service I am complaining about not being attendant as a customer
I went to Vaal mall Foschini shop on Friday on the 17th of November 2017 and I requested the forms to apply for lay bye and the lady by the name of Charmaine Kruger to fill the forms and I submitted to one of the cashier and she told me that I will get the sms after 3hours till now I haven't got any response. therefore I decided to call them today on they 22nd of November 2017 and when researching they don't find anything which I believe that we haven't taken serious and your staff doesn't do they work as supposed can you pleas assist with the improvement of services and customer respect I guess I was not gonna buy but the fact that I will live my money that regards me as a customer.

Foschini in the groblersdal mall is by far the worst when it comes to customer service. The manager tryphosa should be leading by example but she is the worst of the bunch. They don't greet customers, they gossip about customers and they even refuse to give customers products with the price displayed if it went up. They guilt trip you into believing that the owner of the department will he fired if they authorize a price change. Im aphauled

On Entering the Foschini store (28/10/2017--4:30pm) in the Boardwalk Richards bay my wife proceeded to the counter to make payment on her account. She went to the cosmetic section but decided it would be quicker going to the clothing side. She stood in the que and waited for assistance. There were 5 staff members behind the counter and 2 on the opposite side. The staff members were dancing and joking around oblivious that there was a customer to serve. My wife got frustrated and decided she would rather try the cosmetic department again. They were still busy. I then asked the employees if anyone could please assist my wife. One staff member said she would help only to ignore my wife and proceed to have a good old conversation with each other and dancing to the loud music which was been played in the store. After me yelling "can we get get some service please" only then 1 cashier called my wife to make the payment. We went to various stores on that day and the service in all the other stores were good but Foschini's service was terrible to say the least. I then asked one of the staff if I could speak to the manager and was told that the manager was off for the weekend.

I went to Foschini at Centurion mall on Saturday, 2 Sep 17, and was looking to buy 2 pairs of shoes, but they had neither of the pairs in a size 7.
I called the Manager, Daina, and asked that they check on the system at which store they might have the shoes in a size 7.
The told be that the black pair of shoes is at the Soshungove store, but that she stays close their and will fetch the pair for me on her way to work, and will bring it to the Centurion store and will notify me to come and collect.
This was supposed to happen on Wednesday, 6 Sep 17.
Today, 8 Sep 17, I had to phone the store, to find out if I can collect the shoes. The person I spoke to told me that the one pair of shoes is at the store (brown) and I can collect, but the black pair, that the Manager was supposed to pick-up and bring to the store, was not their because when she got to the Soshanguve branch the shoes were sold.
Why did she not do her job and phone the branch and told them to keep the pair of shoes separate because she will be collecting if for a customer!
I am furious to say the least...!
I want this shoes!1 and it better be at the store on Saturday, 09 Sep 17 for me to collect as was PROMISED TO ME!
It's not my problem if the store Manager is completely USELESS.

My account was in arrears according to TFG?
My payment of 850.00 = 2 months payment for March and April, plus
my May payment of 500.00 lay in suspense due to an typing error on my side. When I received a call I advised TFG and sent proof of payments on
numerous occasions, the payments took 4 months to allocate to my account after numerous arguments etc. I was advised charges will be reversed. Total of 881.07 for petty charges, which were even charged
after the payments were allocated.
On a balance starting at 5046.28 and payment of 3250.00 and 1 purchase
of 539.00 I am still sitting with a balance of 3000.05.
I am actually mentioning to all friends and family to watch Foschini
accounts, if you have to have them "BE CAREFUL"
If all clients get charged at this rate you make a furtune.

my name is sibongile card number [protected], i bought 2 pairs of pantihose on the 21st of may at foschini silverton at 16:20.one pair cost R89.00 and on the 3rd of june i went to a funeral in joburg i took a pair still in its original package and in the morning when i was preparing myself when i pulled up my pantihose i realised that they are torn and i did not have achoise but to wear them .The following week from the 5th of june i was attending a course in midrand so when i get to silverton it would after 5 and the shop is closed .I amange to go yesterday but they could not help me they told me i took a long time to report. As much as i know that products like this you dont return but i think there should be exceptional cases for factory faults because i feel that i was not treated fair R90 is a lot of money i would undersand if i took a small size but then i took a large i can fit a pair of jeggings underneath.

