FlexShopper Review: Diverse Inventory, Easy Process, & "90 Same as Cash" Option - A Must Try!
If you're thinking about trying out FlexShopper for your next big purchase, I'd say go for it! This company is all about transparency and making the leasing process as easy as possible for their customers. I've been a loyal FlexShopper user for years, and while there have been a few hiccups along the way (hold times on the phone can get annoying), my overall experience has been fantastic.
One of the things I love most about FlexShopper is how diverse their inventory is. No matter what you're searching for - be it a new refrigerator or a stylish sofa - chances are, they've got it. And if you're concerned about the ordering process being complicated or time-consuming, don't be. FlexShopper makes it easy to find what you're looking for, apply for the lease, and have your item shipped out within 24 hours.
Another great perk of using FlexShopper is their "90 same as cash" policy. This means that if you pay off your purchase within 90 days, you'll only have to pay the cost of the item, plus a $50 service fee. You can choose to pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly - whichever works best for you. And if you need a little extra time to pay things off, you can always opt for the 52-week agreement.
Of course, like any leasing program, there are some cons to be aware of as well. For one, the rental cost can get pretty high if you don't pay off your item within those first 90 days. And while the contract is easy enough to understand, it's still a good idea to read through it thoroughly before signing on the dotted line.
If you're someone who has left a negative review for FlexShopper, I urge you to take a step back and consider the situation. As I mentioned earlier, everything is spelled out in black and white in the contract. If you find yourself dealing with double debits or other billing issues, don't panic. Their customer service team is always on hand to help you out.
At the end of the day, the key to success with FlexShopper is to only take on what you know you can handle. If you're eyeing up a $1,000 item, make sure you can pay it off within that 90-day window. And if you're worried about the rental cost, simply stick to the payment plan you've agreed upon and you'll be fine. With a bit of discipline and patience, you can make the most of your FlexShopper experience.
FlexShopper: A Detailed Review of Lease Terms, Payment Process, and Potential Credit Score Impact
ducts. FlexShopper is a great website that allows you to lease products for a low weekly payment. I recently purchased a Yamaha RX 385 Home Theatre System from them, but unfortunately, it stopped working. I decided to contact FlexShopper to resolve the issue, and they sent me an email with instructions on how to ship the system back for repair. I was shocked to learn that I had to pay $288.00 out of my pocket for the shipping.
2. Payment Process. I am currently trying to build my credit, and I pay my weekly payment regularly, like clockwork, out of my bank account. However, when I checked my credit score, I realized that FlexShopper has been reporting to CHEXSYTEMS monthly, which is hurting my credit score. This doesn't make sense because I have been a regular paying customer, and they have no reason to report anything negative about me. I don't see any reports on my regular credit reporting sites, but CHEXSYSTEMS is the place all banks check when you try to open an account or apply for a loan.
3. Legal Action. I am furious because I am still making payments on a product that doesn't work, and if I don't, they threaten to report me to the credit bureaus. I have no choice but to take legal action against them. I urge you to think carefully before deciding to lease products from FlexShopper.
4. Lease Terms. If you still decide to use FlexShopper, it's essential to understand their lease terms. The total cost of payments for my Home Theatre System was $1151.88, and I need to pay this amount if I want to own the merchandise/property after making all the regular rental payments. However, there is an early purchase option where you can buy the merchandise/property for less than the total cost of payments.
5. Cost of Rental. The cash price of my Home Theatre System was $621.93, which means I will pay $529.95 over the cash price if I make all the regular payments. I can find the same merchandise/property for cash from the Lessor at this price. I highly recommend you take advantage of your early purchase option rights to save money.
6. Amount of Each Payment. My weekly payment for the Home Theatre System is $22.15, with a final payment of $22.23. I will make 52 payments for a rental period of 52 weeks. Keep in mind that the initial term of the lease is one week, and the rental period is the duration of the lease if all regularly scheduled payments are made.
7. Additional Terms. Finally, it's essential to note that FlexShopper has additional lease terms that you need to be aware of before making a purchase. Make sure you read and understand all the terms before agreeing to lease any product.
In conclusion, I urge you to think twice before deciding to lease any product from FlexShopper. Although their payment process is straightforward, they may report to CHEXSYSTEMS and hurt your credit score. Furthermore, their lease terms may not be transparent, and you may end up paying more than the cash price of the merchandise/property. However, if you decide to use FlexShopper, make sure you read and understand all the terms before agreeing to lease any product.
