I too was trying to reach the airline from what I thought was their official site
I too was trying to reach the airline from what I thought was their official site. The person that answered the phone was rude and VERY unhelpful. I called back and he answered again, I asked who he worked for, he told me he could not help me and hung up a second time. No attempt, as a travel agent to assist in a correct number or anything at all. Even if I am not a customer, the customer service I received made sure I never will be.

Absolute criminals
Absolute criminals. Pretending to be the airlines. Posting their numbers as the airlines, then pretending to be representatives from the airlines when you call. They asked me for my confirmation number, then my full name, then illegally accessed my reservation and asked me for my credit card information so they could charge the change fee for the change I was making for my ticket. I said "Why wouldn't you just subtract that from the credit you're issuing?" And they told me that's just now how allegiant airlines works. They should be in jail.

I have had 3 calls with Adam Matthew's regarding both complicated bookings & troublesome cancelations!
I have had 3 calls with Adam Matthew's regarding both complicated bookings & troublesome cancelations! But Adam has provided nothing but friendly, professional AND accurate service on each call. He definitely gives an A-1 service attitude and never makes one feel they are bothersome with any of the complicated details. Based on his service, I have definitely recommended this travel service to associates who travel. Much thanks to Adam for his stellar service - I can only hope I provide my clients with the same service attitude & performance, meeting all expectations! C. Burden

I need to cancel my flight due my reunion being cancelled
I need to cancel my flight due my reunion being cancelled. The phone number onlin indicated this company was a reprensenttive for the airlines that I was ticketed throughe. The entire conversation they implied they were the airlines representative and to cancel my flight there was a $125 fee. I asked when did the airline start charging a cancellation fee and their reply was that is now the fee to cancel the flight. I paid the fee but was angry about it so I sat two hours on hold with the airlines and then learned that this company is a scam. I filed a complaint with the airlines and have tried to dispute the charge with no luck to date. This is a fraud company and they use misinformation to defraud the customer.

I searched on my phone for a certain Airlines' contact and reached a man claiming to be their rep.
I searched on my phone for a certain Airlines' contact and reached a man claiming to be their rep. He introduced himself with the airline's name. His name was undisclosed. He said changing my ticket's departure time would cost $7.29 extra. He charged $107.29 instead, likely hoping I'd mishear. He called SWA to alter my flight, which is concerning as it implies anyone could modify my travel plans, and shared my credit card details, which I had provided thinking he was the airline's agent. Regrettably, I can't give zero stars, so one star it is. I lost $56 to a scam called 'Air Ticket'. His number was withheld.

I want to highly praise Mr
I want to highly praise Mr. B whose service was extremely helpful to me. He made two separate bookings for me, one of which was on a flight that was fully booked. I had tried to book online and was unsuccessful. He needed to fill in my personal information and my billing address, which is based overseas and was too long to be accepted into the system. He was very careful to insure that my information was correct. This took numerous phone calls and emails. On top of this, I had a problem with a poor phone connection. He was very patient to repeatedly give me his phone number, name and extension in order that I could contact him in case of a lost connection. Finally, I very much appreciate that Mr. B was able to give me discounts on both of my flights. I appreciate his personal, effective service. Thank you.

I attempted to call Delta Airlines to purchase a plane ticket to Texas
I attempted to call Delta Airlines to purchase a plane ticket to Texas. I couldn't understand how the person answered the phone. I said who is this ? They said who are you calling. I said Delta Airlines. They said this is Delta Airlines. I went ahead and purchased a ticket from them. They charged me double what I expected. They also charged me 2 fees. After I hung up I realized that they were a fraud. I called Delta Airlines and canceled the ticket I had just bought. But they could only cancel 1 fee. There was a fee for $425.43 that they couldn't cancel. I called my credit card company and filed a claim to get that fee deleted. I assumed it was a dead issue until a few days ago when the $425.43 showed up on my credit card statement again. I called my credit card company and they said I had lost the claim! I had to pay the fee. I called the company that had frauded me and got their correct name and briefly argued with them about the $425.43 fee they had charged me but got no where. I feel they should credit me the money and be reprimanded for mis-representing themselves as an airline company.

This company is a shell for what appears to be a common scam
This company is a shell for what appears to be a common scam. I called Delta Reservations the other day to change a ticket, I was told there would be an extra charge. Turns out they did change my ticket but according to Delta I was actually due (and received) a credit because the new ticket was cheaper than the original. Here is how the scam works, a legit airline employee will tell you there is an extra charge, then they will do whatever legitimate booking needs to be done and charge an additional amount through this sham travel agency. It works because they hope you won't question the additional charge as they already told you it was coming. When I looked closely though, I realized the charge should have come from Delta and not this random travel agency in North Dakota. The Delta employee used their position and appearance of authority to try and run an extra charge through this travel agency and hope that no one would ask about it. If this happens to you alert your credit card, DO NOT let them put it through as a dispute. Make sure you tell them it is fraud and explain that you did not authorize this company to charge you. Once the major credit cards list them on the fraud list it will make it harder for this company at least to run the scam.

