Fashion Nova Cancelled order, poor customer service, refunding of my money

On July 31st I tried using my Guaranty Trust Bank Limited (GTBank) and a friends card to make a purchase, both were declined.

August 6th i used a friend USD card and the payment went.

I received an email confirming my order, I checked my email 2 days later and saw that order was cancelled.

I have sent them so many emails and no one has been replied to.

Fashionova if you know you can’t go through with my order, refund my money N206,000 please.

Desired outcome: Let me know if I can go through with my order Or Refund my money.And for goodness sake reply your emails.

Fashion Nova Gift Card

On 2 occasions I returned items to Fashon Nova. The refund s were issued as Gift Card. The 2 seperate refund Gift cards show up on my Fashion Nova account as still available. Theres an option to email to yourself. I did this several times & still have not received them in my inbox. I have also checked in Spam and nothing. I have sent several messages to Fashion Nova and they have NOT responded to my inquiry

Fashion Nova They accepted my return but refused to refund me

I ordered 3 packages. I was supposed to go on a trip and fashionnova was supposed to deliver this early enough. Closer to my trip, I received an email from fashionnova saying the order was delayed.

I had to go on my trip before getting the package. This was my birthday trip and I had to buy new dresses from the mall because of their delay.

When I came back, I tried the outfits from fashionnova and they all fit really badly, the size did not match the measurements they had on their website.

I immiediately packed the items back in the bag with tags still on them and returned it back to fashionnova. Tracking shows that fashionnova received the return package was received on July 31st.

I reached out to fashionnova asking for them to reimburse my card for the items I returned. They kept sending me random automated emails.

On Aug 3, They sent me a store credit for half the cost of the items I returned. I reached out to them and they kept sending more automated emails saying they refunded the correct amount. But they didn't and no one is correcting the matter. I have sent several emails and proof of my invoices but I don't believe a real person is looking into this matter.

I deserve to be fully refunded to my original method of payment in full for the items I returned. I shouldn't have to loose money or get a partial store credit when fashionnova failed to deliver on time and sent me items that did not fit.

First off, if I had known that they would delay my order, I wouldn't have bothered ordering these items

I need someone to help me look into this. Fashionnova has taken my money, I don't have the items, they have it and they confirmed they received the return but I still do not have my money back.

And now their customer service is not responding. I should get my full refund for all 5 items I

Fashion Nova Item/clothes

I made an order and the products should reach my address in canada 4-8 days. After 14 days I kept reaching out wondering what's the hold up. Only on the day of travel to see that canada post return my order because there's no apartment number on the order they shipped. I told them about it, only to hear I cannot get a refund only store credit and I did not receive my package. That is absurd. I told them being that I am going on my vacation, I now have to go in stores before my flight and buy stuff. They didn't care. Talking about policy and I can go ahead and reorder. That is so unfair and I do not appreciate that. Can anything be done?

Desired outcome: Did not get my package and canada post returned it and they are giving store credit

Fashion Nova Jumpsuit

I ordered a jumpsuit from Fashion Nova. They indicated that the item was delivered on July 6 and up to current date I have not received the item. When I contacted them, I was informed that they have no responsibility to ensure I receive the package. No package was delivered to my address. They were unable to show me proof of delivery. They were unable to indicate where the package was delivered, my mailbox or the door.

Fashion Nova Cancelled order

I have send you an email two days ago I’m waiting for a response . I’m very upset waiting for a refund about an order that was cancelled as it says due to fraud.. I can provide all the details in order to get my refund back and I attached all the details from the order at my previous email. Please I need an update as soon as possible. I got charged 426 £ and 110£ were only the taxes for delivery to uk and it seems like I lost my money for no reason.

Fashion Nova Shipping I was promised free overnight shipping over a hundred dollars and didn’t receive and got charged 9.99 shipping

I was promised shipping to be free overnight if spend 100 or more I did and not only didn’t receive free shipping overnight but was charged 9.99 for shipping and they advertised free over night shipping before the clock time runs out and still running promotions today I didn’t receive items in time as promised on website and still advertising free over night shipping with 100 or more, and not complying and it’s false advertising ordered july 11 th before the clock ran out for overnight shipping order total 153 and 9.99 shipping costs to be refunded originally format payment and more to be done for false advertising and promotions not meet as stated

Desired outcome: I want credited back shipping and compensated for not receiving my items over night when that’s the reason I ordered in first place order number [protected]

Fashion Nova Fashion nova and the fraud crook terrible delivery service lasership they use

I wrote this to be posted on the Better Business Bureau's site with 1000's of other bad reviews from customers who had similar or same kinds of bad experiences with Lasership and I just sent it to my state attorney general too. I also sent the BBB a complaint letter.

