Received a different 1/2 order from what was verbally verified
I was at the Port Charolett, FL Fire House subs at 5:04 pm receipt #20107 Half my order was wrong, I ordered tuna fish salad made as a salad. I did not realize that I did not get a tuna fish salad-salad till I drove home 30 minutes from the store. My receipt does say I ordered Turkey salad but the clerk taking my order clarified my tuna salad I ordered and...

Ordered two sandwiches one meatball was correct the other sub was club on a sub - with no tomato, no onion, no mustard, and no mayo. There was an excessive amount of Mayo on the sub making it inedible. On the receipt it states no Mayo - see attached. There is also a sticker advising the order was double checked but was blank therefore it was not double checked.
Desired outcome: Refund for the club on a sub total and half of tax and delivery fee.
online ordering - card charged - no order sent - no sandwiches to pick up
I ordered 2 sandwiches online last night at the firehouse subs in Salt Lake City, UT on 3798 S and 700 E at 8:37 pm. The store closes at 9:00pm. The site processed my order and my card was charged over $21.68. I was sent an email confirmation. I went to go and pick up my sandwiches and the employee told me that since I ordered my sandwiches online after 8...
Read full review of Firehouse SubsNo straws available for drinks very few napkins.
Visited Firehouse Subs in Madison Ms. Of all things, they were out of drinking straws, and had very few napkins. The area where you get the straws, drinks, etc. Was not very clean looking. Tables not clean. I did find SOME napkins-in the package, just torn open on the counter by the register. I did ask for a straw, but they said they were out, they went...

I asked him to change his gloves. Before he grab the meats He stated the gloves and towel are sanitized I stated if you don't change gloves, you can cancel my order.
He change his gloves. I don't work there