I called what I believed was the United Airlines customer service number from a (too) quick web search to cancel a reservation I had made just a few minutes before online and the agent, Jasper, told me he could help me with that. He represented himself as a United agent. I was first told I could only get credit not a full refund. I then pointed out that getting a 100% refund within 24 hours is the LAW. He then said the tax might not be refunded, etc. The agent, Jasper, did in fact cancel the reservation for a refund, but when I tried to book again on United, that was automatically cancelled too, so I called back, and was told he would book it for me but that because "prices fluctuate," the fare was now $149 more. I could see on united.com that the fare remained the same, but he insisted his screen showed otherwise. I asked for a superviser. Not possible. He offered to give me a $149 credit on another future flight: to use it, I would just have to call his extension directly! When I expressed incredulity that a corporation works this way, he said it was actaually a personal employee discount he would share just to please a customer. It got fishier and fishier from there. I refused to go along with this outlandish plan. To his credit, Jasper finally suggested I call another number he gave me, which in fact IS United. I had no idea what had happened till I googled the phone number he had given me for his personal extension today and found this ComplaintsBoard.com listing, along with a raft of similar consumer complants. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND THE NORTH DAKOTA AG ALERTED.

Unwarranted fee for a nonexistent service
On 2/8/2024, I telephoned a company calling itself "Air Ticket/Fargo Travel/Airline Help Desk" at [protected]. Fargo fraudulently misrepresented itself as Delta Airlines. I contacted Fargo (believing it to be Delta Air) for help cancelling 3 flights I had made months prior. I was newly-diagnosed with a serious disease and had to undergo extended medical...

I was charged for a $462.65 delta airlines exchange which should have been no charge. I already paid $230 and Fargo charged me an additional $462.65. I called delta and somehow ended up with Fargo and was conned out of $462.65. There was no charge for exchanging my ticket due to airport conditions from delta and I assumed I was talking to delta and instead I was pressured by saying I had to change the ticket by takeoff or I would lose it. Which was not the case, it should have been an even exchange by delta. No idea how I ended up with his Fargo scam. Feel awful and humiliated and out a lot of money. Fargo stressed me so much I was home with a huge migraine. I just feel awful and embarrassed. Please please help.
Claimed loss: 462.65

Ticket cancelation
On 5/8/23 we purchased 2 direct flight first class Delta One tickets through Fargo Travels("FT"), who disclosed as acting as an agent for Delta Airlines. We did receive a confirmation from Delta that we had tickets at that time. On 9/19/23, within 2 weeks of our departure, we noticed our tickets no longer showed on our Delta app. Contacted Delta and their...

Same thing happened to us! Used debit card and was charged over $1,000 for fraudulent charges. Call your bank to get your money back and have them give you a new card!
Our bank told us the initial charge came from North Dakota! I googled the fake number and got this address: Fargo Travel Agency aka AirTicket
623 Main Ave West Fargo. [protected] is their phone!
Looked up the address on Google earth and it’s a multi unit office building

So, I thought I was chattin' with Delta Airlines and made a reservation for me and my crew of 4. Then, I changed the reservation a day later. But when I checked my bank statement, I saw that Fargo Travel Agency, Inc. charged me a whopping $2,666.48 just for makin' the reservations, on top of the ticket prices! Can I dispute this or what?

So, I was stuck at the airport when my Delta flight got canceled on July 17
So, I was stuck at the airport when my Delta flight got canceled on July 17. I called a number that I thought was Delta, and these guys answered. They said "Yes" when I asked if it was Delta and helped me rebook for the next day. But, they told me that I had to pay an "upgrade fee" of $131 per ticket (total $262.) I agreed, thinking it was a necessary fee from Delta and because I needed to be home the next day. When I got home, I contacted Delta and found out that there were no change fees. Delta said that they didn't charge me anything, and I should dispute this with AmEx. AmEx told me that THIS company charged us for the "upgrade fee." All their phone numbers are disconnected, and the website on the charge is for a different business. They are pretending to be someone else and charging fees that shouldn't be there.

So, I found Fargo Travel Agency on Google and called them up to book a flight
So, I found Fargo Travel Agency on Google and called them up to book a flight. They answered the phone as the airline, so I thought I was talking to the airline. They booked my flights under two different reservations instead of one, and when I needed to change my flight, I found out that it was actually a private agency that booked it. I had to rebook my flights through the actual airline and was charged an extra $100 for changing reservations that should have been booked together. They wouldn't give me a refund, only airline points, and charged me an extra $50 fee per booking. Not cool, Fargo Travel Agency.

I had some trouble booking my companion ticket and reached out to Fargo Travel Agency, Inc. for help. I thought they were Delta, but turns out they weren't. They used my Delta account info to get my companion ticket and charged me an extra $*** for airline fees. Later, I talked to someone who said there shouldn't be those fees. I tried calling that night, but the call wouldn't go through. I contacted *** to dispute the charge. Then, *** from Fargo Travel Agency, Inc. called me on 10/12 and asked why I was disputing the charge. I told him I wanted to understand where those fees went. I asked him if they were fees they charged for booking the ticket, but he said no, they were airline fees. I contacted Delta and they said they weren't their fees (conversation with Delta attached). I know I agreed to pay these charges, but I asked him what these charges were before agreeing to pay and he said they were airline fees for the companion ticket.

I found a fake Delta customer service number and got scammed
I searched for Delta customer service and found a dubious number. A woman claiming to be from Delta answered. I requested to cancel my flight and she complied, charging me $80 and sending a confirmation from a different company. She provided a false number upon inquiry and disconnected. Delta confirmed it was a scam, as cancellations are free. My bank is investigating the fraud and the scammers' numbers are now inactive.
