This is the 3rd delivery from this company. I wrote an e-mail after the first, they said it would not happen again, it has 2 more times! My delivery instructions are to deliver packages to my front door. Their drivers continue to deliver to my garage door, I have run over 1 package and hit 2 others! When I get in my car I don't look outside, I get in my car and back out of my garage, I don't expect any boxes to be there. Also, why do you have a phone # to contact you if there is no option to speak to customer service? Are you expecting complaints? I would NEVER use this company. Now Fed Ex has a competitor for worst delivery service!
Recommendation: NEVER use this service! They are horrible! And their drivers don't know the difference between a front door and a garage door, how sad!

LaserShip Delivery Driver Accuses Me of Theft and Threatens to Call the Cops - Worst Delivery Company Ever!
So, I was waiting for a package from LaserShip and it finally arrived at my doorstep. I was happy to receive it and brought it inside. However, my happiness was short-lived as I saw a strange car pull up into my driveway and block my vehicle. The driver then walked up to my door and started pounding on it violently. The doorbell was ringing nonstop, and it scared me and my dogs. Since I live in a second-story condo, I couldn't see who it was. I decided not to answer the door as I am a young woman living alone, and I wanted to play it safe. The person kept pounding on the door for two minutes straight and then started screaming through my door, saying, "I know you're in there, open the door!"
At this point, I was really concerned as I had no idea who this person was. I opened my second-story window and yelled down, asking why they were knocking on my door like this. The person didn't introduce themselves or bother to tell me their reasoning. Instead, they immediately threatened to call the cops on me, saying I stole a package that was not addressed to me. I was confused and told them that all the packages I received were mine and that their reaction was completely inappropriate. They then asked if my name was Lexi, and I said yes. They slammed their car door and sped off. I was in disbelief that this person decided to react this way over their assumed delivery mistake.
I mean, why would they even leave the package at my door 15 minutes prior if they didn't think it was mine, only to turn around and accuse me of theft? And even if it wasn't my package, it's an honest mistake and certainly doesn't warrant false accusations and threats to call the police on me over a package their company delivered to MY house. I am not responsible for their deliveries, and I definitely do not have to open the door for anybody that is making me uncomfortable. This company can't even train their employees basic etiquette?
To make matters worse, customer service was extremely dismissive. They didn't even care to listen to my situation and only asked me if I had video proof of this incident, as if liability was their only concern. I should have expected that considering the attitude their drivers have. Worst delivery company ever, and seeing how many other bad reviews they have, they shouldn't be in business.
Warning: My Experience with LaserShip and Tom Mara - A Cautionary Tale
I recently had an experience with LaserShip and I have to say, it was not a good one. Tom Mara, who I believe is a salesperson there, came across as a nice guy at first. He seemed innocent and sweet, but as I got to know him better, I realized that he was not who he appeared to be. He was very good at pretending to be someone he wasn't, but eventually, his true colors started to show.
I think it's important to be cautious when dealing with people you don't know well. You never know who might be hiding something or trying to deceive you. In my opinion, Tom Mara is a sociopath who is very good at manipulating people. He puts on a show of being virtuous and innocent, but it's all an act.
I also want to warn anyone who is considering working for LaserShip. From what I saw, the company is not a good place for people with integrity. Most of the employees are unskilled laborers who are just trying to make ends meet. The company seems to count on their ignorance and lack of education to keep them in their positions.
I also noticed that there were a lot of predatory men at LaserShip. They seemed to think that it was okay to cheat on their wives and behave inappropriately towards women. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially women.
In my opinion, LaserShip is like Uber, which has been in the news recently for similar reasons. The employees there are a bunch of dim-witted, philandering Neanderthals who haven't figured out that it's not okay to behave that way. If you have to work there, my advice would be to watch and listen carefully, but if you have a choice, stay away.
