What was initially communicated as a 3-5 business day processing period has now extended into an entire month.

In light of these circumstances, I kindly request to be connected with a higher authority within your organization or provided with the appropriate contact information. I believe it is imperative to escalate this issue to ensure a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