I had made lay bys at Foschini and paid all of them and i was told I am in credit with R300 when I went to Springs The avenues Foschini kids, I couldn't understand why I was told they would not credit the amount
because I didn't understand what the staff member was saying I asked if I could speak to someone else as she was loud I retaliated this happened at about 12h00 on the 02/04/2017.
She told me to use my cell phone to call client service and that she is not allowed to make any calls to client service, she told me she will call security for me to be escorted out of the store, she raised her voice at me causing a seen.
she refused to hear me out and acknowledge my concerns.
her language and manner of approach was uncalled for, I have been a loyal client at Foschini for years but to be treated in such an ill manner is really damaging to the Foschini image, such people should not be servicing clients at all.she gave clients's information to a third party, that is a risk to the company
I am one unhappy and disappointed client, she doesn't know how to be professional and has a bad attitude towards clients, she does not deserve to work for such a respected company like TFG. As far as i know she was supposed to listen and explain in a proper manner instead of shouting like a lunatic in such a big and well respected company.
She needs to go for client service classes and learn to treat clients how they deserve to be treated, i demand an apology from this rude staff member.

Im very disgusted with the poor service at the promenade mall branch, not to mention the rude and unfriendly staff who works there. The lady who supposed to assist with the shoes was very moody and didnt look like she looked like she wanted to assist me even the other lady who works there was just as rude pulled her face when i asked for help. How can you work at a store with such a terrible attitude. Makes a person not want to shop there

On the 22nd december I purchase above mentioned item at your foschini goldfields mall welkom c/n buiten and state way boulevard street. I find out that the perfume I bought was the last on stock and I was told that there were no taster available which was not a problem for me, l purchase it anyway with markdown price a bargain I thought that time,
But after two days using it I was really not satisfied about it's smell at all, which was very very weak and not lasting the way it used to because it is not the first time I bought the perfume as I always use dunhille blue and red with satisfactions outcomes.
I was accompanied by my wife when I laid complaint at about mentioned store but we taken from pillar to post and told by the manager that it is factory fault and they have nothing to do and they can't help me. Please help me because you are my last hope. I always buy my perfume at foschini it my first experience. Thanks

I received a handbag as a gift from my friend and she also gave me a slip so that I can change the handbag if I don't like it. I went to Foschini KwaMnyandu and I must say that staff have bad attitude. I gave them the handbag and asked to exchange it for another handbag and the cashier rudely said we do not exchange handbags for hygiene reasons and they told me to go to the foschini where the handbag was bought from and ask them to assist me. I also did not have a packet and one of the staff advised the other staff not to give me one. Same time I than went to Foschini in Galleria and one of the ladies gladly assisted me with exchanging the handbag. Please do something about that foschini KwaMnyandu staff, it does not look like they were trained to do their job or should I say they don't see the point in providing good customer service.

Good day my name is MM Nakane. Cell no ************405. I called on Thursday the 28 November after realizing that my sim was blocked, one of the consultant told me that my sim was blocked due to the cancellation of the contract however my sim will be active after 24-48 working hours then I called again after 48 hours then they told me that the request was sent out and they did not get any respond as yet i gave them my alternate number which is my partner number*********425 and they never call.
I did call them again on Thursday or Friday I just can’t remember the date every time I call I get different story like check after 24 – 48 hours without even resolving my issue every time I call is different story till I decided to give them number**********875 I called again on the 5 December now they told me that the issue is now with their technicians and it might take 5-7 days to resolve it. Since I have realized that my issue can’t be resolved I have requested one of the consultant to put me through to the team leader hoping that he will come up with the solutions to this but unfortunately I was wrong he was so full of bad attitude talking too much trying to be sarcastic at the same time then my line cut off and he called again still with attitude and this time I couldn’t handle myself but hang up as i was fed-up. As I couldn’t understand why does this have to take that long?
It is now close to two weeks without having access to my sim and it is inconveniencing as there are debit order going thru that sim I can’t make out calls to tell the honest truth i regret why i had a contract with them! I’m not satisfied with their service is very poor!

I opened an account online and was approved received an sms saying I was approved and I need to go to nearest branch. Vangate Mall was nearest but it was my choice to travel to the Cape town branch. Arrived there 2 Tellers one tellers name was Lameez, I was called and I advised the Lady im coming to collect my card... And she sighs... I was so put off. I continued with the dreadful process... The agent that assist me on the line was amazing im ever sorry I forgot her name, nevertheless as im leaving asked 2 staf members about the rewards and they said its loaded on my card... R3800 later I never received a single reward... This is depressing becoz I opened the account because of the rewards. I callrd Head office today they were unable to assist. Feel like just returning everything. Im truely disappointed.

