Four Winds Casino Resort Players lounge food

Being a copper member allows me to eat at the players lounge. Visiting quite often (Fridays and sunday) I've mentioned before how the food was not the best. I was told employees are NOT allowed to taste the food. Someone needs to do that. Most good restaurants the chef ALWAYS tastes. The food has gotten worse and worse over the last months. Chicken dry, meat tuff, mashed potatoes salty. Fish over fried. Biscuits and sausage gravy awful. Please get someone to start tasting .

Four Winds Casino Resort Online slingo games

So I used to enjoy online gambling until I noticed I was losing more and more often sometimes over $1000 in one day. I started paying attention specifically to the Slingo Games that I was playing, and I noticed that in many of the spans ball numbers were repeated more than three even four or five times in a single game. A bingo number would never be called more than one time in a single game so this to me is nothing but soft on the part of the casino and I’m very disgusted.

Desired outcome: I will post my online playing experience on every bit of social media I have shame on you all.

Four Winds Casino Resort I am just sending a complaint in about a couple employees.

It was some time last week I went to visit the four winds casino and got a free room but while I was walking through the halls the woman that was cleaning my room that had the bad attitude and looks like a boy named brooke I seen her in the hallways speaking loudly saying inappropriate things to another employee around other people visiting to be on there vacation and I just didn't like how she responded to me because I interrupted her conversation so I could get more towels and a sheets I figured she was and employee I would expect a kinder response then "give me a minute".

Desired outcome: Speak to the woman and hopefully she becomes a better employee and grows some enthusiastic

Four Winds Casino Resort Valet employees

On Saturday January 21st at 11:30 am I entered the South bend casino campus. Upon coming around the corner at the parking garage someone turned from the garage and got directly behind me and rode my bumper so closely I couldn't even see their hood or headlights, THATS how close they were driving behind me. I entered under the awning where valet and pick up/drop off was because I was dropping my 70yr old disabled mother off at the door. When I stopped to let her out the car that rode my bumper started honking at me! Then several valet employees who were standing outside began yelling at me telling me to pull up! The person in the tail gating vehicle was also one of your valet employees.

I am angered at the way your employees behaved. Honking and screaming at me to "move! Pull forward! Pull up!" Was extremely unprofessional and down right embarrassing to my sweet little old mother who got out with all eyes in her because at the point all the yelling and honking got the attention of EVERYONE coming in and going out.
So my question is, if I'm not allowed to drop a handicap or disabled person at rhe doors then where does 4 winds suggest I drop off someone in that condition? Park 100 yards away and force them to walk and hope they don't fall trying to walk that distance to the door?

Your employees were extremely rude and not at all welcoming or friendly. I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years, even receiving my bachelors degree in this field and if any of my valets treated one of our hotel guests like your employees treated us then they would find themselves unemployed, dismissed on the spot.

I know one thing is for sure, my mother is so embarrassed, mortified and hurt by the spectacle your employees created that she isnt even sure if she wants to ever come back to four winds south bend. Please speak to your employees about driving guests vehicles SAFELY and following speed limit rules of the property as well as their attitudes and how they treat guests. Being disabled is hard enough but to be screamed and honked at by employees because you were being dropped off at the door is cruel, unnecessary and send the messege that this casino is not inclusive to those who are disabled.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response about how this was handled and what the business plans to do in the future to prevent such unprofessional interactions from employees to guests. Thank you

Four Winds Casino Resort Withdrawal issues not receiving funds

December 14 I made 3 withdrawals. 2 were for a different account and went through within 24 hours. And the third for $50 into a different (yet approved account) never was deposited and all of everyone throughout every department handling the money hasn’t fixed anything. And today I tried to make a withdrawal from my winnings (Igaming) and it would only show I had.19 in my account. I have taken pictures and videos not just for this problem but the first one I said as well. I’m beyond upset and I’m sick of it not being handled. I was very nice and these last few days I’m extremely upset and I know it’s an Indian casino but the sites you’re using for Igaming are not. So since nobody has fixed anything the federal gaming commission will be involved now. I’m not that guy that just gives up about fraudulent services.

