I bought a backpack/diaper bag for my girlfriend for our new baby, and after using it about 5 times, the print started to wear off completely. She contacted Freshly Picked directly with pictures and our order number, and they said they would give us a new bag. However, my girlfriend just wanted to return the bag for a refund because the quality was really bad. They said they couldn't do it because it was past the 30-day mark. My girlfriend pointed out that it was a defect in the bag for the print to wear off after only 5 uses. They acknowledged the defect but still refused to take the bag back and refund my card.

I got a Classic Diaper Bag as a gift for my baby shower from a friend. Everything was fine until the inside of the bag suddenly started smelling like a dead fish. I talked to Freshly Picked and they gave me some tips on how to take care of the bag: let it air out outside in fresh air and sunlight, and put dryer sheets inside to absorb the smell. I did what they said, but it didn't help. Actually, the smell got worse with the dryer sheets. I contacted Freshly Picked again, and this time I spoke to a different person. They were really sorry, but they didn't do anything to help me. They basically told me that they couldn't do anything. I have 4 of their bags in total. I recommend their bags to others, and I didn't cause the smell... but they still won't help me fix it. It's really frustrating because they won't take responsibility for this situation.

The website says in the FAQ that this membership gives you 20% off all purchases and free shipping on all purchases. So, I decided to get a grab bag, but I didn't get the 20% off or the free shipping. I contacted customer support to fix this, and they told me that the grab bags don't qualify for the 20% off. But, I told them that their website clearly says that the 20% off is for all purchases, and the grab bag page doesn't mention any exclusion. The customer support person admitted that I was right, but they still refused to give me the promised discount. I explained that I only got the membership to use it with the grab bag, and I wouldn't have bought it if it said anywhere that the grab bag wasn't included. They said they would pass on my concerns but wouldn't give me the discount they advertised.

This bag is cute and the right size, but it smells awful. I mean, like dirty sockets with blue cheese awful. I got it from the Freshly Picked website. As soon as I took it out of the packaging, I noticed the smell. I thought it would go away with time, but it's been months and it's still there. Anything I put inside the bag also ends up smelling bad. I contacted their customer service and they told me to "keep the bag open (preferably in a well-ventilated room or even in the sunshine if possible) and let it air out for about 2 days, the smell will go away. Baking soda (in a container) or dryer sheets can also help absorb any leftover smell." But it hasn't worked. Customer service says I can't return it because it's been too long. I got the bag when I was pregnant and didn't start using it until after I gave birth. That's why I didn't realize how bad the problem was, otherwise I would have returned it. This kind of terrible smell is a defect from the manufacturer.

After using it for two weeks, I saw that the snap broke off. We were about to move, but I still contacted the company to tell them what happened. They offered to replace the bag, but I didn't have a good address at that time. When I finally had a good address, I contacted Freshly Picked again and they sent me a new bag. It was during the Christmas break, and when we returned from vacation, around the new year, I got my new replacement bag. I keep the bag in my van and use it to hold spare diapers, wipes, and clothes. I've only taken the bag out of the van a few times. I just noticed that the bottom of the bag is peeling. I contacted Freshly Picked again to let them know. This time, they told me they couldn't do anything because the bag was a replacement and final sale. I'm really disappointed in both the bag and the company. If you charge almost $200 for a bag, you should stand by its quality. Order #

I ordered from Freshly Picked shoes but it didn't come. I told them about it on December 13th. I said the first shipment didn't arrive and the second one was on its way. The customer service person didn't read my email properly and just repeated what I said. I contacted them again but didn't get a reply for a few days, even though I said it was for Christmas. They told me if I had paid for their insurance, I would have gotten better help and a refund within 24 hours. I had to keep contacting them before they started an investigation. It took them over 10 days to respond properly and say they contacted USPS. Now they say they have to wait for the investigation before giving me a new order or a refund. Since these were Christmas items, a refund is the only option. I've never had such bad customer service or been told I should have paid for extra insurance to get my package. The customer service people didn't respond and took days to address the actual issue. It's not acceptable.

Freshly Pickeds return policy is decepive and not fully communicated to its customers. I am requesting a prepaid shipping label to return an item. On November 13, I received the Ebony Classic Diaper Bag II as a gift (Order# ***). I e-mailed FP on November 14 to ask about exchanging the bag for a different color. On November 16, FP e-mailed me a prepaid shipping label. No other information about FPs return policy was communicated to me in this email. I shipped the bag back that day. I received the new color, Cognac Classic Diaper Bag II (Order # ***) on November 27. I was not pleased by this color either and reached out to FP on December 2 to return this item and refund my friend who gifted me the bag. Although FP granted my request, I was told that I would not be provided a prepaid shipping label. The cost of returning the item via *** is $50, nearly 1/3 the cost of the bag ($185). In several e-mails, I requested FP to reconsider and to provide a prepaid shipping label. FP responded that: (1) Their return policy on their website states that return shipping costs are not covered by FP; and (2) FP provides a courtesy shipping label for the very first gift return/ exchange, but any additional exchanges beyond that point are not eligible for a shipping label. I was unaware of FPs return policy because I did not purchase the item as it was a gift. With respect to the courtesy shipping label policy, this policy is neither posted on the website, nor was it communicated to me when I reached out to exchange the bag for a different color. This is a very deceptive business policy. Future customers should be aware of the companys unusual and arbitrary return policy. Under these circumstances, I should be provided a prepaid shipping label to return this item.
