Fashion Nova bad customer service

I ordered several times from them and every time there was some kind of problem. My last experience was the worst and after what happened I decided not to order from them again. My order arrived damaged and dirty and they refused to help me. I was ready to accept any offer - replacement, refund and etc. But they refused to do anything and claimed that was not their responsibility.
FashionNova was rude, he said that it was probably I who caused these damages! Not only material and quality of my order was poor, but also their customer service. I lost over $100 because of them!

Fashion Nova I am not able to place my order, for some reason I am not able to put dubai as my region/state

When attempted to checkout my items it was refusing to accept Dubai as my region/ state and I do not understand why as everything else I put on was fine, I have ordered from fashion nova previously in the US and it worked perfectly however it's refusing to deliver to the UAE but it gives me the option to, I would very much like to resolve this and understand why this has happened

Fashion Nova scamming ppl!!

I spent over 255 dollars it's was immediately took out my account then I got a email stating my package was flagged I then called many times eventually I got someone who didn't help me at all I waited 24hrs called back got someone they said someone will contact to me no one ever did then I got a email say my order was cancelled by me I never cancelled anything said I will get a refund in 7-10 business day still waiting on my money on I will get it back by any means! Lawsuit if necessary I can't stand scammers I work hard for my money!

This also happened to me and still no answer ! I'm leaving my country of study and this company is so lackadaisical they have not verified anything ! I am so hurt I hope they ship out the correct order before wednesday! if not ill be demanding a refund. I never had problems with them until now

They've done the same to me and asked me to verify my billing by taking a picture of my wih my ID to my face. It's been since the 17 and it's now the 26 and I've sent four emails and called a million times. I don't know what else to do !

Fashion Nova sold me a product they never had but advertise they do.

I bought an article of clothing on page one of new arrivals. They emailed me telling me they were sorry but It wasn't in stock when I went back to the website I found the product I ordered from them that they said they didn't have in stock but I was able to add the product that was not in stock to my shopping cart and was able to checkout with it but they don't have it. This is very misleading and totally unfair to consumers.

Fashion Nova stole my money!!

I ordered $650 worth of merchandise on fashionnova.com. When I paid my credit card was flagged and supposedly declined but a month later I noticed I was charged. Now they won't call back or email me .. their customer service line doesn't even work! I never received any items and I'm trying to reach them to see if they can either send me my order or give me back my money!

Fashion Nova black jeans I never received

I had ordered a few things which came up to 200 dollars and when my package was received it was very small and item were missing. They're telling me that they are out of stock and they won't refund me my money which is 80 dollars worth of stuff I have to wait on and I just want my money back I will feel better spending it elsewhere and some items I received were very low quality I don't feel I should have to suffer because you are out of stock which I really don't believe. I have seen new post on how some people just received the pants I order and how much they like them.

Fashion Nova your favorite dream set in blush request #1170367 order #3920823

I love fashion nova and always write positive reviews so other customers can know the size, shape and fit of these cute, affordable clothes.

I purchased the Your favorite dream set ina small blush color. I received it quickly. Despite all shipping reports I received a Taupe color instead of blush. I immediately wrote in (2-18) on 2-19 I was asked to send photos. I immediately sent them. On 2-20 the day I was supposed to wear my outfit I still had not received the correct product but did get an email telling me to 1. print and fill out a return form 2. send in my product 3. wait for a credit to my account then 4. REORDER my product.
My jaw dropped
So not only did my holiday get ruined and i didnt have the outift they had plenty or time to expeditiously send out to me but now I have to find time during my work week to get to the post office to ship this one out, wait for it to return and THEN IF ITS NOT SOLD OUT which it likely will be, reorder this product. I'm shocked! to say the least. This is not what I expected from this company. I am dissapointed and have replied back to customer service, written a review on the website and...if this Isn't favorably resolved will be forced to share with my social media followers.
I am attaching photos of the invoice, the wrong product i received, my email correspondences and my review on the site.

