DNA Diagnostics Center I received an email stating my results would be ready by 6pm on 2/26

I received an email stating my results would be ready by 6pm on 2/26. On 2/26 I received an email at 4:53pm stating my results had been updated on the website. I tried to login from my phone and just came to a blank screen. I tried from my laptop and a blank screen came up stating "too many files open". I tried to login again from multiple different devices and computers and finally it listed "corrupted PDF file". I am unable to see my results.

I was texting Peggy and Rebecca about starting a non-invasive paternity test. I kept saying it wasn't a good time to talk but Peggy called anyways because she wanted to push the sale of the kit, that's all this company cares about is pushing a sale, once they have your deposit then you'll wait on hold and get no answers. I was told that the test swab kit would come in an unmarked envelope and specifically asked for it to be sent to the mailbox or office. It came to the front door at around 5 pm the next day with the company's info "DDC Diagnostics Center" on the return or sender's label. This directly effected my privacy and the livelihood and well-being of my daughter and I. The results were supposed to be in on Thurs, then they got pushed to Friday and I received an email today saying that they won't be in until Monday. When I called and waited on hold forever to finally talk to a representative she simply said it's because the lab "needs more time", they're refusing a refund.

On May 6th I paid $999 dollars to DNA Diagnostics for a prenatal paternity test to be scheduled. I went in on May 13th to have the testing done and was told I would have results in 7 days. A few days later I received an email that stated I wouldn't have them for a total of 9 days so I called and fussed the matter and again was told they would speed it up and have my results on the day I was previously told. 2 days later I received an email stating I needed to do the testing all over again because what they had didn't work. I called and they said it would be a few weeks before I would even get results if I got the testing done again. I told them I wanted a refund and that was on May 19th. They told me they issued the refund and I have not got anything back from them still. I want them to issue my refund immediately.

We keep getting kicked around waiting for results after paying $ 1,700.00 and it keeps getting delayed this is absolutely ridiculous

DNA Diagnostics Center I ordered a paternity kit on 1/09

I ordered a paternity kit on 1/09. DDC told me the kit would arrive in 2 days, it is now 1/27 and i have still not received the kit. I have emailed them, tried calling but never actually got to any who could help me just another person sending me on hold again. after several hours on hold i realized i had probably got scammed. If this company can't answer the phone or even get a paternity kit sent out this really makes me question the competency of their tests in general.

I need to bring to your attention the level of unprofessionalism I have experienced so far with DDC. I have spoken to Peggy, Michelle, Tiffany and finally a Pam to address several concerns with the scheduling issues. Initially, Peggy mentioned that I was able to get tested on 12/21 and 12/22 however, after speaking with Tiffany, she mentioned this was not possible given the holiday schedule. I managed to schedule an apt with Tiffany the week of 12/15 for a swob on 12/21 and blood draw on 12/28. After my ex went into the test site yesterday, Maneek mentioned he had extra "kits" for my blood draw and was available 12/21 and 12/22. This has been confusing as I was under the impression that I needed to formally schedule these appointments with a representative. After getting off the phone with Pam yesterday, this was indeed incorrect information from Maneek and now due to an "emergency" my confirmed apt for 12/28 needs to be moved to another location and another date. Given the sensitivity of the work you all do, I would appreciate that this matter be taken a little more seriously. I do not appreciate the back and forth and the miscommunication. Now, I have been trying to get a hold of Marc B and have not heard back for over 4 weeks. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I got a Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity for my self and my ex-girlfriend. I was guaranteed on the phone by Peggy that the results would come back in 3 days. I was also guaranteed the results would be back in time for Christmas. This is the reason I choose this company over cheaper options because of this guarantee. On December 18th the test was conducted and the blood and saliva tests were to be shipped to DNA Diagnostics that evening. The shipments arrived on Monday, December 21st so I should have gotten my 3-day guarantee results back by the 23rd of December. This would have been a day before Christmas. It was important to receive the results by then as I was introducing my ex-girlfriend to my family for Christmas if the child was mine. I called DNA Diagnostics Center to ask when my results would be ready and they told me they would not be ready for Christmas. They said the results would not be ready until December 28th because they had a huge amount of tests to conduct. I emailed DNA diagnostics later requesting a refund because of the late results. If a company guarantees the results to be ready in 3 business days over the phone and then also on their website but does not live up to that promise it is extremely unprofessional. By not delivering the DNA results within 3 days as promised or issuing any kind of refund this is false advertisement.

After reading several reviews, I decided to go with this company to test my unborn child paternity. I was required to put down a $599 deposit. On January 22nd the test was scheduled, and on January 23 I miscarried the unborn child. I contacted DNC immediately, and a refund was issued. I was advised that I would have refund within 3-4 working days. It has been over 10 working days and I have yet to receive my money back. I

I talked with Mary at this company explained that I have a disability and I needed to have a dna test done. They came out and did the dna test however Mary said that this would work for child support and it does not. If I would have know that I never would have used their service. I just talked to Samantha today and she deliberately hung up on me and a supervisor by the name of brown said he would call me back yesterday and never did.