LaserShip: Unreliable, Dishonest, and a Reputation for Stealing Packages
So, I had a recent experience with LaserShip and let me tell you, it was not a good one. I ordered some items from Fashionnova and they decided to use this carrier for delivery. I had never heard of them before and now I know why. When I checked my tracking information, it said "exception" and I was confused. I decided to call and ask what was going on. The representative told me that the driver couldn't find my address. I was so frustrated because I live on the FIRST and FRONT street of my subdivision. I explained this to the representative and even told them that I was home all day and no delivery attempt was made. They told me to wait 48 hours for them to find my address. I mean, come on, they could just put it in a GPS, right? I even gave them information about the vehicles parked in my driveway to help their driver out. But, 48 hours later and still no package. Thank goodness it wasn't anything urgent or medical that I needed. As a travel nurse practitioner, I order certain supplies online for my patients and clients. This delay could have been detrimental to their health.
The package was supposed to be delivered on October 15th, but the driver couldn't find my address. I find this hard to believe because all the other carriers have never had an issue finding my house. When I checked the tracking information again, it said it would be delivered on October 20th. It's currently October 18th and the package is supposedly in the city where I reside. But, the tracking information is a lie. It says it was scanned on the truck at 11:29 a.m. and then back at the distribution center at 11:59 a.m. How is that even possible? I will even add photos to prove it. The logistics of this delivery doesn't make sense either. It went to TN, VA, NJ, and then back to TN where I reside. It seems like this company has liars and thieves working for them. I honestly think they are stealing customers' packages. I work hard for my money and I don't want anyone stealing my things. This company has a reputation for being crooks and their poor service has become their reputation. They don't even deserve a star for their horrible service. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this carrier. My daughter probably won't even receive her shoes and they will probably put "delivered" like they have done with other customers. This really makes me angry. Fashionnova has lost a customer because of this unreliable and dishonest company.
LaserShip Review: Terrible Service and Nonexistent Customer Support
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with LaserShip. I mean, we've got all sorts of delivery trucks coming in and out of my neighborhood all the time - USPS, UPS, FedEx, you name it. Heck, we even get moving trucks and firetrucks in here on the regular. So when I heard that LaserShip was supposed to be delivering my package, I figured it'd be no big deal. But boy, was I wrong.
First off, the driver didn't even bother to come into the neighborhood. I mean, we've got security cameras and everything, so it's not like they couldn't find their way in. But nope, they just decided it wasn't worth the effort and dropped my package off at some random facility. Like, seriously? That's not what I call good customer service.
And get this - when I tried to call the number they gave me to get in touch with them, it was busy. And not just once, either - I tried calling multiple times, and it was still busy every single time. So I went to their website to try and find a different number to call, but all I got was some stupid message about my call not being able to go through. What kind of company can't even provide a working phone number for their customers?
Luckily, the store I ordered from was able to help me out. They apologized for LaserShip's screw-up (which they really shouldn't have had to do), and told me where my package was and why it hadn't been delivered. Apparently, LaserShip needed "more information" to make the delivery, even though they had my name and address already. Like, what more do they need?
Long story short, the store was able to find what I needed and get it to me without having to deal with LaserShip at all. Which honestly, I'm pretty grateful for - I don't think I could handle any more of their nonsense. If it were up to me, I'd give them zero stars for their terrible service. But since I can't do that, I guess half a star will have to do.
LaserShip Review: Terrible Experience with Shipping and Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm not impressed with LaserShip at all. I ordered some boots from JustFab and these guys were supposed to handle the shipping. The first pair of boots showed up a couple days late, but that wasn't the real problem. They were too big, so I sent them back for an exchange. But the exchange never showed up! It was over 10 days late and I wasn't around to receive it. I tried calling and emailing the company to see if I could pick it up myself, but they never got back to me. And then the delivery guy just left the package in the hallway instead of bringing it to the front desk like he was supposed to. Of course, someone stole it.
So I contacted JustFab and they sent me a different pair of shoes since the ones I wanted were out of stock. But those shoes got lost too! I tried calling LaserShip to see if I could pick them up myself, but they were no help at all. The guy I talked to was super rude and didn't seem to care about my situation at all. He just told me to call JustFab again. And now I have to wait for a THIRD pair of shoes to arrive. This is ridiculous! I was supposed to get these boots before Christmas and now it's already January.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend LaserShip to anyone. If you're in the East Michigan area, you should definitely look for a different shipping company. These guys are just a mess.
