Fair shake against at&t scam
I had a case against at&,t and I had an I was going through the arbitration process and told me to give it to my lawyer gave me an arbitration case number and everything I gave it to the lawyer and she said it's a scam after she asked me how much i wanted and I also sent the picture of it to the American arbitration association and they say it doesn't exist they tried to charge me and it says that there's a zero doller fee waiver on there
Super legit
Super legit. Glad to pay FairShake versus paying these scamming companies. And you don't have to pay unless FairShake wins!ATT scammed me at a Target store, telling me they could beat my current phone bill, but I had to give them all sorts of info, including getting a transfer PIN. I know, I'm dumb, but I told them before doing anything, that I wanted to think about it for a day, they put an order in anyway. I spent months fighting with ATT and they kept saying I used their service, even though I never did and tried to charge me $440. FairShake got them to drop it, so big *** to FairShake.
I had never heard of fair shake I was very skeptical at first. They resolved my issue quickly with a very reasonable fee, thank you fair shake.
Fairshake resolved our 7 month dispute with *** in our favor. Highly recommend!
I have Tramatic Brain Injury. you help me more than you know.its really hard having a brain injury.thank fair shake staff .for talking the time to really understand me...thank you
Hired them and still nothing months later. It's almost been a year and then referred me over to another company and they never answer me back. Nothing gets resolved.
I filed a claim against Airbnb with Fairshake on May 14
I filed a claim against Airbnb with Fairshake on May 14. I have audio recordings, text messages and pictures of the host admiting to fraud and defaming my character on their site while they did nothing to stop him despite the case that was on the host. I heard nothing from Fairshake until I went to check the status on my claim on May 23rd only to see they canceled my claim with no explanation. Since I got out of the service and now 100% disabled, companies that say they are going to help, never do. This world is such a disappointment to me considering everything I sacrificed to keep it safe.
I am happy with the outcome and overall experience using Fairshake. They gave me a voice when I wasnt heard when I tried to resolve the dispute myself. Its nice to know that this is an option for people who feel they have unfairly been taken advantage of by a business. There is only a small fee associated with using the services but its well worth it.My only advice would be to have more of an opportunity to communicate with Fairshake because some things were not as transparent as I felt they could have been about the process, and I would have liked to have an opportunity to speak to someone and ask questions. With that being said, I *** that this company has a great concept going and that they are helping people who otherwise would not have a voice. I highly recommend using Fairshake to help resolve disputes. Im grateful that this company is helping people.
I had an amazing experience with FairShake. They were courteous and professional. My dispute was handled within a few weeks and settled just as quickly. I am truly happy with this company and could not thank them more. The person who handled my case deserves recognition! Thanks again to everyone at the FairShake team. I appreciate the respect and professionalism you showed me. I would recommend them to anyone.
FairShake is a great opportunity for consumers to resolve issues with big companies that have a tendency to ignore consumer rights. I find them to be a good advocate for consumers in getting things accomplished in a fair and equitable manner.
5 star service great attention to detail on top of their game
Just want to warn others
Just want to warn others. This is not a professionally run company. It's disorganized and you won't receive a response in a timely manner or sometimes at all. They dropped the ball on me mid case and I can't get a response. The customer service doesn't read or can't read. They don't save any previous threads so every time you talk to them you have to start completely from scratch. When they don't want to answer you, the either won't respond at all or make up excuses like "I don't understand what you are asking" and then just not respond.Don't waste your time. Just call an attorney if you need help.
