Here you guys go again, for the 3rd month in a row giving me issues with processing my rent payments. It’s interesting, you guys have no issue processing my card for the subscription payment and I don’t have an issue using my card any other time but when it comes close to the 1st of the month, every month, my card mysteriously has an issue working for you guys. The is the 3rd time you guys have done this, i’m going to give you guys 24hrs to fix my issue before I take it up with the court system. Every single time its a problem, its only you guys. I dont have an issue with my card or bank ever. My card works fine, had the balance to cover the payment, my bank has ok’d everything, etc. It’s y’all’s system that does this and only y’all’s system. I’ve never had an issue ever, and this is the same card/bank i’ve used to pay everytime, nothing has changed about my bank or card. 24hrs, once that’s up, I won’t do no more talking until it’s in front of a judge with documentation and paperwork. My emails is: [protected]@gmail.com and my phone number is: [protected]. You have all my contact information and no excuse for why this can’t be resolved/taken care of within the next 24hrs.

Desired outcome: Charge my card properly, like you have been, since it’s the same card/bank. Eveytime it’s an issue with you guys and no one else.