Desired outcome: There hasn’t been one. And I’ve spoken with everyone involved throughout your system and now it’s time for legal proceedings

Four Winds Casino Resort Dowagiac (I hate it here)

I am so done with everything to do with four winds casino. I was just greeted in dowagiac. If a person is member of your club and you have a copy of their license on file, which you used in order to provide them with a player's club card, and both cards are produced upon request at the door, why would you deny entry today when I was able to enter every day up until today and I'm sure if I wait a couple hours, I will be able to enter later on tonight and probably every day after today. But it's an hour drive so I won't. I'm done. I'll spare the details but I will say it was very rude, unprofessional, and confusing because what they were using as an excuse didn't make a bit of sense, they just looked real dumb desperately trying to ruin my fun. If I produced, upon request, the exact same forms of id that you have on file for me, then what's the issue? Yeah, y'all are really really dumb and i don't have time for your ignorance. If this is what I have to go through to have a little fun every now and then, its not worth the hour drive, the gas, the humiliation, the stress. This is not something I consider fun anymore. I will not involve myself in anything that is four winds. What an bunch of ignorant, fun sucking, drama queens. Just quit handing out players cards. You should not invite people to be a part of your club if you're going to treat them like criminals and turn them out after inviting them to come there. Im so disgusted I cringe when I hear or see anything to do with anything four winds matter of fact, they've ruined it for all of the casinos in the entire state of Michigan as far as I'm concerned. A perfect story of how one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch. Who hired these clowns?

Desired outcome: Don't hire unprofessional, ignorant, [censored]s. Who would pay so much for this kind of treatment?! I did... smh. NEXT!

Four Winds Casino Resort Security

I am very upset and disappointed with the security and police officer. I was there on 10/2 and won a jackpot of 3500. I was pickpocketed and when I put a complaint and police report it took them 2 days to review film. I gave them specific time and location. The officer said he did not see anyone take the money but he couldn't give me any details I what I was doing. I don't think he reviews the surveillance slowly. My family said a short Hispanic man with collar shirt and kaki pants was by me near me entire hour. I know I may not get the money back but you will not convince me that I gambled the money away. I'm getting 0 answers and now looking into legal help because I am being just brushed off like you don't care about your guests. I did not drink and I don't do drugs so no one in there right mind is going to be able to spend 3500 plus a ticket for 2700 in 1 hour. The police officer did not do his job and I have requested a second set of eyes. Please this is not just for me and my safety but for that safetly of all your guests.
Security and Police need to do their job! Find the person who is stealing money from your guests. I googled and sad to see this happens so often and now I see why. You guys seems to not care about the safety of your guests even when they put in a police report. I will continue to reach out to anyone and everyone until this can be taken care of.

The worst Casino I have ever been to is the Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo Michigan. I cannot believe how their employees can treat people so badly. Four Winds Casino Resort Buffet 9/13/2008

I took 3 of my friends from out of town to spend the day and to your buffet on 9/13/2008.
I was upset with the display of food and the service rendered to our party of 4. The tamales were cool, the ham dry, the ribs cold, etc., and the pasta bar I had with alfredo and shrimp was unedible as the shrimp was so fishy tasting that even the person next to me smelled the odor.
I am a frequent visitor to your casino, but will hesitate in the future to bring any friends to your buffet after spending that much money for a meal.
The service was very unacceptable. After our first serving of drinks, we never saw the server again.
A disappointed customer.

We love your casino, but would like more Penny poker machines or even some nickel ones. You had some good ones when you first opened and then took them out. They are always full and can't understand why you don't put more in. I don't like all those other slots and enjoy the poker but can't afford the more expensive ones - please put in more penny ones.

Four Winds Casino Resort Discrimination against disabled veteran

Received a Parking Ticket for Parking in Handicap.

I am a retired veteran U S Navy with 22 years of service. I am writing to express my concern about a parking ticket I received and the pending decision of the court, court fines, court fees, traveling from Indiana to Michigan and lost time from work.

My license plate number is DAV 9118. Officer Jeff Whelan only wrote 9118 on the issuing ticket. This car is registered in Leon he put my wifes name. I Leon was the driver this particular night.

I called Jeff Whelan the officer who wrote the ticket over the phone. I could not get this officer to understand the laws of http://www.dmv.org/mi-Michigan/disabled-drivers. The last paragraph worded traveling with a Disability Placard or Plate. The last sentence states Michigan honors current disability plates and placards from other states.