Again I would like to thank FairShake for handling my dispute in a timely professional manner for which I am very grateful...FairShake took immediate action with my dispute, to be honest they wasted no time with helping settle my dispute. I APPLAUD FairShake because they not only kept me informed throughout everything which put me at ease and we've never even met or talked over the phone which I think is outstanding...It's great to know that there are people that are willing to do what's right for people who are treated unfairly...Thank you FairShake,,May GOD himself continue to BLESS your company to help others who are in need...FOREVER GRATEFUL...H.S.
Fairshake was great with helping me with my dispute. I will definitely use them again if I have any disputes in the future.
Fairshake made it very easy for me to deal with TMobile I did not have to do anything other than fill out the form
I was having trouble getting a very large telecommunications company to even escalate my issue to a higher level of customer service. (They literally refused to hand it off to a supervisor.) I went through Fairshake, and the company folded and offered to meet my original demand. Sure, I have to pay the Fairshake fee, but I'd rather have the money go to them than to said very large company. Also: I spent less time giving Fairshake the info they needed than I did trying to get through customer service at said large telecom company.
No help whatsoever
No help whatsoever. They don't care at all about customers. Nothing fair about fairshake. I won a settlement with ATT through fairshake almost 1 year ago. And signed offer and was supposed to be paid. It's been almost 9 months since and no one at fairshake seems to care. When I chat with customer service I'm given the run around and told we reached out to them. No one at fairshake cares about us little guys. They are out for themselves. I have waited long enough and now will file a lawsuit against Fairshake as well as another lawsuit against ATT. *** of time. This has been the biggest headache ever.
Fairshake helped immensely to resolve the fraudulent practices of att Only thing I was hoping for was more in person conversation regarding some questions however I do understand that they are not lawyers. To all who read this PLEASE be cautious of ATT offering great deals . Even with documentation that proved att lied I still needed Fairshake s help to fight Att. I strongly suggest Fairshake when you are being bullied and lied to by corporations. Thank you again Fairshake
Awesome thanks, but you could've said something about the fees before hand that yall charge
Fairshake is an excellent and professional organization. Fairshake integrity toward its clients is superior. Fairshake assistance pertaining to resolutions and disputes being resolved is a priority to their business and customers. Fairshake went over and beyond with helping me resolve my issues involving two major companies. I would recommend Fairshake to family, friends, associates and people I do not know as well. Fairshake is a proficient and excellent business to work with.
I was hesitant at first but I'm so glad I went with them. They are so legit and so on the up and up and they get right down to the business they got me a settlement within a week.! I hurried up and paid the fee which was more than fair. It would have cost me 10 times or even 20 times that amount if I would have went through somewhere. Extremely satisfied and we'll be using them again in the future thank you so very much a very satisfied customer
I filed a complaint with FairShake against a Wireless company for unprovided service billing
I filed a complaint with FairShake against a Wireless company for billing me for services they did not provide. The company initiated a collection process with an agency. I settled with the agency, and the company dropped their case. I informed FairShake of my wish to withdraw my complaint against the Wireless company. FairShake then tried to bill me for 'use of their platform' and services rendered, despite not resolving my claim or collecting any money for me. Beware of FairShake; they do not deliver on their promises and may attempt to exploit you. Their website is misleading and untrustworthy.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

