for exchange.. I continued to follow up for an ETA and they went completely silent UNTIL I wrote for about the 6th time, threatening to leave a bad review on Complaintsboard.com. They finally wrote back and told me they could offer me a store credit to place a new order if I wanted because the exchange could still take another 3-8 WEEKS! So I should place a new order, for that to take another 1-2 months to deliver, if it even delivers or I am potentially waiting up to 3 months for an exchange?! I told them that this was insane and neither option was acceptable to me at this point and so I wanted my money back. They said sorry we don't do refunds.. I now officially disputed the charge with my bank and am hoping they'll help. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They are constantly posting saying they are having sales, deleting any negative comments on their Instagram account yet they cannot keep up with their orders what so ever.

I didn't personally like their customer service. I always leave reviews on things honestly especially bad experiences because I want to make sure people don't go through the same experience I do. I ordered a pair of jeans from Revice Denim on July 22nd. The jeans were a pre-order items and they state on their site that preorder items take about 4 weeks to ship. So I waited until more than 4 weeks later and checked and saw I never got a tracking number for my order just a confirmation email saying they would get back to me. So I decided to check the reviews to see if they were legit and the reviews were all saying the same thing I experienced. It is now November 17 and I received my jeans in the mail in the beginning of November after sending 4 emails asking about my packages. What I noticed was that they replied fairly quick when I emailed them nicely and politely. They didn't meet my standards on updating me about my packages but they did tell me once I asked. The jean material is nice but I don't know if I think it was worth it to wait 4 months for them. I think you should get jeans if you REALLY want them from here but don't expect it to come before a certain date because it will 100% take over a couple months. I don't think I'll be purchasing from them again.

Wish I read these reviews first. Placed an order on 1/14 for the True Love / Checkmate style, its a half grey half white cigarette pant- site claimed to order a size up so I did! I'm normally a size 8/28 so I ordered a 30 because a 31/32 is ALWAYS falling off me. (Tbc) Received an auto generated update on the jeans, was pleasantly surprised after a week I was being told in 7 days they should be done and shipped! Wrong. I received very little help when emailing, I emailed them SEVEN WEEKS after the update and asked for a shipping notification. I was told it's a preorder and we're behind on orders- still I'm a reasonable human and they seemed like a small business so I was like 'okay chill, cool! I'll wait a bit longer. No problem whatsoever.' We have problems, big ones. Package didn't arrive until a couple days ago (today is March 30th). I NEVER got a shipping notification or an update they'd shipped. The jeans are beautiful, admittedly. But these jeans are so tiny. It advised to size up one size- I don't even know of my SIZE EIGHT WAIST will fit in a 32 at this point! Their return policy is GARBAGE for how much you pay for these jeans. Honestly, I'll end up selling them myself, and making my own pair. It's not hard to thrift grey jeans and bleach half of them white. Should have done that in the first place.

