I no longer want this entire order, I gave flash steals a date January 25, 2018 to complete the order or refund my money. I placed this order December 18, 2017 and I recieved the boots February 5, 2018. You sent me an email stating that I would receive the boots January 25, 2018.
Also, flashsteals advertised UGG boots, I received some crappie boots made in China wrong size color with some Chinese name on the back of them with cheaply made red bottom.
I want a refund of the entire order ( jacket & boots) and want flshsteals to pay for the shipping return of this order.
I've already contacted BBB, in addition I looked up complaints on other online social media and I have learned that many Americans have been scammed by flashsteals. Well this is unacceptable and against the Law. So I exspect nothing less than what my requested in an effort to come to an resolution.

At this point there is no resolve, I refuse to pay for the return of these items especially the boots after considering how long it took for delivery and then having boots that don't fit and are not what they advertised on their own website

I ordered UGGs (black with red bottoms) but received all black BLLs. Totally wrong order, I will send the BLLs back and like a refund. This boots are not even similar to the boots that I ordered. I will send your product back and would like for you to refund my money. If the item I purchased was out of stock, I should have been given the option of an second choice.

I purchased some UGG boots from this company on-line from Flashsteak.com on Dec 14th for a Christmas present for my daughter and I recieved only one of the items which was some boots called CNP that looks real generic and this is not what I purchased! I have not received my waist trainer at all and I would like a full refund! I am totally displeased with the product and service of this company

purchased and returned items - still waiting on refund
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes that were nowhere near close to the so called size that I ordered. Returned the items via UPS have a receipt of return and the person who accepted the return, and still have not received my refund for what I returned. There is no phone number so I cannot speak with anyone. I have sent 4 emails with no response. I find it strange that there isn't a phone number where you can speak with a customer service person. In one of my emails a "Jane" responded that I would receive my refund within 2 to 3 days. Its been 3 business weeks and still nothing, and every email that I have sent since then has been ignored and un-responded by anyone from this company.
2 pillows
This my second complaint because I got an email saying it has been resolved. I still don't have them. Ordered 3/24, 39.98 taken from my account on 3/24. I still don't have them and no phone call. However, I did receive the cincher that was ordered on 4/3. Still no pillows. Please don't put this at the bottom of the priority list as this is an ongoing problem. Thanks

I found nice dresses and blouses on the website www.flashsteals.com. I placed the order and payment was prompt and fast. I received the confirmation email, but after that nothing. The seller didn’t provide any precise emails about the order. He doesn’t know how to track and he only asks me to wait a little bit more.
