Right there in the description of the app it says “3 day free trial with subscription of $74.99” didn’t offer me the 3 free days when I clicked on it, just charged me

No info in app period about how to get a refund. Used the app once. Was sluggish sending out my fax, and I will never use again. Definitely do not want to pay for this. Help

I give this app 2 stars because it did the job. But I was baited in when offered a FREE 3 day trail and just when I go to press send fax I am prompted to pay $6/week.

Terrible app! Couldn’t even send the first fax because it wouldn’t send without selecting a country, yet gave no country to select. Web support doesn’t exist.

Its not working i sent 3 times from this app and I paid for it and every time its show up it’s delivered and when I contact the company i sent the fax for it they told me nothing received

I want my $6.99 back please, this was very important I needed to get it done and I recent them 4 times and each time was blurry! They couldn’t even see it. So i want my money back. Thanks!

I paid about $6 dollars for this app. Fax that I sent out was never received! I emailed the you guys to receive a fax confirmation and I never heard back from anyone. Don’t waste your time and money on this app.

A total waste of time. Faxed a perfectly legible pdf to have it arrive unreadable. The “week” worth of fuzzy faxes for that price is absurd. Better off paying a fortune at Office Depot for something the receiver can actually read.

This program did not work to send faxes. I had. Time sensitive fax that I though got sent did not get sent. Do not want this service and want a refund for billing me all them extra weeks thinking your service worked when it didn’t

I bought subscription for a week and wanted to send a fax. It tried to send it for first fee times the line was busy but now it returns 403 code. I wrote the issue in feed back email but no reply or solution.Very disappointed.Plz donot waste your money

So I pay for a subscription because there is a fax I need to send. The number I’m sending to is busy ( government). This app has no retry and after multiple attempts I start to get a dev error that won’t send or attempt to send the fax. Poor excuse of an app.

I had no problem sending my fax.

I do however wish the free trial was advertised. No where in the app does it show you how to/where to cancel subscription services despite them being an automatic renewal.

The app needs basic updates to be more user friendly.

I am glad to see that they make an app make pay for a fax to be sent over my I phone and I pad and not go down to the print and fax and pay double the amount for my services at staple this really helped me with uploading photos to the internet and attaching them

I paid the subscription fee and over 23 attempts to 3 different fax lines only 5 “deliveried”. If that was not bad enough contacted the other side to see if they received any of the 5 that “delivered” and they say they have not received one. Do not waste your money.

This scam app continues to bill weekly even after the subscription is cancelled. Do not trust.

UPDATE: Received a developer update stating that “this is how subscriptions work.”

No, it’s not. I cancelled the subscription shortly after starting use of the app, many days before the renewal date. And I was billed on the renewal date anyway.

As some have stated, it attempted to send a few times, gave one error, and now has a pop up error that won’t even attempt to send. I expect a refund. It’s silly to own an app for 15 minutes for $7 of nothing but wasted time. I’d love to have someone prove my scam theory wrong, but usually when sending a fax, it’s a time-sensitive matter, and slow service is no service in this situation. Disappointed.

First, the bait and switch on the free trial. It’s not shown anywhere on the subscribe page. Giving your cheapest option be $6.99 weekly.

Second, it just plain doesn’t work. Got a 403 error when attempting to use the app. Support is just an email to a gmail address.

Since I had a fax to send, I just deleted the app and installed another one. Lesson learned, Read the reviews before downloading an app.

Will charge you min $6.99 subscription just to send one fax, but they make you upload everything first, documents, cover sheet, etc.. then when you click ‘send fax’ they give you the awesome news that you’ll have to pay $6.99 minimum or find another service that’s free & upload everything again. Subscriptions are ok, Don’t get me wrong. But this was very deceptive & I don’t trust developers who create deceptive apps -and neither should you :)

This fax app is extremely misleading and will steal your MONEY!
Used the app for a 1 time purchase and they continue to charge me additional charges on an automatic renewal?!?!
I only needed time purchase and this APP committed fraud by adding with additional Charges through a automatic renewal that’s not what I signed up for that’s not what I needed this app company are THIEVES and LIARS! STAY AWAY from this Company!

Tried faxing to two different numbers. I got a delivered receipt for both, but neither organization received my faxes. Worthless.

It took several tries before the fax would go through. It kept saying it wasn’t sent. Very frustrating when you’re paying for this.

Sent important document and it said it was delivered. After a couple weeks called the people and they said they never received anything.

I attempted sending a “fax” three times, each 3 pages. They were undelivered and undeliverable because of this piece of trash application.

Stated this was a free 3 day trial and you will be charged after the trial and billed my card as soon as I accepted. Scam if I ever seen one…

Waste of my money. Used it to fax something and the receiver called me saying they couldn’t read any of the pages as the were all super blurry

They misguide customers by making this app look free to send faxes out but really you have to pay after scanning all the docs and trying to send

Couldn’t tell you how this app works because despite what it shows in the App Store, there is no free trial. A $6 a week trial is about as free as you get.

Trail does not work and instantly starts send you notifications though…

There was no free trial, they want you to pay ‘carrier fees’ for every fax.

As everyone else has said the only part that works is when it takes your money.

I reached out to company and they won’t refund my money even though I never used the service due to app technical error.

Documents do not get sent to the recipient. I have reported this app as fraud. Please do not continue the use of this app

Very frustrating. The app advertised a free trial, which was not true. Had to pay $7 and then it didn’t work. Kept receiving errors. Trash. I want my money back.