The Perfect Blend of Romance and Suspense: A Review of 'The Silent Patient'
I got laid off from my job and immediately informed flexshopper because I had an account with them I was renting an Xbox One X they said my account would be put on hold until I found another job it took several months for me to find a job however I kept informed with them they said no problem let him know when I would start working out of the blue a few weeks ago they try to take a payment for no reason just put my bank account negative and my bank charged me a fee for that so my bank immediately blocked flexshopper so they can't charge my account again I thought no problem I once again contacted them and told him I was starting job and I would let them know when they could take payments in fact I was going to double up on payments just to get it out of the way I got my first paycheck my very first one and I had $280 in my account couple hours later I had $2 and some change I noticed it was flexshopper they took multiple payments out of my account when I called the bank they said flexshopper attempted to take $405 and it just kept lowering the number until they got something empty in my entire bank account they got the money because they change their name from flexshopper to flexshopper 2 to get around my block that I had put in place the bank was shocked they had to cancel my debit card and issue me a new one now all my bills are having to be put on hold until I can get a refund for $280 is that flexshopper took I called them they did not deny what they did and they Justified it in fact they demanded even more money an Xbox One X cost $500 I ain't been paying Faithfully for several months before laid off and yet somehow they were still trying to collect $405 from me and that still wouldn't have been enough to own it I do not know what the payoff balance is no more but I do know this do not rent from these people they will take every penny out of your account and not care what it does to you they really messed me up this week and they don't even care very rude on the phone blaming me for what they did and like I said you can't even put a block payment because they'll use a different name to get the money let this be a warning to all of you
FlexShopper Review: Charged twice for cancelled TV order
So, let me tell y'all about my experience with FlexShopper. I ordered a TV from their website, and two days later I called to cancel the order. The customer service representative was actually pretty helpful and canceled my order on the spot. They even sent me an email with a confirmation number for the cancellation. But, the rep did mention that the TV was already on its way to me and that I would need to refuse the delivery to ensure it gets returned to the shipper. Easy enough, right?
After the delivery was refused, I reached out to FlexShopper a few times for updates and confirmation on the return process. Every time I spoke with a different representative, they all gave the same answer: the TV was being held in a Best Buy warehouse, waiting to be processed for return. They all told me to give it a few days for an update.
Now, here's where things started to go downhill. I contacted FlexShopper again, but this time I mentioned that I had a payment scheduled to be withdrawn from my bank account the following day. I asked if they were going to cancel the payment since I had already returned the item. The rep told me that there was no payment scheduled for that day and that my next bill date would be the following week. They assured me that my account would be updated by then, showing the TV was returned, and I wouldn't be charged. But, the next morning, I checked my bank account and saw that FlexShopper had withdrawn two payments from my account. I was livid!
I contacted them again and asked why I was charged twice for an item that I returned. The agent told me that the TV was still awaiting the return process, and I would continue to be charged until it was completed. FlexShopper did tell me that they would refund the total amount of the payments, but I was done at that point. I had to go through my bank to file a claim and pay a fee to stop payments from FlexShopper.
My advice to anyone dealing with FlexShopper and experiencing similar issues is to contact your bank and let them handle it. It's unacceptable to be charged for an item that was already returned, and FlexShopper's promises of updates and refunds didn't seem to hold up. So, save yourself the headache and contact your bank if you need to.
FlexShopper Review: Higher Credit Limit with Frustrating Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Issues
I recently went on a shopping spree for new furniture and electronic devices. I decided to use FlexShopper because they offered me a higher credit limit than other "pay in 4" retailers like Klarna and Quadpay. I was approved for $1750, which was great because I had my eyes set on a patio set from Home Depot and a large format printer from Best Buy.
After getting approved, I used the FlexWallet app to purchase the items I wanted online. However, I didn't receive any updates about picking up the items from the store. After contacting customer service, they asked me to wait 48 more hours. When they tried to fulfill my order at the selected store, both items were out of stock. Home Depot cancelled my order, which was frustrating.
I then ordered the patio set directly from their website, which was fulfilled by Overstock.com. Simultaneously, I ordered the printer from Walmart.com. However, I did not receive any tracking or shipping information and had to reach out to customer service again. They gave me a delivery date but my patio set order was cancelled because FlexShopper didn't work with Overstock.com, even though I ordered it from their website.
In frustration, I gave up on the order but messaged customer service one last time to get the tracking information for the printer. Fortunately, it was delivered on the 22nd. The next morning, to my surprise, UPS delivered a part of my patio set from Overstock.com, which I was told was cancelled.
At the end of the day, my orders were fulfilled, but the lack of updates and customer service knowledge about their own limitations was frustrating. A simple email with tracking information and updates would have gone a long way. Overall, I think FlexShopper has potential, but they need to work on their customer service and update their information pages to avoid these types of issues in the future.
Poor Customer Service Experience with FlexShopper
My experience with FlexShopper has been rather frustrating. I recently called in to make a change to my payment schedule due to a short delay in my payment ability. However, I was met with a very unprofessional representative named JB. I normally deal with JB, but this time his lack of respect, patience, and professionalism was unbearable. He made me feel intimidated and threatened.
I had already tried to change my payment schedule to a better day of the week which would work better for my payment abilities, but was told I was on bi-weekly billing. This was odd because online it said my next payment was due on August 20th, not August 27th. I simply wanted to change the day of the payment to Friday. While JB agreed to change the day of the payment, he was very sharp with me and said I would be making a double payment. When I corrected him and said I would pay the amount due for this week and the amount for next week next week, he snapped at me about a $14 payment that had not been processed.
