I don't usually buy things online except from Amazon or websites that have been around for a while. I read some mixed reviews about Fairy Season, but I love things that get bad reviews, like movies or restaurants, except for hair salons. I won't risk it there, lol. But I decided to give Fairy Season a try and ordered just one thing, a really cute long dress with flowers that's like the main thing they advertise. The texture in the photo looked rough, so I went for it.
There's no tracking if you choose free shipping, but as long as you know your address and it's correct, you should get it within 2-3 weeks. Mine arrived after 2 and a half weeks, and although the texture is nylon, not rough like I thought, I still like it. I got a lot of compliments from people, and the size I ordered was almost perfect. I usually wear a medium, but for dresses from Fairy Season, I'll be ordering small. I assume the sizing is different for shirts, so I'll stick to medium unless it's a long shirt or ruffly blouse.
Overall, I'm really satisfied, and I'll be ordering from Fairy Season again. I'd advise ordering just one or two things at a time, just in case the other merchandise isn't accurate to the website. Disappointing Experience with Fairy Season Swimwear: Poor Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently made a purchase of 3 swim suits from Fairy Season and unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The first item I received was supposed to be orange, but it turned out to be neon orange, which was not what I was expecting. The quality of the garment was very poor, with the inner lining seams hanging out on the top and visible when worn. The rounded edges of the suit did not lay flush to the skin and the bottoms were completely see-through. I was very disappointed with this purchase.
To make matters worse, the other two suits I ordered were also not up to par. One of the suits had a tear in the front with loose strings hanging all over both pieces, and the other suit was supposed to have a mint green top but I was sent a sky blue top instead. I reached out to the customer service department, but unfortunately, they were not helpful at all. I provided pictures of all three garments that were completely unacceptable, but all I was offered was 10% off on future orders. This was not a satisfactory solution for me, especially after such a horrible experience.
The most they have agreed to compensate is 20% back, but I cannot recommend this company to anyone with integrity. The garments are unwearable, not true to size, and the customer service has been exceedingly frustrating and disrespectful. I waited over a month for my items, which was also a disappointment. I feel like I wasted $30 on this purchase.
Fairy Season advertises quality garments with an emphasis on excellent customer experience, but unfortunately, my experience was far from excellent. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your clothing needs. This website, Fairy Season, is not worth your time or money. I recently ordered two tanks and was promised free 3-day shipping. However, when I went to check out, I was given the option to either wait for an unknown amount of time for free shipping or pay extra for 5-day shipping. I needed the tanks for an event, so I paid the extra fee. However, my order was not processed for 3-4 days and the tracking information did not work. When it finally did work, I saw that my order had not even left their shipping facility, assuming it was even there to begin with.
I reached out to customer service and was told to just wait, even though I had paid extra for shipping and it was past the delivery due date. They eventually told me that my order was stuck in customs, even though it had not even shipped yet. After several poorly answered emails, I was offered 50% back of the shipping fee and 8% off my next purchase. Why would I order from here again?
I have read other online reviews and they all say the same thing: Fairy Season is not worth the hassle or loss of money. I doubt my tanks will ever arrive, as the tracking information still shows that they have not even left the shipping facility. Their excuse has changed from "stuck in customs" to "we have a lot of packages piled up." I highly doubt that is true.

Fairy Season Review: Cute Clothes, Terrible Quality, and Horrible Customer Service
Fairy Season is a web site that has some really good prices and cute clothes, but let me tell you, the quality of the items is just ridiculous. The materials they use are so CHEAP. I ordered overalls and a Romper and they feel like plastic picnic table clothes. And to make things worse, they sent me the wrong size for another item I ordered.
I bought these three items at least 4 months ago and since then I have been arguing with them over refunds. They are trying to say they can't locate the order for the Incorrect Item and that they will only give me 25-30% back for the other two garbage items they ripped me off on. They also do not do Returns because it is "too expensive" in their words.
I am so mad at this company and their customer service and policies AND their ORDERING system. I have sent them the same photos of the items I want refunded four AT LEAST 3-4 times and explained the issues with them even more. Either the employees working emails do not read the prior email conversations, they are incompetent, OR they are hoping I will get so annoyed I'll just give up and let them keep my money.
But I won't give up. If they fix my issue I will leave a review letting you all know it was handled, but as of now, it's nothing but a waste of time and energy. I do not recommend ordering from this company unless you have money to burn for crappy items. Because 4/6 times you purchase their items, they are terrible quality. If I could select 0/5 stars I would. They do not deserve my one.

Comfy and Modest Dress for Temple Work: My Fairy Season Review
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Fairy Season. I'm LDS and I needed something comfy to wear as a temple worker, and this dress was perfect. Let me break it down for ya:
First off, I ordered a large (even though I probably could've gone with a medium). I'm a tall gal with long arms and legs, so I wanted something that would cover me up. This dress goes all the way down to my ankles and wrists, which I love, but it might be a bit long for shorter ladies.
My main concern was finding a dress that wouldn't wrinkle easily, and this one definitely delivered. At first, I was a little worried, but after some trial and error, I figured out the best way to keep it looking fresh. I fold it up and put it in a bag, but make sure it's completely dry before doing so. When I take it out of the dryer, I fold it up right away. It's a bit wrinkly when you first put it on, but it smooths out after about 20 minutes.
I was also worried about whether or not it would be modest and see-through. The fabric is thick and weighty, but still soft and not too heavy. It's definitely not cheap. And as for the see-through issue, I haven't had any problems with that. Some reviewers have said otherwise, but I wear a long slip with it just to be safe (I'm wearing a full slip in the picture I provided).
The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the neckline. It's a little lower than I would've liked (it comes just above the slip line), but it hasn't been a huge issue. I bought a cute lacy tunic to cover up my concerns with the neck and my back fat, and it dresses it up a bit too.
Now, let's talk about the fit. The fabric is stretchy, so it does show off some curves, but it's still flattering and does a good job of hiding any problem areas. The empire waist is especially great for women who carry their weight in their belly (like me).
And let me tell ya, this dress is well-made. I've washed it five times now (pictured here) and it's still as white as can be and fits just as nicely.

