Who ever answers when you call 314-567-2900 (FedEx Ground) is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a missed call from the number above at 530pm on 3/13/24. I called the number back at 746pm. A lady answer and mumbled FedEx Ground and then got angry when I asked for clarification. I said I had a missed call from this number and the lady (again, unnecessarily angry/aggressive) asked what the voicemail said. I informed her there was no message. She acted offended and asked how she is supposed to know who called me (as if I’m supposed to know why the company she works/phone number that placed the call 2 hours prior had called me for). Then she hung up as I was still speaking.

I’ve never used FedEx in my life as I don’t purchase anything online that needs to be shipped. Now, the one interaction I’ve personally had with the company is negative. I would rethink hiring people like this lady. She caused me to view the company in a negative light when the interaction should have been professional and straightforward. I don’t think she should be representing FedEx to customers/potential future customers if she cannot control her emotions.