FairShake WILL BE SUED
FairShake WILL BE SUED.Ive submitted two claims with FairShake, One against *** and Cricket. Ive filed this complaint in March 2022, FairShake continues to decline both claims and continue to tell me that I need more information on my claim. I can send copies of both claims to Complaintsboard.com as it includes every piece of information needed to legally file against any company. It is now April 20, 2022 and FairShake is still rejecting my claims and asking me for more information. Clearly when writing this company, instead of answering your questions directly, it seems like you get the same response no matter how you word your questions or concerns to them. I suggest users to NOT use this or these people UNLESS you just desperate and need some money or cant afford a lawyer. FairShake is given a HALF STAR for their services!

FairShake I found after spending almost 3 months trying to ATT to explain why I was sold 3 5g cellphones and the service, since ATT didn't have
FairShake I found after spending almost 3 months trying to ATT to explain why I was sold 3 5g cellphones and the service, since ATT didn't have 5g capabilities in my area. The transponders weren't in place nor was there a connection running from tower to tower. ATT said service isn't guaranteed. It's not even possible if the hardware that drives it isn't in place. Well FairShake was able to get my request to them. FairShake got an answer. Something I couldn't get at all. FairShake was able to get me a partial return. For ATT that's quite a plus. I would recommend FairShake to anyone who needs results. They take action against the largest of corporate out there. FairShake is based out of ***, one of the toughest cities in ***. To survive there successfully, I would trust you to fight anyone for me. Anyone who needs assistance in getting a corporate giant to listen, FairShake I recommend you start there.
I filed a dispute with FairShake against one of the top wireless carriers
I filed a dispute with FairShake against one of the top wireless carriers. FairShake did a really good job for me. The dispute was about a promotion for getting a free late model iPhone when you trade in an older one. The carrier ended up rejecting my trade-in but communicated it to me so poorly that I did not understand that it had been rejected until 2 months later and by that time when I started asking what I could do to make it right, they said, "sorry nothing can be done." So, now I was obligated to pay full price for $830 iPhone over 24 months rather than getting one free. FairShake filed a dispute with the carrier and got me a settlement for the full $830, even though the carrier had already technically given me about $144 ($75 for the failed trade-in and 2 monthly credits of $34.59). The $144 about offset the $149.50 that I owed FairShake for getting me a settlement. I am really grateful for their service and I think they did a great job. I contacted the wireless carrier's customer support more times than I can count over the course of a year before I finally gave up and said to myself, "I have to file a lawsuit to get this company's attention." That's when I found out about FairShake and they made the whole process very easy and effective. Thank you!
This company is a complete waste of time
This company is a complete waste of time. NEVER USE THEM.I used them to file something on my behalf - after 4 months of nothing. I received information my arbitration case was moving forward eventually and contrary to any of their documentation - I actually had to pay for it (it said my case was free). I had to pay $200 to proceed with my arbitration case. Knowing the amount I was owed this was a bit of a grift on their part but given how long it took them to even lodge my case I just paid it.Then I found out: I paid for someone else's arbitration case. This company filed someone else's case, not mine. and I paid for it. I had access to a bunch of information and emails that made zero sense for a case I had just funded. It was obvious immediately with the arbitration judge emailed me what happend. So I asked this company what happened: they lied. For over ten days. They blamed everyone else. Refused to get on a phone call. Used fake names. They were doing exactly everything they pretended their mission was against. It also meant that the company I was taking to arbitration found out my case via this company through their errors. So they immediately "refunded me my money" 9 months after 'out of nowhere'.This is company can't be trusted and the people who founded it are not able to solve problems when they happen they avoid them. The investors of this company should be questioning the legal liabilities they continue to opent up.You're better off learning arbitration yourself than using these jokers.
Horrible service with extremely delayed response when they received communications from the responding business' legal team
Horrible service with extremely delayed response when they received communications from the responding business' legal team. Many times it would take Fairshake weeks to relay to me settlement offers and left me with just hours to decide to settle or the offer would be rescinded. I received on offer and was expected to accept it within 18 hours or the offer was going to expire. I signed the agreement with Fairshake and it took them 6 weeks to notify the company I had even filed a complaint to begin with. Once a settlement was made between responding company and myself, Fairshake immediately wanted payment but I don't receive my refund per the settlement agreement for *** days, but fairshake wants nearly $200 immediately? The whole reason I initiated my claim was due to the responding company automatically take thousands from my account due to clerical errors and being over charged which caused financial hardship. The outrageous fee for low quality service from Fairshake does not help. Thanks for nothing! Especially when the company is still billing me, has discontinued service on my account, and is still attempting to withdraw payment from the bank. Haven't had service with them for months now as I switched ISPs. By the time the original service provider gets around to reconcile the account, I am screwed and the settlement will be useless as I am not going to be getting any refund because they are still charging me for service I haven't had for months. Useless! File arbitration on your own or directly with a legal team. These guys are useless. Didn't even assign my claim to a attorney in my state!

