This company blatantly lies
This company blatantly lies. They send their door to door salespeople and tell them to lie to people when they knock on doors. We ha e a clear no soliciting sign and when I pointed this out and asked them to leave, they lied and said they were surveying the area for SRP and asked about their plans, when a quick *** search clearly shows this company is trying to sell solar power to customers. They should not build a business model where they lie to people to try and get a foot in the door.
Fusion Power is a company that is very competitive and straightforward
Fusion Power is a company that is very competitive and straightforward. They were honest with me about how solar REALLY worked and how it would benefit me now and in the future. They did not hide things like the other companies did for me to find out on my own. Thankfully, I was taught by Fusion Power before I went with a different company! You must include Fusion Power in your search for solar so you will get the honest information and make the best choice for your family, which is Fusion Power in my opinion.
I am not a customer of these people and would never be. Call the police if these guys come to your door. Aggressive and cultish behavior. How they make any money is beyond me.
The worst company ever! No support. Left me hanging. Lied outright to me and how it all works and never gave me the *** card. Theyre being investigated by attorney general in *** NOW for fraud. Im elderly and they took advantage of my trust. NEVER ever do business with them.
5 months after I went live with Fusion Power my system is still not setup right. I have reached out to the *** and still no results. *** services comes from the top. DO NOT buy solar from this company. Also I have never heard for the sales rep I delt with after signing the paperwork. The person that came and brought my system live told me that my system was not setup right and I should call and get them back out to fix it. I have attempted to get them to come to my home and fix it more that 5 times with no results. For my second home I went with *** so far so good. Stay tuned
Don't make an appointment to hear their pitch. They refuse to cancel it and will argue about it. They say they will show up anyway. If they do, I will tell them to leave and I will call the police.
He identified himself as being from a prestigious area, trying to impress me as if he's important
He identified himself as being from a high-end locale, aiming to impress me as if he's significant. Cold calling the day before Christmas Eve, he failed to grasp that he had the wrong person. He persisted as though I was the homeowner, incessantly trying to sell solar panels. I plan to report this to the authorities since unsolicited calls to someone who hasn't engaged with the business in the past 18 months are illegal. These intrusive calls disrupting lives must be stopped.
I was told my SRP would not go over a certain amount.. that was a lie No information on how to monitor the panels, no communication on when tech come out, bad pigeon problem after installing, not good guys. Definitely go with someone else
Marketing call after 10pm at night, no respect of peoples privacy.
I just had my solar installed 2 months ago, I was very skeptical at first but everything has been smooth since day one. My sales *** was very helpful and explained everything very well, even after install he reached out to make sure everything was running smoothly and made sure I didnt have any questions. I definitely recommend Fusion Power to anyone looking into going solar.
Great service. Awesome place to work! Glad to have found Fusion Power
Our neighborhood has a NO SOLICITING sign which is clearly being ignored
Our neighborhood has a NO SOLICITING sign which is clearly being ignored. We get a door to door salesman at least once a week and they won't stop ringing our doorbell and coming back. We get them ringing and ringing at all hours of the day from the morning to after dinner. Even when asked to leave, they continue to try and SELL me as if they don't understand the word NO. Not sure how they have the funding to canvas the neighborhoods this aggressively to no end. Very upsetting to see a company jam their product down your throat and badger you into buying.
Worst customer service and sales experience and absolutely will never recommend this company to anyone. We signed up last year, our sales rep talked about the cost, the tax credit and the payments. We asked a lot of questions and unfortunately it wasnt until later we found out the answers we got were either incorrect or a complete lie. First he stated that the loan would re-amortize any time a large payment was made to help us lower our payments. Then we would receive a 26% tax credit and that credit would be needed to pay down the loan to lower our payments below $100 a month. Both of these statements are false and dont believe it if a salesperson tells you this. The truth is the loan only amortizes once IN THE *** of the loan and that is a year and a half after installation. Second, you may get a 22-26% tax credit (depending on what it is now) but it could take up to 5 years to get that full amount but the loan company expects you to pay that full amount within a year and a half. And even if we were able to pay that full amount to the loan company it would keep our payments what they currently are, not lower them. We have been trying to call Fusion Power since Jan-Feb and they have never returned a phone call. We only talk to someone named *** but that message either doesnt get passed on or the higher *** dont care and refuse to call back or provide any advice/solutions to our issue. We did find out that the person she claimed to be her manager wasnt her manager, it was someone name Will who works in the *** department. There is more but Im not going to get into it right now. They will lie to you to get a sale then when you try to call them out on it, they will not help. Record your conversation with them or get everything in writing. Otherwise, go with another company and save yourself the headache. Then when I wrote a review on another site, they responded to call them at a non working number.Avoid this solar company at all costs.
They keep illegally ringing my doorbell in the middle of my workday. I work from home and I have a very clear no soliciting sign.