I asked the DDC representative if she could send me a picture of the DNA test # *** and ***. she said yes for a fee of $65.00 which would pay for the picture and 2nd day shipping. I received the package 2nd day shipping but I didn't get what I asked for. When I attempted to call and speak to a supervisor to get my $65.00 refunded, the rep was extremely rude and hung up on me. I then sent an email requesting my money back for a service that was not rendered and I have not received a response. I want my $65.00 back or I want the picture I payed for

I bought a home DNA collection kit, specifically for *** residents. When I called to speak to them, they informed me, I have to get a prescription and then go to an onsite location. This is not a "home collection kit". Everything about this box is deceiving.

I ordered a DNA sibling test which arrived the next day I sent my samples off 12/10 and still have not Heard anything everytime I call I get voicemail I have left a voicemail everytime and still have not heard Anything have also tried emailing and no response I did recieve a text to call a number which I did only to have A recording tell me to enter my info and when I did said They have not received all samples needed I sent all samples Together on the 12/10 and should have received by now I'm hoping by leaving this maybe I can find out what is going on

DNA Diagnostics Center I recently did a test offered through this lab called "Peekaboo

I recently did a test offered through this lab called "Peekaboo". This is a prenatal gender blood test. I took my initial test and received a girl result. I decided to purchase another test, in which I received a boy result. Company promises a product refund, as well as a $100 gift card in the case of an incorrect result. Company called and refunded the test kit price, but will not reply to my email about the $100 gift card. Obviously one result is incorrect as I've received both, and Jason whom I believe is the VP told me verbally on the phone that the girl result was the incorrect one.

DNA Diagnostics Center I have not received results from a DNA test I ordered, in September, from DDC DNA Diagnostics Center, of Fairfield, OH

I have not received results from a DNA test I ordered, in September, from DDC DNA Diagnostics Center, of Fairfield, OH. I purchased the test over the phone, and received an invoice on Oct 3rd, stating payment received, and zero balance due. I received an email on Oct 21st stating that I should receive results by Oct 28th. I tried contacting Shamiya W, the lady I ordered the test from, but she has not returned any of my calls seeking clarification. I emailed DDC on Nov 8th to inform them I hadn't received any results. DDC replied the same day, and said I needed to call them to discuss. I've made several attempts to contact DDC, to answer any questions they may have, but I only get placed on hold.

DNA Diagnostics Center I ordered an early gender detection kit called peekaboo

I ordered an early gender detection kit called peekaboo. The website says it takes 2 days to get. After a week I contact the company which never mailed out my kit. At this time I asked for a refund which they refused. They overnighted me a kit. I was not happy but sent it back anyway. 2 days later I got a girl result. 5 days later my dr contacted me with my genetic testing results saying I am having a boy which matched my results from the competitor. I asked for a refund again because clearly they did not run my test correctly. (Several other woman received phone calls about a missed step I however did not) 2 days later I receive a phone call asking to send me another test to amend their results. I refused. I already have my results. I just wanted my money back for the hassle of having to wait 10 days to get my test and then getting heartbreaking results of the wrong gender. They told me I could not have a refund and had to wait for the birth of my baby and send them a birth certificate.

Hello my name is ***, im filling this out because i am in the process of tryin to be able to see my daughter we decided to use this company's product to determine if i was her father it was sold at *** right next to ancestry kits so i felt it would be legit, they asked in the kit if we would like to do the next business day results to speed up the process for an additional $30 ontop of $139 lab fees, we did the test and sent it in and on march 16th i had funds taken from my account in the amount of $169 and waited eagerly for the results but to my surprise never received the results or any contact from the company asking for more info ive tried since to continue to contact them with no result just automated that put you in circles ive tried emailing 2 times as well and finally left a review today may 4th and i also realized they had charged me a second time in the same amount of $169 on April 21st and still being may 4th have received no answers from them... or any attempts to contact me

DNA Diagnostics Center I am an immigration attorney who found this company through a list of accredited DNA labs for US Citizenship and Immigration Services, which on

I am an immigration attorney who found this company through a list of accredited DNA labs for US Citizenship and Immigration Services, which on Dec. 16, 2019, requested proof of a mother/son biologic relationship, with proof due 30 days later on January 15 OR proof that the testing was in progress. On Dec. 27, I paid the entire fee of $675.00 and delivered requested documents to company in timely fashion. They were aware of 1/15 deadline and promised to inform USCIS in timely fashion that testing was underway. On Fe.. 18, 2020, we received a denial of the immigrant petition that had been pending since 12/4 due to failure to supply the requested DNA information on time. I called and emailed the company which informed me they sent it Feb. 11 via *** and it arrived 2/13. This was 3 weeks after the due date. The last testing was done 12/30 for this case. We now have a denial and have to start over. Company insists it sent results to USCIS and to client. Client has not received report. I requested copies for myself and client on March 5 and was informed they would be ***ed to both but to date we have received nothing from this company. We have no evidence that anything was ever submitted to USCIS or sent to us. The *** number indicates a PACKAGE weighing 8 pounds was mailed under the tracking number they gave us. That is not a letter report required by USCIS. My client will have to start the entire process over again and has lost two years of processing. She and her son are irreparably harmed and have lost the filing fees of $535.00 with the government, the $675.00 for the DNA test, attorney fees, and a future with her son. The company has shown no evidence to us of their work and have caused this case to be denied.