Fashion Nova order never received

So let me start off by saying that I am not an angry customer leaving a review after one order placed and one bad experience. I always seen the hype over fashion nova and deceided to finally order.
1. The first order I ever placed was the "gold dubai beach cover up" when it finally arrived it was damaged with a hole right in the chest area. So I had to send it back paid $30cad to ship it back because of the weight and then got refund by fashion nova only $10 even tho it was there mistake. Fine, once I received it in perfect condition I was annoyed but satisfied with the item and quality of that specific dress.
2. I then placed another order and no complaints from that order it was fine.
3. I seen some new arrivals a different time and decided to place an order over $80usd and i'm canadian so that's $100. I order a couple of jeans and some other stuff and never received this package. Customer service is horrible they send you generic emails that's nothing related to the questions you have asked them. The worst part is that a week after I placed that order they had restocked on the green pair of heels that look like the yeezys and I really wanted them and didn't want them to sell out in my size again so immediately placed an order and this is about 2 weeks before my tracking for my other order updated to "delivered" yet I never received anything...
So fast forward.. I email cs to find out why my package says delivered but I didn't get my clothes and about 5 days later my "yeezy inspired heels" arrive and the left heel is damaged! Can you believe that? Because I still can't. Everyone hypes of fashion nova as if they are some amazing ### company meanwhile they're trash.. They said my investigation would take 30 days, it has now been more than a month and no one has replied to my emails about my order I have yet to received and spent $100 on ! Such #### I never want to deal with them again after they refund me my money!

I ordered with fashion nova on 5th oct and today it is 23rd Oct still haven't received my order. I have been trying to contact them via calls and emails but noone has gotten back to me. Considering the name and fame of fashion nova their customer service is pretty [censored]ty. I am very disappointed and frustrated, I have no idea if I am ever going to receive the order or a refund.
What a waste of time, money and energy.

Fashion Nova clothings and undergarments

My order No 3729146 was confirmed since Feb 1, 2017 but no shipping details sent.i don't know if it has been shipped. I live in Nigeria but my friend in America paid for me, it was flagged and that my friend should provide photo ID snapped close to her face which was done immediately and no response fr series of emails sent. Please I nee my clothes asap or full refund.

Fashion Nova non-delivery of goods and no refund

I spent almost 300.00 for my wife In December and when i got a package in the mail, it was someone else package that was suppose to go to Ventura, Cali. So I called them told them i will be sending it back and they told me i could expect my package to be sent as soon as they get it. Well it is now February and still no refund and no package. They do not answer their phone calls, they are now giving me the run around, telling me that they don't know if they ever received a return package even though i sent them picture proof. I still have all the emails and correspondence from them telling me that i did everything i need to do and I should have my stuff soon. That was in the beginning of January. I need help on filing a formal complaint...maybe a class action or something. Not sure what to do here.

Fashion Nova refunded payment not received

I am very pissed that this site Fashion Nova is trying to scam me my money of an order in which was cancelled.

Since November 2016 I placed an order and because of the long delay in the processing of it i cancelled my order and up till presently i was not refunded back my money. I've been sending numerous emails and 3 emails was received giving me zero substantial information in to why my money was not yet refunded. Not even a attempt was made by Fashion Nova to contact me.

My financial institution was contacted and they have not yet received the refund for this company. My order number is #2827664. Please I just want back my refund. Thank you.

Fashion Nova false advertisement, service & shipping... awful experience!

Purchased from the web: At the top of the page in big red letters you advertise two day shipping. You do not provide two day shipping. I received an email stating my order was in transit to its destination on Thursday, this means it would arrive Saturday per two day shipping. Obviously, the mail does not deliver on Sunday. I expected the package Saturday, as I needed it for photos on Sunday. This is the ONLY reason I ordered from you. You offered two day shipping and I ordered on Wednesday. I took the photos sans your clothes because they didn't not arrive until Monday. Too late. I do not need them anymore and did not get to use them for their purpose and spent over $70 on product I have no use for because you advertised two day shipping. I contacted your Customer Service by email and went around in circles for about 18 emails. I contacted your Customer Service number provided on your website and on the reps tag from the unhelpful emails I was receiving. The telephone number can be described as pretty much a voicemail that has a greeting from Christmas season on it. I left two messages asking for someone to call me back. I have not heard back and your rep by email refuses to allow me to speak to anyone but her. She is repeatedly copying and pasting links to your website that I do not need. I am not interested in reading your links. I WANT A REFUND. I do not care about store credit because I have no desire to purchase anything from your website ever again! It is absolutely ridiculous that you would not give your customer what they ask for. Especially when I am prepared to lose out on the funds for shipping it back to you because you do not provide return shipping labels, also a bad customer service issue. What kind of company is this?! Your customer service is atrocious. Any reputable company would never refuse to refund a customer their money for such an issue. The only reason I believe they are refusing is because everyone would be returning their items because of your false advertisement. Also, it is not proper business practice for a rep of your company to refuse a supervisor and refuse to allow a consumer to speak to someone regarding their issue. Providing me with a voicemail to which I will never be able to reach someone is also false advertisement. I want a refund. I DO NOT ACCEPT STORE CREDIT as an option, why would I want to spend money at your business with a reputation for lying to your customers? I am so very surprised you are still in business treating customers this way. I filed with BBB. I plan on taking to all social media with this if not resolved and filing with FTC as well. I will file with whomever I need to in order to resolve my issue because it seems resolving my complaint is not of interest to your company. FASHION NOVA IS A SCAM. I am in no way interested in some half thought reply to this complaint explaining how you are not in the wrong. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