Next, I tried to plead my case to Captain Jungle. I explained to him that on Michigan DMV website I am allowed to park in handicap with a DAV License plate. I got know where. Captain Jungle told me to take it to court and plead my case. Then he said bye. I stated go ahead hang up on me. I then stated we got know where. Can we solve this without me coming back to Michigan and so I would know in the future. He said go to court. He then came back with the fact that if Four Winds Casino call again and complain about me parking in handicap I would get another ticket.

However, I do believe that this was racially motivated. When we arrived at the Casino there were casino security watching us. No words were exchanged. Upon leaving and after noticing the ticket we immediately got out went back in side and spoke with someone on the floor who came outside and stop the security guy in the truck. I explained to the gentleman in the truck that I received a ticket for parking in the handicap. He immediately responded with yea you cant park in the handicap with that license plate. I explained in Indiana I can. Again he stated I am from Indiana and you cannot park in handicap with that license plate. He also stated DAV means you are a member of Disabled American Veteran. We walked away.

It would seem that I should have had an opportunity to move my vehicle before a ticket was issued. The same amount of time it took Four Winds Security to call the police could have been used to page me and get me to move my car until I got this issue straightened out at a later date. My wife and I are pretty discipline.

However, my complaint received the thumbs down from the Pokagon Police Department. We now have to come to court. In Indiana, I am allowed to park in handicap parking spaces with DAV license plates. I have emailed Paolo (Customer Representative from DMV.ORG) She states I am allowed to park in handicap in Michigan.

My proof is Indiana and Michigan websites the procedures I went through to get the DAV license plates and DMV.ORG. Was this racially motivated? The security guy in the truck responded right off as if he knew the law. Could this have been avoided? We were only out for entertainment. Not Harassment. I wouldnt have parked in this space if I wasnt allowed.

I did go to court and the charges were dropped. Me and my wife had to take a day off work to go to court for nothing.

I am looking forward to your response.

Sorry for your bad experience. The laws are not the same in Mich. as in Ind.
A "DAV" plate is not acceptable licence to park in handicap spots.
The Secretary of State can issue qualifying people:
A) a placard
B) an embossed license plate with the logo
C) a red tag for your license plate.
Vehicles in handicap parking may be issued a ticket if you don't have one of the 3
or if the placard not displayed *or*is expired.
Permits are issued by the Mich. Secretary of State Office,
Mich does not have a DMV.
Someone has given you erroneous information
As a foot note, one can not determine race from a license plate.

Four Winds Casino Resort Terrible experience

We visited the casino on6/30/08 .This is my wife's birthday and thought we would eat at the buffet and have a good meal. Well I was wrong it was the worst buffet we have ate at the selection was not much and was totally over done and somethings we could not recognize as food. So I am sorry that we wasted the $24.00 to eat there and the upset stomach we had all evening.

My wife and have been coming to Four Winds, New Buffalo for years. My wife lost over $400 last year and to this day has not gotten a rewards offer yet. Shen gets them from other casino's. but not yours. Arlene Promenschenkel [protected]

Hi, my number is 1052623. I have always received your promotions by mail until 3 months ago. All my friends were going to the casino to get their gifts, but I never received any of the mailings. I checked at the desk, and she had told me I didn't have enough points to qualify, not taking into consideration that I Spend my points at the restaurants, or shops. hi my name is veronica bowers i was there at the casino on 2/14/09 at 11.00 pm until 1. 00 am. i was playing the monogoly game for 5 cent i had won 1400 and something points it started to how the points down when the bous round came in . than it stop loading and show the bous points being won itwas over i had won 2014 points. it went back to continue to load the points i had won earlier as it was still loading it show i won 2014 points than it was up in the right corner of the screen 2014 so i play a little more thinking i was going to leave whenwith all the money. but i cash out the count down started than it printed the ticket for 153.50 and a count down started again i did not no what that was for i could not understand where was the 2014 and points ticket watch would be in cash 200.70 it was my birthday and i am behind in my car payment and i thought could win some of it and i did but don't where the 200.70 went to i rally need that money and why didn't the machine give me all the money at once #1230478 this is my membersnumber i am donig the best i can in my spelling and typing my vbowers53@gmail.com [protected]

i just have a question that nobody can seem to answer. when i first started going i played slots with my aunt, now my fiancee go together and always play table games. he always gets mailings and i recieve nothing. we average serveral times a week and i usually play 25.00 per hand, he plays higher. please explain. we do like four winds and will continue to visit.
