I sent back a product that they got unopened on January 4th
I sent back a product that they got unopened on January 4th. I still haven't got my money back. They said I would get it last week but I didn't!
They advertised a replacement remote that comes with batteries
They advertised a replacement remote that comes with batteries. When my order arrived, I contacted customer support via chat because there weren't any batteries included with my replacement remotes. The chat support rep said that they "couldn't just send me batteries. I'm sorry" and ended the chat. The customer service was poor and disappointing. Their advertisement should be updated to let consumers know that batteries are NOT included.
It was good at first - for like two weeks
It was good at first - for like two weeks. But then my right foot and leg stopped feeling anything, while my left foot and leg kept getting the treatment. It's like the electronic thingy that connects to the right foot pad stopped working. I've been trying to call them for the past TWO weeks, but every time I get this annoying recording saying it's outside their office hours, even though I've been calling between 9am and 5pm, which is when they're supposed to be open. None of the phone numbers I found for Revitive work. They all give me the same spiel about office hours. This is really frustrating because I'm missing out on treatment for my swollen legs and feet that were actually starting to get better. The instructions clearly say not to remove one foot while using Revitive, but it's like they practically removed the right foot pad for me!
I like my Revitive machine
I like my Revitive machine. I've had it for a couple of years now. My complaint is the cost of replacement TENS pads for the machine. I ordered some on Amazon, but they didn’t fit the connection. So it looks like they've made the connection to their machine special. Somehow, that lets them charge 500 times more for the product and charge $12 for shipping two pairs of pads. I think that's a complete ripoff. To sum it up: Amazon offers 20 pairs of pads for $10 plus 95 cents tax, with free shipping. Revitive offers 2 pairs for $24.95 plus $12 for shipping plus $2.50 tax, totaling $39.45. In what world is that not overcharging? And it might be fraud because there's no way in the world that standard shipping on something that small and light costs $12.
My mom bought this thing to help her legs get better blood flow
My mom bought this thing to help her legs get better blood flow. The revitive didn't do squat for her. It actually made things worse and caused her legs to hurt even more. They promised her a refund if she used it for 60 days. Well, the 60 days came and went, and she reached out to Actegy customer service to get her money back on 11/3. But guess what? It's now 11/16 and she still hasn't seen a dime. So I called Actegy on 11/16, and this guy named *** said he'd give her some money back, but he'd take out a 20% fee for restocking. I asked about the rest of the money they took from her account, three payments of *** each. I told them I didn't authorize those payments because they were still pending, but they took the money anyway. This company is a bunch of scammers, lying about their product and taking people's money. Don't trust them, folks.
The machine is okay, but their customer service is TERRIBLE!
The machine is okay, but their customer service is TERRIBLE! I reached out to them today about getting Replacement Electrode Body Pads because their website keeps saying FREE SHIPPING. But guess what? When you actually go to pay, they charge you $12 for shipping. The only place I found this sneaky info was buried in the shipping information tab. If you don't check there, you won't know until you're ready to pay. And even on the checkout page, it still says FREE SHIPPING. On their homepage, they boldly claim "We always give you free and fast ground shipping to anywhere in the continental US." To me, that's false advertising. Why would I think I need to click on the shipping info tab to find out the shipping cost when they're shouting FREE SHIPPING everywhere else? The customer rep I chatted with was SO rude when I asked about this. They told me, "It's right there in the shipping part where MOST people look." Seriously? When I see FREE SHIPPING advertised, I don't go hunting for hidden costs under some shipping tab. How RUDE!

I got a Revitive machine in September, 2022 by phone
I got a Revitive machine in September, 2022 by phone. The cord to plug into the wall don't fit in the wall socket. They've sent me 2 cords already and none of them fit in the wall socket. I need a new cord that fits in my wall socket.
I bought their product and they didn't tell me they were gonna charge me a restocking fee
I bought their product and they didn't tell me they were gonna charge me a restocking fee. I got it by calling them from a TV ad. It's a small device that fits on any shelf. They only told me about the fee when I returned it. They got the return last Tuesday when I called, but I still haven't got my refund. They told me last Tuesday they processed the refund and I'd have the money back in my account that day.
I bought this Actegy product on June 8, 2022
I bought this Actegy product on June 8, 2022. I used it daily for 30 minutes until about a week ago. I have some hardware in my back from a previous surgery, and I noticed that this machine was actually making my back pain worse for some reason. I tried reaching out to the company on three different days during their stated hours, but each time I called, I was put on hold. Eventually, I decided to leave a message hoping for a return call. As per their instructions, I needed to request a return form and shipping label, which I did during those three phone calls. However, they seem to be ignoring me and not responding. It's important for me to return the product within 60 days, so I'm really hoping someone can assist me with this issue.

On August 20, 2022, my hubby called the number on the telly ad for this thing called Revitiv from Actegy to get info about it
On August 20, 2022, my hubby called the number on the telly ad for this thing called Revitiv from Actegy to get info about it. The person on the phone took all our private stuff like our names, address, and payment deets before spillin' the beans about the product. And when my hubby said he wasn't keen and wanted to cancel the order, she said it was too late, the order was already done! Can you believe it? Well, guess what? They actually charged us the first payment of $87.25 on Saturday, August 20! I gotta say, I find it real shady that these TV ads collect all your info before even tellin' you the terms and conditions. It's just not right, ya know?