My issue has been resolved. I was contacted by the company, given an apology and an explanation. This company did the right thing. They refunded because of the error, reimbursed my shipping expense and gave me a gift card because they want to do business in the future. I appreciate them doing the right thing and resolving the issue. I also understand that they are going through a transition as they had problems with a group of mistrained employees and in their shipping department over the holidays. They are rectifying that and getting back to their customers. Thanks Fashion Nova for restoring my confidence in your business.

I have only dealt with Fashion nova one time. I placed an order for 2 things at 40% off, then by mistake I ordered a duplicate of one of the items again, at full price
I tried to reach an ACTUAL PERSON in customer service, but all there is automatic choices and told to send an email for results I did email, 5 TIMES to cancel the duplicate order because the order had not been filled and no information sent. Then miraculously, I got an email that my order was shipped
after doing exactly what their "customer service " said to do
Now I have 2 ugly sweaters and I have a feeling that if I try to return the full priced item I might as well thrown my money out the window. I want a REFUND not store credit. This was made perfectly clear in all my cancellation emails
SO FRUSTRATING! I will never order again and tell all my friends the same thing

I also agree that this company's practices are false advertisement and no live person to speak with EVER. I never take to any kind of social media to exploit a company that cares nothing for their customers only their bottom line specifically the 600% profit they made last year my guess is their looking to surpass that this year by taking as many orders as they can and as much money as they can and not fulfilling the orders or returning the money. Several days ago I placed 2 orders totaling about $170.00 with free 2 day shipping. Needless to say that didn't happen, the order isn't even filled yest let alone mailed and I've called every phone number I could get my hands on and NOT ONCE did I ever get a live person just a super cheery voice thanking me for calling. It doesn't matter what number you press depending on your issue you receive the same generic voice mail and for you to leave a message. I've done that and have had no return call. I've emailed several times and receive a generic email back thanking me for my email and telling me how busy their customer service is and that I would receive a reply within 24 hours, nope that didn't happen either. I placed a complaint with the BBB and hopefully something will get done about their business practices. I also, needed these clothes and boots for the other day I don't need them now and I can't even speak to anyone or get an answer from email. DO NOT SHOP HERE DOESN'T MATTER WHO THEIR CELEBRITY CLIENTELE IS YOU BET THEY DON'T GET THIS TREATMENT AND THEY PROBABLY GET PAID TO WEAR NOVA'S CLOTHE S RATHER THAN PAYING FOR THE CLOTHES

Fashion Nova small jacket

I want to tell and warn everyone about this site FashionNova! They are the worst ever and they gave me a hard time. I bought an item from them (a jacket) and the one arrived was super tiny and at least 2 sizes smaller than it should have been. Customer service rep said that I can send it back and will get a replacement so I did as they said. I want to mention that they refused to give me a return label so I had to pay for the return. Anyway when my replacement finally arrived it was the same small size jacket! I contacted FashionNova and they said that I was talking nonsense and that was absolutely impossible. What a lousy service, these guys made so many mistakes and they were not even able to send me the right size. Save yourself from this joke!

