I always check this site before I order anything off a clothing website I am unfamiliar with. I'm shocked to see such bad reviews for Forever 21? I've been ordering off this website for YEARS. I have never had any issues. I actually ordered a pair of pants and a top but didn't like it on (sadly I had already removed the tags.) I went to the Forever 21 in Winnipeg and they let me exchange it for something I liked more in the store! The workers are so sweet. The quality of the clothing is good - considering how reasonably pricing this store is. I give it a 5 star. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away - I think Forever 21 is great. ALSO. My package ALWAYS arrives within 4-5 days which I love.
Awesome experience!
This was my first time ordering clothes online so I was a tad worried. My clothes were shipped in two orders which I was emailed about when I ordered. I bought 8 items- 2 pairs of pants, 1 jumper, 1 pair of shorts, 1 shirt and 2 dresses. The first half of the order was late because of the holiday weekend and the second one arrived a week after the first because of the storm on the east coast. Because my items were later than anticipated they gave me a free item in my order! The shirt and one of the dresses didn't fit me the way I thought they would but overall I enjoyed the other garments and this has encouraged me to buy again. Forever 21 has the worst customer service department I've ever dealt with. Everytime I call them I hear a bunch of extraneous noise and talking as if I interrupted a party and I am met with a helpless employee who doesn't have the authority to complete any complex request. There are no procedures implemented to ease the customers frustrations when the fault lies with the company. The customer is forced to accept the circumstance even if it was Forever 21's fault and responsibility to resolve. Thank you for wasting two months telling me that you were going to resend the package you failed to deliver in the first place and then simply refunding my money. This was exactly the opposite of what we agreed to. Forever 21 lost a customer today, though I doubt they mind.

The quality can be somewhat cheap but most clothes have decent to high end quality for the price. I'd say Forever21 is in my top 5 sites that have super trendy but affordable clothes. I don't know what I'd do without Forever21 & I especially love shopping on their website because the selection is much wider and I can find cuter things that people I know don't really wear. There shipping (I think it says 5-7) almost always gets to be on the 7th day, which stinks but it's worth it. Also, beware of their return policy. You will never get your money back, even if you have every receipt, tag, and original form of payment. You will only ever get store credit or an exchange if you don't like an item. So if you're not sure you like it, don't buy it unless you're okay with getting only Forever21 credit back.

I have been shopping at Forever 21 for a couple of years now and I have not one complaint. I have bought a little over 45 items online for an unbelievably great price in the past month. They may be perceived as cheap but even their $7.90 jeans are pretty good quality. Their return service is great and even if their guidelines say they wont accept a clothing article, odds are they will. Their $3.80 t shirts are soft and totally worth buying 5... or 10... might as well buy all the colors In and online stores both are great for people looking for a great clothing with a small budget. You receive your online shipping order on time and free returns in store. I totally recommend this store to every one, considering it is half my closet. My friends and family also love and never had a problem with this store.

This American chain store is located in major cities in America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Offering sizes from juniors to plus size, Forever 21 has sizes for everyone with affordable prices.
Although the sizes vary and the prices are appealing, Forever 21 is extremely unorganized. Finding something is a steal because all the valuable clothes always seem to be hidden. The staff are friendly and attentive. Forever 21 always has a sale. Besides the hassle of searching through the unmentionables, Forever 21 is a great store. Defiantly recommend this store to my friends.
My faith in online shopping is restored
Based on my last experience with purchasing clothing online I was a little wary. I ordered 3 dresses with forever 21 as I know them to be a reputable company. I ordered three dresses and because I bought over $60 of merchandise shipping was free. I live in Central Ontario and made my order on a Sunday, so it was processed the next day. 2 days later it was shipped and I had received within 3 days of my purchase. Impeccable speed. 2 of the dresses fit fantastic - I'm a smaller build with large hips so I was worried about size, but they supply a good chart for reference - but the third was a little big in the bust. I didn't want to tailor it and mess it up so I took it into the retail store about 40 minutes away from me. They gave me store credit in the amount I purchased it at, which I then used again to buy a different dress online plus accessories. Still had to pay for shipping but honestly, best online shopping experience ever. Definitely recommended!
I love Forever!
I love Forever! This review is just for the site as often customer service at the stores leaves a lot to be desired. It's true that sometimes shipping can take a little longer than usual but it's usually free so I'm willing to wait a couple extra days. The clothes often come in plastic so they are clean and it's really easy to return anything to one of the stores. I wouldn't waste any time sending the package back since you can just get store credit or even exchange it right away. I actually have a lot of luck with shoes from the site too - they come fresh in the box with all tissue so they have never even been tried on. Sizing can be interesting but remember Forever 21 doesn't make the clothes, they buy them from mass distributors. Just be prepared that you may want to return some things - the prices make it worth it as the stores always have different products than the website. Most of my wardrobe is from here and I get complimented on my clothes regularly - so be patient and you'll be happy!

