On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, my mom and I visited the Fudrucker's located at 11445 Fountain Lake Dr, Stafford, TX 77477 at 6:46 pm. Upon entering, I approached the register and my mother sat down in a booth. I gave the cashier, whom was a male, our order, even though my receipt says Jasmin; I was told that we were not allowed to order a kids meal. My mother is 87 years old and eats very little. As for myself, I carry a medical card from the hospital and doctor that is to be presented at a restaurant to allow me to order a kids meal due to my bariatric surgery. I was told no exceptions can be made and the cashier went and got the shift manager. She said she could not make any exceptions and told me she would get in trouble for it because there were cameras watching her. I reexplained the situation about my mom and myself; no exceptions can be made I was told. I think this was very inconsiderate based on the age of my mother and the medical state I am now in. Reluctantly, I ordered two combo meals. When I was given the amount owed, I presented my firefighter badge. I was once denied and was told that this could not be accepted because they only offered a military and veteran discount. This was my first time at this Fuddruckers and only time that I have ever been denied a discount for being a first responder/firefighter. We were given cups for our drinks and I was told that the coke freestyle machines were broken and that only ice could be retrieved from it. I said that I would take an iced tea now and then just get my refill with a coke. Nothing was said. I thought it was mighty odd that before I could even get our drinks our food was ready. Upon picking it up, there were very few fries in which I did not comment on and gracefully sat down with my mo. Because there was no lemon packets or lemons for the iced tea, we decided we wanted a coke instead. I was informed at the counter that we were not allowed any refills and could not be given a soda because $400 to $500 is taken out nightly from the register because it is costing the restaurant that extra expense every day to have the canned sodas since their freestyle machine is not in service . I was told that they could not do this and I said that this cost should not be passed on to the customer as it is not the customer’s fault. At my local Fudrucker’s, we are given as many canned sodas as we can drink when their freestyle machines have been down. This is something I should have been notified of when placing my order. The entire experience was horrifying. I asked the manager for her name which she said was Veronica. I asked her for the general manager's name so that I could contact them. I was told she would tell me the same thing and would not give me her name; finally she wrote the name down for me as being Charletta. I told her I would contact the corporate office because of this most horrific experience dining with Fuucker’s this evening. I asked for the Corporate Office’s phone number and she said there was not one. Fuddrucker’s is my mom's favorite restaurant because she absolutely loves the french fries. We eat here on a weekly basis but usually on my side of town. This has completely changed our minds about the restaurant as the way things were handled. To make matters even worse, upon exiting the restaurant, as I opened the door to to leave , by the Fuddrucker’s carpet was a giant roach. This left us in total disgust.
Desired outcome: I would like a response and compensation of my meal. I want the situation to be rectified so that my mom can return to what her favorite hamburger spot was.

My husband and I dined at Luby's in Stafford Texas on October 13, 2022 at 6:35 pm. I had the senior Lu Ann Liver and Onions and my husband had the Chicken Fried Chicken Combo. I sent my Liver and Onions back due to the bottom was charred. The waitress brought me another plate with more Liver and Onions but it was tough and I could not cut it with a knife and the onions were crunchy like raw onions instead of smothered onions. My husband's cabbage was very under cooked with a huge piece of the middle of the cabbage on his plate and his Chicken Fried Chicken did not taste fresh. We did not complain to management because we did not want to be replaced with another meal because all of it was the same. Of the many times that we have eaten at this location, this is the first time that we have experienced this. We were very disappointed with our meals considering that we spent $24.22. We have been loyal customers and would like to be reimbursed for our meals.

Went to Fuddruckers for the first time ever, this evenng, Saturday, October 15, 2022, at approximately 6PM. Went with another couple, decided to eat here instead of Dave & Busters in Legend's Outlet in Kasas City, Kansas. The food was great, we all got the Build Your Own Burgers, They were cooked liked we wanted but they were out of all kinds of condiments. Ketchup, mayo, mustard...they had plenty of fresh toppings like pickles, lettuce, tomato etc. The restaurant wasn't too busy but they still had a number of tables being used. I don't know if if they were understaffed but the restaurant was extremely dirty. Dirty plates (trays) and cups were moved from one dirty to a clean table but the dishes were stacked and stacked with more dirty dishes for the 1.5 hours we were there. The dirty tables were never cleaned, the floor was disgusting, dropped food left, spilled drinks not cleaned up, dropped trays that had fallen over were just left there and nobody batted an eye! I should have taken pictures but the thought never even crossed my mind once we saw mess after mess not being tended too. While our food was great the atmosphere was definitely one of those unforgettable ones and all 4 us wished the first impression could be changed, but you know what they say about first impressions. That first impression will definitely be a LONG LASTING ONE! Lately it just seems that nobody wants to work anymore, we even had a very mirror impression with the "Wahlbergers" in Topeka, KS a few weeks back. We will probably go back to Fuddruckers way, way, way down the road but we will NOT return to Wahlbergers...EVER! We just hope that the next time we decide to go to Fuddruckers we have a much more enjoyable experience, if not, then they've just lost 4 new customers that like to go out to eat and have good times together.

I can't believe what I heard from three different sources. That you say my brother Randy Nicolle was caught stealing from Fuddrucker's. This is something that affects MY REPUTATION since Randy is my brother and you have sullied the Nicolle family name. I demand some explanation to this matter. I will be consulting with my lawyer on this matter.