Fashion Nova customer service & return policy & their clothes run small

So I order a dress from them and I couldn't fit it so they sent me a post card so you could return whatever you purchase but I noticed something they didn't have a number or a email address to contact them on they return post card so that was weird to me the only thing they had was the address and why was I sending it back & the name of the dress & color . They customer service is the worst I ever dealt with they number on the wedsite doesn't work the only way you could contact them is by email which made me mad as hell because I prefer calling it much fast then waiting for somebody to email you back but long story short I return the dress and the dress has been deliver so let's see how long this going take for them to email me my store credit because this dress suppose to be for my birthday 😡😡😡😡

Fashion Nova refund not received

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I purchased an order of high value, and two of the items valued at $100 in total I decided to return. The company policy shows a refund in store credit will be given from 1-5 business days after the return has been received. I returned the item 12/13/16 through priority mail and have tracking information showing they received the item 12/15/16. I have e-mailed the company several times with no return of message, and have messaged them through facebook only to get someone on the other end telling me to wait for an agent instead of helping me. It has now been 26 days, almost an entire month since the return and no one has even told me that they received the package when I have proof they did. I can’t believe I invested so much money in this website with poor quality clothing. I tried writing reviews on the products I returned giving them zero stars to make buyers aware of what happen and that they were poor quality, and they deleted them. I have snap shots of when I put them up, and then a minute later they were removed. This company is a joke. Do not spend your money here.

Fashion Nova fashion nova... fashion not!!!

Yes, their clothes are cute, and even some "celebrities" wear them, BUT, there is a price to pay, my darling...

Problem #1 – You DO NOT get what you pay for. Fashion Nova needs a much needed lesson on how to Manage Retail Inventory. They need to hire a Retail Consultant ASAP. There are too many inventory computer software programs for tracking inventory for them to be making the same countless mistakes.

Case in point, there is a 90% chance you will encounter this: You add your item(s) to the cart, Purchase, Wait for your item(s) to arrive and discover there is an item missing. You receive their “Oops, we’re sorry” card with a discount to purchase additional merchandise. You will eventually get your merchandise credit via email (if they remember). There is absolutely no reason why this situation should be happening repeatedly if they have proper management of inventory.

Problem #2 – Store Credit Only. Riddle me this Batman: How does someone pay for your product, you do not deliver the product and then tell the person they cannot get their money back? You don’t even give them an option if they want a refund or a store credit? Now, you have just pissed off your customer, and this is why I have officially thrown the towel in with Fashion Nova.

I received a store credit for my item I never received. So I ordered another item and guess what did not arrive? The item I ordered with the new store credit for the item I previously did not receive! So, I was given another store credit…sound fun?

Problem #3 – Fashion Nova is always sold out of everything. Fashion Nova does not carry the optimal amount of inventory. AGAIN, Inventory Management. Listen, an online store either has too much inventory, too little inventory, or there is a balance. You know what this says to me? More inventory means more warehousing costs, more investment on product presentation, hiring more people to manage a bigger inventory. Moral of story: Cutting costs and being cheap. Money is the bottom line. And if the no refund/store credit only debacle is not proof enough, then I don’t know what is.

Problem #4 – The Quality of their Clothes. You get what you pay for. As far as fashion innovation goes, their apparel is what Chuck-E-Cheese pizza is to authentic Italian cuisine. The theme of the store is straightforward; form-fitting, basic print dresses and top/bottom combos appropriate for nightclubs, pool parties with Stevie J, Greek picnics, barbeques, and the 4th Sunday at church. That is all.

Problem #5 – Their inconsistent sizing. If you do not know their sizing you will quickly discover Fashion Nova’s clothing is too small. Matter of fact, extra smedium. I will give them credit that they recently created a Plus size line. Their size 1X will fit a Size 10. Their 2x will fit a size 12. Their 3x will maybe fit a size 14. Make sense? Not much. Their sizing is “iffy”.

Problem #6 – Yes, they are known for having super affordable and cute clothing, but guess what? Their clothes are overpriced. You can find the same dresses elsewhere for less. Save your money. It’s not worth the hassle. Check out tobi.com or GSLovesme.com.

Fashion Nova scam company.!! order #2907233

I ordered over 100 dollars in merchandise for Cyber Monday on 11/30/16. A label was created and a email saying my order was shipped on 12/1/16 was sent but They never even actually shipped my merchandise.! A lawsuit is coming soon, this is a scam company, not the 1st time this has happened with this company.! Emailed 3 times, NO AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.!

