FlightHub and the cancelation policy
Had to cancel a booking with Flighthub. About an hour after booking, I used the tab labelled 'cancel this booking'.
I went through the whole process, and it said it was cancelled. Apparently, it was not cancelled. According to FlightHub, the 'cancel this booking' tab does not actually cancel the booking. You have to type in the booking number.
This is not posted anywhere on their site. They will not cancel the flight or issue a refund because they say it is past the 24-hour refund period.
This is a deceptive practice, and the Attorney General of Michigan has started a file on Flighthub. Contact them with your experiences (high fees, cancellation issues, hidden fees, etc.) Also report similar issues regarding FlightHub to the Travel Industry Council of Ontario.

Last minute planning
I decided to take a trip almost halfway across the country in just under 4 weeks. I knew my cost for airfare would be higher than if I had made my plans earlier but Flighthub was able to get me a reasonable rate. More importantly, it allowed me to choose flights which maximized my vacation time, something I couldn't do on other sites. The site was easy to use and I also appreciated the opportunity to purchase inexpensive travel insurance. Thanks, Flighthub!
My trip to France
Flight prices were extremely favourable in comparison to other sites.
I liked the fact that there were many dates, times and options available to choose from and all at convenient locations.
Once the details were decided upon, booking the trip was quick and easy.
No hidden fees or surprises at checkout and in my opinion, one of the better sites out there.
Overall, a pleasant booking experience, very affordable pricing and I will be using flighthub again in the future.

Last-minute Emergency Flight
Unfortunately we received the news that my sister had to undergo a gastric bypass. She had been reporting on the phone about how it would help her if some of her family was there during the operation. Overall it was a rather stressful week, and we needed a simple but effective booking for the last minute. We don't normally travel but had heard about FlightHub, and they were able to give us the rates you'd get at any given time, not just for special occasion. Overall, they made our lives much easier throughout.

You could consider an option near a final screen saying, " would you like to email your itinerary?" I think I've seen that before (elsewhere) and it is helpful. I needed to give our details to my friend, whom I booked her ticket for her as well. Obviously, I found a very easy way around this. I'm just giving quality improvement feedback because you seem to care-which is awesome!

I have purchased tickets from Dallas Texas to Odessa Ukraine 4 times in 16 months and have used Flight Hub on 3 of them and always found them to be the best deal. I go through Kayak.com to do my search and it always shows me the best deals from all the leading websites. The one time that I went through another agency was due to the timeframe I needed to navigate with, but their prices are always the best. I would recommend that you look at their prices first before you go elsewhere, you will be glad that you did.
Flighthub finds the best price
I like the fact that FlightHub searches multiple flight schedules and consolidates them into a manageable summary. I even tells you if there's some urgency because it tells you how many tickets are left at that price. I booked a flight and to my disappointment it told me that price was no longer available. I guess I hesitated as I want to discuss with my wife, but I ran the query again and the old price was again offered to me, maybe because someone else hesitated? Anyway, was pleasantly surprised that it book me at the price original displayed. Thank you

If i could give this guy a massive tip I would. I use Flighthub often and never had problems until this week with a flight FijiAirways was sharing with A/C. The flight in January changed so often i needed to change the flightH Hitham literally was dealing with my situation for over 6 hours. He remained PATIENT, FRIENDLY, CALM, CONSISTENT and EFFECTIVE the entire time. He was excellent and I recommend him highly for anyone dealing with flight problems, or for other businesses who need a dedicated performing employee who goes above and beyond his duties.
Fiji Airways in the end was able to change my flight as the problem was with A/C.

Ok, I told [protected]@ FlightHub if my refund came in today like they promised... I'd leave 2 good reviews, if not- I'd leave 10 bad ones. ( the process took 11 days) So here we are. I am Very glad I bought the cancellation insurance. Hurricane Fiona & Ian sideswiped my travel plans. I am truly grateful to be safe & am sorry for what has happened to those affected by the storms. I am still waiting for them to resolve an issue. My sister had a booking for a trip in April of 2020. Due to COVID-19, she wants to change the destination from one place to another. Dealing with justfly.com and the carrier has been extremely difficult. I have spent hours trying to get a resolution, but all I have gotten is a runaround.
HORRIBLE! Booked flights twice and both times they called within a few hours and said "OH, sorry that's not the price, its higher than that. You can book with us for XX amount", which was about $80.00 more expensive! This is NOT the site to use to book anything, especially if they do not honor a published fare...TWICE!