McKenzie is the worst and rude agent. Revice sent me a defective jeans, so I Asked for a return label and McKenzie replied" I can provide you a return label,Just need you to make a request here". So she's agreed cover the return cost.But then when I asked for a full refund she's giving me an attitude with her response "store credit and exchange only".So I called her out on her terrible services Then she unprofessionally changed her mind replied"customer responsible for return cost". This is unprofessional. Why Im responsible for the return cost when I received a defective jeans? I paid for a brand new not one have marks on it. And yet you McKenzie have the balls to ask me to pay for the returning cost! You promised for a return label and now change your mind just Because I called you out on your service so you trying to give me a hard time and wasting my time. This is the worst experience I've ever had.I'm gonna post this on credit bureau as well. Not happy at all. I'm waiting for them to resolve this issue and handle it like a pro. Clearly they don't care about Their customers. First of all you sent me a defective jeans second you tell me I'm responsible for return cost? This is something I have never heard of! The worst! I filed a dispute with my credit card company, shortly after they emailed me back saying 'sorry your order is taking awhile, it will ship soon' I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor because I didn't want them to even ship my products at this point. They said 'we won't do returns only exchanges,' so I asked to speak with someone higher up again because they ignored that part of my email. They ignored me AGAIN and havent responded to that email, or 2 other emails I have sent in response to it. My credit card company gave my money back to me and the dispute was granted permanently in favor of me. Revice Denim just emailed me and stated that my order is partially shipping because one of the pair of pants is taking long so they are going to ship them later. SERIOUSLY? It's been 2 months and this is the customer service I am getting. I am glad the dispute went in my favor and there's nothing they can do to get that money back. Don't order from this company, I doubt my pants are even going to be shipped, that was the 3rd 'they're almost ready!' order i've received so I doubt they're actually on their way here. And if they are, i'm returning them as soon as they get here, i don't care if they turn out to be good quality, these pants are way too expensive to not have received a product in 2 months.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I am an avid online shopper and this is goes down as the worst company I have ever dealt with. They shouldn't be in business. I placed an order for two pairs of pants that my step daughter asked for Christmas in mid November. I have still not received the order! I followed up 4 weeks after the order making sure they will arrive on time for Christmas and they told me that it will be another 2-4weeks so they wouldn't arrive in time. I then waited and waited and nothing. Each time I follow up with them for an update they keep adding additional 2-4 weeks more. I completely understand that with the pandemic that there will definitely be delays but these delays are inexcusable at this point. Don't put 2-4 weeks on your website lying to your consumers. Tell the truth and post: it could take 2-4months for custom orders so that the consumer is aware up front of the horrible time frame and can make their decision prior to purchase. Because they mislead me with the time frame and it's been 3 months with no jeans shipped still , I requested my money back and order to be cancelled and they said no it's against their 'policy'. Store credit only. First of all their policy is out the door when they are misleading their consumers and they should be immediately refunding when they are not holding up their part of the agreement. Second of all, why would I want a credit for a store that can't even supply a product to me! It's absolutely insane that they can still operate without repercussions. They have a TERRIBLE return policy- they won't do refunds- they only do exchanges and store credit, they also make YOU pay for the return shipping label. This company is a scam, because all they are doing is looking for more ways to steal money from their customers, not offering a free return shipping label is a cash grab and is predatory towards the customer. They also will block your IP address if they deem your email 'too mean' in regards to asking for asking for a monetary refund. So clearly this happens to them a lot that they already have a standardized response for *** off customers. Revice has no brick and mortar store, there are no fitting rooms, there is NO way to try on their jeans with out buying them first and having them sent to you, the customer should not incur an additional charge if the jeans they had no way of trying on before spending money on don't fit them and they want to RETURN them for a REFUND. I placed an order on 4/7 for a product that said it would ship by 4/27. I was planning to have it for an event in May. On their website it says to contact customer service if you haven't received the product within 4 weeks. Since the date is approaching and I will not have the product I want to cancel the order before it ships to me. I will just have to ship it back for either an exchange or refund. This would save time and money for the shipper as well. I ordered two pair of pants two sizes up I wear a size 27 I ordered a size 29. When I got the items I tried them on and I could not get them above my thighs and they were extremely long. It was very disappointing I tried reaching out to them telling them that I wanted a full refund because the jeans were to small. They told me only store credit. Why would I continue to purchase from them knowing the quality of the material is poor. They emailed me on 5/25 and told me that my "order was being created on demand" and it was in the 3rd stage of creation: embroidery and that it would take 3/4 business days, and then it will go to the wash house for 3-7 days, and then to finishings for 24-48 hours, equaling TWO WEEKS just from this update a week after ordering, not including shipping. It is stated nowhere on their website that these are hand created to order jeans. I have read other reviews online and many many others have said the same thing about this company, they will not reply to anybody's customer service complaints, some people's orders just never arrived even though they have paid it. These jeans were not preorder and we have waited WELL over the described time. My jeans were ordered in early November and came in late December. I am a size 25-26 and Revice's size charts led me to believe a 26 would be slightly baggy on me- perfect. I got them and they fit like a 23. I could not even button them. The exchange process was messy and we had to pay to send the jeans back for exchange, only for Revice to never send out the new pair in the correct size. I have been waiting on my exchange for nearly a month now, and it's starting to feel like it would have been a better idea to just learn how to loosen the jeans myself. However, when it arrived on Nov 11, only the T Shirt was in the package. After never receiving shipping confirmation, I had exchanges with their customer service every month until June . Their excuse was that my jeans had an issue in production and they had to start over. A few months ago I just asked for a refund and assumed I would never receive the jeans. They refused a refund and still would would not give me any updates on my order. They then stopped responding to my emails and finally in June they claimed my jeans had already been delivered via FedEx. My original confirmation claimed it would be DHL but they sent my a FedEx delivery confirmation in June claiming that it had been delivered in April. This was the first time receiving any shipping information. I emailed them to say this delivery confirmation isn't valid and demanded a refund and they will not respond. I was told it takes 3-4 days to process and then your products are sent out, there was no further posts about delayed times or anything. it wasnt until AFTER purchasing I got an email that said on 3-28 stating they are working on my piece and i should have it soon. at this point i wasnt worried as i was willing to wait up to 2 weeks even though it shouldnt take that long. On 4/3 i recived a email from them saying" your revice order is almost ready" claiming it was in the third step of prouduction and should ship no longer than the 16th of april. i contacted out letting them know i was going to file a claim and that they need to make it right and the only resposne i got was ' we are delayed you should grt a comformation in 1-2 weeks" today is the 2nd week after that email, still nothing. I am baffled by there service and the way they handle things. If they want to ship things 2 months after purchasr they need to state that on there site not 3-4 days. Iwant a full refund from this company.