First thing I want to say is thank you for the excellent quality and service from forever 21. I figure most shops have low rating is because people only write a review when they have some kind of problem, mostly angry, upset people. But not many happy review because, well, everything is ok so why should they write a comment?
Well, I bought online some clothing from forever21 and everything came perfect in the right time, good prices and intact. The pant I bought was too loose on me, but that was my fault since I measure myself incorrectly and order M instead of S, that was my fault.
I want to tell people, don't be afraid of all the review online, or COMPLETELY trust all the reviews online, because some of them aren't even the store's fault. Like return policy, it is the policy, why are you trying to argue with a POLICY?
Some of the store that has low rating, that I bought and seemed ok are: Forever21, Azkara, Dresslily, Charming Charlie. And probably all the other brand name store like American Eagle and such.
I'm not here to advertise, I'm here to tell people that reviews online are not completely reliable sometimes. I'm not saying that all people writing reviews aren't reliable, they are because they bought the product, however, remember that most people writing review, are 90% angry and upset people while writing the review:)

Fast, Accurate, and Easy
This is a wonderful store to purchase cute clothes for an amazing price. Although some of their new arrivals are a bit pricey, if you wait for them put it on sale it'll be a great price. No, the quality isn't the highest, however, as I always keep saying, you get what you pay for. If you want to pay next to nothing for an adorable t-shirt, don't expect it to last you more than a year. Same goes for all the other things they sell, shorts, pants, accessories, etc.
I ordered from Forever21 online and bought 5 tops. All were a success, and shipping was accurate and quick.
Some of the tops I bought were final sale, so this some what worried me as to what kind of condition they would show up in, they all showed up in great condition, nicely folded and packaged. The shipping was quick, and with the tracking number they provided me, I was able to track my package which was accurate from where it was to when it would be delivered.
All shirts I received were in good condition and just like the photos showed.
It should be noted though, read the reviews and listen to what they say. For me, I didn't purchase anything that wasn't above at least 4.5 stars, though I preferred 5 stars. One item I got that wasn't reviewed by anyone came in good condition also, so that was good.
All in all, quite happy with my online purchase from Forever21 of some tops.
Also, I'd like to add, I've read some people's comments about certain t-shirts where they rated them 1 star complaining the fit wasn't true to what it said. That is NOT an issue with either Forever21 or the clothes, it is an issue with YOUR reading skills. For many of the clothes people complain are to small, are due to them not properly washing the clothes. If a certain material is used in clothing that is not supposed to be placed in the dryer, don't go acting like it's the manufactures fault because the clothes shrunk by six sizes, you just didn't read the little tag that tells you not only what the t-shirt is made of but how to correctly wash it.