If your are planning booking a flight with JustFly, I strongly recomment that you look somewhere else. I purchased a Roaming Data plan with them: bad idea. It their Web Page they advertised that my Smartphone is compatible with the plan, but it is not. After more than 90 minutes in two different conversations with Customer Service agents trying to get a refund, their answer repeatedly was "sorry Sr. we can't refund you due to Co. policy, the data plan is from a third party", as if I care who do they do business with! In my view, if a company sells a service with misleading information and you can't use the service, they should make a refund, but these guys don't. When after 90 min. going no where I asked, what help can you offer me to be able to use this service, the answer was "call the provider and ask for help or get a refund from them... What a non-sense, I am doing business with JustFly, not with their business partners. To add insult to injury, they advertise themselves as a cheap airline, but at the end, you end up paying more than booking with a regular airline. They charge for everything, including seats and even carry-on. Wow... this is the last time I will make business with them!
Rebooked a flight using travel credits from a cancelled Covid flight. They charged me quadruple the amount in taxes and fees ($400) compared to the ***’s site ($100) on top of the $125 modification fee for rebooking. After calling and requesting an invoice of my bill, they said they couldn’t provide the documentation because they didn’t have it in their system and that there was no way they could provide an invoice. So what is in the taxes and fees that made me pay an extra $300 when there was no rebooking fee on the ***’s end? After all the hidden fees, it would’ve been cheaper for me to book a nonstop flight WITHOUT using my travel credits. With the lack of documentation, lack of transparency, and 2 hr wait times for customer support, I’m never using Justfly again.

I tried to call the provided phone call for customer services several times but it was a recorded voice message saying that due to number of calls they cannot connect me to agent sooner than 72 hours prior to my flight. and when I was choosing change bouton on my manage booking flight it was not giving me an option to change. so I had to cancel my flight and book another one for two months earlier departure and same return however I was charged 200$ from flight hub on top of the agency fees (200$ deduction) which I believe is not fair since the website was not giving me the change option and also I was not able to talk to an agent that day and it was just connecting me to voice recording. I have fond memories of JustFly from years ago when they were great. I have been using their services since 2016 and used to enjoy exploring their flight rates. However, after my recent experience, I have decided to never use them again. I had booked a flight from Houston to DC and was shocked to find out that they had scheduled me for a return flight with an 11-hour layover. Unfortunately, I had to postpone the entire trip due to my mother needing surgery. When I contacted JustFly to make adjustments, they assisted me with the AA flight but directed me to Frontier to handle the return flight myself. Dealing with Frontier was a nightmare! I ended up paying a significant amount in adjustments and service fees, on top of the baggage and assigned seat fees. It was a complete joke! I understand that the airlines have had a difficult year, but as consumers, we have also faced challenges. This doesn't justify being taken advantage of when it comes to changes. If I had booked directly with the airlines, I wouldn't have encountered this issue. It was my mistake, but I will never book through JustFly again.

I don't know how I ended up on the Justfly website. I thought I was purchasing my flight ticket from another website, but it happened. I bought my ticket on June 20, 2021, for a flight to London on October 21, 2021. During that time, the other website changed the flight, and eventually, the airline canceled it. According to the information I received, I should be entitled to a full refund. My friends who booked directly through the other website received their refunds within two weeks. I have called the other website several times, but they keep telling me to deal directly with Justfly. They don't provide any information. I tried calling Justfly, but I waited on hold for over an hour and the call got disconnected. I couldn't connect with anyone to talk. I have also emailed them multiple times, but all I received were case numbers, with them saying that I need to wait to hear from the airline. I feel like I will never get my money back. This website should be taken down. Since this incident, I have read many negative comments about this company. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. I feel sorry for others. I could have used my money to help others or for personal needs. I feel robbed, violated, and simply ignored as if I'm not important.