This is the absolute worse company I have dealt with. I ordered 4 items received only 2. I have been emailing but have not got the issue resolved due to no or slow response. I am going to my bank and request charges are reversed. This just horrible service. I agree with a previous poster, this company needs to be sued on the bases of theft and fraud.

I placed an order for about $100 worth of items. They did not ship a pair of pants on the order and instead issued me a store credit. The minute I saw that my order had shipped without the pants, I checked on the website and the pants were still in stock! I have no idea why they would not have shipped them with my order but now if I want the pants, I will have to pay $6 additional for shipping. I think it is ridiculous that I have to pay for additional shipping when the pants should have been included with the original order to begin with! #SCAM

I have yet to receive the item I purchased from this company. The first order was "Out of Stock" they do not give a refund so I had to place another order, they charged me for shipping, even though I had already paid the first time. I was actually refunded the shipping, however I still don't have the items i ordered. I did receive a very flimsy and extremely poor quality strapless, which I returned, but have not received my money or store credit for it. I think it's time for a class action law suit.

I haven't received my the rest of my items I ordered June it is now July.they will not contact be back they continue to send the same stupid email over and over that says it's been and unexpected delay [censor] want say for how long or anything.There phone line is designed so that your on hold for hours I just really hate I ever spent my money there

I ordered about $100 worth from Fashion Nova and same thing, label printed it showed status as 'processing' for about a month. I called and was told that the UPS system takes a while to update, which is a lie. I order online all the time and they are pretty much on real time with the status. I kept calling/emailing and getting the run around, finally I had to threaten that I would file a consumer complaint to the Attorney General's office in California and I received everything I had ordered the next day by FedEx. Their clothes are pretty but their processing and their customer service sucks. I will never purchase anything from them again. There is too many other vendors selling the same stuff. They also delete reviews on facebook, google and on Yelp they use the excuse that it was purchased from a different store to get complaints removed. If they put as much effort into processing orders as they do deleting and changing reviews, they would have world class service.

Fashion Nova online purchase

Purchased nearly $100 of merchandise as part of the Cyber Monday sale. It guaranteed 2 day shipping if purchase was over $75. The order was processed on 11/29/16. I received an email on 12/1 indicated my order was shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number was also provided. However, as of today 12/5, the tracking number indicates that only a shipping label was printed and that the post office has not received the package. When I contacted them via instagram, they blamed it on delays in processing due to the Holidays. When I contacted them via email, they still claim to have shipped it but that the post office can take 48 hours to update their system. I replied back to the email and notified them that this is the same generic response they've given everyone who has complained about not having received their orders.

When I call the 1-800 number listed on their website, I constantly get a voice recording and can never get to anyone live.

FASHION NOVA REFUSES TO ISSUE MY CREDIT OF $30. I sent a package with 2 items from 2 different order numbers. They processed a credit for one of the items but not the other one and this has been an on going situation for over 2 months. I have email confirmations that my credit is coming but than it never does.

Fashion Nova 3 ordered items never received

November 14th 2016: My online shipment has reached their facility, yet they do not acknowledge it. My shipment was sent back to them because of an error on my address. Canada Post confirms that my item has reached its initial sender's address successfully. However, customer service denies it, and insist that they don't have any record of it, yet I have proof with someone's signature from their delivery facility that they received it. Now, that is just WRONG. As a company, it doesn't matter how much money you make, integrity and honesty is everything. I've spent money for items that never got to me, and nobody from Fashion Nova's customer service department seemed to care, with their short answers and none-efficient approach in resolving the problem. It's a shame, because i love their products, but their customer service has totally turned me OFF.

Fashion Nova very low quality

I received my package several days ago and was super excited until I actually opened it! Clothing looked nothing like pictures on their website and everything was made from very chap and low quality material. Two dresses were extremely small and did not fit at all. Contacting with FashionNova customer support got me nowhere and all I was offered was a store credit!
They actually said that I have to ship everything back (and pay for the return shipping) and will get a credit! They said that they don't do refunds! Where's the logic? I don't see any.
My advice is to stay far away from FashionNova. Not the best place to shop.
