Never received my package
I waited a few days before emailing them about my missing package. They said they would get back to me and never did. I spent over 300 dollars and NEVER got my clothes or package. I emailed them multiple times to let them know the situation and they ignored them all. This is not the first time this happened. It happened to me a last year, but I assumed it was the delivery persons error. It clearly wasn't. This company is a SCAM! They don't even allow you to message them on facebook or to get a refund. They have been sued MANY times. STAY AWAY from this company (also a lot of their clothes are made really cheaply and rip or shrink almost immediatley)

I ordered a few items on fashion nova. I payed extra for fast shipping. The order did not come in time. I requested a return to sender as the items served no purpose because it was coming late and kept being delayed. The items was successfully returned to fashion nova however afterpay is still requesting to charge me. Fashion nova never requested to cancel my afterpay. Instead they have ignore numerous emails. They finally emailed me back stating i must either get a fashion nova gift card or request to re-ship the items. I selected gift as i had no choice. Afterpay is still requesting to take my money. Fashion nova never cancelled afterpay. I am getting charge for items that i never received!

I purchased an order from Fashionnova on June 2, 2022 for my daughter totaling over $400.00. I was notified by LaserShip that her package had been damaged and was returned to the Sender, to follow up with them. We reached out to Fashionnova and did originally receive a response with a case no. [protected]. we were asked for additional info. When i finally received a response it was said that they were issuing a gift card to my daughter for the total amount of the purchase within 10 minutes of the email and to click the link. I did that and it said great! i would be refunded the $474.85 for the purchase and that the link would expire in 30 days. To date, I have reached out on 6/10/22; 6/13/22; 6/16/22; 6/21/22; 6/24/22; and still have not received a response nor the gift card and am out of $474.85. Per their page, you will receive a response from customer support within 24 to 48 hours... I am well beyond 24 to 48 hours, out of $474.85 and pissed off.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund for my purchase that was not received and returned to them because it was damaged.
Shoes/customer service
I have been trying to communicate with support for SEVERAL days. No response. No actual customer service provided. I have sent back my purchase, which I not only had to pay $7.99 to return, but also had to pay $3.99 for return packaging. Initially, I had asked that the discounted price of $15.30 that I paid for the Your Biggest Fan Heels - Natural (size 5.5) be honored, as I had planned to purchase the same shoe, but in a smaller size (5.5 was too large). I figured this would be approved, seeing as exchanges are not provided to customers. Instead of customer service, I got a copy-&-paste response about Fashion Nova reserving the right to change the price of their products. If this is their idea of customer service, it's pathetic. This is my first time buying from Fashion Nova, and it probably will be the last. I had to jump through hoops to return the product, pay even more money to do so, and then not even have the ability to have my refund issued to my initial form of payment. They are a money-gouging, parasite of a company, who clearly does not give a damn about their customers. I’ve requesting that I be refunded to my inital method of payment, AND refunded the money I had to spend on return packaging. The return packaging SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED, or at the very least covered in the $7.99 fee I had to pay to return them. In all honesty, I don't even expect a response, since Fashion Nova has made it VERY CLEAR they don't actually care about their customers. I was better off throwing my money in the garbage, which is essentially what I did anyway.
Bottom Line:
I have been requesting a full refund of $34.78 to my original method of payment.
I have also been requesting a refund of $7.99 for return shipping AND a refund of $3.99 that I had to pay for return packaging (since it was not included in the amount I already paid, or provided by the company).
If they deny my requests for a refund (which they probably will, based on my experience with their horrible customer service), I asked that they credit my account for the $34.78, $7.99 and $3.99 (total of $46.76) as a courtesy - you know, since they don't actually do anything to help customers otherwise.
I had high hopes for Fashion Nova, but if n othing is offered to resolve my concerns or requests, I'm going to warn everyone I come into contact with of their horrible treatment, lack of customer service, and money hungry practice. Hopefully it'll save a potential victim of their company some regret.

Your business purposely makes it where customers cannot reach you. This has been going on for quite some time, and I am along thousands of angry, frustrated customers this has been happening to and I am fed up. I should not have to reach out to the Better Business Bureau or here or any other place to to have an issue resolved regarding a refund and store credit. My next step is to file a complaint with the CA State’s Attorney General’s office if this is not resolved.

I ordered 2 items. One of the items I did not receive: Electric Feelings trench. For 1.5 months I tried contacting Fashion Nova with no success. I finally had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau in Vernon, CA. A Fashion Nova service rep sent me an email offering me alternatives. I responded they could send me a gift card. They never responded so I followed up again and still no response.
Order #[protected], 6/6/22. After receiving the Blue Dream High Rise Jeans I returned them. I received a 'return request confirmation' email. I did not receive a 'return received' email for this order. Credit due: $17.44. I did not receive another gift card credit. (I used a prior gift card to purchase this). USPS Tracking #[protected] 355 shows item was delivered back to Fashion Nova on 05/27/22.
Order #[protected], 5/22/22, Fashion Nova cancelled one of my items via email informing me it was out of stock. I was not notified when they would expect a delivery, it was just cancelled and I received an email saying I would be refunded. Credit due: $20.13. I did not receive another gift card credit. (I used a prior gift card to purchase this).
Additionally, I returned and shipped back two items from this order. I received a 'return request' email confirmation, but not a 'return received' email. Credit due: $22.99. I have not received a gift card credit via email for this cancelled order.

FashionNova Refunds and Promised Gift Card Never Rec'd

I am a loyal customer to fashion nova and typically order from the website a few times a month. However this previous order has been by far my worst experience and because of that I don't think I will no longer consider ordering from this site. When I choose my sizes I go off of the size chart because every clothing brand runs differently. I went according to the size chart while ordering all my clothes and almost half of the order is either way too big or way too small. There was a few that did fit, but their were more clothes that didn't fit than the ones that do. So with that being said I need my money back. There is absolutely nothing I can do with clothes that are huge or too small! I do not want a gift card because I will no longer be using Fashion Nova ever again. I would like to send this merchandise back for my money back. I believe that is fair enough, they still have the tags and Have not been damaged or worn. Eye placed an order and didn't receive everything eye was supposed to so eye reached regarding the issue, they refunded me, but then eye placed another order for my birthday outfit and it came but they gave me the wrong item. Didn't receive package
I placed an order on 4/14/22 (order number [protected]). On 4/21/22 this order was marked as delivered to front door. From 4/21 - 4/25 I have been trying to contact the carrier (Laser Ship) and Fashion Nova. This order was not delivered. My apartment complex requires a key fob for entry into the parking garage and into the building. You cannot access the garage, the building doors, the elevators, etc without a fob. You must deliver to the leasing office lockers, for secure delivery. I am not sure where they are delivering to, but it isn't my front door. Unless your carriers are breaking into buildings illegally then they could not have done this. Fashion Nova customer care refuses to refund me or reship it using a different carrier such as FEDEX. I have had this same issue prior with Fashion Nova, and anytime FEDEX delivers my orders I receive it to the secure locker, but when LaserShip delivers it, it never is delivered. I am completely appalled by fashion Nova customer care. I used a gift card for this purchase and am being told I pretty much just lose out on my money. That's absolutely ridiculous. I don't purchase things for fun. I purchase them to receive the product Something needs to be addressed. I wrote into the Better Business Bureau and I was told I would be receiving a refund or reship if I sent in a form.