Seems like I'm just the latest in a long string of complaints
Seems like I'm just the latest in a long string of complaints. You've been warned! I ran into this "company" or whatever it is they're supposed to be (since they make it VERY clear they are not attorneys, but yet they'll "help" you with arbitration, to the point of perhaps even arbitration on your behalf if allowed, or at least that was what I was led to believe) - anyway, its all hogwash. I filed with them my complaint against venmo with all my incredibly detailed information about how they (venmo) had frozen my account, cancelled a transfer and then nonchalantly refunded nine people money they had sent me for completed transactions, to the tune of around $2,700. All of the people supposedly had contacted venmo and claimed they "didn't mean" to pay me. ('Cause you know, I just mind-controlled them through the internet and made them pay me, I'm that good) Odd, since they took my bitcoin with no issue and then told venmo they didn't mean to send me money for it. Or maybe they left that part out. Anyway, after 45 days venmo finally sent a letter to fairshake - basically saying, "well we think we are right, and here's our idea of what happened". Fairshake folded like a deck of cards, and I get an email notifying me that "they can no longer help me". I tried extensively to get an actual reason WHY they suddenly decided to drop me like a hot potato, but all I got was retarded run-around finger pointing games that never gave me a conclusive answer. My own conclusion was simply that venmo had had their legal contractor respond, and that was enough to make fairshake fold.Don't waste your time. Go get a real attorney. You'll thank me and the others here.
My claim against Pay Pal is now 45 days since submission through "Fair Shake
My claim against Pay Pal is now 45 days since submission through "Fair Shake." When I check their web site, it consistently reports "no additional action required," so I was prepared to begin the arbitration process, which "Fair Shake" presents as an uncomplicated process which they will guide you through. I decided to read reviews before moving full steam into arbitration, as I really DO NOT need to lose more money than has already been stolen from me by Pay ***! Pay *** knowingly and admittedly released my money to a person who obviously was NOT the intended recipient, in short, my money transfer was stolen, and Pay Pal will do nothing to make it right. I felt TOTALLY alone after speaking to Pay Pal on numerous occasions, so I prayed that "Fair Shake" would be a means to rectify this injustice. DO NOT WASTE your time, energy or emotions with "Fair Shake!" As far as I'm concerned, they've had ample time to at least answer my queries or encourage me that I am on the right track to making my situation right. After reading these overwhelmingly negative reviews from other victims of "Fair Shake's" empty claims, I decided to try another legal avenue! You can NEVER reach anyone in this company! When I go on their web site, I am repeatedly directed to their "HELP CENTER" which is NOTHING MORE than a "bot," which REPEATEDLY RESPONDS, "I don't understand what you are asking." Life is too short for this kind of frustration, and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that I have obviously wasted my time with this unscrupulous excuse for a company, only to learn that I might lose even more money in the end! I hope that my exposure of these events saves other consumers from this DEBACLE! "Fair Shake" doesn't even deserve a "#1" rating on the scale!
They did exactly what they said they would Advocate and advise
They did exactly what they said they would Advocate and advise. I kept in contact with them.theough the over 6 month process, I allowed the process to take time, and I received my Initial settlement offer. A DECLINED my offer initially and offered me 200 dollars. But the company owed me more than *** dollars. I decided that they needed to pay the entire amount they owed and resubmitted my claim and declined the small settlement. The company never responded again until the very end of the process where they decided they were counter suing me for the amount I was asking, claiming defamation. Omg, This phone company was a joke. I was afraid for a few hours and was close to contacting my actual lawyer, when A decided to "Give Me" my settlement request in full in order to "KEEP THE RELATIONSHIP ". How strange. I believe it was a bullying tactic to put fear into me. But I had so much evidence I was willing to go to court and begin a class action suit IF FAIRSHAKE didn't work out. Thankfully it Did. I can say that they were not exact Guving me advice but more making sure to submit evidence and speak on my behalf to a HUGE CORPORATION! I feel like the job was done, I got my desired goal and everything worked out. You have to do the work in these situations. Fairshake is your Advocate, they fight in ways we can't without a lawyer. Every situation will work out. I knew this going in. I knew this when Fairdhake suggested I take the really small settlement. But I chose to move forward. They are not a scam, it's just a proceeding that *** not end in your favor, these are the chances we take. My results were satisfactory. They got their money, I got my money. I Am going to check in with the company EVRY FEW MONTHS FIR A YEAR A because I DONT TRUST THEM! I THINK THEY HAVE RIPPED ME OFF SEVERAL TIMES AND I DO NOT TRUST THAT THEY HAVE FINALIZED THIS COMPLETELY. ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT ON MY CREDIT WHICH WAS A HUGE THING FOR ME.