Unfair Treatment and Poor Management: My Experience Working at LaserShip
This place is just terrible to work at. The workers are treated with no respect at all. They force us to work under the threat of losing our jobs if we don't. I had a really bad experience on my second day of work. Two high-ranking managers were yelling at me for something they didn't even bother to train me on. I got fired on my third day because I asked for clear directions. They told me to follow the guy next to me, which I did, and then they yelled at me again. It's just not fair.
I've been a union carpenter for 20 years out of local 33 in Boston, currently 327. I just want a fair chance to prove myself. Don't assume that I won't understand what you're saying if you speak to me. I wrote a letter to the highest-ranking manager on site, but I never got the chance to give it to her. I just want to apologize for what I said to her the other day when we were dragging the roller belt. I thought she was yelling at me, but it was just her way of talking.
I want to address a complaint that was made on June 5th, 2021. The complaint was about the time it took us to sort out all the bags. I don't think it's a problem with the people or the manpower. I think it's a problem with the setup. If you added another sticker with the same information that's on the floor as letterheads all around the net that encloses everything, we wouldn't have to walk around looking for the right box. We could just see the number code from a distance.
I know that not everyone needs this, but for us newbies, it would be a game changer. We work 10 hours a day with only a 30-minute lunch and no breaks. You guys don't even provide water. The job is high pace in nature, and half the boxes we deliver contain heavy food. It's just natural that we're going to be dragging our feet at the end of the shift, especially since most of the time, the workload is higher than what you have for manpower.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend working at LaserShip. The management is terrible, and the working conditions are just not fair.
LaserShip: A Company of Lies and Theft - My Experience with Sephora Delivery
I got a notification from LaserShip that my Sephora order was delivered on 7/[protected]@ 6:15p. They said there was a photo capture of the package, but when I went to check, there was no package and no photo. I was pretty upset because I have signage on my front door that instructs all deliveries not to be left on the front stairs, and I even gave instructions on where to leave them.
The next day, I received another notification from LaserShip on 7/[protected]@ 5:26 with a photo of my Sephora order on the stairs. But again, there was no package! I was so confused and frustrated. I decided to check my Ring video of my neighbor across the street, and that's when I saw what happened.
The LaserShip female employee delivered the package on 7/[protected]@ 5:26 when the photo was taken. But as soon as she got back to her car, another car came quickly down the street, pulled over just beyond where she was parked, and a man jumped out. He went directly to my package and stole it. The package was on my stairs for approximately 30 SECONDS TOTAL!
I don't think it was a coincidence that the package was stolen right after the LaserShip employee delivered it. I'm pretty sure she's part of the theft scam I witnessed on the video! I contacted LaserShip customer service, but it was a joke. I spoke with Miranda who was working from home in MD. When I asked for a manager to help me, she said she couldn't find one. She had my info from the caller id and shipping ticket, and said someone would contact me. But then she abruptly hung up on me mid-sentence!
I couldn't believe it, but the character of the company continued to show itself. Miranda must have thought better of her faux pas, and called me back about a minute later to say she heard me say something before she hung up. I was wasting more time on this sham company than it deserved. I emailed the videos of the delivery and immediate theft to LaserShip and Sephora. I wanted them to know the company they are using to ship is stealing from their customers. I explained in detail what occurred, and that I had video to prove my claim. I also expressed I felt violated and appalled.
After reading reviews of LaserShip on this and other sites, including the Better Business Bureau, I see LIES and THEFT is a common occurrence with this company. Sephora needs to take notice, and address this egregious problem. I understand that the theft rate for Sephora may seem incidental to them because of the size of the company. But on the other side of this are the consumers who are spending their money with Sephora. We are the ones actually being affected with the frustrations and violations of dealing with this trash company.
