I have traveled extensively all over the the world in the last 37 years, and my experience at the Four Points Sheraton at the Cleveland airport was the worst nightmare I have ever experienced. - booking date 10/08/2023 The highly advertised restaurant was closed. (Neon sign was blazing.) Breakfast availability was non-existent. Bar was closed. The ice machines on all floors did not work One of the elevators did not work. The carpets were nasty throughout the halls and rooms. Our tub was filthy, and one of the lights in the bathroom did not work. The towels stacked in the bathroom were soaking wet. The staff did not seem to realize the awful level of accommodations. The saddest part was that my wife and I were on our way to Michigan to visit her aging father, and we had invited my parents and one of their friends along with us. (three rooms total) We we so embarrassed about the awful accommodations for these three 80 year old people. My father is a 100% disabled American veteran. It was an awful beginning to what was supposed to be a lovely fall trip north. Michael T. Parker
Desired outcome: Please refund all three rooms or issue points for stays at better Sheraton properties.