Still haven't received my Settlement Agreement Payment Yet
I filed a claim against Cricket Wireless back in 2022. Our Settlement Agreement was for me to be paid $125. FairShake has already taken their payment yet they have failed to ensure that I received mine and I don't think that this is okay.
Cricket Wireless sent out a check back in February of 2023 to an old address. I never received it. Once Cricket Wireless saw that I never cashed the check, they then reached out to FairShake asking me for my Direct Deposit Information which I provided to them almost a month ago and it doesn't and shouldn't take this long to deposit the money in my account.
Desired outcome: I would like my Settlement Agreement Payment Amount deposited into my account today!!!
All companies
It's just really getting annoying that when a company just turns you into the credit bureau disputes don't matter company wins. A bank employee Can just go into a customer's password protected checking account and do whatever he wants to your account and it ruins your life. Tired of companies wanting their money but to get our money back we have to wait 3 to 5 business days. Companies that offer subscriptions we have to give our banking information even for a free trial and then the subscriber just takes your money ever month even if you unsubscribe. A business employee causes property damage and the company refuses to do anything. And last when a company makes a mistake that affects you you left to clean it up and fix it and the computer has the tools to do this but they say there's nothing they can do. People's lives are being ruined with these rules the way they are. Hate always wins over Love and honesty
Desired outcome: Change way companies have power

I went to the auto repair shop in my hometown
I went to the auto repair shop in my hometown. They diagnosed my car with a lifter noise and oil pressure sender unit. I purchased all the parts necessary for fixing the issue ($400). They guaranteed the work, that's why I went with them. They have been working on my truck for 6 weeks or so. When I received the truck back, the noise was the same; actually, it got worse. The oil pressure got lower. It dropped to zero after they worked on my truck. I went back and tried to talk to the owner, but he refused to cooperate with me at all. I paid $1100 for the work and got nothing for that. I cannot drive the truck at all. After that, I went to another shop, and they diagnosed my car with a bearing issue at the bottom of the engine. They said that the local mechanic shop had misdiagnosed my issue and just took advantage of me. I want my money back.

I had a clear case and requested $1800 compensation from a company
I had a very clear cut case and asked for $1800 compensation. Since my case was obvious and backed up by solid evidence, after the initial interview with the legal representative, my claim was fully accepted. The Settlement Agreement forms were sent to FairShakes, I agreed to their fees and provided them with my debit/credit cards (3 different ones). I was lied to and deceived by FairShakes representatives. I was told my Signed Settlement Agreement was sent to the company on Jan/13/2022. I never received my payment from the company, and it turned out it was never sent to them. Now the offer is expired. I have asked the FairShakes representatives, including their head, in multiple emails for information, but I was denied, and I am trying to warn other consumers of their unethical and unlawful work.

I am a disabled terminally ill senior citizen!
I am a disabled terminally ill senior citizen! I was looking for resolution to a dispute I was claiming with ATT. I was contacted by Fairshake and advised they could help me . I agreed to use their service! They did nothing but offer their online web page to communicate with th3 attorney representing ATT . I negotiated a settlement with ATT for @ drastically smaller amount than I originally filed $1000.00 After which FAIRSHAKE ADVISED ME THEY WOULD NEED 50% FEE PAYMENT IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH THE SETTLEMENT! THIS FEE IS OUTRAGEOUSLY GROSSLY OVER THE FAIR AMOUNT OUTLINED BY THE *** IN REALITY THEY CLAIM TO GIVE THE LITTLE MAN A FAIRSHAKE BUT IN REALITY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF POOR DISABLED CONSUMERS SEEKING HELP ! THEY SHOULD BE CALLED SHAKEDOWN! NOT EVEN A LOAN SHARK CHARGES THESE FEES! THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW MANY POOR PEOPLE ARE BEING ROBBED IN CLEAR DAYLIGHT BY THESE PEOPLE!

