Freedom Forever LLC North Carolina review: I want my solar to be operational and compensation for all of the calls and non response

I began my solar project in February 2021. It has been a long and fruitless process. They claim to have a 5+ rating, I do not know how. I have paid them over 14 thousand dollars to install the panels and operating system. Duke energy granted them permission to operate at my address on August 15th app of this year. My system is still not working. I have called them numerous times and they state that the system is stuck in stand by mode and they do not know why. they state that they are sending a technician out, but cant tell me when. Every time I call they tell me that someone will call me back. No one, not even once has called me back.