So far I haven't heard back from them. My shirt from Fashion Nova was originally supposed to be delivered on July 6, but I checked on this site early on Sunday July 2, and it now said that it was going to be delivered this day, it said it was out for delivery but a few hours later it said that they attempted to deliver it but couldn't because of security and signature reasons.

I gave instructions on Ontrac's site which is a part of Lasership for them to please call me when they are ready to deliver my order because the intercoms are broken at my apartment building and only USPS has a key and they always leave my items securely inside on the first floor,and I have had items stolen left outside by Fedex,UPS etc.

Lasership customer service agent called me back about an hour before they claimed to deliver my package and he said he sees my instructions and he assured me that I would get my package today. Shortly After 11 am on Sunday July 1, I got A phone call from Lasership telling me the delivery guy was outside my building I asked what side of my building A Or C she said C and said he left it there so I went Down just 1 or 2 minutes later but there is *NO* package inside or outside the front or back doors! I called and left my number with Lasership for them to call me back but they never did and I sent them an email too but I haven't gotten anything back.

On July 3, I saw on Fashion Nova's site that my second package was going to be delivered by Lasership by July 10, so I canceled it, their site said Sorry we'll try to do better, then a few minutes later they sent me an email saying that they couldn't cancel it because it's already been processed!

I'm sure this order won't be delivered either,it will be a miracle if it does. I deserve and want my $29.04 back! Lasership absolutely should be shut down out of business, I signed a Change.org petition yesterday that over 8000 signed to Protect Your Packages! Permanently Shut Down Lasership!

And there are 1000's of customers on many other review sites besides here saying the same complaints about them. I never even heard of Lasership before and I and other customers didn't choose to use them,the store I and they bought it from unfortunately did. Ontrac sent me an email still falsely claiming it was delivered and Fashion Nova is unjustly listening their lies!

Fashion Nova Refund/store

It’s been almost a month since I was supposed to receive my store credit according to the customer care the store credit was sent out to my email which I never received and when ever I reached out to them they will tell me that it been resent to my email which I never received and they wouldn’t send me any other kind of response it look like it’s an auto response or employees using the same template to respond to me without giving any additional details or possible solutions because I’m not receiving the email for the store credit.

Desired outcome: I need my refund back if they can’t send me the store credit I want it to be refunded to the original form of payment.

Fashion Nova Lost packages

I have a wedding this coming week so I placed my first order with fashion nova and I got a notification on June 8th that my order was delivered but there was no package. I filed a complaint with the delivery company( OnTrac). They said they were investigating it and to get in contact with the seller if the package does come in 2 days. I place another order that same day Order #[protected] because I needed a dress and yesterday while I was home I got the notification that the package is delivered and per usual there is no package. I was also expecting another package from fashion nova today #[protected] and once again there is no package. So in the last 10 days I’ve lost 3 package that worth over $250 and there is no help from them or OnTrac.

Desired outcome: Refund not store credit

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova Review: Terrible Customer Service and Wrong Shipping Address

So, I gotta tell ya, I've had a pretty crummy experience with Fashion Nova. I ordered a dress on Wednesday, expecting it to arrive in two days since I paid for speedy shipping. My birthday was coming up on September 12th so I was hoping it would arrive in time. My mom's address was the shipping address and my own apartment was for the billing, but it took them three days just to process and ship one dress. I figured that was pretty standard, no biggie. But then I had to reach out to customer service on September 8th just to get a tracking update and they didn't even respond until the 13th! What in the world?!

Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of my troubles. The absolute worst part was that my dress never even showed up. I tracked the package and it said it was undeliverable so I had to have it redelivered to my mother's house again. But, no dice. The darn dress didn't get delivered...again. At this point, I was getting pretty upset. So I went to my local post office to talk to a supervisor and I found out that Fashion Nova had put the wrong address on the shipping label. They put my mother's house address with my apartment letter attached to it. Seriously? How could they mess that up? I tried calling customer service four times and couldn't get through to anyone so I had to drive all the way to their office in Vernon California to talk to someone in person.

