Topspin Media Missing dvd thrive ii

Hello!

Why are you not answering my request? And where is my DVD: THRIVE II? I ordered it 09/30/2022, six weeks ago. If no DVD, I want my money back!

Topspin Media Poor Customer Service; poor website functionality

I ordered three shirts from DuckDownMusic.com (Topspin Media does their fulfillment). With the recent passing of one of my favorite artists of all time (Sean Price), I wanted to order some shirts for myself and a friend. I found that the cart functionality on their site was not allowing me to add additional items to my cart. Each time I clicked "keep shopping", my cart was erased, and I had to start over. I decided to go ahead and place three separate orders (regretting that now). I then emailed their support team and explained my issue. I was told that their site works better on Google Chrome than other browsers, which was not noted on their site at all. I simply asked that due to the problems with their site, I should be refunded two of the three shipping fees I was charged. They provided me with directions on how to use the site going forward (including the info about using Google Chrome, which again was not stated on the site), and that they would not refund my shipping fees. I sent two follow-up emails, neither of which have been replied to. I would have happily continued to shop on this site had this issue been remedied. Instead, they seemed to take a stance of not being accountable for the poor quality of their website. I WILL NEVER SHOP ON THIS SITE AGAIN AS A RESULT OF THIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY.

Topspin has since taken care of this issue for me. I appreciate them doing this.

Resolved

Topspin got back in touch with me and is refunding me the shipping fees I am owed. I appreciate them taking care of this.

Topspin Media No product or reply from customer service

Do not order anything fulfilled by Topspin Media. I ordered a book and T-shirt on 6/22/11. They charged my credit card immediately. I ordered it through the Ziggy Marley site. The terms said "Usually ships within 72 hours". It was a $30 birthday gift plus $14.80 for shipping. As I checked status and nothing had changed, I contacted "customer service". This is only an email address. There is no phone number to call and I have not received any reply from customer service or any indication that they have any purpose other than taking my money. It is a waste of money to deal with them.

You are right, i bought An expensive package on their site, i'm still waiting for a cassette that was included in it, (a couple of months ago), i paid what i was supposed to pay( the package + shipping) turns out my receipt was not exactly what i've been told, i paid more money than i was supposed to, sorry for my bad english but it was the first Time i bought something from them and the last time.

I put an order in on December 13, 2011 and have yet to speak to ANYONE or find out where my order is. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS... as it will probably cost you more if you place an order with them.

I ordered a cd and t-shirt from this company and have never received what I paid for. Nor have they answered any of the 3 e-mails I sent inquiring information on my purchase.

What a scam! I am having the same experience. I could have gotten the book from Amazon for less money and free shipping, but I wanted to get a "package" as a birthday gift. Some items they fulfilled can be ordered directly or through eBay and you will actually get product.

Topspin Media Merchandise not sent

I preordered the Avant fan pack 11/16/2010 from this website and I have not received any of my merchandise. The ITunes download has not appeared and neither has my signed cd. I have sent several emails to this company as well as UMG and neither has bothered to respond. All of the phone numbers listed have been disconnected and there is no way to contact them. What is the purpose of preordering a cd if here it is 20 days after the release date and I still haven't received it!

It's all good and well attempting damage limitation, but how about managing your customer support better?

I have tried contacting topspin media several times regarding a problem with their service and I have not received a single response.

A word of caution; topspin media intentionally delay response until your legal 7 day return window is closed, at which point they refuse to offer a refund for any product or service. Topspin media are corrupt!

Topspin Media Taking money, not shipping CD and T-shirt

I ordered well over a month ago from these assbites and despite MANY emails, long waits, and phone calls they have not shipped the merchandise I paid good money for. I ordered an overpriced CD and T-shirt from Good Charlotte apparently through topspin media and they have NOT shipped the product. I will be filing a complaint with IC3 and if needed I will gather other people that they have scammed out of money and start a class-action lawsuit against them.