The WORST customer service EVER!
I ordered some items since June and received them, however the package was sent back. On June 28th I got an email ( about 1-2 hours before customer service closed) informing me to contact them by June 28th for several items in the package to be re shipped to me as they were marked as final sale items and therefore would not be refunded as per their policy. So I did call on the same day and was told that I would only get a partial refund on the non-final sale items as I now had to pay return shipping. On July 3 I called to inform that I got no shipping info. The agent then informed me that the account was not marked for dispatch and that he would do so now. Typically packages from F21 take about 1 week, weekend inclusive to come to me, so around July 12-15, I called back as I still had not received either shipping info or package. The agent then informed me that the account said the item was shipped but that the tracking info had not been updated. I informed the agent that even so, the package should have reached me. Over the next few months I kept calling back sporadically as I never got an email with tracking info and wanted either my items or a refund. Every agent promised to check on the tracking information, however my issue was never resolved. On Sept 14, I called and was informed by an agent that the package was still logged in at the warehouse and had not in fact been shipped despite being marked for shipment since July 3. I was told to give them 24-48 hours to investigate, dispatch the package and send an email with the shipping info. 5 days later, after no email, I called. And spoke with the worsttttt CR they employ. I explained, she checked, said it was dispatched since July 3. I told her what I was told last week, she said that was incorrect as the package was dispatched July 3 and she's confused as to how it never got to me but to give them 24-48 hours and they'd email or I could call back after they investigate so I could possibly get a refund. So I informed her, I was told the same thing last week and I gave them 5 days, so it couldn't be that every time I spoke to someone, I have to wait 48 hours to receive a response if any. I then indicated that I wanted to initiate the refund procedure now and not wait as I was already charged shipping ( by way of a partial refund) and 2 months later I have yet to receive any package. She then rudely informed me that we were running in circles as those were the options i had: wait for an email or call back. I informed her that we weren't running in circles and that it only seemed so because she wouldn't take the time to listen and understand my problem and to see that neither of her "options" solved my issue. She then said: well we have a no refund policy on final sale items. So I asked at what point in time does that become voided because I did everything I was supposed to do as a customer: I contacted them the same day I got the first email, I confirmed my address, I paid the reshipping fee and have been continually in contact to find out what is going on. She then informed me well at this point that is all she could do and acknowledged that the issue is their fault which still does nothing for me as the customer. I have had good purchases with them however, this one incident which has spanned months and their handling of it, definitely has me on the boycott F21 team now. Definitely taking my buying power elsewhere, as this is the most disgusting CS I have ever received.
Forever 21 wastes your time and your money
Around Christmas of last year I ordered during one of F21's bogo sales. I was sent an email saying you may receive your order in several orders. I was thinking to myself well that is just stupid but oh well. Needless to say I only got half my order. The bogo part was totally missing. I guess it really was buy one get one! That seriously annoyed me. I tried contacting them and then they made up some story about how some of the things I ordered weren't actually in stock. I failed to see how this was my problem. I asked them why they charged me for products they didn't intend on sending me and needless to say the responses were idiotic. Mam, there's really nothing we can do since we can't prove you did not get the items. Oh so now I'm a liar and a crook? Fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't let that stop me from purchasing some more things on president's day this year. I placed an order of 6 items. Two pairs or readers, two pairs of shoes and two necklaces. After waiting two weeks for a shipping confirmation and after emailing several times I still received nothing. So I called their customer service line. The girl on the phone was very friendly. I asked her what was going on. My order has been in "processing" for two weeks. I want to know if this is just an error in the system or what. She checked in the computer and confirmed that my order was still processing. She admitted that it wasn't OK for that to happen. She said that even with the companies full allotted time for me to receive an order I should have been getting it the next day. Well clearly that was happening. She asked me if I wanted to cancel my order and at that point I was so peeved that I considered it. She also told me that for some reason my order was already packed up together and ready to be shipped out but for some reason it just had not been. This does happen sometimes unfortunately although it is few and far in between she proclaimed. I was about to cancel my order. Then I thought about the fact that the flats I had ordered were all sold out online. I asked her how many of the things I purchased were now sold out. She said three of them. So I asked her how long it would take me to get my items? She told me she would contact the warehouse right away. She did and they shipped it out that night. Let me just tell you that I thought these items were coming from Los Angeles like my orders use to. This order came from Pennsylvania. I live in Ohio. So I waited over three weeks to get an order that could have came to me in the same week I purchased it. How ridiculous. That's not all though. When I finally did receive my package everything was literally just thrown in the box. My glasses were bent and out of their baggie. One of my necklaces chains was snapped in half and is now unwearable. This company is an utter joke. I can't return the necklace either because jewelry is final sale although it came to me broken. How is this the customers fault? This is no way to run a company and I am speaking as the owner of my own business. I am done with you Forever 21. You rip off so many people. You should be ashamed of yourselves! On a final note I feel that the company could have given me some sort of compensation for my order taking FOREVER to be received. If I had not contacted them God only knows how long I may have waited for that order or if it ever would have come at all. In fact all my items probably would have ended up selling out and they would have just sent me my money back whenever they figured out their mistake. I should have gotten a gift card or a code for some money off... something... but no, nothing. Maybe that's why they call themselves Forever 21 because it takes that long to get to you.