I decided to pay a double payment on Friday for all of my accounts. However, I soon realized that paying more than what was due was not what I wanted, so I asked JB to charge me for the double payment for the $14 and the regular payment for the rest on Friday and then resume weekly billing on Fridays. However, he refused and argued with me, even though I clarified my request. At this point, I lost my temper and used a few choice words.
JB then threatened to end the call if I continued to use foul language and claimed that he was the manager. I asked to speak to someone else, but he put me on hold for five minutes and when he came back, I hung up. I have never experienced such poor customer service and I am extremely disappointed. I am a CURRENT customer and I am trying to arrange payment to stay that way, yet I am met with games, intimidation, and unprofessionalism.
If JB is truly the manager, I would like to speak to his manager because this level of customer service should never be held this low. In the future, I will be happy to deal with anyone but JB.
FlexShopper Review: Shady Pricing, Confusing Fees, and Subpar Customer Service
Wow, where do I even begin with FlexShopper? Let me just say that this website has a laundry list of issues that really make it hard to recommend. Frankly, they remind me of those shady payday loan companies that everyone knows to stay away from.
The first and most egregious issue with FlexShopper is their ridiculous pricing. If you're looking to buy any kind of electronics from them, be prepared to pay an extra $100 on top of what you'd find anywhere else. That's right, a hundred bucks! And it doesn't end there - you'll also have to cough up an $80 finance fee just for the privilege of buying from them. So let's say you want to buy something that costs $1,000. With FlexShopper, you're instantly out an extra $180. That's already a 18% markup! By the time you're done making payments on that item, it'll end up costing you more than $3,000. That's just plain crazy.
But wait, there's more! If you do need to return an item (and trust me, you probably will), be prepared to jump through some serious hoops. FlexShopper makes you submit three requests just to get the ball rolling on a return. And even then, there's no guarantee that you'll receive a shipping label. In my experience, it took three separate phone calls just to get a label so I could send my item back. That's downright absurd. And on top of all that, it takes over a week to receive your item in the first place, and up to six weeks to get it back to them if you do decide to return it.
Overall, I have to say that FlexShopper is shady at best. Their prices are outrageous, their fees are confusing, and their customer service is subpar. I can't even believe that anyone would leave them a five-star review, let alone several. Don't waste your time or your money here - there are plenty of other retailers that won't try to scam you out of every penny.
Flexshopper's Deceptive Advertising & Poor Customer Service - Beware!
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Flexshopper. It all started on November 21st, 2022 when I saw an ad on IG for a PS5 with the tagline "90 days same as cash price". I had been wanting to get my hands on one of those elusive devices, but the prices everywhere else were over $1,000. So when Flexshopper offered me the chance to get it for $710 with 90 days to pay, I thought it was a steal.
Boy, was I wrong. After I signed the contract and received a congratulations email, I noticed in parentheses that as a resident of Florida, North Carolina, or Texas, I wasn't eligible for the 90 days SAC option. What a bummer! I quickly went back to the site to cancel the order, but to my dismay, there was no option to do so. (Seriously, how convenient.)
I decided to email Flexshopper to explain the situation, and they responded a day later saying that I had to refuse delivery, or the lease would start. But I was working six days a week at the time, and there was a good chance I wouldn't be home to refuse it. When I mentioned this to them, they didn't respond until after the delivery was made. To make matters worse, they wouldn't honor the 90 days same as cash option and would only refund me one week (for $34.95) of the lease. I had to take time off work and ship the box back to them, and they even charged me late fees for that week they put on hold the leasing.
I know I'm not the only one who fell for their misleading advertising practices. Just two weeks ago, they updated their site stating that Florida, North Carolina, and Texas residents don't qualify for the 90 days SAC option. But on November 21st, their site still had the promotion, and there was no exclusion notice for Florida residents at the bottom of their site. I even have evidence of it, which I'll upload to show that their site wasn't in compliance with the law.
They did offer me a 60-day SAC option after all the back and forth, but it wasn't what they promised me, and I had to fight for it. They're clearly not above deceiving their customers, and it's unfair to everyone who's been a victim of their scammy tactics. I'm going to report them and make sure that they don't continue taking advantage of innocent people. Don't fall for their trap!
FlexShopper Review: A Customer Service Nightmare & Shopping Disaster
So I wanted to do some Christmas shopping and figured I'd give FlexShopper a try. But let me tell you, it was a complete disaster.
I had three different orders, two directly from their site and one through a partner company. One of the orders was cancelled, but they blamed me for it when I called to ask where my stuff was. Then I had to return part of my order because it wasn't working, but FlexShopper still kept charging me for the rest. When I called to sort it out, the customer representative was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He just kept repeating the same thing over and over like I was an idiot. I even overheard him talking to someone else about me on the phone, calling me a $#*!. I was not impressed.
I called back a few days later and spoke to somebody much nicer, who transferred me to the returns department. They seemed to be listening to me, but then nothing happened for a whole month and my account was still being charged. When I called back again, they promised someone would call me back from the returns department. Finally, somebody did call back, but she had an attitude and was blaming me for everything. She said they'd tried to contact me, but I hadn't responded. That's totally not true though. I check my messages all the time because I run a photography business, and nobody ever left me any messages.