I went to Fairshake to deal with problem with PayPal
I went to Fairshake to deal with problem with PayPal. Afterwards it has been a slow process, but it was to be expected. Since I had to contact them multiple times to find out status. Then they send me an email at 2:17 in the morning saying they received something from PayPal and must drop my claim. It goes on to state that "Check your FairShake dashboard "My Documents" library to see which documents FairShake has created and mailed to the company. Most consumer disputes are adjudicated in an arbitration administered by the *** which provides materials and instructions for self-represented consumer here." The problem lies in the fact that I can not login and see any documents or the dates, which I would need to pursue this arbitration either myself, or with another company/Attorney. That is not even mentioning it is my legal right. They also have be unresponsive to inquiries so far.

Got repeatedly robbed by "HUGHESNET" from August last year til now
Got repeatedly robbed by "HUGHESNET" from August last year til now...contacted "FAIRSHAKE" June this year and they had HUGHESNET agree to close my account and refund ALL my money...which HUGHESNET did...Fairshake charged me *** out of what HUGHESNET refunded me for their service...CASE supposedly was closed...this past month HUGHESNET AFTER AGREEING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT TO FAIRSHAKE went into my bank account without a new consent and wiped out my account...in the middle of the night! I contacted FAIRSHAKE tried to open a new case and they cancelled it...refused to hear me...they even admitted that the agreement with HUGHESNET closing my account was a LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT yet they refused to persue it as HUGHESNET breached that legal contract by robbing my account n the middle of the night! I feel HUGHESNET and fairshake BOTH are at fault !HUGHESNET did NOT honor the agreement and I did NOT get what I paid *** to fairshake for!

In July, after struggling with ATT to resolve a service issue, I contacted Complaintsboard.com, the State AG, and a company called FAIRSHAKE. In August, I received a final email from the State AG confirming the issue was resolved. In September, I got a letter resembling the one from NYSAG. I agreed to it and paid FAIRSHAKE 10% of the resolved amount, not realizing this was a new settlement I was unaware of. I mistakenly thought it was part of the original agreement and overlooked a clause about returning an Apple Watch. I never knowingly agreed to that. When I contacted ATT, they said I could no longer speak to them. Reaching out to the State AG, they seemed unaware of the original email they sent. Now, I've been told FAIRSHAKE is the only one who can help, but they only offer chat support, hindering a fair conversation.

I need a fair shake to avoid any charges for services and if we go to court, no claims.
I require a fair shake to avoid any charges for services, and if we go to court, I shouldn't be charged for any claims. I'm in a tough spot financially, as I only receive a social security check once a month. I'm overwhelmed with company issues and have little money to resolve my problems. I need substantial assistance since I'm homeless and without support. Landlords refuse to house me, and I can't afford to pay for services that exceed my monthly income. A solution to all my troubles would be a compensation of 50 million dollars. With rising costs at Motel 6, I urgently need help. I'm uncertain how long I can stay at Motel 6 and when I might be forced to leave.

Fairshake is a scam they say I owe them eighty something for settling a claim that I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for because the reason I filled a claim is bc I was unhappy with how I got over charged. I live on a fixed income and I can't afford to pay them the *** and they screwed me over anyway I only got *** and my *** wrote off when I feel like I should have gotten more ..And I refered about 50 people and NEVER got compensated I have reached out time and time again. I would like to be compensated for my referrals...I don't have a working PayPal I have Venmo please send my referral money to @lizzybyrd89. I have reached out so many times it's not even funny i will be contacting my lawyer if I don't get compensation for the referrals...and y'all have also changed y'all's terms to ten dollars a referral it was *** when I did the referrals and that is what I expect to receive...i am so fed up why would a company swearing to help people s*** the people they are helping over ..it's ridiculous. I will be reaching out to my lawyer if I don't hear back or if y'all beat around the *** not wanting to pay me This makes me sick

On Dec 4, 2021, I filed a claim with Fair Shake and received an email confirmation
On December 4, I filed a claim with Fair Shake and was informed via email the following day that my complaint had been accepted. By December 6, I was notified by Fair Shake that a notice had been issued. However, upon tracking the notice, it became clear that it had not been dispatched. As of December 15, the intended recipient had not received the notice. Despite creating a label, the post office had not received the actual letter. I have reached out to Fair Shake through emails, chat, and portal messages but have not received a straightforward response. The letter has not been sent, and Fair Shake's lack of communication suggests possible deception. Additionally, there is no clear policy regarding the distribution of settlement checks or the process for sending them to consumers, raising concerns about misleading practices. My experience suggests that the company's assurances of sending a letter were false, as the post office has yet to receive it.