I was never crazy about Forever 21, but my teenaged daughter loves to shop there. I don't like or trust stores that have return policies that state: "We don't refund your money, but you can get store credit." In other words, "We don't care about you or your satisfaction as a customer. We just WANT YOUR MONEY!"
So hypocritical of them to put "John 3:16" on their bags, too. Whoever is running this company is a greedy, deceitful, mistrustful [censored]! But yet they believe in Jesus, go figure.
Anyway, about a week ago, my daughter and I were walking past Forever 21 in the Menlo Park mall in NJ; and they have this huge billboard out front in their entryway that has a colorful picture of assorted bikini tops & bottoms on it. The sign says, "$4.80 SWIM" on top of the billboard; assorted bikini tops & bottoms underneath; and below the pictures it says, "Mix & Match Swim Separates In All Your Favorite Colors." Then in the tiniest print possible, almost naked to the human eye, it reads, "Select Items Only." (I took a picture of the billboard.) In the picture, you can't even see the words: Select Items Only, because the words are THAT small.
To put a sign out THAT LARGE in front of your store is deceitful. The swimsuits were NOT $4.80. The part of the sign that said "select items only" must have been for items that did not exist in the store, and in that case, that sign should NOT have been displayed out front, because that is FALSE ADVERTISING.
All of the swimsuits in that particular store were in front of the check out registers in the middle of the store. They were all on display, mix & match tops & bottoms. There were no signs that stated those bathing suits were regular priced- or- on sale for the $4.80 that Forever 21 advertised so boldly out front. So my daughter picked out a top & bottom off of the racks, assuming they were all $4.80 as the sign alluded to out front.
We get to the register, and the cashier rang up the top for $12+, and the bottom for $14+. I put it on my credit card, because my daughter did not have enough money for the purchase. She assumed the swimwear would cost under $10 because of the deceitful sign in front of the store. After I paid the cashier, I asked my daughter how come it was so much money if mix & match swimwear was supposed to be $4.80 each piece. She told me she didn't know. We walked to the front of the store and read the sign again. (I took a picture of it with my iPhone, too.) We couldn't understand why the sign out front indicated bikini separates were $4.80 each, when inside the store they were NOT.
We went back to the registers, and the cashier who rung us up was already gone from her post. So I approached a different cashier, showed him our receipt and the swim suit pieces, and explained the sign out front to him. He said the swimsuit my daughter purchased was not a solid color but a print, and that is why it cost more money. He said the sign says it is for solid colors ONLY. I told him that was incorrect, and the picture on the sign HAS multi-colored and print bikini pieces. So now he had to make up a different lie, and this time he said that the bikinis that were on sale were in a different location in the front of the store, possibly on a table. My daughter and I looked at each other in disbelief, because we did not see any swim suits on a table- or otherwise on display- in the front of the store. ALL OF THE SWIM WEAR WAS IN THE CENTER OF THE STORE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE REGISTERS.
Just to see if he was correct, we walked to the front of the store; and like we previously noticed, there were NO swim suits on a table or otherwise displayed with a sale sign. We approached him again and told him about the incorrect information he was giving us. His last two retorts were, "The sign says in small print: Select Items Only. Obviously those were not select items. And even if they WERE, we can not credit you your money. You will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY."
So these hypocrites at Forever 21 mislead us into a purchase, and then had the "stones" to tell me that they could NOT refund MY credit card if they had inadvertently ripped me off.
I do not want their store credit. I don't want ANYTHING from that store ever again! I told my daughter if she wants to continue to shop there, she better have enough money for her purchases, because I vow to NEVER spend another dime in that rip-off of a store again, and I WON'T. I don't understand how if they made an error and over-charged me for their clothes, that they can't refund me for the overpayment. It is MY money, and as far as I am concerned? they STOLE it! I don't want their stinkin' store credit? I want MY MONEY BACK! They took more from me than they should have! And if they didn't, then they need to take down their bull---- signs that advertise items at a certain price and mislead the public into making purchases in their stores. I do not like Forever 21, and I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to shop there. I will never purchase a gift card for anyone to shop there, either. I guess they think they can't burn in Hell for their sins of greed because the owner and founder believes in Jesus. Hah!

Customer service
The cashier was blatantly rude about asking where I could find a shirt that was on a return rack and started getting annoyed and telling the customer I could wait and then tells the other two girls (this was a man I was speaking to) that I ask to show me where they are not to! Bizarre! The last few reviews are regarding the costumer service. He was tall and black but the other girl wouldn’t give me his name and was also rude. This needs to be addressed.

The customer in front of me are both blacks. These monkeys need to go back to Africa and Afghanistan. They probably live odd the government and collect welfare while ys whites work. I make more money. I spend more. I am more important as a customer than them. Check their pockets. They probably stole things. You know hoe these monkeys.
Also this incident made me so angry that I took my anger out on my grandmother. We got into an argument and I shoved her to the ground and pushed her. I punched her in the face. My dad encouraged her to press charges and I falsely accused him of messing with me. No one believes me since I lied about my dad before.
Dress
I purchased a dress on 8/29/2023 and returned it on 9/6/2023 because it was too small. The dress was received back to f21 on 9/12/2023 and an email was sent to me stating that it would take 7 business days before the refund would be issued, I’ve spoken with 3 reps and have been told 3 different answers. The last rep told me that she would send an email to the warehouse and it would take 48 hrs for a response, I just want my refund!