Being treated in such a shameless manner is unacceptable. Sephora must find a better delivery company. It's not fair that customers have to deal with this kind of nonsense just to receive their orders. I hope Sephora takes action soon, because I don't want anyone else to go through what I did.
Beware of LaserShip: A Toxic Workplace with Predators and Narcissists
LaserShip, Inc. is a company that has been in the news lately, and not for good reasons. Tom Mara, one of the employees, has been accused of being a serial philanderer who pretends to be a virtuous, pious, family man. It's important to be aware of people like him who put on an innocent act to fool others. However, it's easy to see through his act if you pay attention to your intuition. Sociopaths like Tom Mara spend countless hours trying to hone their fraudulent persona, but if you listen to your gut, you may get the feeling that their persona is just too simple to be real.
It's important to note that not all narcissists act the same way. There are actually three distinct types of narcissists who behave very differently on the outside. One of the toughest sub-types to spot is the covert narcissist, because they blend into the background much of the time. They aren't a cliché of a grandiose, self-obsessed, "look at me" narcissist. Instead, they are quietly cruel and behave in a much more passive-aggressive way.
If you're considering working for LaserShip, I would advise you to be cautious. Most of the people there are unskilled labor just trying to make ends meet. While the company is diverse, it's important to realize that people are stuck there with little to no education. LaserShip counts on this ignorance or lack of ability to see that anyone has the ability to go somewhere where they can prosper and thrive.
In my opinion, LaserShip is not a company for anyone with any integrity. It's especially not fit for females, as there are predators to the Nth degree, especially in management and sales. The culture at LaserShip is reminiscent of Fox News when Roger Ailes was there. It's a bunch of dim-witted, philandering, misogynist Neanderthals who haven't realized that growing up and not cheating on your wives is not that bad. Beware of all of them, who pretend that they're family men and the ones who project that they're so virtuous and religious. That projection is the red flag. They really wear who they are on their sleeves, so just watch and listen, but only if you have to work there; otherwise, please stay away. It's a sad situation.
LaserShip: A Horrible Shipping Company - Incompetent and Dishonest Delivery Service
This delivery service is a complete disaster. I ordered something from Staples on July 1st, and it was supposed to be delivered by LaserShip on July 2nd. Every night, the tracking would say something like "unable to complete by 5PM" or something like that. This went on until July 12th. Finally, on July 12th at 12:28 PM, the tracking said that it was loaded on a delivery vehicle and out for delivery. But the local LaserShip office is like 45 minutes away from where I live, so I was skeptical.
Then, the tracking said that my package was delivered 2 minutes after it had been put on the delivery vehicle (so it said it was delivered at 12:30 PM). This would be impossible timing, as you can't get from that community to my house in 2 minutes. I looked for the package, and it was nowhere to be found. I checked all around my house, and nothing.
I talked to my friend who works at the church I go to, and she had ordered a printer from Staples and was having the same delay in shipping. She emailed me on July 12th to ask if I had received my package from Staples because she also received a notice that her package had been delivered at 12:30 PM, and she could not find the package at the church.
It's pretty clear that the tracking information is not accurate. It's impossible to go from the LaserShip center to my community in 2 minutes, and it's equally impossible to be delivering at my house and at the church in the same minute. The driver was not honest marking both packages as being delivered when it's clear that this individual (or slug) made zero effort to actually deliver it to either location. I think the driver just did not want to drive to my community, so just marked the packages as delivered.
I contacted Staples, and they will be sending a replacement package to me. But it's starting out the same way as the other one, with the "not completed by 5PM" messages. The church secretary has been in contact with Staples twice now. They have tried sending two replacements. The first one they lost. The second one was the one that was "delivered," but wasn't. The third one is supposed to come tomorrow. How can any delivery service be this incompetent and yet remain in business?
Staples and all other companies really need to stop using LaserShip, which is a very poor excuse for a delivery service.
Update: After I posted my review here, the replacement package magically arrived at my door. The updated tracking on the Staples website shows a believable time period between being out for delivery and being delivered. It seems a person must complain on a website in order to get a package delivered with them.