Eventually, the person I spoke to offered to put my account on hold until everything got sorted out, but then the supervisor I talked to was just as rude and unhelpful as everyone else. I was so upset by the end of the call that I had to take a moment to calm down. I've never had a customer service experience like this before.
Overall, I would not recommend FlexShopper to anyone. They made so many mistakes and their customer service was terrible. I've even filed a fraud charge with my bank because it's just not worth dealing with them anymore. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
Terrible Experience with FlexShopper and Mavis Tires: A Victim of Fraud and Scam
My experience with FlexShopper was the worst experience I’ve ever had and it was even worse than my experience with Mavis Tires in Clemmons, NC. To give you a little background about myself, I am a single mother who works very hard every day to provide for my family. I learned how to work on cars a long time ago because I wanted to be able to handle things myself whenever possible. My car had some issues; it was leaking oil and smoking, and the engine light was on so I decided to take it to Mavis Tires thinking that I could trust them. I also wanted a shop that I can go to in case there was a big job that I couldn't handle. A mechanic at Mavis Tires told me a few things that were wrong with the car, they only said the battery, sparkplugs, catalytic coverter, and that I needed to drain the power steering because there was metal in it. He told me the job would cost $900, but the final bill was over $1,000. I was shocked to see that they charged me for things that I did not ask for, such as the camshaft position sensor, MVC valve cover gaskets, and various other things that I could have easily done myself. They also charged me for parts that I was never told was needed, like the valve cover gasket set and the PCV hose. They even put windshield wipers on my car without asking me. The final bill included charges for items I never agreed to.
After paying the bill, Mavis Tires told me I had to sign up for Flex Shopper program and that payments would be taken out once a month. I later found out that they took a payment out every Friday, which was not what I was told. A couple of days after receiving my car back, the car started overheating and smoking again. I took it back to Mavis Tires and left it there, planning to call later for an update. However, I never received a call from Mavis Tires. When I tried calling them, they did not answer. I had to find a ride to their shop and found out that they had not even touched my car yet! They kept my car without my permission, without calling me, and I had to go two days without my car and without any updates. It was a frustrating experience, and it was even more frustrating because Mavis Tires lied to me and told me they tried calling me, when they clearly did not.
I decided to reach out to FlexShopper and explain what was going on. They told me that Mavis Tires had already paid me back, which was not true. I was never paid back for the work that was not done. FlexShopper should have asked for proof from Mavis Tires that payment was made, but they did not. Mavis Tires lied to Flex Shopper, and now, Flex Shopper wants to charge me $2,000 for work that was not done. All my paper work is fraud, and I have proof that this is a scam. Even after many emails and several phone calls to Flex Shopper, they continued to tell me lies and brush me off. I never gave up and kept reaching out to them, and finally, after someone really looking into my case, Flex Shopper made it right with me. Sadly, even after all this, Mavis Tires has not made it right.
I strongly recommend that no one use Flex Shopper or Mavis Tires. They are scams and rip-offs. I have never experienced such bad customer service, and I will not stop until they make this right. All they had to do was ask for the proof that they paid me back, but they refused. It is a shame that they are such big brands, but still refuse to own up to their mistakes and make it right.
FlexShopper Complaints 20
99 days same as cash
I purchased products in Florida using Flexshopper’s 90 day same as cash. I was told they would take money out of my account to pay the lease off in 90 days. I signed up and forgot about it 5 months into this 90 days same as cash, I noticed payments continued. I called the customer service and was told after 90 days I was charged 65% interest rate. My original lease $1400 and I will now pay more than $4000 for this service. I have never paid a 65% interest rate in the US or any other country.
Claimed loss: $2600
Desired outcome: Stop advertising 90 days same as cash if you are not going to make sure the payments finish in 90 days. My home loan is clear how many payments I need to pay off my house. They do not deduct less and charge an exorbitant fee.

Terrible customer service - Laptop didn't work and no guarantees for replacement or credit
I bought a TV for my old man back in June, right before Father's Day. I had no issues with it at all, paid for it auto-draft and everything went smooth. After a few months in September, I thought I deserved a little something for myself and took a peek on FlexShopper's site. They had a sale going on, so I decided to nab a laptop for my daughter. It was a pretty penny, nearly $850 to be exact, but I figured it was worth it for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when I gave it to my daughter on Christmas Day, it didn't work. You can imagine how upset my daughter was - it broke my heart. I gave them a call and talked to a few reps, but none of them could do anything for me. Eventually, I spoke to a supervisor who told me they could return it, but that was it. They couldn't guarantee a replacement or a credit or anything. Talk about bad business! I was furious, especially since I still had a few payments left on my TV. After hearing that they couldn't guarantee anything, I stopped auto-draft and refused to pay them anything else until they fixed the situation. I told them exactly how it is - I'm a single mom on a budget, and their shady behavior wasn't helping me out at all. I've told everyone about this and am even considering filing for bankruptcy just to show them how angry I am. The laptop is still in the box, and if they credit me my money, then they're welcome to it. I'm not a happy customer, but I am a customer who won't be taken for a ride.
