Florida Fine Cars, Inc
Florida Fine Cars, Inc. ain't good at all. The guy who sold me the car signed the credit app with all my deets and his name. But then the boss man said they didn't even take an app, even though I got an email with it. They're doing some sketchy stuff over there, so watch out.
Me and my wife went to this car place to buy a car
Me and my wife went to this car place to buy a car. We had a bad time. The Sales Manager was mean to us. He thought we were Haitian but we're not. He said bad things about Americans too. We were sad and mad. We wanted to buy a car but we can't support racism. My wife wrote more about it on Google. I'm not happy.
My kid went to FL Fine Cars in Margate FL to sell a used car
My kid went to FL Fine Cars in Margate FL to sell a used car. That same day they made an offer, we signed the papers and left the car. The car was under my name but my kid had it registered. The car had a payoff and them paying it was part of the agreement. My kid also paid the difference for the payoff of $1200. She took the receipt for the payment and they said they would send copies of the signed documents in the mail (mistake number one).
3 days later they started calling me but since I didn't recognize the number I texted asking what that was about. They replied the car had not passed the "standard safety test". I replied that they had bought the car and that there was no returning it. They threatened to tow it (tow it where?), the car was theirs. Since they never mailed anything I requested copies of the paperwork and they said all they had was the bill of sale. We had signed many other papers including the power of attorney, odometer reading, etc. They denied having any of them. After a few weeks of going back and forth and speaking to an attorney I decided to pick up my car and get back my money. I will never do business with these people again. A reputable dealership doesn't agree to purchase a car, then decide to change their minds a few days after and refuse to provide copies of signed documents. Maybe they didn't do anything illegal that I could prove but that is very shady. There should be a law to protect consumers from dealerships like this.
Terrible experience!
Terrible experience! I wouldn't buy another car from this place. They lied to me! I went to Florida Fine Cars in November after my car was repossessed. I bought a 2013 Nissan Maxima with over 62,000 miles. The finance manager told me that because of my credit score, they had to put it down as a "lease on paper" to get me approved for over $13,000. But in three years, I would own the car "as is" with no warranties or perks that a lease would have. I lived in Port St. Lucie and worked in Palm Beach County, so I had to travel 65 miles one way, five days a week. Fast forward to August , when I had only three car payments left, and the salesman called me asking when I was going to bring the car back or get into something else. I thought I owned the car! I asked other dealerships and the public, and they had never heard of such a thing for a car with such high miles and all these out-of-pocket expenses for repairs. Yesterday, I tried to trade in my Maxima, and the dealership told me that the car had no value because it had numerous structural damages that I was not made aware of at the time of purchase. They didn't even provide me with a carfax! My payoff on my account said I owed $850.39, but when the dealership called the financial institution, the payoff was $5400, and they wouldn't release the title. This evening, I drove the car back to Miami and gave it back to them. They went crazy, saying that I drove over my mileage and that I had to pay for the damages done to the car, which would cost over $3000! Are you kidding me? Florida Fine Cars can forget about me ever buying a car from them again, and I wouldn't even send my dog there! This place is the worst, and they need to be shut down!
Don't buy a car from Florida Fine Cars, seriously
Don't buy a car from Florida Fine Cars, seriously.
I've been trying to buy a 2020 Kia Soul from them for a month now. I went in with $2500 for a down payment, but they wanted $3000. The bank said no, so we tried for a 2019 Kia Soul and got approved, but I had to put down $3600. When I went back with most of the down payment, they wouldn't budge from $3600. Then, when I reviewed the contract with their financial advisor, I saw they added over $4000 in extra fees for extended warranty, dry paint protection, dealer prep, and electronic file fees. I told them I didn't want the warranty, but they said I had to get it or the bank wouldn't approve me. I caught them in their lies and left without the car. Then, they called me back and said if I put $200 more down, they'd take off the extra fees. These people are crooks, so save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
I got a car from Florida Fine Cars almost a year ago and it's been a total nightmare
I got a car from Florida Fine Cars almost a year ago and it's been a total nightmare. My credit isn't great but that doesn't mean I deserve a crappy car. Dealerships in Florida are all terrible but this one really ripped me off. The motor mounts had to be replaced just a few days after I got it and then the engine light came on a few days later. The car has always sounded and felt like a blender. They said they replaced the motor mounts but when I took it to a mechanic, he said the engine was going to die soon and so was the cat converter. I was devastated because I needed the car to get to work. I tried to get help from Florida Fine Cars but they were no help at all. They were rude and told me to take it up with the loan company. They didn't offer me gap insurance or anything. Now, the car is worth nothing and I can't trade it in anywhere. I went to another dealership and they were no help either. The car is leaking and overheating now. This has been the worst experience ever. Don't buy from Florida Fine Cars!