December 16th, I booked a flight ($158) for March 2nd and 8 days later I receive an email saying the itinerary had been changed and I owed twice the agreed upon price ($170 more). I requested a full refund and Justfly said they would have a supervisor call me but I never received a call. I requested a chargeback from Discover since this was not the agreed upon deal and I am being told that the $158 is nonrefundable. (Feb. 26th) I called Justfly again and they say they are trying to get the money back from the airline (Frontier), but it could take months. I called to verify that I had purchased a seat because it wasn't on my receipt. They told me I hadn't actually purchased a seat. And maybe that wasn't reflected on my receipt but the booking was so hard to read. I couldn't tell if I had booked through the airline's site or justfly.com. In the same call (less than an hour after I booked it), I asked them to cancel the flight. According to the website if it's within 24 hours, you can cancel for free but only by calling. Customer service told me that they couldn't guarantee that I wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee by the airline. They would have to talk to them first. Justfly.com is not worth the hassle.
I booked a flight to Toronto before covid through flighthub and when flights were shut down i was given flight credit. I was now trying to use my credit, and they gave me issues and blamed everything on the airline we were supposed to travel with, saying it is their policy. They said I couldn’t travel past a April 29 2023 because the airline wouldn’t allow me, but I spoke to the to airline about said policy right afterwards and they told me that as long as I book my trip before that certain date they would allow me to travel; additionally I wanted to travel to New York instead of Toronto. When I mentioned that to flighthub they refused saying the airline wouldn’t allow it; when I spoke to the airline they said that as long as there was a flight offered through their airline to New York I could book using my credit. Every time flighthub would give me an issue and blame it on the airlines policy, the airline would tell me there was no such policy on their end. This went on for about 3-4 days, where I was calling them every waking moment that I wasn’t at school or at work; spending at least 4-5 hours on the phone with them daily. When I would ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager I was refused by the agents the first few days because the supervisor would “say the same thing and there is no point”. When I finally got to speak to the supervisor on the 5th day he submitted a request towards the airline which was approved but then when I went to book my ticket they were up selling it to me for $1200 per person when I can see the exact same ticket on their website is only $472. Their customer service is ridiculous and there is no email on their website (at least not one that on their customer support or contact page) for me to contact them at. Trying to talk to a supervisor is incredibly difficult because at first the agents won’t allow you and then once they finally allow you to submit a request it takes 72 hours for them to reach back.

Terrible experience. I booked a flight on behalf of my daughter and all of a sudden I got a message that my booking didn’t go through. I called immediately after, and spoke to an agent. The agent advised me the reservation I made had been canceled and advised me to book another flight as well as ensuring me a refund of my money from this “cancelled flight”. Keep in mind, I had even received a cancellation email from flight-hub as well shortly after the call. After waiting a few days, they have refused to refund me my money even though I called within the 24 hour limit and spoke to the agent who told me the flight had been canceled and that I would receive a refund. How could that be? Ever since, I have been trying to contact flight-hub’s agents to demand my refund. I’ve been given the wrong information, been misled, lied to, and speaking to unprofessional agents swindling me from one agent to another. I have a pending refund, but it has been over 24 hours and still no update and I still have not received my money back.
When I was booking a ticket on flighthub, on the last page they deducted the grand total on my debit card, with a message that the flight I was booking was no longer available, and they promised a refund. But, It has been over 24 hours with no update or refund from flighthub, I have tried contacting their customer support and yet there was still no response.
Claimed loss: $380.92
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response along with a full refund.

FlightHub sure knows how to keep you on the edge of your seat — too bad it’s not on the flight you booked. Taking your money and then ghosting you on the refund isn’t a good look. If they don't speed up that refund, they might find themselves with more unhappy customers than available flights! Keep pressing them until they deliver on their promise.

On the 27/07 Flighthub took authorized $150 for admin fees, and Qatar airways took an authorized $414 for flight change. I hadn't been feeling well and received pain pills from my doctor which were handling the pain well. Then discovered it was Rheumatoid Arthritis but I felt

I set up a FlightHub account to book a trip on 18 August 2023 with my email address as my username.
Since then, I have been unable to log in to my account because I forgot my password. All attempts to reset my password have been unsuccessful because the reset password emails from FlightHub never arrived in the inbox of, despite many attempts on several days.
I chatted with one of FlightHub's representatives and discovered that someone else's email address had been assigned to my account and all messages meant for me were being sent to that email address, thus compromising my account and rendering me unable to manage my account.
I have been unable to get through to their IT department to reset my account.
Desired outcome: Reset my account with my email address as my username so I can receive my password reset emails to enable me to manage my account.

