I recently had an unpleasant experience with Famvibe, an online store that sells personalized products. Unfortunately, their customer service left a lot to be desired. I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated with the overall service.
My initial inquiry was about an order that I had placed and was eager to receive. I had some confusion around the tracking, as it seemed to divert to a Chinese company before reaching its destination. The representative who assisted me was Angela. She seemed pleasant enough, but it was hard to tell if she was genuinely interested in helping me. We were in the midst of our conversation when the chat suddenly disconnected. I was forced to log back in and start all over again.
The following day, I had to reach out to Famvibe once more. I was now interested in receiving a refund, given the less than efficient customer service I had received earlier. I was able to connect with Angela again and she was able to start the process. However, before we were able to complete the transaction, the chat cut out again! I was left reeling, especially given that this was now the second time that this had happened.
I must say that what disappointed me the most was the way this company seemed to operate. Everything appeared to be confused, unorganized, or both. I was told that my order would arrive before Christmas, and yet here it was, the 18th of December, and there was still no sign of it. It was clear that the item wasn't even in the United States yet, let alone on its way to me.
Thankfully, I knew that I could rely on my bank (navy federal) to assist me in the event of fraud. I was also able to receive my money back, which granted, was a small consolation given the stress that I had experienced. However, my main concern was for anyone else who might fall victim to the same situation. It's clear that this is not a company that can be trusted, at least not based on my experience.

After several exchanges of emails, I finally received the second T-shirt from Famvibe.com in mid-February 2021. While the timing was a little late for a Christmas gift, I must say that both T-shirts were a hit with my parents. The designs were unique and eye-catching.
What also impressed me was that the company sent the missing T-shirt without charging me for a second shipping fee. I appreciate the gesture because I was worried about additional costs and delays. It did take longer than expected, but the company remained communicative throughout the process, which reassured me.
It's not often that companies go out of their way to rectify an issue; however, Famvibe.com exceeded my expectations, and as a result, I am a happy and satisfied customer.
That being said, I did experience an initial problem with only receiving one T-shirt for a two-shirt order. I reached out to the company to let them know, and they kept sending me the tracking email that indicated the parcel was delivered to my house. After several attempts to explain that I had received the package but only one shirt, the company requested an additional $14.93USD to ship me the lost shirt.
In hindsight, this was frustrating, and I would have preferred the issue to be resolved sooner. Despite this, I would order from Famvibe.com again because their designs and quality of the T-shirts are excellent. I would also recommend that they review their customer service experience to ensure that they can be more helpful in resolving issues speedily.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, and I'm sure other customers will have an excellent experience ordering from Famvibe.com.
Famvibe Review: Premium T-Shirt with faulty stitching and poor customer service
When I ordered a premium T-SHIRT from Famvibe for $36.98 US ($52 Australian dollars), I was excited to receive a high-quality product. Unfortunately, when the T-SHIRT arrived, I noticed a hole under the armpit where the stitching had come undone. The hole was around 6cm long, which was disappointing given the price I paid for the item.
I reached out to Famvibe to request a refund for the faulty T-SHIRT and was informed that I would need to pay to ship the item back to them. I was surprised by this response since it was clearly their mistake. I obtained an estimate from Australia Post, and it was going to cost me $24 for a 500gm satchel to send the T-SHIRT back to them. I paid for the T-SHIRT to be shipped to me, so I felt it was only fair for Famvibe to cover the return shipping costs.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and felt that Famvibe lacked ethics. Although I was able to obtain a refund through PayPal, I would never purchase anything from this company again. If you're considering buying from Famvibe, I would advise you to keep your money in your pocket and steer clear of this company.

Famvibe Review: Poor Customer Service and a Disappointing Purchase Experience
I had a very unpleasant experience using Famvibe (famvibe.com) recently. I had purchased 4 pillows from their website and spent over $100. However, when I received my order, I only received 1 pillow! Upon contacting their chatline, I was assisted by a representative named Phil who informed me that my order was sent in one package. I sent him a picture of the package I received but he then suddenly changed his story and said that my order was sent in 2 separate packages and they had only arrived separately.
At this point, I asked to be transferred to a manager but Phil disconnected the chatline and blocked me from speaking with anyone else on their website’s chat feature. I was incredibly frustrated as I had tried to resolve the issue with the representative but was met with this kind of treatment. Additionally, I was unable to find any customer service phone number to call and address my concerns, which only added to the frustration I was experiencing.
I have since decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I felt like I did not receive the service that I was promised. I have also decided to file complaints with the commissioner and Better Business Bureau (BBB). Furthermore, their contact email for Maria seems to be fraudulent and is most likely run by the same person who blocked my chat on the website.
In light of my negative experience, I would advise customers to be cautious when making purchases from Famvibe and suggest that they contact their credit card companies if they ever feel like they have been scammed or mistreated by the company. It is unfortunate that I had to go through such a terrible experience but hopefully, by sharing it, I can help others avoid similar incidents.