I contacted FAIRSHAKES about an issue
I contacted FAIRSHAKES about an issue. I had brought a phone from NOTE 20 5g from TMOBILE. I expressly wanted to have 5g service and that's why I purchased a phone w 5g capabilities. TMOBILE sold me a lie there wasn't any 5g service in my area. I didn't know it but I was constantly called mobile fo the next 8 months about data interruption, numerous dropped calls and frequently no internet. Finally 8 months later I was told did not have 5g service in my area and they gave me a 30$ credit. I was angry called FAIRSHAKES. They made a deal with TMOBILE. At my bequest, I was to return the phone and receive compensation totaling ***. The problem was *** made it difficult to keep the agreement. It was about 2 months later that I was able to return the phone, but at that point, I did not have a phone to use. for this service I paid FAIRSHAKES 200. I had another complaint about a former service I had, XFINITY Mobile. That complaint was about Xfinity refusing to unlock a note 9 phone I purchased in June . To this day it is still locked. I paid FAIRSHAKES 20$ for. I had the ability to upgrade with TMOBILE and now since I did that, they will not compensate me for not having service. I was trying to go to another service but I was unable to because of the way the events transpired. The only people who were compensated in this endeavor were FAIRSHAKES. *** will not pay me because they say I broke the agreement by upgrading to a new phone when in actuality *** never sent me a return label. It took two months to get them to do that and I requested that it be sent to a store. I never received anything and FAIRSHAKES was paid 220$

So I was a Fair Shake affiliate
So I was a Fair Shake affiliate... I brung in numerous amount of claims every week and got paid for them. Everything was running smoothly. FairShake sent a last minute email out telling us the referral program has changed Wednesday out of no where. We then don't receive our referral payment for the week On Wednesday when they're originally supposed to be sent due to them needing to audit people for over "paying us" they said. Well I got a $30 payment from them today telling me my audit had been done and they were taking my $400-$500 maybe even $600 paycheck to pay for the over payment done in the past. That was a little upsetting but not much I could do about it. Well 3-4 hours later PayPal is sending me an email telling me my account is $-450 negative in the hole. FairShake has gone and reversed a payment on my PayPal account leavin me in the hole. Telling me I owed them this for back pay. I thought this week's pay already paid that back pay off according to FairShakes notes they sent me when sending my $30 payment today. Why did FairShake send me a payment today if I owed them still? It isn't making sense. First you don't pay me my $4-$500 you owe me for referrals then you send me $30 telling me my audit was done and my paycheck was deducted for backup overpayment then you request a refund of $450 to put my account in the negative? So I owe y'all TWICE? For what? You said my audit was done and that I was good to go and I don't owe anything else then u turn around and try and get $450 more out of me? HOW? Pictures below of payment they sent today then turned around and tried to throw another and whole different story/lie on me . This is stealing at this point and it isn't right! YOU can't change your word / story just because you're broke and needing people's pay back so you can live comfortably. We all have responsibilities, own up to yours!