FlexShopper: Read the Fine Print Before You Buy
I recently ordered something off of FlexShopper's website, feeling pretty positive about the whole thing. But, like any good consumer, I decided to take a peek at the reviews to make sure everything was on the up and up. And let me tell you, I was not impressed. There were all sorts of people claiming they never received their packages and many other complaints.
I was so alarmed that I dove right in and called the company to try to cancel my order. But, wouldn't you know it, they told me it was already on the way and basically shrugged off my concerns. They suggested I reject the package when it arrived and hope for the best.
But then, while really scrutinizing my contract (which, I have to say, had some pretty insane interest rates), I discovered a clause that allowed me to cancel my order within three days of purchase. I pointed this out to the customer service agent and gave them a real tongue-lashing, demanding to know what they thought they were playing at.
Despite their initial protestations, they ultimately processed my cancellation pretty quickly - it was obvious they were just trying to stall me until the package was delivered. I found the whole experience really frustrating and alarming. It's just not worth buying from a company that doesn't let you return their products. My advice? Always read the agreement!

Warning: Stay Away from FlexShopper - My Costly Mistake
Listen up folks, I gotta share my experience with FlexShopper. This is one company to avoid like the plague. Let me tell you, I fell behind on a couple of payments and when I finally decided to pay up, I called them up to make the payment. But imagine my surprise when they told me there was a computer error and they couldn't process my card. I thought, "Okay, no biggie, I'm sure they'll work it out." How wrong I was. The next day, they messaged me about being overdue and charged my debit card two more times. Two more times! That's three times in total. I was fuming and quickly called them up again to settle this. I explained that I've made the payment and it was debited from my account. They told me they'll look into it, but then never called me back. Next day, two more charges and still the same overdue message! I called them again and demanded a payment statement. I had to check for myself if I was being charged wrongly or not. I mean, who can stand being charged FIVE times in just three days? Their reply? I was overdue, so they charged me. Really? I know for a fact that I wasn't that far behind. I just forgot to update my account after changing banks. And here's the kicker, they said I had a credit on my account. If that's the case, then why charge me multiple times? And to make matters worse, they won't refund any payments. Now, my finances are messed up because I didn't budget for four extra payments. This was a costly mistake. I'm telling you, just don't use FlexShopper. Whatever it is that you need or want, it's not worth the headache and hassle. Stay far away from this company.
My Disappointing Experience with FlexShopper: Refund, Damages, and Poor Customer Service
So, here's the deal, folks. I had an experience with FlexShopper and it wasn't what I expected. On December 2nd, I made a purchase for three items. However, on December 5th, I realized that I needed to cancel the order. I mean, things happen, right? So, I contacted FlexShopper and they said that they would cancel the order once the one item that had already shipped came back. Well, that sounded reasonable.
But, guess what? Three days later, they shipped out the rest of my order even though I had asked them to cancel it. I don't understand why they would do that. So, the very next day, I received one of the items, and I called them again. This time, however, I decided to keep the one item that I received. Nothing else showed up at my door. So, I looked at the shipping and realized that the second item was attempted to be delivered when I was at work, but it was since sent back to the sender. I called FlexShopper again to see what was going on.
To my surprise, they acted like they didn't know what they were doing. But eventually, they said they would cancel the order and refund my money. They told me that I would receive the money in three days. However, while the package was in transit back to the sender, I found that the package had a damage report on it, but it has not been removed from my account to this day. So, I called FlexShopper to ask why it hadn't been removed, but they said they were waiting on confirmation from the merchant. Come on, it's just a simple email!
I decided to call back and talk to a supervisor, but they refused to let me talk to anyone in charge! What kind of customer service is that? It makes me so furious that they refuse to cancel my order and don't care about their customers enough to listen when they want to speak to someone in charge. Honestly, I wouldn't order another item from this place. My experience was far from satisfactory and I don't recommend it.
A Disastrous Experience with FlexShopper: Damaged Items, Wrong Orders, and Zero Customer Service
My experience with FlexShopper was quite a rollercoaster ride. My first order was smooth sailing, no problems at all. However, my second order was a complete disaster! I ordered a fireplace heater, which came scratched and with a cabinet broken on the left corner. I was shocked when the customer service representative told me that once the box was opened, they were no longer responsible for the item. How could I possibly know if the item was damaged or not until I opened the damn box? A full price, plus huge interest fees for a badly damaged item? Come on, you've got to be kidding me!
In addition to the damaged fireplace heater, I ordered a laptop computer for my daughter, which arrived three weeks later. To make matters worse, the computer that I received WAS NOT the computer that I ordered. It was much cheaper than what I had ordered. I called them and they gave me instructions on what to do. They promised to adjust my payments for the cheap computer that I received. However, despite me doing everything they asked me to do, I got no response at all from them. My payments were never adjusted.
After two payments, I called again and they gave me the run around transferring me from person to person with no resolution. It was the same outcome each time I called. To add insult to injury, I asked about sending it back and was told that they did not own the computer since they had leased it for me from a third party. Therefore, they could not accept it back. When I asked who this 3rd party was, I was told that they could not release such information to me. In the end, I paid over $1200 for a computer that was worth (maybe) $500. They never adjusted my payments, and I was charged for the high-end computer that I never received. This is robbery!
