Fashion Nova review: I haven't received full order 79

I placed an order of 267.67$cad on the 2022-10-27 through the website . Payed the money with my credit card ending in 6383. À confirmation mail had to be sent to my mail : daniellekamdem86@yahoo.com but I never received it . . The money was deducted form my account but I don’t seem to find my order and I can’t get in touch with customer service

I have been reaching out regarding not receiving my item. It was said to have been delivered. I kept telling the customer service rep. We have cameras and my neighbors have cameras. The delivery never happened. I reach out to LSI and have attached what they emailed it back to me.

I've been waiting for this order for over 3 months! ! I've contacted your company over 3 times no respond. This is ridiculous you take money but don't deliver what we pay for. I want to know what's happened with my money ! And my dress I've been waiting for. I would like a refund back.

Double charged for my items .I paid with one card and online it didn’t accept it. I then proceeded to pay with another and it worked. When I checked both cards were charged with the same exact purchase.

I ordered a couple days ago, and never received order confirmation, but my card was charged.

On January 8 2023, Lasership had a package that was supposed to be delivered to me. They claimed that the package was delivered. However the package was never received. As you review the map you will also see that the item is showing still out for delivery. Package still not delivered.

I put in my giftcard that has $42 on it but it says it doesn't work for the items in my cart. I even took out the sale item. Please help!

It seems like with fashion nova whatever they give you is just what you get .. there is no number to call .. I got the wrong birthday dress .. completely wrong .. and there’s no way for me to contact for a return and that is absolutely wrong .. there needs to be a 24/7 hotline for orders ! How can I return this dress for the correct one

I placed a order on February 26 at 2:31pm of a amount of 57.74$ I got charged twice

I paid with apple pay& never received a confirmation email or tracking number for my order. I also paid for 3-7 day shipping & as of 2/27/23 its been 9 days since i placed the order and I haven’t received my package

I placed my order on March 10th, paying through Apple Pay. I never received a confirmation email or number. The money was taken from my bank account. Now it is March 15th, still no package, and i can’t track it or cancel it either. :(

I usually order from fashion nova and have no issue. I ordered on Monday and never received my confirmation email but I see the charge on my credit card. I am VERY annoyed because I even paid extra for 2-day shipping.

I tried to call & email but I can’t enter my order number because I never got one….

This company is scam. I have never used it or heard and it seeing over $500 charges on my credit card. I asked them the details and they asked to file a complaint and police report as they don't care. Pleaes be aware of this scam.

I placed an order on the 4th September…my order was cancelled by fashion nova …it. Been 3 days still have received gotten bak my refund…why must a refund keep this long …shein does take this long to do a refund

I have been trying to return items and Fashion Nova site kept giving me an Error.

And is still giving me the same message. So long that the items that i woanted to return were no longer eligible, based on their 30 day policy.

I sent emails and tried to reach someone to no avail.

i placed an order on the 15th of september 2023 it charged my afterpay account but when i went to check my status i have no order present . and there is no live person to talk to so now i have to fight to get my money back.

I place my order 8.28pm on 30/09/2023, and got a notification my order was cancelled 12.05am on 01/10/2023. I was notified i would be refunded. I am trying to log into my account, it is not letting me. I am trying to track my order I never received a confirmation email but the money was taken out of my account. If I do not receive an email fixing this issue I will despute this charge with the bank. I haven’t received my items & I did not receive a confirmation email.