Long story short my sales rep was unable to roll the cost of a new AC unit into the solar financing because he was either unaware of or did not
Long story short my sales rep was unable to roll the cost of a new AC unit into the solar financing because he was either unaware of or did not offer solar plus loans, which I found out about with a different company. After a bunch of back and forth regarding how he could pull it off anyways I was advised by my tax guy not to proceed with them. Well six months later I just received an invoice for a design fee despite being told by multiple people there that there was absolutely no cost to me whatsoever until physical installation began at my home. Was that a blatant lie or was this invoice a mistake?

Their Power Consultant *** has back door agreements with his clients, promising tiered referral bonuses to anyone who has a successful referral and installation. You know, out of his own wallet and commitment...Well, I had a successful install when I referred my own parents and after maybe a couple weeks of waiting, I decided to contact him to see when I could expect the referral bonus. He has not responded to any texts or calls.. not only that, I've tried to call Fusion Power and my calls always seem to go to voicemail. The one time someone picked up, I got told I'd be called back the next day and still haven't heard anything... I only come on here to report this unethical practice as well as just how terrible their customer service is.

Absolutely the worst costumer service
Absolutely the worst costumer service. Some "used car salesman" shows up at our door touting " we are the top rated " solar company in Arizona. Come to find out is he not a licensed contractor at all. They sell contracts" for their own used car salesman commissions" for a company called Titan Solar. This whole process took over eight months and you could never get this guy to "call" you, only text messages. He never provided the $500 cash rebate. Their installers damaged the tiles on our brand new installed roof. After we tried several times to get a hold of someone to find out how we set up and monitor our usage we spoke to some lady who had a drunken spouse in the background. She chuckled when we explained our problems with this company. We should have done a lot more research into this company.
This company lured me in for a job with the title of territory manager with a great base salary
This company lured me in for a job with the title of territory manager with a great base salary. After hiring a babysitter and preparing for the interview, I show up to a weird group presentation where *** told I would simply be going door to door and making only commission. Disappointed with the bait and switch experience, I messaged their contact to let them know that their dishonesty and tactic for bringing in cheap grunt work was unprofessional, to which I received slews and slews of messages attacking my personal character. The messages came in mass until I eventually had to block the manager who would not leave me along and claimed to have run a background check that I never consented to. If this is how they run their recruiting process I can only imagine how terrible they are to actually hire and would stay clear of the hostile environment this company projects.
Starter with a doorman Scott coming to my house and selling me the promise that I would have no electric bill by putting his panels on my house
Starter with a doorman Scott coming to my house and selling me the promise that I would have no electric bill by putting his panels on my house. After several months of waiting finally a 3rd party comes out to do the install but have the wrong plans with the panels in the wrong location on my house. After this finally gets rectified and the panels are up and running 6 months after Scott 1st showed up come to find I still have an electric bill. I have paid more ytd than I did same time last year. Plus I have the loan of the solar panels to pay as well. I have tried calling the office multiple times to get this corrected and they just give me the run around. Now no one will take my phone calls at the office and I am stuck with this solar loan as well. Will be looking to pursue legal action next. Hopefully this saves more people in the future from going with this company and not having the same headaches I do.