Poor quality. Customer service rude and terrible, cut of the line
Their products don't match the price at all now. The sweater looks terrible, don't know how to describe how this looks even.
They use the "final sale" trick (which is still about $20), and make it unrefundable.
Their customer service, after asking about order number and infos , asked me "Did you place the order?"
After that, wasted me tons of time asking about the issue and asks me to pay $5.99 for return label? And there continue another tons of question asking me to send more photos and wasting my time. Then that forever 21 agent cut off the line and refuse to solve the problem at all.
Will never purchase their products again.

I bought a shirt in forever 21 on Sunday and I wear it on Monday and then I put on the wash machine, because I read on the tag the instruction saying that I could put on the wash machine and on the dryer machine also, so I did it. Now my shirt is totally ruined.
I went back to the store and I told this to the cashier lady and she told me she couldn’t do nothing about it.

Me and my boyfriend went into this store to buy some shorts, everything was great for the most part everyone was really nice however when we were charged at the register the worker did a poor job of making everyone feel welcome and failed to greet me, instead she only greeted my boyfriend, while I was standing right next to him, she made me feel invisible and I don’t believe I’m asking for much but a simple hello would have been nice, which just goes to show the failed customer service.
Desired outcome: I would really appreciate it if In future situations all customers would be greeted and made feel welcome.
Shipping
I ordered two swimsuit coverups. Both were on sale. They shipped to my physical address via DHL. They were delivered to the US Post Office who returned them as there was no PO Box number. I thought DHL delivered to physical addresses.
I immediately contacted F21 via chat to see if once they reached the warehouse the address could have to PO Box added and resent to me at my expense. I was told no. An automatic refund would be issued.
The chat agent suggested that I contact the shipper and they could update the address and turn them around to me. That’s where I had my first feeling of irritation. How about YOU help ME, the customer.
I’m trying to contact the shipper (DHL) I learned that the tracking number was a USPS number. USPS couldn’t help me because they didn’t have piss soon of the item, DHL did.
I went online to reorder my items and they were no longer on sale. I reordered at full price. I asked for a price adjustment two different times due to the circumstances and was refused.
I’m not a young teen. I guess I’ll stick with stores that place customer service at the top of their mission statement.
I’m disappointed.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the difference between my original order and my replacement order of the exact same items.
Unprofessional, abusive, rude managers

if you like to know more why I quit and you interesting to know I prefer talk to you on the phone then what I experience at your store I will tell you a little bit I've been in the job 3 weeks the 3 weeks I work I was being picked on I have experience working in retail I have bad vibes every time this woman comes in and work and it sucks because I have to work with her she has treat me like I'm nothing she have humiliate me in front of the workers that are her friends and the walkie-talkie she has to say my name every 30 minutes why my name is not mention when customers purchase something I am a friendly in a good person I do my best to smile to everyone and welcome everybody do you have cams you can see how friendly I am and I carry myself very well in the job but this woman there's something's wrong with her. Every time I work with her she always pick on me she always behind me harassing me and I cannot work like that one time she make me fold all the clothes all the jeans because that's not the way you fold them but that's the way I was teach when I started a job so in her eye I did a bad job so I had to Fold them again next two days I went back to work the jeans they were back the same way I have fold them the first time I started at a job so I was kind of confused about the why she make me fold some jeans the way she wanted to and that was not the proper way so I let it be and in the walkie-talkie when you see happy customers you got to say it happy customer since I was doing it so much because I was keeping an eye on on the people who stealing she got mad and she came and tell me that I'm making the customers nervous obviously and Forever 21 there's a lot of merchandise missing a lot of people go in there and still a lot of merchandise and ran from the store and they don't do anything about it the alarm goes off in off all day and nothing do nothing about it so obviously this Tyra she don't like when we I say something about somebody stealing is because they is is a inside job in the store I don't know if you guys need to investigate that it she's good with you guys or she's rubbing you guys now she always have something to tell me I already told JC about it and obviously that woman have issues with herself or with me I don't know if she had treat other people the same way she had treat me but I'm not going to take it because I'm a good human being and I needed that job and I’m thank the manager store manager to give me the opportunity I had a good experience working at Forever 21 because it gives me the confidence there I be able to work anywhere else not just Forever 21 so I quit I left Forever 21 because you have a manager there that she thinks she's better and she harassed the new people she can humiliate you and mistreat you and do what she wants with other workers it was a horrible vibe that I experienced Monday February 21 it was a horrible day for me because she was on top of me all day and I was so busy I had four units that I have to pick up clothes out of the floor hang them putting nice and neat I was doing my job and this woman was harassing me why my name is not in there I didn't know it what is the mean but I asked Michelle and Michelle said that is because when people purchase and they asked them who helped you they say that people's name so my name was not it all in there obviously me and the store manager we open the store 11 it was just me and her two more employers I have four units did I had to take care of until more people employers came in so I was busy I was smiling but nobody asked me for help I ask people if any help that didn’t need my help so why I'm going to say my name out there when nobody asked me for help so I don't know what do you guys think about this but you need to check that out George manager is a good friend of her and maybe that's why she thinks she's awesome and she think she owns forever 21 she can fire anybody she wants no she dint fire me I quit I deserve better and there’s a girl from Guatemala she had told me that when she first started there there she was harassing her too but it went away to say after months being in the job Tyra was much nicer but in the beginning she was very mean person and she cries every time she used to go home