I applied for Charles and Keith account online. Received an SMS that my application has been approved and needed to go to nearest store to collect card.
On 26th June 2016 I decided to collect the card. New accounts department was contacted and I couldn't be issued with the card due to some misunderstanding in my application.
I dealt with a very impatient and arrogant consultant who at all costs protected the company and refused to acknowledge what I tried to communicate to her.
What made it worse was when I asked for her name, she said its not important and said I can do whatever I want with regards to the application.
Is this how potential clients are treated?
I still to know who she is(her name) and what action will be taken to correct such behavior. acknowledgeable

Foschini started sending me sms's to remind me of my late payments for which there's an sms charge on my account. I wrote to their customer services to request that my number be removed for these purposes. I get a statement and I don't need any more reminders or marketing info. I got a reply as follows: "Kindly note, that we have amended our marketing permissions on your account, which will prevent that you receive any sms, e-mail, campaigns and 3rd party telemarketing promotions." About 2 weeks after this I got another reminder from them re. account payments. When I got my latest statement I saw that yet another sms fee was charged to my account. In the light of my previous request and the answer provided, please remove this charge from my account; remove my number from your system; otherwise I'm closing my account.
poor service and bad attitude of cashier
I was at the foschini branch in dbn west street. I bought an item at your branch when it got to the till it was scanning at a higher price. The cashier told me it was R260 instead of R210. I than asked her how much I was going to pay so she said "I'm just telling you don't start with your nonsense" as she walked away from the desk. I than brought the matter to the store manger's attention and she failed to assist me as Shanie, the cashier continued to insult me in the presence of her superior. The manger's was more concerned that I had been charged the correct price of which that wasn't my issue. I paid the price i saw but my issue is that I was told by a cashier that I must not start with my nonsense. The store manager made it seem as though the attitude of her staff member is correct because I walked out dissatisfied and unhappy. I'm highly upset and I want to know how is that store going to rectify what that girl did to me. I have never been so humiliated and I regret being a foschini group account holder if this is the kind of service they offer.
struggling to retrieve puk number
my mobile has been blocked for the past 5 days. monday 9am i called the foschini 121 custormer care line. consultant took my details and told me she will get back to me with my puk number. 1 hour later i call back spoke to another consultant who then informed me that it takes about 2-48 hours for them to retrieve my puk. it is now way over 48hours that i have been waiting for you to get back to me whats is so difficult about it? i have called, sent emails contacted you on facebook and you said someone will get back to me . here i am still waiting. where is the service that you people are getting paid for? has retrieving pins become rocket science now? do you need mark shuttleworth to come help you do your jobs? I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE I AM GETTING FROM YOU INFACT ITS INFURIATING SLOPPY AND UNBAREABLE
child shoes - supposingly leather shoes - poor service
On the 23 Dec 15, I bought my son a pair of shoes that were said to be leather on the upper from Foschini kids store. In less that a month with the shoes not being worn everyday - the nose of the shoes piled off like it's a PU quality.
Now I went to Foschini Parow Mall to return the shoes, the Store Manager didn't want to accept the shoes, she didn't even bother to come to me and speak to me as a client. I had to ask the sale assistant to show me who and where she was. Only after I didn't want to take the shoes that she agreed to take them so they could be evaluated for quality default.
This was the worst service ever, I never want to buy anything from TFG as this hasn't been the 1st bad service I've received.
In the end she took the shoes with my details and said she was going to phone me on Wednesday with feedback. If on Wednesday this is not resolved I will take the issue further. I'm not taking those shoes back.

I was in Foschini's Weskus mall on Friday 5/12/15, wanting to purchase on my partner's account, with his permission. I was told he had to be in the shop with me, I explained that he's a pharmacist at Clicks and was unable to leave his post. They would not accept a letter or his ID book as identification, which I understood. I asked what time they would be open on the Saturday, I was told 8.30am. I then agreed to come in with him at 8.30 as he starts at 9. I was then told by another shop assisted that I must be silly to expect ANYONE to help me at 8.30, as they will only open at 9! I then asked why I was told 8.30 then? I understand and respect the rules, but I feel the attitude was totally out of line, and the did absolutely NOTHING to accommodate me. I am absolutely annoyed, went to Foschini Jabulane – Soweto branch cosmetic counter to I seek advice on the kind of make up my skin would need. Firstly when I got there one of the staff members totally ignored me standing there (she’s tall big boned and light skinned). 10 minutes later one of the staff came to and asked what I needed, as we were talking the manager came to rudely ask the consultant who I was and what I wanted. When I asked who the lady was she told me she was the store manager. Was very disappointed with he rmanner of approach and lack of respect.
