Cancelled flight aeromexico
I had to cancel an itinerary for Mexico through FB with AeroMexico due to an anticipated Covid lock-down at the final destination.
I had booked ONE multi city round trip, and gave PLENTY of notice of the cancellation. But I was told that I could only use the credit of ONE flight - segment of that trip against the re-booked itinerary.
I protested, as it was not me that booked separate "legs" - and after about TWO WEEKS the contact assured me that they had cleared a full credit against the new itinerary with AM…
Another week later and much "badgering" by me to get FB to book me, I'm now told it cannot be done as AM now wont allow it.
So you drag me out the best part of a month and then to let me down. Totally, totally disgraceful and unacceptable.
I am going to make sure that EVERYONE on the web, friends as well understand what a useless shower of clowns operates FB.
You have had a lot of travel from me over the past two years, but HELL will freeze over before I even look at your site again!
Disgusted.

Misleading website
I have purchased a plane ticket and they took more than I expected! There was one price on FareBuzz website, so I contacted them to ask what was going one and why there was such a big difference! The rep was very rude and totally impolite and it was very hard to understand him because his English was very poor and he made many grammatical mistakes and was not able to pronounce the words properly. They said that the price on their site does not include taxes and some other fees. They did return my money but these hidden fees are very misleading and it is very unprofessional for a company to hide the real prices from their customers.
Company is scam and provides fault tickets
I bought ticket from the company Fare Buzz, but the company mixed something and provided me fault ticket. I called the customer services and explained the situation, but they refused to help me. They told me to buy another ticket. So they tricked out of my money and took $600 for the second ticket. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Never booked flight after getting charged
I talked to Alice a customer service rep at FareBuzz 3 weeks before my 3 day vacation to Vegas. I was using customer service because I had a credit from a prior flight and I couldn't set up my flight online. So Alice sent me my flight info and said to reply by email to confirm the info and she will then charge my credit card for the tickets. So I confirmed the flight info and she charged my credit card the next day. The next day I get an email from FareBuzz thanking me for purchasing the tickets and asking me if I want insurance. So three weeks later I show up for my 7:00am flight and find out I have no tickets booked, I was irate. The only thing US Air could see was my old ticket in the system that wasn't used which should of been transferred when I made my payment. So I hurry up and try to call FareFuzz so I can get on the flight but there's a problem, they don't open until 10:30am. I then drive 40 minutes back home to wait to call Farebuzz.. When I did talk to them it took them 15 minutes to find me in there system, then they proceeded to tell me it was a computer error. After a half hour I asked them to get me on another flight, 20 minutes later they ask me if I can leave the next day...lol I laughed. That's great customer service. So they finally get me on a 5:30pm flight under one condition, that I had to pay $40 more dollars. I asked to speak to a manager about this insane charge for there mistake. They responded there was no manager in. So I paid the $40 and told them I will be calling a manager when I get back from my trip. I get into Vegas at 9:30pm ten hours later than my original flight. When I got back I called Farebuzz and talk to Alice who booked my flight she stated that she made a mistake and refunded my $40 which she said the company will be taking out of her check. So pretty much FareBuzz lied to me stating it was a computer issue, it was human error. She had no problem charging my credit card but she didn't do the rest of the job! I asked to speak to a manager, after 3 days going through voice mails I talked to Andrew. I asked Andrew what he was going to do for me after screwing my vacation up. I told him I missed almost a half day of vacation, had to pay for parking at the airport as well as drive an extra hour and a half back home, not to mention I planned to play golf that afternoon with family that took off work. He offered me $25 off my next flight with FareBuzz, I said are you kidding me? I paid that in parking and gas to return home. He responded by saying we took a $80 loss. I said yes you did it was your mistake and that's part of running a business. He didn't care about my business or about making things right. I will never deal with Farebuzz again! or should anyone...beware.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
This website is a scam they take your card information and your personal information and they send you a message stating flight has been overbooked. Because it’s an economy flight. There are a very big scam. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AVOID SCAMMERS
Farebuzz is an absolute RIP OFF. Worst company ever used and sales rep cant even speak proper English. I spoke with a rep by the name Rueben and he was so rude and was talking as if he is not interested in helping me.
he could not even offer me the price which was available online on their own website. They are ripping their customers off and have no sense at all.
Try going to dispute.modria.com and filing a case there. You and FareBuzz can enter into an online dispute resolution process for free. You can ask for a mediator to help settle the case or an arbitrator to make a decision as well. Hope it turns out well for you :)
