I am admittedly very far behind on my payments. I will be the first to admit that. However, I was told, at the beginning of my issues with farmers and their collection processes that if I brought them in one payment they would forgive the rest that I was behind. Of course this was told to me verbally, and no record of that now. What did they do instead? I gave the one payment after suffering a seizure and losing my job due to needing two transfusions and a four month recovery where I was out of work without pay, while trying to provide groceries and school supplies for four children, they reported my account to my credit, call me sometimes up to 5 times a day, come out to my home multiple times a day and harrass my children, use threats and bullying to make us comply. I'll also be the first to say, they can have the item we purchased from them back. I have no need or want for it, and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone I know. Not ever. Their practices and lack of respect for private property, their lack of respect for people in general, showing up banging on doors like the world is coming to an end at 7AM, they were aware that I lost my job, I showed one of them my bank account balance in person, I have kept in contact with them, and the harrassment never stops. I understand that I owe them. I understand that I am behind on my payments. If someone shows you that they have only cents in their bank account and you tell them the only thing you will accept is a double payment the next day, I don't know how they think this is feesible. I have no family or friends to borrow money from, I have no things of value to pawn off, I lost my vehicle due to being out of work and I am doing everything in my power to get caught up on the thousands and thousands of dollars of medical bills, and all other bills right now. There are laws in place regarding collection practices and I'm well aware that what they are doing and have done is illegal. Let alone the fact that I live on private property and they drive their vehicles up to the front door in my yard! I feel sorry for anyone who does business with them. Yes just pay your bills and you won't have to go through this, I am fully understanding of this and that I fell on some really hard times, but a little bit of compassion and accepting any payment I had available as opposed to no we will only accept a double payment when I'm trying to give them something, that makes no sense to me. I am currently in the process of taking legal action against them. I want no monetary outcome, I just want their business and practices to be looked at and for someone to put an end to their illegal and quite frankly traumatizing practices. I pray that none of them ever fall on hard times and that if they do, the people they do business with will show grace and compassion to them all. I would not recommend doing business with them unless you have the full amount of the item that you intend to buy at that time. I was told that I paid for insurance that would cover the price of the item I bought if I fell ill, lost my job, or died and that it would be taken care of or "forgiven" and a plan would be put into place for me to catch up, none of those things ever happened.

Desired outcome: I don't want any outcome other than to be able to pay off what I owe and be finished with these terrible people.