The fact that they delivered the replacement package doesn't erase the fact that they are still a horrible shipping company, that they lied about delivering the original package, and that they lied about delivering the package to the church that the secretary ordered. The package to the church still hasn't arrived.
Second Update: I am in the office for the secretary today, and LaserShip delivered two printers this afternoon. After entering the tracking numbers into the website, it looks like the first one is the original order that was shipped out on July 2nd. The second one is the replacement package (the 2nd one Staples sent), and was sent out on the 9th. I suppose a third one will arrive tomorrow.
At least these finally arrived. When the secretary gets back in tomorrow, she will have to figure out how to return one (or two if the third one comes).
Since I am not home right now, I don't know if my original package I had ordered arrived at my house.
But anyway, it is still slimy that they lied about delivering it before, but at least they delivered. I will change my rating to 3 to reflect the delivery made for the church and the replacement delivery made successfully for me.
Improved Service from LaserShip for Temperature-Sensitive Deliveries
I gotta say, I used to hate LaserShip with a passion. Their service was just plain terrible. But I gotta give credit where credit is due, they've really stepped up their game lately. I live in Thornburg, VA and they've been delivering my Freshly meals all summer long at around 9 AM. And let me tell you, those meals are temperature sensitive, so I was pretty nervous when I first found out that LaserShip was going to be delivering them. But they've been doing a great job so far. According to the tracking history, the meals go from Maryland to Chantilly, VA the night before. And whoever is delivering my meals is smart enough to drive south all the way down I-95 in the early morning, and begin the deliveries in the southern portion of their delivery area. They then seem to work their way north up I-95 and avoid the traffic jams for the most part by going against rush hour traffic both in the morning and evening. I gotta say, that's pretty darn smart. And it's a far cry from the terrible service I used to get from them. I mean, just look at my review from three years ago. It's pretty scathing. But I stand by it. At the time, I had just had yet another terrible experience with them. And unfortunately, I've had a few more since then. In fact, my most recent shipment was delayed for the eighth time in a row. And it wasn't even due to weather or anything like that. It was just plain old incompetence on LaserShip's part. They're based out of Dulles, VA, which is over 60 miles away from me. And when they say a package is out for delivery, it's only just leaving a station two or more hours away. By comparison, my UPS hub is only 10 miles away, while my FedEx station is 25 miles away. The USPS is also only 10 miles away. So you can see why I get so frustrated with LaserShip. But I gotta say, they've been doing a lot better lately. And I hope they keep it up.

The delivery driver indicated that these packages could not be delivered because the business was closed. The delivery was to an apartment building and not to a business. An order I placed with Bath & Body Works was, for a Xmas gift, was never received. I went on line and saw the OnTrac info. stated it was delivered on 12/11/23 at 803pm and left with a person. an it looks like there is an electronic signature. Not sure if that is the person that received it or it's the driver acknowledging delivery was made but that is NOT my signature. My order was for $94.59. The charge posted to my bank but I don't have the items I ordered. This is very disheartening to think that my order was delivered to a wrong address and someone willingly signed for it, accepted delivery and wasn't honest enough to say it was not theirs and the wrong address. I'm the Community Manager of an apartment community called The Lucie. A package with the tracking number above was delivered to our building located at 3850 Boston Street, Baltimore, MD 21224 in error. Had the delivery carrier used the Luxor package room appropriately and scanned the parcel, he would have discovered that no one lives here by that name and maybe took another look at the label to discover he was at the wrong address. Because he sat a group of parcels in the room and probably only scanned one box to unlock the door, this was missed. Please have someone return to pick up the parcel. Thank you! Bath and body works order
Initially received email that expected delivery date was Sunday, December 3, 2023. On December 3, received email that delivery delayed due to inclement weather (it was raining). Received email on Tuesday, December 5 that package was delivered at 9:37 p.m. at front door. No package was delivered. Checked with all neighbors to see if they got my package in error; nope. Called BBW this morning to complain. They said my package shows “out for delivery”. Why would Lazership say it was delivered at 9:37 on December 5 if it’s “out for delivery” on December 6? No delivery of my package to date.