Dang, these guys at Florida Fine Cars, Inc
Dang, these guys at Florida Fine Cars, Inc. need to step up their game when it comes to customer service. I saw a sweet ride (2017 Suburu Forester) on Car Gurus and decided to go for it, even though the dealership was in Miami and COVID was raging. We did the whole thing electronically and had the car delivered for free, but it was a total hassle. First, they made us pay $1,000 just to hold the car for a day. Then, the sales rep told us we had to pay the rest of the down payment with a cashier's check to avoid a 3% debit card fee. I had my own financing, but it still took two weeks to get everything sorted out. The sales guy was nice, but his English wasn't always understandable and there were a lot of communication issues. The finance manager was MIA and I had to keep bugging them to find out what was going on. They sent me a sketchy-looking purchasing agreement, but everything checked out okay with the VIN, car facts, and ComplaintsBoard.com. My lender sent the check, but there was a delay because the dealership was using a mobile scanner (weird, right?). The sales guy kept calling me to take the check to the bank and missing bank hours. When the sale finally went through, they sent another company to deliver the car and they were 12 hours late, showing up after 9:30 pm. The driver was making excuses and it was a total mess. The whole process was a nightmare, but the car seems to be okay so far. I wouldn't buy from these guys again and they need to seriously improve their customer service, communication, and timeliness if they want to get better reviews and more business.
I bought a 2017 KIA Sorento from Florida Fine Cars in Margate, FL on October 2
I bought a 2017 KIA Sorento from Florida Fine Cars in Margate, FL on October 2. It was a real struggle to even get someone to talk to me about the SUV. I needed a reliable car, but it took forever to get approved for financing, even though I was paying cash. I should have seen the warning signs. The car had four new tires, but they were all different brands. After I bought it, I noticed the steering column was off, and the alignment was bad. When I got it fixed, I found out that the struts, ball bearings, and knuckles needed replacing. I returned the car, but it still has the same problems. The dealership claims they fixed it, but they didn't. The manager even called me and asked me to remove my negative review. I won't lie about my experience. Don't buy a car from Florida Fine Cars. They're a rip-off.

Florida Fine Cars in Margate, FL sold me a car that ain't been serviced
Florida Fine Cars in Margate, FL sold me a car that ain't been serviced. After five months of owning it, the 12 volt battery needed changing and I spent $458. But the code is still in my system, so I took it back to the mechanic. They hooked up another machine and now another code came up saying the alternator needs replacing, which will cost me $807. My car is a 2017 Volvo S90 T6 Inscription that I bought online with 17,395 miles in March this year. The last time it was serviced was in July and it ain't been serviced since. I talked to the dealership yesterday, but they refused to help me or answer my questions. I asked them why the car wasn't serviced before they sold it to me. I'm the third owner of this car and I pulled the report, which showed that it was in an accident with moderate damage that could have affected my 12 volt battery and alternator.
I got a car from Florida Fine Cars at the end of 2019 and they sold me Gap Wise coverage
I got a car from Florida Fine Cars at the end of 2019 and they sold me Gap Wise coverage. I paid off the car on May 27th and after emailing the bank, dealer and GapWise, Florida Fine Cars asked to end the Gap Wise contract and get my refund. But it's been 4 to 6 weeks and I still haven't got the check. I asked the dealer about it and they said I should contact GapWise. But when I contacted GapWise, they told me to contact the dealer. Also, the amount seems to be less than what I should get, but the dealer can't tell me how they calculated it (even though they sold me the product). It looks like they messed up the refund. The dealer's communication is really bad. Please help me get the right calculation and refund check. I got an email from someone named *** - Warranty Accounting ClerkP (XXX) XXX-XXXX XXXXX *** Miami, FL, XXXXX.
I went to Florida Fine Cars in Florida to buy a car on July 17
I went to Florida Fine Cars in Florida to buy a car on July 17. My sales rep was good. After test driving and checking the price, I went to the financial guy. He did all the paperwork and said the car was approved to be financed through a company. My payments would be $600 a month. He said he would set me up with another company. But I couldn't get the $5000 cash down payment and didn't buy the Dodge Charger or any car. I said I would come back the next day if I got the money. But I never did. I never bought the car or had a bill of sale. On July 29, 2022, $300.58 was taken from my bank account. I called Florida Fine Cars and messaged the sales rep. He said it was my fault because I didn't come back to buy the car. The sales manager said I would be reimbursed the next day. He gave me his business card and told me to call the company to cancel it. I called the company, but they couldn't find me in the system because I never bought the car. The sales manager said someone would call me in 5 minutes and I would get the money in 30 minutes. But no one called. I was given a number to call to cancel it. I called and waited an hour on the line. No one answered. The next two days I received phone messages from the company that they understand that I want to cancel that service for my Dodge Charger. Again, I never bought the car, don't have a bill of sale or the car in my possession. It is August 6th and I still can't contact the company and haven't been given my $300.58 back. The people at Florida Fine Cars said it's my fault.
