Ever since we have been dealing with this company since October 2013, we have had nothing but very poor/rude service. When the first car payment was made, after 10 or more days the payment had not come through our bank. We then started getting harassing calls about no payment having ben made. We called CSC LOGIC/FLAGSHIP and tried giving them the payment confirmation number. Were told that this number would be of no value that they could not pull this information up The payment finally showed up. Now this month (November) we are having the same problem all over again. This company claimed they had never received our Nov. payment due on the first. We called and talked to some one who told us to resubmit the payment. We once again submitted the payment using their web site as we done before in October. We told them NOT to debit our account twice. Several days later, sure enough they tried debiting our account for 2 payments of $601 each. We called our bank to stop payment on one of the $601 charges. One payment of $601 was credited to CSC L;OGIC/FLAGSHIP. Today we received another call from this company saying they have NO record of a Nov. payment being made. We have proof of our bank having made the payment to this company. The customer service rep threatened that this could be reported to credit bureaus and adversely affecting our credit. Also when I called, I gave my name and they said they could NOT find our account. Same reply when I gave my last 4 digits of my SS#. I finally gave my cell # and they finally found my account. I have had several cars financed and have never experienced such very poor and rude service.

After repeated attempts was unable to contact Customer Service on telephone registered to customer. One can only assume the customer's phone # has been blocked. We eventually made contact by cell phone with a number unknown to CSC Logic.

Our complaint is that CSC L bought my daughter in laws auto loan from Brookline Bank without either principal informing my daughter in law of the transaction. We have heard that this is common practice and that she will be penalized when she is unable to make a timely payment. We have heard that foreclosures have resulted. It is hard not to consider this a scam.

I have admonished my DLW to never finance through an automobile agency. Go to a bank you trust and secure the loan first.

This agency bought out my acct from bank out of Chicago from one month to the next my acct goes up $35.00 I've tried talking to these people and I've gotten no where, I read so many complaints why isn't someone looking into this.. it smells like some kind of scam.

In Feb 2016 i traded my car in and the dealership paid off my old car that i had, so when i canceled all of the extra things was financed i was due a refund.After the car was paid off they sent me a 66.00 check from the old balance this was before i had canceled my maintenance plan and my GAP insurance.

was i canceled my GAP i was due a refund of 562.50 my old dealership sent the check to flagship in March 2016 now it is May and i called the old dealer to see why i haven't received my refund and they said that flag ship cashed the check on April, 5 2016 but when i called flagship they told me that i don't have no idea who cashed the check and that i need to get the old dealership to give me a copy of the check. why should I have to find the check for them they knew the account was cleared and sent me my check back or back dealership. When you call their # they keep hanging up in your face i think they work from home and don't want to be bothered. dealerships should make you aware that this finance company will not take phone calls or charge you high fees just to give them money.

I want and need my 562.50$ from them.

i am going to post this rip off to every web site and try to find a lawyer to file a class action suite against them cause i know they have been doing this to others.

I am unable to speak to someone to process my payment. my account number is not being recognized by the automated system. I have tried unsuccessfully to speak to alive person to help me.

HORRIBLE, UNETHICAL, OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE & DOWN RIGHT TERRIBLE ride a bike, take a bus, Uber, roller skate, commute with your mother in law before you have to finance a vehicle thru them.

I called to make arrangements on my carnote, which has been a stressful since covid it. Previous calls I had have been very nice. Today I got a female rep name Kendra whom was extremely rude, I asked to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold for ten minutes to be transferred to a male supervisor whom talked over me, kept getting my info wrong.

Horrible service I paid off my truck 4 months ago and they still took out payments and now I’m going on month 5 and still haven’t received my money back. They are great with taking your money in a day but 5 months has gone by and I’m still waiting for my money to be returned to me. Never do auto pay with this company