I am convinced that if a person had the time and money to hire a lawyer, it would also be found illegal. All in all, I am disappointed with the service provided by FlexShopper. Their customer service is awful and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this service. I hope that they take the necessary steps to improve their service and avoid such a disastrous experience for their customers in the future.
FlexShopper Review: The Company That Steals Your Money and Never Delivers - Why You Should Avoid Them at All Costs
When I first came across FlexShopper, I thought it was a great way to get the things I needed without having to worry about breaking the bank. Unfortunately, as soon as I gave them my account information, I regretted not reading the reviews first. It seems that everyone is saying the same thing - this company is nothing but a scam!
I wish I had listened before and not have done business with them. The reviews don't lie. They do not ship you the items you order and steal money straight from your bank account. They do not keep their end of the lease agreement; charging customers before the product has arrived. The company even claims that the product has been delivered when it hasn't, and, to make matters worse, they refuse to refund your money! It's all absolute nonsense.
I do have evidence that the package was never delivered, including screenshots and videos from my front door camera as well as the office manager agreeing that there was never a delivery. There are even reports suggesting that unmarked delivery trucks show up delivering substandard products that never work properly.
I beg you and stress, never give your account information to FlexShopper, as it's a complete scam. I don't trust them at all, and I hope that no one else falls for this pitfall.
It's all very frustrating as they tell you the product arrived when it hasn't. They continue charging premiums on your account, even though there's been no delivery. They don't seem to care about the customers and will steal your money.
Please take heed - do not trust this company or give them your information. Learn from my mistake. They are a complete fraud, and I'm now in the process of filing a police report and contacting a lawyer regarding the fraudulent charges and their entire operation.
Update: Today's date is 2/15/22 and, as expected, the package never arrived. FlexShopper is now refusing to help or stop payment, and claim I already have the laptop even when I don't. It seems they don't have a legitimate lease and are participating in fraudulent activities.
And here's another update - It's 2/16/22, and FlexShopper is still trying to charge me again. They're acting like I never filed a claim - blatant lies.
Tread with care.
Warning: Do Not Use FlexShopper - Con Artists with Poor Support and Random Extra Charges
I've been using FlexShopper for about 5 months and haven't had any problems so far. Payments went smoothly, even though their interest rates are pretty high. But hey, I wanted to spread out my payments over a whole year so it was worth it.
However, I did come across some reviews online saying that FlexShopper can randomly charge you extra out of nowhere. I didn't believe it until last week when they pulled double on one payment and put my account in the negative. I reached out to their support team and all they said was that it was a system issue and they couldn't do much about it. To make things worse, they continued to charge me double for one of my leases for being late on a payment. It's ridiculous and I believe they're nothing but con artists at this point. They're just messing up people's finances and then pointing fingers at them for their own mistakes.
I've seen many reviews about them pointing out the same issues and it's really concerning. The fact that they don't even have a resolution for such issues and just ask you to wait and watch your account dip lower and lower with no action on their side is just unacceptable. They need to be held accountable for their actions and I believe there should be some sort of class action lawsuit against them.
When things are going well, everything seems fine with FlexShopper. But if you run into any issues, don't expect any help from them. They'll just put your bank account so far in the hole that you'll never be able to get out of it. I hope people read this and stay away from them, considering I've been struggling with this situation all week and still haven't gotten any help.
Disappointing Experience with FlexShopper's Customer Service: Slow Response to Issues and Lack of Urgency
I've got some experience with FlexShopper in the past and I've been making weekly payments for almost half a year, without running into any issues. However, my most recent experience with them left me feeling quite frustrated. I had ordered a coffee maker, but after processing the order, it dawned on me that I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. I waited until customer service was available the next day and was advised that they would cancel the order. Unfortunately, later that day I received an email stating that the item had already been shipped. When I phoned them again to complain, I was told that I could refuse delivery or simply receive the item and then request a return label. Not wanting to wait any longer for a coffee maker, I decided to just take what was sent to me.
However, when I finally got the box and opened it, I discovered that the plastic grounds basket was broken. So, I contacted customer service again, explained the situation, and was told that they'd put in a ticket for a damaged return. But then I waited for two whole weeks before receiving an email from their returns department, asking for pictures of the damage - which I promptly sent. I was getting very frustrated at this point - it seemed that they were willing to rush the shipping without any care for the customer, but when a problem arises, they don't seem to show much urgency.
These issues with customer service were exacerbated by the fact that I had switched banks around the same time that the coffee maker arrived, which meant that my weekly payment didn't go through. I knew that I wanted to resolve the issue with the coffee maker return before submitting new bank details, but despite this, FlexShopper's customer service reps started calling me multiple times per day, reminding me to make my payment. This was very frustrating, especially since they had not done anything to help me with the issue of the broken coffee maker.