Never get packages when company uses Lasership. UPS Fed Ex USPS and Amazon Drivers I never have a problem with. It’s only when it’s Lasership. Please make them accountable or please assign me another way of having my packages delivered. 210 complaints 0 resolved. They say that they delivered when they didn’t They leave on 1st floor in front of building door where I have not received it. They leave at front of building stair case where elder neighbor getting mail sent it to me. They leave at mailbox and say signed by mail box. They leave at apt on 1st floor take a pic without apt # and say they left it with me. I never got it. Now they say delivery attempt could not deliver but I’m home waiting and see they never came. A waisted day of time and money. I have gotten packages from companies on the same day and within hours I’ll get a text saying they could not deliver but I just got a delivery from another company not to long ago.

Lost package
This has to be the worse delivery service. For 5 days I got the run around about the status of my package, every day they told me to wait additional business days. Finally I was told it would actually be delivered by end of day then a few hours later I get a status update saying my package is lost. How ridiculous! I refuse to ever use lasership again and I will tell every and anyone about this experience.

my package was scanned on October 21 2023 for delivery never received and 3 days later i was told that the item was lost but more like stolen and the company cannot replace as it is out of stock laser ship i do not trust you guys or your workers corporate should be ashamed. email chat keeps saying out for delivery than after extensive searching to be told by a live chat it is lost this is totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Lasership Package Deliverer
There has been too many times when my packages are not being delivered by Lasership. I order from Amazon a package that is to be delivered today, but has not. 99% of my orders from other companies has been satisfactory.
It is only when packages are supposed to be delivered by Lasership that I NEVER receive my packages.

Exactly, only when it’s Lasership because they are thieves, the company allows this constant criminal behavior from their employees and does not hold them accountable and at least pretend to care about our concerns. They simply say “package is now considered lost so you need to contact the seller”. I refuse to order from any company that still uses them even after being warned.

Didn't follow delivery instructions.
I have been back and forth for days with customer service in regard to not delivering my package when I am not home because my packages keep getting stolen. I stayed home all day yesterday, but they decided to come today and leave my package and it was stolen immediately. I told them someone should be home by 5pm and that to avoid where we are today. I am so disappointed; I am a single hard-working mother of 2 and every bit counts. My sons clothing was in that package and now I am out of clothing because no one from laser ship cared about my concerns. My building is full of drug addicts that prey on packages to make money. I live in an apartment building with 24 apartments. My lasership deliveries always go missing because the delivery people leave my package in front of the building on the sidewalk where people walking by can just steal it. This happens 9/10 times by lasership. It's lazy and I am extremely frustrated at this point. I have to always contact the company I order from to get package redelivered by another delivery company and items have been out of stock by the time I reorder. This year I have had 6 missing packaged from lasership. It's unacceptable and something needs to change. I live at 2106 linden st Ridgewood NY 11385. The buzzer in the building does not work. That doesn't mean for thr delivery people to leave a package in front of a big apartment building.
Desired outcome: Please have the delivery person call when in front and not leave the package on the front sidewalk

On many occasions, LaserShip has provided me with inaccurate tracking information. Items do not arrive on the expected delivery date. For the last three times I have ordered something that is being shipped by Lasership, I get notifications that a delivery was attempted and failed or that the delivery was unable to be attempted due to issues with my address. LaserShip uses shady business practices. My address is easy to find, and there are no special instructions needed. They do not actually attempt to deliver any packages, they just don’t try at all. I don’t understand how they are getting away with this. I have filed BBB complaints three times about the same issue, I am about to do another complaint. It’s the same issue each and every time they are used for shipping. I am not exaggerating.
Desired outcome: I want someone to be honest with me about why this is happening. I deserve an explanation. I do not want to keep filing complaint after complaint, but I will not stop until LaserShip starts acting with integrity and honesty.