And the food took them 40 minutes to come missing one order which was left out and came after we all ate
Ridiculous !
Why shortage of staff appear, we also want our cookies for five kids meals ? What can we do next time to ensure finishing in less than forty minutes
buffalo burger & strawberry shake
I Ordered a medium plain buffalo burger and got a normal Burger of the wrong size. DOUBLE FAIL! The strawberry shake was Several minutes late and by the time I got halfway into the meal With dry mouth, the Shake was ready so I had to have it late as a dessert. I WANTED IT WITH MY MEAL! The place was not that busy. You'd think you can have both products served just about the same time.

On the sign that's outside of Fuddruckers in Jackson, Mississippi read "Try our New Turkey Burger Basket for $4.99 " when i walked in and went to the counter to order the "New Turkey Burger Basket " the cashier told me that they didn't have anymore Turkey Burgers which they were giving false information to most people who came in . And the Bathroom was filthy .

Dondra Hollihand threatened and harassed me through social media, she also made a threat of physical violence against me while on the clock at work. I have many screen shots of the conversation, in addiction to a screen shot of the manager Ken's wife encouraging the unprofessional behavior and posts on social media. Please address this issue accordingly. Otherwise, I will take her threats directly to the police, and have them follow up with the company if no action is taken.

ruined my anniversary and eid

Me and my fiancee came to celebrate our anniversary and eid vacation.
So we came before she starts her work which is 7:00 pm at 4:30 we ordered 2 main courses and 2 appetizers.

I went to Fuddruckers for lunch yesterday and had a terrible experience. When we ordered, I asked for the senior discount. After the employee rung it up and I received my receipt, I noticed the discount had not been applied. I questioned a couple of employees about it and they didn't know how to handle it. When I went to get my drink, I had to select four different options before I got one that was not empty. I brought it to the attention of the employee, but nothing was done about it. I ordered things that weren't available... for example I wanted cookies and coleslaw. The employee had to go into the back to get the bag of coleslaw and then had to mix it with the dressing and make it, and by that time I had received my food and it was getting cold. My husband's chicken sandwich was horrible and the restaurant was messy. I usually love Fuddruckers, but I was extremely disappointed with this experience!

I am loyal fuddruckers customer for the past 20 years. Today the 1st of October at 8pm I have ordered kids meal chicken tenders. Unfortunately I was scammed by receiving a diffrent kind of chicken tender the one you get from grocery market the cheap ones and not cocked well ! order took by Mustafa. And When I called back to complaint about the chicken tenders I received, they said that they will prepare me the old tenders that I use to order the original fuddruckers tenders, it disappointing that they are serving this type of tinders from the market. Why didn't Mustafa the one who took my order didn't explain that they will delver this type of chicken?! and to add they even changed Fuddruckers spice it tasted like plane paprika.

I have been visiting your Egypt cairo branch since several years ago. The quality is the best and the stuff are friendly. I really enjoyed the meals.
I called the branch today for a delivery and they said they don't offer this service! And I have to request the delivery order through otlob mobile app! This is ridiculous and unaccepted to not be able to make a direct order. The stuff said on the phone that they had only one delivery man for this service and he is not available anymore...!
How can the restaurant not able to deliver the meals to their clients! Shame!

This is my 6th email to you about my 8 missing gift cards totaling $435. I purchased these on August 10th at 10:37am. The order number is [protected] / Invoice #5527. I used my credit card ending in 4976 to make the purchase.
Yesterday I called customer service because I have heard nothing from the 5 previous email I sent, other than for Ted to ask if these were for gift cards, which he would have known had he looked at the order number. I spoke with Essenc in customer service and she was very rude and was not interested in resolving this issue. She said I would receive the cards whenever you decide to send them out. This is not acceptable to me because these are for a special trip planned for 25 people. The closest Fuddruckers to us is 4 hours away, so to receive these AFTER the trip is not acceptable because can not use them.
I am very unhappy about how this has been handled. I would like to cancel my order. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges, which you immediately debited to my credit card with no problem.
Please respond to this email. As a business owner myself, I do not understand how there can be such a lack of communication, and you are a large corporation. This is a poor way to conduct business.

Hello,
I am extremely unhappy with the service I am receiving. An order was placed at 07:09 using the Doordash online platform for food from Fuddruckers, the food has still not arrived. I called Fuddruckers and the woman (Leslie) was less than helpful. The initial representative put me on hold and then Leslie took the call without a warm welcome and I had to explain the situation from the beginning. The phone number I have is UK and the doordash online platform would not accept this. I put in a number that would be recognised. My issue is that I have not been updated on my order status and still have not received our food. This accompanied with the bad phone service has left me feeling unhappy and obviously still hungry.
Please can this be looked into and a response received via email.

cashier texting while taking our order
This is specific to the Woodbridge, VA Fuddrucker's location.
The cashier was very busy texting the entire time she took our order. She failed to note that my wife, who has celiac disease, required a gluten free bun. The cashier became annoyed when we pointed this out, rolling her eyes and saying "Yeah, I got it" in a very annoyed voice.
We have contacted the restaurant and received zero response. Consumers with a food allergy beware. The employees do not seem to care about the customers.