I bought the revitive on Jan 14, 2021 from Amazon
I bought the revitive on Jan 14, 2021 from Amazon. It worked till April 6 (the battery wouldn’t hold a charge). I called amazon the same day and they told me to contact Actegy, the manufacturer. I talked to Constance Shepherd at Actegy who told me to mail my unit at our expense to them and when they get it, they'll send a replacement. I mailed it April 7 and they got it on April 9. Today is the 21st of April and it hasn't been mailed yet. They also said it would be a refurbished one which is ridiculous! This is not only bad customer service but this company has had many complaints of the same problem and isn't doing anything about it! I am really angry and I want a new unit not a refurbished one! We also got the extended warranty which seems completely useless!
Product: Revitive Medic V2 Order#: ORDUS259439 Order Date: 11/22/2022 My hubby ordered this thing on the phone
Product: Revitive Medic V2
Order#: ORDUS259439
Order Date: 11/22/2022
My hubby ordered this thing on the phone. When it came, he found it too tricky to use (he's 86, you know). So, he asked me to send it back for him. I've been trying to reach *** but can't talk to anyone. I've left a bunch of messages, but they haven't called me back. I've tried waiting on hold, but all I hear is a recording saying there are no customer service peeps available. I always call during their service hours, but still can't get through.
Customer Service won't call me back to give me a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and a prepaid *** Shipping Label for returning the Revitive Medic V2. I gotta do this return thing within 60 days, so I wanna get it done in time. But I can't do that unless they call me and give me the Return Authorization.
I ordered some stuff from Actegy in February
I ordered some stuff from Actegy in February . Then in March, I called them up to return the stuff because my husband was in the hospital and we couldn't afford it. Mrs. Phillips, the representative, said I could keep the device and try it out, and return it later. But she didn't give me an RMA number at that time.
In April, I called again to return the stuff, but the representative said it was too late. They said they would escalate the issue to a supervisor and that the supervisor would call me back in a couple of days. But guess what? No supervisor ever called me back.
Finally, on June 25, I spoke to Adrian at Revitive. Adrian said that on May 26 (about seven weeks after Mrs. Phillips said she would escalate it), the issue was escalated to supervisor Glenn Kowalski. And guess what again? Kowalski closed the ticket on June 22.
But when I asked the representative on June 25, for an RMA or an email address or corporate contact info to file a formal complaint, they wouldn't give it to me.
I bought a Revitive Medic V2 for my son and he don't want it
I bought a Revitive Medic V2 for my son and he don't want it. I called the company ***), on 12/08/2022 and again on 12/12/2022. On the first call, they told me I only had to wait two minutes, but after waiting 10:58, a computer voice said I would get a call back. But guess what? No call back happened. On the second call, they said the wait time was four minutes, but again after 10:58, the computer voice said I would get a call back, and again, no call back happened. Oh, and I also emailed Actegy Health *** First. They emailed me back saying they received my request (#***) and they're reviewing it. Then, a representative named *** emailed me and gave me the telephone number ***) that I originally called. They told me I have to call that number again to start the return process. I don't get why a simple return needs multiple calls or why no one bothers to call me back. I need this company to give me the *** number for the return form and a return address label. Since they don't answer their phone, I'm asking if maybe you can get better results than me. I just want to return this thing and get my money back. But they're gonna deduct a $25.00 handling fee for the return.
Ordered the Revitive in May from a phone number I got from a commercial
Ordered the Revitive in May from a phone number I got from a commercial. I asked if it's okay for someone with knee replacement to use it and they said yes. But my Orthopedic doctor said no because the electrical pulses might burn the flesh around the metal in the knee replacement. So, I called the number to return it and they sent me a label. I returned it on June 10 and they charged me $115.17 when I ordered it. They were supposed to charge me four more times, $87.25 each. They charged me on June 2, July 2, and August 2. I called in June about the charges and they saw that I returned the item. I talked to two people, but I don't know their last names. In July, I had a credit of $217.25, but they still charged me $87.25 in August and will charge me again on my next statement! The representatives assured me that they would take care of it and not charge me, but they did. I tried calling customer service and was put on hold for 4-5 minutes. I tried all the options for help and got the same results. I left my number for a call back, but no one called. The telephone number for Actegy on my receipt is out of service. I'm paying for something I don't have. I called my credit card company to let them know. If I can't resolve this, I'll have to dispute it. They should warn people with metal in their body about using the Revitive. I think they're being shady. Email: [email protected]
I saw the ad on TV and decided to give Actegy a try
I saw the ad on TV and decided to give Actegy a try. I ordered their Revitive Circulation Booster machine on December 11. When I tried to use it, the machine didn't work at all. I contacted the company and they sent me a label to return the product. I received a new machine on January 05, and this time it worked fine. However, despite their claims that it would help with my severe rheumatoid arthritis and poor circulation, I didn't see much improvement. I decided to complain to the company and they agreed to refund the full cost once they received the machine back.
After not hearing from Revitive for more than two weeks, I reached out to them about my refund. They said the refund had already been processed back to the gift card I used for the purchase. But the problem was that the gift card couldn't be reloaded, so I had to pay the remaining balance with my bank debit card. I gave my bank information to the representative, who said she would pass it on to a supervisor for approval of the final refund process.
A week later, when I called again, they insisted that the refund had been processed back to the gift card. We went back and forth discussing the details I had provided the previous week. Once again, the representative said she would submit it to a supervisor who would call me back in a day or so. But, unsurprisingly, I never received a call.
On March 08, I called again and was rudely told the same information about the gift card. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the gentleman on the phone hung up on me. The next day, after calling for the fourth time, a young lady was much more polite. However, she repeated the same "scripted lines" about a supervisor calling me. As of 3/11, I still haven't received a call or a refund from Revitive.
This advice has stopped working. Where can I get it mended? I live near Montreal, Canada.