When I first stumbled upon the website of Famvibe, I was excited to find unique gifts that matched the personalities of my family members. I wanted to share my experience with Famvibe (famvibe.com) to help other potential customers make an informed decision. I ordered a beautiful ornament in early December, fully aware that there might be delays due to the ongoing pandemic. On December 19th, the tracking information showed that the package was at a USPS facility in Maryland, which gave me hope that it would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, it did not.
I tried to contact customer service, hoping they would provide me with more information or a solution, but all they did was redirect me to the tracking site. When I checked the tracking info again, it showed that my package was at a facility in Washington DC on January 1st. The only response I received from customer service was a standard reply, and they did not offer any help or explanation. After that, I decided to ask for a refund, but they completely ignored me since then.
I had some hope that my issue would finally be resolved, but the package was still on its way, and I had no idea when I would get it. The tracking information showed that it was "in transit to the next facility" on January 2nd. As you can see from the tracking history, my package was shipped all the way from China, and it went through many different facilities before arriving at the wrong one.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Famvibe (famvibe.com) to other customers. Even though their products are beautiful, their customer service is poor, and they do not seem to care about their customers' satisfaction. After days of waiting, I had to reach out to them again, only to be bamboozled further with their misleading and shady delivery timelines that changed every day.
The worst part is that when I requested for express shipping, they only kept stalling, providing no justification for their poor customer service.
I STRONGLY advise that you do not do business with Famvibe. Based on my experience with them, any purchase made on this site is almost assured to leave you disappointed. The subpar customer service and questionable business practices exhibited by them should suffice to steer clear of them. In essence, they do not deserve even a single star, and should be avoided at all costs.

Despite this, I proceeded to provide the shipping address and make a payment for the item. However, I never received a confirmation of my order and my card was charged nonetheless.
In an attempt to follow up on my order, I sent three separate messages to the "support" team but was met with complete silence. To make matters worse, I couldn't even find a phone number to call for assistance. It was only thanks to messaging the recipient of the gift and asking them to be on the lookout for a surprise that I eventually learned the item had been delivered.
Overall, I had absolutely no confidence in Famvibe as a company due to their lack of communication and disregard for customer service. This was by far the worst shopping experience I've had in this modern age and I would caution anyone against making a purchase from this site. The low level of service and complete absence of support are unacceptable. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Famvibe in the future.

Recently, I stumbled upon the website famvibe.com and decided to purchase two t-shirts in honor of my 30th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the quality of the ink on the shirts appeared as if they had already been washed - and this was on the day they were delivered!
I immediately emailed their customer service and was informed that they would investigate and get back to me. However, it took two days for me to receive a response, during which they requested for pictures of the shirt and even the delivery package.
Today, I finally received a message from them which stated that they would offer me only a 50% refund. This was quite unexpected, especially when I compared the picture on the left (of what I received) with the picture on the right (of what I had ordered and expected) as well as their return policy.
At this point, I must warn potential customers to be very careful of Famvibe and what they may or may not offer in terms of product quality and customer service.

I asked Famvibe if I could receive a refund, but they refused, claiming that I was at fault for providing the wrong address. I couldn't believe it - I had made a simple mistake, but it felt like they were punishing me for it by taking my money and not delivering my order.
What's more, when I tried to get in touch with customer service to express my frustration and see if there was any way to resolve the issue, I discovered that the number listed on their website was located in China. This made me even more suspicious about the legitimacy of the company - it felt like they were deliberately trying to make it difficult for customers to reach them.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Famvibe, and would caution other customers against doing business with them. It's incredibly frustrating to feel like you've been scammed out of your hard-earned money, and I hope that this review serves as a warning to others who might be considering making a purchase from this company.
I purchased two personalized pillow cases for 2 girls and they are absolutely beautiful. Came as pictured, right before christmas, in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier!