Customer service/firehouse app
An update was opened instead of the App…after that I cannot get into the App. It calls for a verification code which takes till after midnight instead of immediately, says it is good for 24 hrs but is not as I tried 11 hrs after it was generated but less than 7 hours (from midnight and I am asleep at that time to when I woke up this morning) I tried the code and it still won’t let me access points…based on you customer service rating it seems you have cancelled sandwhich rewards and points earned to save money…if that is the case you will be saying goodbye to many customers including me who love your sandwiches as a treat once in a while but are on a budget. I am fed up with your lack of concern for your customers.
Desired outcome: Correct your app to allow us to access our points
Disappointing Experience at Firehouse Subs: Veggie Sub Review
Firehouse Subs is a place where you can get a sandwich, but my experience was not good. I ordered a veggie sub, but it was not good. The bread was terrible and there was not enough mayo. It was simply a bad sandwich. I was disappointed with my first order and I will not order again.
Firehouse Subs: Great Food and Customer Service, But Check Your Order!
So, I ordered some grub from Firehouse Subs and paid for it. But when it got delivered by Door Dash, they didn't give me all of my food! I was pretty bummed out about it, but I called up Firehouse Subs and they were super cool about it. They apologized and sent me the rest of my order right away. The food was pretty good, too. I got the Hook & Ladder sub and it was packed with meat and cheese. The bread was nice and soft, too. Overall, I'd say Firehouse Subs is a pretty solid choice for a sandwich spot. Just make sure you check your order before you dig in!
Terrible Service and Incompetence at Firehouse Subs - Avoid at All Costs!
Firehouse Subs is a pretty bad place to eat. The service is terrible and the company can't seem to follow simple instructions. They'll even lie in their review responses to make it look like they made things right, but they really didn't.
I went there the other day and ordered a sandwich with no mayo. When I got it, there was mayo all over it. I told the person behind the counter and they said they'd make me a new one. But when I got the new sandwich, it still had mayo on it! I couldn't believe it.
When I complained again, the person just shrugged and said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked to speak to the manager, but they were nowhere to be found. It was like they didn't care about their customers at all.
I wouldn't recommend Firehouse Subs to anyone. The food is mediocre at best and the service is just plain terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Underwhelming Firehouse Subs: Go to Jersey Mike's for a Real Sub
Firehouse Subs ain't my thing. I ordered an 8 inch sub, but it looked more like a measly 6 inches. The taste was just alright, nothing to write home about. If you want a real sub, go to Jersey Mike's. They're way better, no question about it. Plus, for just a couple bucks more, you can get a 7 inch sub that'll fill you up proper.
Underwhelming Experience at Firehouse Subs: Mediocre Sandwich and Service
experience. I also got a sub and it was just okay. Nothing special. The bread was a little too hard for my liking and the meat wasn't as flavorful as I was hoping for. The service was decent, but nothing to write home about. Overall, I wouldn't say it was terrible, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back either. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things, but I was expecting more from Firehouse Subs.
Mixed Experience at Firehouse Subs: Great Food, Poor Customer Service
I went to Firehouse Subs the other day and it was not a good experience. I came in right before they closed and the employees had a bad attitude. They were giving each other faces and being rude because they were about to close. I didn't appreciate it at all. I come here all the time and to be treated like that by the night shift crew was pretty crappy.
However, the food was still good as always. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich and it was delicious. The bread was fresh and the meat was cooked perfectly. I also got a side of chips and they were crispy and salty, just the way I like them.
Overall, I would still recommend Firehouse Subs for their tasty sandwiches, but I hope the employees can work on their customer service skills. No one wants to be treated poorly, especially when they are a loyal customer.
Disappointing Experience at Firehouse Subs: Steak & Cheese Sub
So, I went to Firehouse Subs and got the Steak & Cheese sub. I've had it before and it was great, but today it was terrible! It was so salty that I couldn't even eat it. Plus, it's supposed to be a hot sub, but it was super cold. I was really disappointed because I haven't been to Firehouse Subs in a while and this was my first bad experience. I'm not sure if I'll go back again.
Disappointing Experience at Firehouse Subs in Northport, Alabama
I've been going to Firehouse Subs for a while now, but I'm starting to wonder if they've been bought out by some big company. I recently visited the new location in Northport, Alabama and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. I've been there four times now and last night was the worst. I ordered a Steak & Cheese sub, but what I got was a sub with more onions than steak. There was very little steak in there at all. I don't think I've ever had a good sub from Firehouse, to be honest. I don't think I'll be going back to this location anytime soon. In fact, I think they should just close it down. It's definitely the worst Firehouse Subs I've ever been to.
Disappointing Experience at Firehouse Subs: Overpriced and Underwhelming
So, I went to Firehouse Subs today and it was a total bummer. I mean, I paid 12 bucks for a 4-inch sub and it was like eating a lettuce sandwich. There were only two teeny-tiny pieces of meat in there and I had to really search for them. I guess they thought that piling on the lettuce would make it look good, but it didn't do anything for the flavor. It was just plain boring. I don't think I'll ever go back there again. I should have waited until I got home and gone to Jersey Mike's instead. What a total rip off!
Disappointing Experience at Firehouse Subs: Incomplete Order and Fountain Drink Mishap
I went to Firehouse Subs and ordered a Large Mello Yello Fountain Drink and an Engineer Sub with Pickle. Unfortunately, my cup was only filled halfway and the fountain ran out of Mello Yello. They just threw it away and gave me another cup, telling me to pick something else. But nothing else tastes like Mello Yello, and the Coke Free Style Machine is the only place in Canada where you can get it.
When I got home and opened my order, I was disappointed to find that there was no pickle on my sandwich. I was really looking forward to that pickle, and it just wasn't there.
Overall, I was pretty let down by my experience at Firehouse Subs. The drink situation was frustrating, and not having the pickle on my sandwich was a real bummer. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

Customer Service
Went in to Fairfax, Va location (12120 Fairfax Towne Center) on Sunday 3/5 at 8:20pm. There were two gentlemen in the store giggling and acting weird. I placed my order with one of them, it was one sandwich. He couldn’t get it right, he just kept asking me the same questions over and over and laughing. Both employees were high as a kite. After finally ordering and paying, he disappeared to the back. He finally came out to make my sub, no gloves. I asked if the other man could make my sub but he was busy taking a personal call. At one point, they told me that my order was ready and handed me an empty bag still giggling. I told them to give me my money back and left without any food. This location used to have the best manager, I’m not sure what happened as I haven’t seen him in a long time. The service I received was appalling and BOTH of these employees need to be fired. I will not be returning.
Desired outcome: Fire both employees
Service and amount on the sub