Now, the woman I spoke to in customer service said if they had made a mistake she could issue me a store credit to purchase a dress at the Montebello location. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to it. But then, she comes back and says that the post office messed up and there was nothing they could do about it. She was only able to refund my money which would take a few days and I could go to the store to buy a dress. Ugh. It was my first and only purchase with Fashion Nova and I will never shop there again or recommend them to anyone I know. The customer service was terrible from start to finish and if there's anything wrong with your order you're pretty much out of luck.

To make matters worse, my birthday party was almost ruined since everything I bought was centered around the dress. So, just a heads up ladies, be careful when shopping at Fashion Nova. It's not worth the hassle and disappointment.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova's Shady Tactics: My Frustrating Customer Service Ordeal

I had a not-so-great experience with Fashion Nova back on March 3, 2018. I made an order for 10 items, totaling $142.01. I used a $50.39 e-gift card that I received from a previous return and paid the remaining balance of $91.62 with my Visa credit card ending in 6346. On March 5, I received a notification that my shipment had been sent out. However, when I tracked my package on March 8, it was still showing that it was in pre-shipment status, meaning it had not actually been shipped yet.

I gave it a couple more days and checked again on March 11 - still no movement. I decided to reach out to customer service via email and received a response from Vanessa on March 13. She told me that my order had been shipped and I should expect a tracking update within 48 hours. I remained hopeful but checked daily for any updates, and nothing changed.

I then received a service review from Fashion Nova on March 16, responding that my order still hadn't moved and that I was unhappy with their service, specifically their lack of explanation for the delay. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response from them at all.

Desperate for answers, I called customer service on March 22, but no one answered. On March 23, I sent another email stating that I still hadn't received my items and it had been over 3 weeks with no explanation. I called customer service twice as well but was put on hold for over 30 minutes each time and eventually had to leave messages for them.

This ordeal continued until March 27, when the tracking info still hadn't changed since March 5. I called twice that day but was put on hold for 15 minutes each time and had to leave messages. I finally received an email from someone named Karen Loza, but instead of an apology or explanation for the delay, she informed me that Fashion Nova had decided to issue me a store credit in the form of an e-gift card.

I was shocked and upset. I had already paid almost $100 with my credit card, with no returns on my end, and they were issuing me store credit instead of refunding my original payment. It felt like they were trying to force me to buy from them again, and I didn't appreciate it one bit. I regretted having to deal with their customer service, who had proven to be less than helpful.

I demanded that they issue my $91.62 back to my original form of payment and that they should even consider refunding the entire $142.01 due to the inconvenience they had caused me and their shady tactics. After all, I dread having to shop from them again.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova Review: Disappointing Quality & Poor Customer Service - Save Your Money!

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Fashion Nova to anyone- save your money! I fell into the trap of watching all the YouTube reviews and was excited to finally order after months of filling up my cart. My package arrived quicker than I expected, but the clothes were a big disappointment. The quality was below average and definitely not worth the money I spent.

I purchased a velour pair of burgundy joggers that were way too short and felt like they'd already been worn. Unfortunately, since they were on sale, I couldn't return them. I also bought a tunic top with a beautiful embroidered rose, but threads were everywhere and it looked like it was falling apart. The olive green jogger set was see-through and the joggers didn't even reach my ankles. Lastly, the fleece leggings arrived in completely different packaging than the rest of my items.

To top it all off, the galaxy print shoes I purchased did not fit and had some weird brown stains on them. I decided to return them but was shocked that the cheapest option for a return label was $19- almost what I paid for the shoes! After checking their return policy, I needed to return the shoes in their original packaging, which only added to the shipping costs. I tried contacting Fashion Nova for a pre-paid label, but they refused and suggested I return the shoes for store credit. Why would I want store credit if they can't even send me something that fits properly?

It's a shame that a large online store like Fashion Nova wouldn't value their customers more. It's evident in their 5-star reviews that there are many planted ads among the fake accounts. If they truly cared about their customers, they'd provide better customer service and solutions to problems like pre-paid return labels. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company.