I reached out to Fair Shake for help with a dispute with U-HAUL and was told I had limited representation in the master by iron city law, an attorney ***. I settled the dispute for$600 and received a check from U-HAULs insurance company. The check was made payable to iron city law and my husband ***. Iron city law is located in *** so when I deposited the check with pickle me husband's signature endorsing it, the bank placed a hold on the check around for a phone number to iron city law to call and verify that is ok to release the funds without iron citys endorsement. Fair Shake works not give me that information so I googled iron city law and *** and found 2 phone numbers - *** | *** which I gave to my bank. Those numbers were non-working. I reached out again to Fair Shake and got nothing. So I emailed the attorney at *** she replied that she was happy to help and three bank could email her to confirm the check. i told her the bank needed to CALL HER asking AGAIN for a good phone number, and she said if I have HER my bank information she would reach out to them. Again I replied that My Bank wants her office number. She failed to respond. Fair Shake, at the same time, is refusing to give me the information and ate suddenly to busy to reply or work with me. Now, BOTH checking AND savings accounts are frozen. I am waiting for a call back from the bank. I tried yet again to contact Fair Shake before filling this complaint and again they are busy and give me no phone numbers. I ask them to tell me what sort of legitimate attorney REFUSES to give a phone number to a client? No response. I'm not sure what's really going on but something needs to be fixed here. In an effort to get this complaint filed asap I will upload chipped off the documentation shortly. Thank you.

In late December, I was having some issues with my cell phone provider Metro PCS
In late December, I was having some issues with my cell phone provider Metro PCS. I had a defective phone and was paying for *** that I wasn't receiveing. I filed a claim with Fair Shake. It all seemed so easy. For approximatley 6 weeks I would log onto my "Dashboard" and check the status of my claim. Nothing seemed to progressing. I emailed Fairshake and used their *** and never really got anywhere. Finally on Feb. 10, 2022 I received an email from Metro offering me a settlement amount. I signed the papers and began to wait for the check in the mail. My settlement papers did not provide a time frame as to when I would recieve payment but a document I found within my "Dashboard" stated that payments usually take 30 days for cash/check settlement (which mine was) and up to 90 days fro credit disputes. I have been waiting and waiting and still NO check from Metro. Fairshake claims they are "On Your Side!" but I haven't seen that! I have not and will not pay them for these ***s until I receive my settlement from Metro (which will probably never ever happen!) I think this company is representing that they are a "Legal"Company and they are in fact impersinating attorneys. I feel like an idiot waiting for a check that is just simply NOT comming becasue Fairshake is simply "NOT REAL"! They indicate that the settlement I signed and Metro Signed ia a "Legal Binding Document" and from what I understand that mean that "BY LAW" the agreement withi that settlement MUST be honored BY LAW. If thats the case then why have I not seen any kind of payment? I think this company should be looked into and I think it should be banned from the website. If they are REAL I want them to do what they promised, step up and BE ON MY SIDE! Contact Metro and demand they send me the LEGAL BINDING payment they promised, that is what a REAL attorney would do. And for a side note... *** is the rudest CSR they have, she is the worst one when it comes to help!

I sought out assistance with a 3rd party taking over my credit cards (3) accounts
I sought out assistance with a 3rd party taking over my credit cards (3) accounts. I found online a Company named Fairshake supposedly based in ***. The company specializes in arbitration. All of a sudden the company who is not a law firm wrote and stated that mysteriously a law firm was very interested in arbitrating this matter for me. Therefore I continued with the original company until communication in my behalf supposedly broke down between the credit card company and request for arbitration from Fairshake. At this point, I was instructed to contact the so called attorney liaisons advocate to handle the remaining arbitration.I then received communications that was provided by Fairshake of the law firm address, which I looked up and see that rather than being an arbitrator it was The ***. It appears by accident the real so called law firm was The ***, not "Advocate Attorneys LLP ***". When I contacted Fair Shake about this matter they then said by coincidence both parties involved happen to be on the same floor, same address, when in reality I looked up Fairshake and they are in *** not ***. Also I am not able to verify or authentic The *** by the Complaintsboard.com. Also, another coincidence that *** and *** are the same who happen to part of another separate action, not related to this complaint.1. My concerns are if there's a law firm named the ***, and *** based in ***?2. Is there a address for Advocate Attorneys LLP, *** has no record of either 1&2 from Complaintsboard.com and lookup)3. Is Fairshake LLC based in *** or California? (I understand that *** is out of your jurisdiction)Seeking information about fraudulent activities and companies verification &Harassment Ongoing activi