Spent *** on 3 jeans, returned everything for 1 refund & 2 exchanges. They keep lying to me, no refund, no exchange since October! Need my money back On the 27th Sept. I ordered the Malibu Cutoffs (RXXXXXXXXX) for *** the Viper Jeans (RXXXXXXXX) for *** and the 90's Joey Jeans (RXXXXXXXXX) for *** for *** from Revice denim. My order number is #XXXXX. Since I live in Germany, the order took long to arrive and I had to spend additional *** in taxes, which is making this a very expensive order. However, nothing fit, all sizes were off. I spoke to Revice Denim and followed the instructions to return everything. I wanted a refund for the Malibu Cutoffs and an exchange order in smaller sizes for the Viper and Joey jeans. They sent me a return confirmation after several weeks. From then on they kept me waiting for my exchange/ refund. Weeks, months of writing mails back and forth. A month ago they said my exchange will be send out "next week" - nothing ever happened. They keep giving me wrong information and now they just ignore me. Instead of the refund for the Malibu Cutoffs we agreed on long ago, they sent me store credit *** which they know I don't want. I tried to contact them on Facebook, on Instagram, I keep writing them emails I keep opening new requests on their website... but nothing. They stopped responding and just ignore me. I wish I had never ordered from them, they seem to be a terrible scam.

I placed my order with Revice the end of March, I bought a pair of Venus Jeans and a shirt; I received my shirt in a timely manner however, I STILL here in August have not received my jeans. I keep getting close to the same curated messages from an "***" saying I will get a confirmation number, tracking, etc within weeks that each time expand to month/months. They express that they will not give a refund only store credit which makes zero sense for someone who hasn't even gotten the first product they ordered from them. They are essentially a business that steals from you and finds words to jump around it. After time went by and reading reviews, this seems to be a common problem for this business and they seem to get away with it given their "no refund" policy. They haven't given me any sort of tracking number, any sort of whereabouts of my product; "***" insisted they were working on my order as we speak but then goes to say that I can change my choice of jeans if I wanted..well, that 1. tells me all these months they haven't even touched my order and 2. if I have the option to change it, it's not coming anytime soon. They just send you lie after lie, curated email after curated email and no sense of relief as to when my order will ever get here or if i'll ever see the *** I spent on these jeans. My first time ordering and this is my experience. This business is horrible and i'm so disappointed.

I have yet so receive my order I purchased a pair of jeans on September 03 the total cost of my purchase was $75.11. I was unsatisfied with my purchase and requested to exchange my pair of jeans on October 08. The request was approved and so I mailed my jeans, along with the correct size, and style of the pants I wanted on October 12. I did not hear back from Revice until I reached out to them asking them about my exchange status. On November 4th (two weeks after I sent out the pants) Revice responded to my email, saying they received my jeans, and asked what I wanted to exchange them for. I sent them the style and size, and they said they would notify me when they were going to mail out my request. It is now November 12, and I have still not received any further notice about my exchange order. I emailed them once again today (November 12) and now they responded saying "I truly apologize but we are not able to issue cancellations/ refunds, as stated on our website. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience, but we do just have to abide by the policy. I would only be able to process store credit or exchange." This reply is confusing, according to them they had already processed my refund. I need support in speaking to someone that is in charge and actually knows what is going on. I keep getting different responses. The person I have been corresponding with is ***, and that person has not been consistent at all.

I placed an order of jeans for my daughter on April 24th. It is now July 2nd and no word from the company on expected delivery. I placed an order on April 24th for "handmade jeans" for my daughter. On April 25th they sent a nice email that they were working on the order and I would receive an update soon. On May 1st I received an email stating they were on step 3 of the order - the embroidery stage and "This process can take anywhere from 3-4 business days depending on the intricacy of the style. After your denim leaves embroidery, it'll go to our washhouse (3-7 business days), finishings (24-48 hours), and then our warehouse. Once it reaches our warehouse, we'll pack your order and email you a shipping confirmation!" Since then I have not received anything from Revice Denim other than a periodic response to my numerous email inquiries of my order. Of the times I've received a response, it is the same wording saying "I do apologize for the delay, we just are experiencing a little bit of a slow time with production due to all the current events going on, but we are still working hard to make sure to get orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipping out within the next couple of days, and you will get an email with the tracking number as soon as it goes out." After two and a half months, I think it is well beyond the time to ship out a pair of jeans. In addition, my daughter has since read many online reviews of this company and it appears that there are multiple cases of customers experiencing the same situation which gives me pause to wonder if the order will ever be shipped.