Fashion Nova Hit or Miss? Fashion Nova Jeans Review - A Curvy Girl's Perspective

I have been wearing my Fashion Nova jeans for a few months now and I must say, they are definitely not for everyone. My sister bought three pairs initially, enticed by the many reviews that thoroughly praised the brand for catering well to curvy women. However, none of the jeans fit her properly. My sister wears an AU size 6-8 waist but has size 12 hips and butt, so she decided to order the size 11 jeans, but the waist was far too big. She could not order a smaller size as it wouldn't fit her properly since she has large muscly thighs.

So, I bought the jeans off her since I have a similar hip size but a larger waist and usually wear a size 11 jeans regardless of the brand. For me, the jeans fit well around the waist and hips, but that is it. Even though all the jeans were the same fit (high waist super skinny) but in three different colors; they all had different fits around my legs.

The black pair is the skinniest of them all and could only be classified as skinny and not super skinny because there is still some looseness in them, especially around the lower legs. Perhaps this could be due to the shape of my legs, but all the jeans had baggy bottoms on me, particularly the white pair because I have small ankles. Most full-length jeans I wear become loose at the ankle, but the Fashion Nova jeans are the worst culprits. I only wear skinny jeans because anything else looks extremely unflattering on me. The fit was weird because I have muscly calves. Some jeans are skinny around the thighs, wrinkled at the knee, skinny on the calves, then baggy on the ankle.

The white jeans fit more like a boyfriend fit, despite having fairly large thighs. They get wrinkly and gather in places due to some bagginess which I do not comprehend. A pair of dark wash jeans fit similarly to the white jeans, skinny on my thighs, but then have a straight fit on my calves. Furthermore, I have long legs and a short torso. It's sometimes challenging to find jeans that are long enough for me, but these jeans are definitely long enough. They are slightly too long, though. You can tell this on the Fashion Nova models because their jeans are always wrinkled at their ankles because they are too long. Additionally, the models always seem to be wearing heels, so the wrinkled ankles do not look as bad as on someone like me who always wears jeans with sneakers. I can tell the models do not have long legs, so they wear heels to give them an illusion of longer legs, which I believe is a marketing tactic.

To sum up, these Fashion Nova jeans are a hit and miss. If you have long legs, they will be long enough for you but a struggle if you are short. As for the legs, they are skinny, but there might be a strange fit issue with them. Finally, if you have small ankles, the bottom part of their skinny jeans may not be that great.

Fashion Nova Review: Fashion Nova's Clothes are Hot, But Their Customer Service is Not

Yo, I gotta say, Fashion Nova ain't exactly the easiest company to reach out to. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm loving their clothes and all, but if you got a problem with your order, don't expect to talk to a real person. And if you shoot them an email, you'll most likely get an automated response that doesn't even answer your question.

But hey, at least they're trying, right? They do give you a FAQ guide to try and help you out, but it's not all that helpful, to be honest. Like, if you wanna know where your order is, they just tell you to check the Order Status page on their website. Alright, fair enough. But if you wanna cancel or change your order, tough luck. Once it's being processed, you can't do anything about it. And if you wanna exchange an item, they can't guarantee it'll be available for you.

So yeah, their customer service could definitely use some improvement. But on the bright side, their return policy ain't too shabby. If you don't like your item, you can return it for store credit. It might take a few days to process, but at least you're not completely out of luck.

All in all, I'd say Fashion Nova's got some great clothes, but don't expect their customer service to be on the same level. Just keep that in mind if you're gonna place an order.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova: Great Clothes at a Risky Customer Service Cost

Fashion Nova used to be my absolute favorite place to buy clothes from, especially jeans! I am so impressed with their range of options and that they are all reasonably priced. As a seller on Depop, I regularly recommend Fashion Nova jeans to my customers, they are just that good! Sadly, my opinion of Fashion Nova has been tarnished by their poor customer service. I have not yet had the experience of having to return clothes to them, but I have heard countless horror stories about their returns policy, which only gives store credit as opposed to refunds. However, I have always been content with my purchases, so I have never needed to return anything.

That was until last week, when I received a bodysuit that was visibly damaged. The stitching was coming out, and I couldn't wear it. I didn't even take it out of the package, and I contacted Fashion Nova's customer service. I spoke with a kind representative named Domonique, and we exchanged several emails, including photos of the damaged item. Domonique promised me a full reimbursement, including the shipping costs, which I was happy to receive as store credit.