State of emergency due to wildfires declared for the destination of my flight, Kelowna BC.Booking flying from YYC to Kelowna August 20 to return August 26. Flight confirmation number [protected]. Airlines willing to refund my flight, but since Flighthub booked it, they can't refund my credit card which was not used. Flight hub refused to refund my flights although I have contacted them several times in connection with this issue.

JustFly Customer service and Website
I recently purchased tickets from Barcelona to San Francisco for the Vueling flight through your website. At the time of purchase, the seats were not assigned. I followed the link on your website to the Vueling website, as instructed, to assign seats; however, Vueling could not find my booking.
I went back to your website and spent almost an hour waiting for customer service, then another hour chatting with them, but they did not help. They told me they would get back to me within 48 hours, but nobody contacted me. A few weeks later, I had another chat with customer service, and again, they could not help and promised to contact me back within 48 hours. I never received any contact back.
I eventually figured it out myself, and now I know that the information on your website is completely wrong. It sends you to the wrong place. This caused me horrible frustration and anxiety.
Desired outcome: an explanation of why the website was wrong and why customer service never got back to me. I feel that I need some compensation for the time and frustration I experienced.
Very POOR Customer service - and unauthorized charges.
I have been fighting with FlightHub for six weeks to try and get them to sort out a billing dispute the Air Canada - A/C added $600.00 to my visa card charges and then suspended my tickets when I complained. They said that since Flight Hub had booked it for me that I would have to deal with them (not A/C) in order to get it sorted. Customer Service has been TERRIBLE at both companies.
I have sat on "hold" waiting for the chat bot to transfer me to a real person, only to eventually be told that "they would look into it" but then do nothing.
ANY TRAVEL AGENT WOULD BE PREFERRED - EVEN IF IT COSTS YOU AN EXTRA $35.00 FOR FEES.

Hi this is naveed and I wanted to book a flight from Vancouver to Winnipeg and I made mistake while submitting ticket, and submitted from Winnipeg to Vancouver back (as I just arrived from Winnipeg to Vancouver). I will never Look again with flghthub again. I booked for 5 people to travel to Florida and one of my son left early because of his exams, I tried to get hold of customer service agent but wasn't able to I wait. I waited for hours to chat with them. Because they're not available over the phone I even left my phone number to call me but never received any call.
When you try to book a flight You can always get hold of him easily. That's when you want to cancel no one will help you, because It's very hard to get hold of customer service agent online because they're not Available on the phone, you can only chat with them. I waited for hours and hours. Then I asked my phone numbers to call me back. But nobody called me.
Website error as well as incorrect information given by customer service

I have spent over 3 hours on July 20th, 2023, dealing with the Flighthub website and online with their associates. I am beyond frustrated! Here’s what happened:
I found a flight from Bilbao to Porto for my wife and me, entered our info and attempted to purchase our tickets. I received a message to wait while dots moved across the screen, then I was told that there was an issue with the transaction and it couldn’t go through. I was told to refresh and try again. I did that and in the meantime, I received an email from Volotea with boarding passes.
I was confused so I called Flighthub. The lady who answered said sometimes they don’t go through and that’s what happened. We then got caught off.
I called back again and spoke to a gentleman this time. He verified that the ticket purchase did not go through and I wouldn’t be charged on my Capital One card. He then went on to tell me that he could help me with the tickets. He told me a price of $122, which I thought was for both, which was for one. I didn’t realize the price difference until after giving him all the info. At that time, I declined his offer because I didn’t want to pay $100 more than I originally saw online. I told him I was going to shop around.
I found tickets on Expedia soon after and purchased them.
Next, I received an email from Flighthub, approximately one hour after first attempting to purchase tickets, saying the original purchase went through. I did not confirm this purchase because their website wouldn’t allow me to. I was also told by their customer service people that the purchase did not go through.
The last person I spoke to put me through to a supervisor who proceeded to tell me that the tickets couldn't be refunded because they had been purchased. I repeated the story to him indicating that I never was able to confirm my purchase because the website wouldn't allow me to and therefore never purchased the tickets. I was also told by multiple employees of Flighthub that the ticket purchase did not go through.
This seems like a no-brainer case to me. Flighthub and its website were at fault and I deserve my money back, 100%! I have now spent over 3 hours on an issue created by them. I would like this resolved immediately with a refund. If the charge does go through, I will be reporting a problem with it through Capital One. I also will be contacting the better business bureau.
I am hoping for an email back confirming that I will not be charged for the tickets I did not purchase.