All in all, my experience with FlexShopper was very disappointing. As a customer who had previously been very happy with their service, I found it frustrating that they were more concerned with getting their payments on time than with resolving an issue that they themselves had caused. If they want to keep customers happy and retain their business, they'll need to do a better job of prioritizing customer service and addressing problems when they arise.
FlexShopper Review: Unethical and Poorly Run Company Preying on the Financially Struggling Middle Class
So, I wanted to take advantage of the 90-day same as cash offer that FlexShopper was advertising for holiday shopping. I was hesitant at first, but I work in finance, so I thought I could navigate the waters here. Boy, was I wrong! This company is a hot mess! It's almost like they must have hired a group of monkeys to run things - and even then the monkeys might have done a better job. Honestly, I think even a $0.25 lemonade stand would have been better run!
From my personal experience, I can tell you that FlexShopper is NOT ethical. They'll do anything to make a quick buck, even if it means going back on their written agreements. I have multiple conversations on record where they've tried to back out of contracts because of a change in the item's price before they'd acquired it. That's against their contract's terms, which state that inventory acquisition should happen when the contract is drafted.
Of course, they admitted to me that they don't do it- it's only done after the contract is executed. And that's why they kept pushing me to cancel the order and place a new one. But when I refused to do that and brought up management, they finally reinstated my order at the originally contracted price.
In my opinion, FlexShopper won't last long - I'd be surprised if they're not bankrupt in 18 months or less. I don't approve of this behavior, but I think they'll continue to draw in a significant number of customers who hope that they'll end up keeping the item for free while they go bankrupt. It's a pretty sad state of affairs.
If you're planning to shop with FlexShopper, my advice to you is to tread very carefully. Honestly, I'd recommend avoiding them altogether. If you've already signed a contract, you might want to have a local attorney check it out. Personally, I believe that this won't stand up in court and will be regarded as fraud, which can result in the charge being nullified and the item being returned without further payment. This is especially true if the contract is found to be userous, which could be the case in some states.
Overall, I think it's clear that FlexShopper is a company that preys on the financially struggling lower and middle class market. They're in it for a quick profit, even if it means ripping off people who are already down on their luck. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them - there are plenty of other better, more ethical retailers out there.
Avoid FlexShopper: Terrible Customer Service & Hidden Fees
I had an experience with FlexShopper through a Cash America pawnshop, and at first, I was excited about the idea of making a purchase through this company. However, my experience quickly went downhill. I had to constantly call them to make payments, and even though I was making lump sum payments on an 800.00 product, I found out I was behind on payments just as I was about to make my final payment.
What was even more frustrating was that I made a payment of 100.00 and two days later, they withdrew a weekly payment x 4 and then 2 more weekly payments 2 days later. When I called, they claimed I was behind in my payments, yet the only amount owed was 75.00. To make matters worse, they claimed I owed an additional 799.99 because I missed paying off my purchase in the 90-day same as cash period.
However, this 90-day same as cash was not even advertised nor mentioned in any of my conversations with their employees. Each time I spoke with someone, I was given a balance, and I wrote it down to keep up with my payments. So, I was shocked to hear that I owed so much money.
To add insult to injury, the last operator I spoke with was rude and had children yelling in the background, which made it hard to communicate with her. It seemed like she didn't care about my account and needed to tend to whatever was going on in the background. The communication for this company is awful, and as a consumer, I have never felt so financially taken advantage of in my life.
I strongly suggest that you do not buy anything through this company. They will steal money from your bank account at odd hours of the day and night, and they do not seem to care about their customers. I could not even get a supervisor on the phone when I requested, nor could I get any employees to transfer me to one or put them on the line. It seems that they just ignore their customers and say you have to pay the money without any explanation.
In addition, the apps or website to pay on the account do not provide any information about your account. Overall, this is just bad business all around, and these people should not be in business. Save yourself the hassle and buy from someone who will treat you with respect.
Request not honored
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with companies just as bad. For one, unless you have a weekly paycheck, this site isn't for you. They will not give you a choice to make your payments bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Two, they will not work you if you lost your job or otherwise lost your source of income. They will constantly call asking for money that you might not have, or need for other things, like...housing and food. Above all else, their customer service department is, for lack of a better word, incompetent. They will not help you with any issues you might have regarding billing or shipping. Case in point, I just got off the phone with them. All I wanted to do was deactivate my account with these predators, and it was "we'll send your request to the review team", and not, you know, honoring my request right then and there.
That being said, there are MUCH BETTER alternatives to Flexshopper, including saving money for a wanted item and buy outright, or going without an item in the first place. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I seriously wish I could give it zero stars if I could!
Billing
I feel so ignorant that my husband and I did not investigate what consumers were saying about this merchant. Which by the way is true. This is not a merchant for those with good credit and high income. We thought it would be better for my husband so I could keep my debt-to-income ratio down. The first red flag is that you cannot reach customer service until after you have been hung up on several times and called back. The second red flag like companies that cut corners do, most of their staff is minority or foreigner whose dialect is not easy to understand. If you do not pay what was puchased off in 90 days this apparently add more fees, interest and any other amount they could think of every week! This is the same concept payday loans use. Our balance started at $1100.00 with making payments, doubling up on payments if we fell behind a week, reducing the balance to $414.00. imagine our shock and discuss when we were told the balance to payoff is $1400.00 More than what we started with! As I write this I am on hold with them for the last two hours starting at 7am. I asking to speak to a supervisor. The billing department would not give any explainations and if she did offer one I could not understand what she was saying. I believe I will probably file a complaint with the AG's office.