Unfortunately, when I received my reimbursement gift card, it was only half of the cost of the bodysuit, and I contacted customer service again. The representative I spoke to was not very understanding, and they implied that the reimbursement I received was all I was getting. However, I was previously promised additional reimbursement as well as the first one. I feel like I was baited into returning the item and now, I am not receiving what I was promised. Though I appreciate that the issue was resolved eventually, it was a stressful experience, and I am disturbed that I had to go through this to get what I was guaranteed.

While I have added one star to my review, I am still deeply disappointed with my experience with Fashion Nova's customer service, and I cannot see myself shopping here in the future. The clothes may be trendy and affordable, but when dealing with their customer service team, you are taking a huge risk. If everything goes well with your order, then great! But, if it doesn't, expect to deal with a lot of trouble, and they may not even make things right in the end.

Fashion Nova My Disappointing Experience with Fashion Nova: Issues with Orders, Discounts, and Returns

I recently made my first order on Fashion Nova's website, and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster of an experience. My daughter had been raving about their products so I decided to give it a go - I spent over $300 CAD on my initial order. However, just picking out what I wanted was a hassle as most of it was already sold out, so I spent hours deciding on my final selections.

A few days after placing my order, I wanted to make another purchase as some of the items I wanted were now back in stock. However, when trying to apply my 30% off V-Day discount, the website wouldn't let me. I also experienced some issues with the site, and ended up taking three screenshots as reference. I sent an email straight away, complete with the pictures attached, asking for confirmation on how many payments went through, as well as expressing my difficulties using their website. I requested that they cancel the order and that I would reselect the items.

As a business owner myself, I decided to follow up on the issue the following morning. However, I couldn't seem to find a phone number to actually speak to a customer representative, which I found quite unprofessional. Fashion Nova eventually got back to me a few days later via email, saying they would reimburse me and cancel the order that caused the issue. But, to my surprise, they cancelled my initial order instead!

The first order, that I had spent hours selecting, proofreading and even managed to apply a generous discount to, was cancelled without my consent. I was not happy about this and decided to send them another email expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting that they please send the initial order and cancel the one that caused the problem.

They responded saying that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. But how is that statement possible when they had just cancelled my initial order after it had already been paid for in full? Eventually, Fashion Nova stated they would ship me another order, but I was already worried about potential sizing issues as I knew half the items might not fit correctly. Unfortunately, my fears ended up coming true as I recently received an email from them stating my items were being returned and refunded due to an "incorrect address." Strange, as my address has been the same for the past decade, and I had already provided it when I sent the pictures to prove my earlier issue.

Overall, I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Fashion Nova. It took me a month to receive my order, and now I'm being refunded due to an issue that was out of my control. To make matters worse, I read other reviews online that suggest customers are being ripped off with their returns as well. It's disappointing to see a company with such a great web presence and online persona turn out to be less than reliable. I noticed that there are disputes about their practices on Amazon as well, and I think it's important that their behavior is reported. It's worth noting that their "Headquarters" are only listed as "Downtown LA," which raises questions about where they're actually operating from. Maybe it's just run out of a home office by a couple of women who import clothes directly from the supplier to the customer's home? Who knows. But I would advise caution to anyone considering shopping with them.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova Review: Cute Clothes with Issues

The clothes at Fashion Nova are pretty and some so-called "celebrities" wear them, but unfortunately, there are issues that come with shopping on this site.

Firstly, the inventory management at Fashion Nova leaves something to be desired. You might add an item to your cart, complete your purchase, and then when the package finally arrives, you'll find an item missing. Although they offer an apology and a discount on further merchandise for their mistake, this happens far too often if proper management of inventory was in place.

Secondly, Fashion Nova only offers store credit, which can be frustrating as they don't offer refunds or a choice between a refund and store credit. What's worse is that their store can be sold out of everything. This shows that the company is cutting costs in areas such as inventory management, leading to fewer products available to the customer.

Furthermore, the clothes on Fashion Nova aren't made with the utmost quality. There isn't much innovation in their fashion; rather, their clothing consists of form-fitting, basic print dresses and top/bottom combos appropriate for nightclubs, pool parties with Stevie J, Greek picnics, barbeques, and the 4th Sunday at church.