We decided to go with Fusion Power to save money
We decided to go with Fusion Power to save money. *** was our sales guy. He promised us a low ***. He said August was the highest *** we had before solar. It was ***. He said with solar, that month would cost us no more than ***. This sounded awesome. We went with it. We are now in the second month of billing. Our first month *** was 307. This last months *** was ***. Now we have to watch when we use out AC, water heater, stove, and washer and dryer because there is a demand charge during certain hours of the day. On top of that we get a service charge, on peak charges, off peak charges, and the demand charge. They don't tell you that in the sales pitch. Our *** will never be under 100 a month with all these charges. On top of that you have to pay for the panels. So we are paying close to 300 a month for power. When we half m-power, we were paying 40 a month in the winter months. How am I saving money? I don't recommend solar or this company.
I had 19 panels installed about 2 years ago
I had 19 panels installed about 2 years ago. The process wasnt all that difficult the first go around. In May I had an addition put on the back of my house and I contacted Fusions rep to have 16 more panels added. I was quoted $12K. They had to disconnect my old system and install the new panels. I was told the system would only be down for a few days after the install. When the final panels were installed I paid ($14K) cash after I was told last minute that it was $2K more. This was in EARLY JUNE! A couple weeks later I got a call from Fusion saying it would be a year until a missing part was available. They said sorry. I called and asked them for my money back and to remove the new panels. Magically I got a call (Mid July) saying they found the part and it would be a couple more weeks. Its now mid September and no word from them. Its been almost 4 months. They have my $$$ and Im paying my electric bills, original solar payment, and they have my $14K. This company is absolutely ridiculous and if and when it ever gets installed I will be calling a lawyer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going with the many other options out there.

I would never buy solar from this company based on their UNETHICAL sales practices
I would never buy solar from this company based on their UNETHICAL sales practices. My initial contact with the company was at my door and after finding out my husband wasnt home, they wanted to come back when he was home. They asked for my number so they could arrange a time to talk. I then told them we werent interested because we plan to move eventually, etc and already have a company that we would use if we were to go the solar route. They preceded to call and text despite my husband contacting the company and asking them not to call. The calls finally stopped until recently. For the last couple of weeks (closer to a month) I have been receiving up to 3 calls a day on my cell from Fusion Solar Power, again. I have tried everything to stop the calls by blocking numbers, hanging up, saying not interested, etc. Today my husband received a call on HIS phone, so when they called me later because they always do, I answered and was very firm about them never calling my phone again. A company that has to HARASS potential customers to this degree, must NOT have a good product that stands on its own and no one has to beg you to buy their product!

About Fusion Power
What makes Fusion Power's work particularly exciting is that nuclear fusion has long been considered the holy grail of energy production. While fusion power certainly isn't a new concept, the technology has yet to be fully realized as a practical power source. The issue with fusion is that it requires a very specific set of conditions to occur: incredibly high temperatures and pressures are necessary to force atoms to combine and produce energy. Achieving these conditions has been a significant challenge for scientists working on developing a functional fusion power plant.
However, Fusion Power is making significant strides in this field. The company has assembled a talented team of scientists and engineers who are working tirelessly to create a commercially viable fusion reactor. Through continued refinement of their technology and ongoing research, Fusion Power is bringing us closer than ever to realizing the dream of fusion energy.
What's particularly exciting about Fusion Power's approach is that their process doesn't rely on rare or dangerous materials, like some other fusion projects. Rather, the company is focused on using abundant and safe materials combined with innovative technology to create a highly efficient and scalable fusion reactor that can be deployed all over the world.
As the demand for clean, renewable energy solutions continues to grow, Fusion Power's work becomes even more relevant. The company's commitment to sustainability and innovation is helping pave the way for a cleaner, brighter future. With their unique approach to fusion power technology, Fusion Power is well-positioned to become a leader in this exciting field and revolutionize the way we power our world.

Fusion changed my mind about the solar industry. Theyve been honest, easy to reach and extremely professional. Without having to go out of pocket, I now have a much lower bill. They dont sub contract out for anything, they installers were incredible, and my account liaison has assisted me with everything before, during and after my install and day of activation. Highly recommend this company.
Ive heard about a lot of solar companies and Fusion Power is great. They do everything themselves, honest, easy to reach, and pay attention to detail. I wouldnt even think twice about going to a different company for solar installation.
Fusion did an excellent job. This was my first time getting solar panels installed and they educated and walked me through the process from day 1 to completion. Communication was excellent, they followed up with me through the process and made sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Fusion Power for anyone looking for solar panels.