Desired outcome: speak w/supervisor and make things right
Charging me for something I never did
They have bothered me with phone calls and things in the mail. I have never dealt with them or used any of their products and never will. They seem to be bothering a lot of people and are scamming people out of lots of money. I have heard nothing good about them. I have heard anything from products broken to others being overcharged. Never ever use them for anything. They are a scam company and scam people out of their money.
Desired outcome: I would like them to apologize to me about bothering me and stop bothering me forever. Stop scamming people also.
Service
Hi my name is Kathleen Harris, I applied for a flexshopper account and was denied because my son which is 44 years old had an account with them and because our address is the same I was denied. My point is how can you hold me responsible for another person account, my son's account has nothing to do with me he don't pay my bills and i don't pay his I should not be denied service because of this, I also informed them that my son's wife which has an account with them also live at the same address i was told that she might have fell through the cracks, Very poor customer service and not a fair company, You cannot hold another family member responsible for someone else account if they did not co-sign for that person there guidelines should based solely on the person that's applying for the service not on what other family member used the service.
Thank you
Kathleen Harris ([protected]@yahoo.com
Desired outcome: That my request be reviewed based on my information and not my son.
False charges
I have dealt with flexahopper for a few years. Everything was fine until I had time miss a payment due to Covid. Since then they have screwed up my leases, charged me when I didn't owe money, changed my leases to weekly without me knowing, tried to charge a card I told them to take off account because of fraud and then got penalized because it didn't go through on that card but went through on another. They have lied to me several times, told me they would send documents to me which they never did. I have sent my bank statements to them and they still never fixed account. I paid that missed payment and account was fine and a few days later they say I owe them again.
Desired outcome: I would like the money they have taken out of account plus the bank fees I have had to pay when they were not supposed to be taking money out.
My lease agreement.
Lease 61f0846581fd8; to whom it may cocern i brenda predmore was taking advantage of and paid more then i should for this lease agreement. ...On 5/24 i called to ask for my balance on this account was told i owe 422.00 and 28 more payments i made a extra 150.00 from my credit card towards the balance...Only 67 dollars was apy. The rep told me i still owe 355 after that payment. I have made extra payments in the past to bring the balance down. The math does not add up? i was told yesterday on 5/24 after spending a good 2 hours on hold and being switched to a few reps till i asked for the badge numbers id 20596 that she will help solve my problem that by her looking at my account i should have a few credits applyied mind you i was told it was a recorded line...Then flexshopper should have the converesations to play back from what the costumer was told...Moving forward i was told a supervisor named pam would return my call with the right math. Today i called back to be told i owe still 355. I would like a full report on this account before i take further action. I over paid and have all my statements to prove.
Desired outcome: i would like a full report on my account [protected] a phone call to resolve this matter.
Customer service
I would have given a negative 5 stars. Bought a laptop in April buy November it stopped working... completely! Doesn't even turn on. Has never been dropped or anything. That's not what I'm mad about though. I get things happen. The fact that I have been contacting the customer service department to have repairs done for 2 weeks now and still haven't been able to get it fixed. Instead I keep getting told I have to wait for someone to call me to set up an appointment for repairs. Since I have made the complaint I have made the payments (3 of them). My advice is dont buy anything that could ever need repairs. Paying $210 for a paper weight is just ridiculous.
Desired outcome: Repair or placement
customer service, staff, refunds, zero response
How is it possible not to receive a response or any correspondence after 3 weeks? No updates to my online account, no phone calls, no emails, no snail mail, no telegram, nothing.
Three out of four items were returned back to Adorama on 11/8. I have provided the UPS delivery confirmation on numerous occasions. The other item was mailed back to Best Buy via regular mail on the same day I shipped the other items.
In addition, I have asked for a breakdown of account details for both of my accounts several times. I've received nothing.
This is ridiculous. FlexShopper has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Further, your agents are unprofessional and disrespectful, they lack product knowledge, skill, accountability, and urgency. I will never do business with FlexShopper again and I'll be sure I spread the word to others to keep their distance.
It'll be even more pathetic when (and if) I finally receive a return email from FlexShopper. It will most likely be some canned, apologetic response saying "we're sorry you feel this way, blah blah."
My banking and payment information will be changed tomorrow. If your company is still interested in receiving payment from me for my previous orders, you can reach out to me - I might get back if I have time.
Don't subscribe – they didn't refund
I have applied for $2, 500 limit on the website of Flex Shopper LLC. I got it for free for 30 days. I haven’t used it, so after 10 days I cancelled the subscription. However, they have charged me anyway. I contacted online chat agent, who excused and told that within 5 business days I would get refund. However, the situation has changed, because money never appeared on my account. So, my advice – don’t subscribe for their subscription.
