Dear Ms Bryndis Henrikson
Dear Mr Neil Katz
Dear Customer Support Team
Dear Ms Bryndis Henrikson
My account [protected]@gmail.com was closed on 16 October 2023 and I didn't receive the latest payment that I withdrew on 14 October 2023.
I wrote many emails to the Customer Support Team about my issue because I find that I have done nothing to violate the principle of User Agreement as well as Freelancer's Code of Conduct but they couldn't give me a satisfactory reason for closing my account and they refused to provide me ID Payment to check its status.
That was an act of depriving me of my labor rights and illegally appropriating my money. That was an action against the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The way you all treat me is the behavior of dictators and it is a blow to Australia's democracy and human rights.
Living without work is a death sentence for an innocent person like me. I wonder where justice is, where human rights are.
Dear Mr Neil Katz
My account has been closed with USD 150$ in it. There is no article of Terms and Conditions permitting Freelancer.com to hold my money after my account has been closed without violation to User Agreement, and there is no article preventing me getting my money back. Freelancer.com must refund it to me.
Your company earned tens of millions of dollars. I hope it does not include money stolen from millions of freelancers all over the world.
Dear Customer Support Team
I provided my personal information for your company and your company applied Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988, why did you say you cannot go further into details about my account due to Privacy Policy. Stop saying irresponsible and stupid things.
Please read again about Privacy Policy on the website. " The types of personal information we collect and hold. We collect personal information about our users in order to provide our products, services, and customer support. How we use personal information.
to provide the service or product you have requested;
to provide technical or other support to you;
to answer enquiries about our services, or to respond to a complaint"
You didn't support me. You do not fulfill your responsibility. Your boss needs to know that. Should you be fired?
And remember, you are not a court to give a final decision.
Dear Mr Matt Barrie
This is not the first time I write to you.
I hope you are the CEO of a technology company not the leader of a gang of robbers. You are listed in Australia's list of top innovators and thinkers, hope your innovation and thinking lead the world better, don't impose dictatorship and don't cast the shadow of modern slavery on the global.
User Agreement brings most benefit to Freelancer and puts users at risk, it's really a trap to users. This thing must stop because it is a crime against humanity. A global criminal investigation is necessary. Therefore, all files and evidence of this case and similar cases from 2013 will be sent to the below list.
Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ACCC
Supreme Court of New South Wales
The Federal Court of Australia
The High Court of Australia
Australian Cyber Security Centre ACSC
International Criminal Court ICC
Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
Interpol
Human Rights Protection Organization
International Labour Organization
Remember that the way you handle this incident could be a make or break your career and Freelancer.
I look forward to hearing from you all soon, not silence.
Your Sincerely,
Nguyen Thi Hong
