I understand it is not good, right or proper to miss an appointment and that it fills a slot for me and then if I don’t cancel ahead of time they are not able to fill it.. I do get that, however I called and was very open with the lady and explained I missed two appointments because I had stopped taking my meds and was depressed but now my daughters therapist I see for family therapy said i really needed to get back on my meds and now I have a Cps case open and have to also get my mental health in order and was told to get back on meds as soon as possible and I apologized and asked her if she could see if the lady would still take me. I was discharged they said and the woman refused to see me. Like I said I do understand my end I was wrong but also i feel like they are working in mental health and I’m calling and being open about stopping my meds, going through a depressed state and now having a Cps case open and needing meds I would think a mental health facility would be a little more understanding but no I have to figure a new doctor out and no telling how long that will take and it’s just really frustrating because it’s a mental health field and I was being open about what happened and still just left without meds. Thanks guys.