Let's start with the first shirt. It was supposed to be an "off the shoulder" top with a tank top underneath. But when I tried it on, I couldn't even get one shoulder out of it. The second shirt was a tank top that tied into a bow on one side of the neck. But once I tied it, it gaped at the chest and looked terrible. The fabric was cut so poorly that it exposed half of my bra. I don't know how anyone could wear this in public.

So, I just had a baby 5 weeks ago and I knew it would take some time for me to get back to my pre-baby size. Other people say the stuff they got wasn't very good quality, but fairyseason.com won't let them return it like they're supposed to. Some people even say the stuff they got didn't look like what they saw on the website!
The BBB told fairyseason.com about all these complaints and asked them to explain what they're doing to fix things. But as of August 6, 2020, fairyseason.com hasn't said anything back. The BBB is worried about how fairyseason.com does business and thinks you should be careful if you're thinking about buying from them.

Christmas decoration
I ordered 3 Christmas tree ornaments. Two of the said ornaments were flat while one was a round bulb. When I received my package it was in a thinly slightly padded envelope. The two flat ornaments were fine the bulb however was not. It was not in a box or anything protective. It was thin plastic and heavily damaged. I tried my best to take a butter knife, put it inside and push out all the crinkles. It was still looking pretty grim. Shortly after this (within a couple hours) I got a phone call that my mother was in critical health and had to leave to go 933 miles to her hospital bedside. Where I stayed for over two weeks. During this time I tried to send emails to customer support and they kept (same person) kept saying they need a picture. I explained I don't and cannot get a picture due to an emergency. Every time I sent an email I got the same exact response from the same person. I asked for a manager/supervisor to no avail. After I got home my husband doesn't know what he did with the damaged ornament. I still cannot get anyone to help me. All I get it the same generic answer from the same person. BUYER BEWARE! This company will NEVER get another order from me.

I ordered as Christmas gifts and When I received them pkg was torn small amount of bubble wrap if any and all the bulbs are caved in in different locations on the bulbs .pictures below, can I have new ones sent to me in better packaging maybe bubble wrap and in a hard box . Broken product and bad customer service
Never buy anything from fairyseason! Paid for a product and shipping, the product they sent (when it finally arrived) was broken. They will not send a new product and they will not give me my money back. All their costumer service writes to me is "please accept our sincerity"... They've scammed me out of my money, i'm only relieved I didn't buy anything very expensive from them. They are a fraud.

I ordered 4 items of clothing on March 29th, 2020. I never recieved a confirmation email but funds were debited from my account. I sent several emails inquiring about my order and could not get a response through the email they provided on their website. Finally got a response from Facebook but had to try 2 different FairySeason accounts before I got a response. They wanted to know my bust, waist and hip size. Well I know my sizes and according to their size chart I ordered size smaller than what they suggested but the items were still to big. I have been trying to return the items as it says no where in the refund policy that you cant get a refund.

Worst customer service ever. Got two tankinis both XL in size after measuring myself according to their chart. One tankini is way too big and one my boobs were sticking out. Obviously sizing issues. I wrote many emails, nothing, then I wrote a review to which they responded with "we have emailed you to rectify issue". They did not email me. I updated my review to state that they'd lied and I received an email immediately telling me that they would send the right sizes as long as I paid $5 shipping. I have emailed 7 times since to ask how to pay and asked for confirmation that the new sizes have been sent, nothing. I'm over it. Don't ever buy from these dodgy scammers. How can you send two XL items when they are so incredibly different in measurement?!? I've given up on trying to fix this issue, like a lot of people on the reviews pages.

I placed my order on 5-7-19 and still have not received it as of 6-26-19. I have asked for a refund numerous times and still have not received. They only respond that there was an issue with my address and if I want to pay an additional $10.99 they will reship. My shipping address is 100% correct. This site is a complete SCAM! Do not order from here. I will be filing a claim with my credit card today.

I order over ten different items, which was mainly shirts and a few swimming suits. Many of which was for my mom for Mothers Day, which they did not arrive in time so I have to get her another gift. However, I finally received the items I was unhappy with the quality and how they fit. I tried returning the items and have been getting no where with them. While the prices of the clothes are cheap, so is the quality and service you will get. I wish I would have read the other reviews and saw the struggles other people dealt with on receiving their clothes and trying to cancel and return items. If I was any other customer I would not order anything from this retailor and look some where else for the same clothes, which can be found on Amazon by other retailors with better quality and service you may just pay a few bucks more.

I would not give this company even one star unless the review site forced it. I ordered a shirt for a christmas present - it arrived after almost 3 weeks and was made from the cheapest possible materials and almost see thru - it was the hallmark movie watching long sleeve shirt. Not only that - it was at least 2 sizes too small (I ordered a large) for my petite wife to allow for some washing/drying shrinkage - and they will neither exchange or provide a refund. It has never been worn, and I followed all of their emailed instructions and requests in my attempt to return the shirt. I plan to bash and blast their terrible and dishonest company in as many places as possible - but my advice is, unless you just wish to throw away your money and not deal with a reputable company that will stand behind their products - do not buy anything from this crappy organization called fairyseason.