Another issue is their inconsistent sizing. Customers will find that Fashion Nova's clothing is too small despite their recent creation of a Plus size line. Their sizes generally run extra smedium with their 1X fitting size 10, 2X fitting size 12, and 3X possibly fitting a size 14.

Lastly, although Fashion Nova is known for having cute and affordable clothing, their clothes are often overpriced compared to other websites.

Overall, although Fashion Nova has cute clothes, the company needs improvement in areas such as inventory management, store credit policy and consistent sizing, leaving room for other sites such as tobi.com or GSLovesme.com to offer a better shopping experience.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova: Buyer Beware - Low-Quality Clothing and Troubling Return Policies

I recently stumbled upon Fashion Nova's website while searching for a new pair of jeans. At first glance, I was impressed with the photos of the models on the site. They looked like they were computer-generated 3D models, but they were real women! I was intrigued and decided to add some items to my cart. However, before completing my purchase, I decided to read their policies more closely.

As someone who has had bad experiences buying from Chinese-based websites, I was hesitant to trust Fashion Nova. After thoroughly reading their return policy, I found some troubling issues. Firstly, the store only offers store credit as a refund, and not a full refund. Secondly, they can reject your returns if you return too much. Thirdly, they use hashtags in their return policy, which does not make them look very professional. Lastly, if you return an item after 30 days, you have to pay a 50% restocking fee.

Another problem that I encountered was that if an item is out of stock after you have placed an order, you are only given store credit. It's unfair to penalize the customer for something beyond their control. Additionally, Fashion Nova has a so-called "easy return policy" which is not easy at all. You have to pay for the cost of shipping back and you don't get your real money back.

Upon further research, I discovered that Fashion Nova sources their clothes from wholesalers, which can be found online or even on eBay. They merely distribute the items, but for a very low price. This explains why they are always out of stock and why you are often stuck with low-quality clothing.

I, for one, am not willing to spend my hard-earned money on low-quality clothing that will likely fall apart after a few wears. I almost fell for their gimmicky shiny things, but I'm glad I read their policies and reviews before making a purchase. Some of the positive reviews seem fake, and it's essential to do your research before buying anything from this site.

In conclusion, Fashion Nova may be a good choice if you don't mind spending money on cheap clothing that won't last very long, and you're willing to accept store credit as a refund. However, if you're skeptical or care about the quality of your clothes, it's best to avoid this site altogether.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova: Disappointing Customer Service, No Refunds, and Expensive Shipping on Returns

I have been a loyal shopper with Fashion Nova for more than a year now and I was always satisfied with my purchases until recently. Thus, I felt a need to share my honest feedback with others who might want to shop with them.

One thing that could be a major turn off for some shoppers is their no refund policy. Instead of getting your money back, you'll receive a store credit which is called a "GIFT card" by the company. Although this policy may sound disappointing, it never bothered me as I loved all my purchases, and also looked forward to my store credits for future shopping sprees.

What dissatisfied me more was that unlike other retailers, Fashion Nova does not offer free shipping on returns. In fact, each time I returned an item, I had to pay a whopping $12.90 for shipping! However, I let that slide because I didn't return items frequently.

But what bothers me most is their poor customer service. I read reviews and stories online about it, but I personally ignored them until it happened to me. Recently, I made two returns to Fashion Nova, and while one was quickly processed, the other was not. After waiting for a week, I reached out to their customer service about my missing gift card and got a delayed response after three days. When I finally got a reply, "Dennis" asked me to send more information and a photo of my return receipt. Although I complied with his request and sent everything, no one bothered to respond to my mail. It has already been two weeks now, and I have not heard back from them nor received a refund on my missing gift card.

So far, I have lost a total of $74.49, including the order total and shipping fees, with no items, no refund, and no gift card. No doubt, my experience with Fashion Nova has dented my previous confidence in them. The company prices their items too high, and even while acknowledging this, they offer only a regular 30% discount (SAVE30). At this point, it's just hard to recommend them to anyone.

In conclusion, I believe that the lack of compassion and customer service rendered by Fashion Nova is unacceptable, considering the long standing issues of dishonesty and poor customer service from thousands of their reported customers. Therefore, it's a big NO for me when it comes to Fashion Nova. P.S. I always use PayPal when checking out because it offers protection against fraudulent charges.