Forever 21 Malaysia cancelled my order and NO refund
Order 1276 was confirmed and then the company canceled my ordered without giving a valid reason. I was informed by email that they will process my refund. It has been a week and no money was credited back to my bank account. Emailed them to remind them of my promised refunds. Text them on FB messenger and also their useless live chat. No contact number was given for customer service. They have yet to refund me. IT IS THE MOST DISAPPOINTING ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT ON BUYING ONLINE. LOUSY EXPERIENCE.

Forever21 is full of crap! I sent a package back on 9//6/2023, it was received back to the on 9/12/2023. I spoke with 3 different reps and have been given the run around about my refund, the lady rep told me she would send a email to the warehouse regarding my refund. I know all too well about this tactic because I work in customer service and that’s a way to get a customer off the phone! Refund me my money, that’s it and that’s all!
security tag
i went to the store to buy some jeans and they didn't even remove the security tag. i don't have time this week to go back and get it removed or the means to remove it myself; i can't drive myself and my parents are currently out of town, meaning i'm stuck at home with no way to get it off. this is a very irritating hassle for me, there should be a procedure for employees to remove the tags!

seems they forgot to do that. i would suggest going to the lockpickinglawyer [may have the spelling wrong] on Youtube and review his videos. he is great in legal explanations on how to protect yourself from criminals via testing locks [and i think he had a security tag once].
NOTE: I am not advocating, if it is not legally purchased, crime to get around paying for things. [not that you did that, just covering my butt].
Never received my package and refuse to give me a refund.
I ordered item for my daughters birthday on 10/3 from Forever 21 and I never received my package which push back date for deliver was 10/9 on my daughter birthday. I contact Forever 21 customer service line and FedEx to advise them that I did not receive my package. FedEx driver lied and stated it was deliver which is was not because we have a Luxor box were our packages go into like it always do from FedEx but it was not placed in the Luxor box. I have put in 2 compliant with both FedEx and Forever 21 and they just are going by this drivers word. I paid $334 plus change for my package. I received another package from Forever 21 that was delivered by UPS (no issues there). I just want my items resent or my money back on my card. I am now having to dispute the charge through the Forever 21 credit card and have to wait to 90 days to hear back. I been waiting over 45 day to hear [censored]. I have never had to go through anything like this with any other company and still try to support the business, but I am thinking about closing my account.

I went to the Forever 21 in Aventura, FL on Sunday June 13 with a friend, not only did the employees not remove a sensor on one of my friends' purchase, but one of the hats I purchased was torn on the seam. I went back to a different Forever 21 to exchange the hat yesterday with my receipt as well as made more purchases. Today when I go to show my fiancé a purchase, I realize that a sensor was left on that piece of clothing, and this time I already threw out the receipt. This is ridiculous and highly inconvenient. I WILL be going back to the store to have it removed and they can check their cameras to prove I purchased the item.

I want to start by saying your customer service is extremely RUDE and very UNHELPFUL. You all recently lost my package (you claimed you shipped it but I have contacted the shipping company multiple times now and they do NOT have the package). Your customer service REFUSES to be of any help. The shipping company asked me to have the vendor reach out to them but you all REFUSE to do so. You are RUDE to me every time I try to contact you and you even told me you cannot resend my items at the same cost I paid, if I want them I have to pay higher costs now. What?
