Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I've submitted multiple claims this month, they paid all by direct deposit except the largest claim. I've been waiting over a month for claim reimbursement. Multiple phone calls which result in different information each time. I'm angry and upset and expect resolution!

What's the use of having a flex card if you can't even use it? Flexible Benefit Service LLC makes it so darn difficult for you to access the money in your account. I tried reaching out to their customer *** about my account, and boy, did they drag their feet! They kept asking for my name a whopping 6 times, even though I had already given them my flex card number and date of birth. And when I finally asked for assistance, they had no clue about their own service. I even tried emailing them, but got zilch in response. Trust me, it's not worth the trouble! Steer clear, folks!

I'm supposed to get $590.00 back, but these guys at Flexible Benefit Service LLC (Flex) are giving me the runaround. They told me in writing and over the phone that my claim was approved and I'm owed the money. But now they're dragging their feet and can't even tell me when I'll actually get the cash. It's frustrating as heck!

On 11/30, my Cobra coverage through Flexible Benefit Ser Corp ended. Unfortunately, when I was notified, I had already sent my December payment. I contacted the company on 12/3 to follow up. They assured me that once they received my payment, they would reimburse me. This was over 5 months ago. Not only did they cash my check, but they have given me different excuses as to why they've been "unable" to return my money. I have called multiple times, emailed, and forwarded copies of bank statements and correspondence with the health insurance company, but to no avail. I have requested to speak with managers, VPs, and even the CEO (John Divito, who apparently runs another company - Triofo). These people are rude, condescending, and entitled. I have complied with every single request to get my money back, but I have not been successful. I've read previous complaints filed with ComplaintsBoard.com, and it looks like I'm not the only one who has had the misfortune to deal with such an unscrupulous company.

In 2021, I opened an FSA account and have contributed a total of $4,666 so far. Surprisingly, Flex never sent me a debit card, which is quite strange for a company that deals with debit cards. Moreover, they have been denying all the daycare receipts that I have submitted. It's frustrating because FSA accounts are meant for such expenses, and I don't understand why they are refusing them.
To make matters worse, whenever I tried to request an FSA debit card online, they sent me a card for my closed HSA account not once, but twice. It takes an unusually long time, around two weeks, for each card to reach my home. I contacted their helpline, but they informed me that if I don't use all the funds by December 31, they will be forfeited. This is concerning because I have no way to access my money since they have effectively denied me a debit card and won't let me submit a claim over the phone.
I have reached out to my HR department to complain about this situation, but it's highly unusual and frustrating. I have spent several hours on the phone with Flex, but they haven't been able to resolve the issue.
