I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

I have been scammed by this company. They send me three Acia berry product to my address but with a wrong name. It all happened about six months ago. After receiving third bottle I realized that it is something that I am receiving that I didn't signup for. In the mean time I got about $300 charged to my credit card which belongs to my husband and I, but he mainly takes care of it. I called and got them to cancel the account and asked for the money back. Also, asked them if they need the bottles back which I didn't even use. They didn't want them back and said that will return my money in 30 days. 30 days gone by many time and I called. Each time same answer in the process. When I called this month, now they are saying that I was supposed to send the bottle back with an RM number. Interestingly, the Agent and the Supervisor 'Steve' won't trust me that they didn't want to bottles back last time when I called in Aug, Sep, Oct and on. So, I finally made a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission against this company. We all need to get C O N D E M N D this company as Cristal Jenkins said. The customer agents are rude and useless. Who can answer more on how to teach these sort of fraud companies some lessons?

Furthermore, Steve called me back from a number [protected] (called id Casa D) which I recalled and took me to Zoom Auto - car dealer company. CUSTOMER HARASSMENT should stop!

I have been trying for nearly a year to get a refund for the product I mailed back at my expense in January 2009. I have made numerous phone calls to the [protected] number and have been promised to receive a credit on my credit card. It has NEVER happened. I tried calling today and their 24 hour support line is closed now and only open 9 to 6 weekdays Eastern Time. I live out west and have a job so when do I get to call again.? I am going to contact the state attorney general. This is a total rip off and SCAM! They should be put out of business.

After ordering 3 products totlling $6.93, credit card charges began appearing on my statement for several months afterwards. My cc company was able to have most charges deleted, but I'm still stuck with charges I didn't catch (last summer) and which only came to my attention recently. This is quite a racket they've got going.
Do not give cc info to FWM Laboratories, Lifecleanse, Lifeberry, Acai, etc.

Dear Mandy, The Very First thing that you need to do is call the Company that Issued your Credit Card and Dispute the Charges, Have them Cancel Your Credit Card and Re Issue you a new Credit Card, They should be able to Fax you the Forms that you will need to Fill Out, They Usually Require that Your Signature be Notorized, Fax The Forms back to them, and keep Copies of Everything. While You Are Disputing the Charges Your Credit Card Company Will Not Pay The Charges that are In Dispute.I Know this for a Fact as I am going through the Very Same thing Myself rite now.

Did Not know if you knew this Just thought I would add it to try to be helpful to you.Your Credit Card Company should have a Website, They All do these Days You No Longer have to wait for a Statement to come in the Mail each Month you can go on line and look at your Statement to see Who is Charging What to Your Credit Card and You Should be able to Access that information 24 Hrs.A Day 7 Days a Week and You Can Print Out Your Statement. That will Allow you to Dispute UnAuthorized Charges alot faster So that Your Money is Going Where You want it to go.

I saw a recommendation of this product online on Dr OZ website and I went to their websie. The company was advertising a free order of their product called Resveratrol Ultra..with the only requirement of paying for shipping. I ordered and received the product and tried it a few times. Today May 1-2009 I found I have a charge on my bank account for $87.13 from CheckardExtremeRSV and I could not recognize the company. I called my bank and they told me to call them. So I did. I was told that somewhere it was mentioned that if I do not cancel within 14 days they will start charging me $87.13 a month until I cancel. I now know how some companies ripp off people. I am 73 years old and my income is pretty low.

I ordered the free trial and paid the shipping readin the terms and conditions first, knowing nothing is free, decided to try. the company called me to ask if i wanted to sign up for the colon cleanse as well, i stated on the recorded phone call i did NOT want anything from this company, do not charge my card she said ok and hung up. i was charged 87.13 plus 2.97 foreign transaction fee. i am a single mother of two so i manage my bank account down to the last dollar, so when this was charged i over withdrew from my bank, so in total i am out 122.00. this is a scam im calling my local news company to get the word out. DO NOT TRY THIS!

I responded to a 'Free Trial' for the product. All I had to pay was shipping and handling, which I charged to my credit card. There was no information that I saw that indicated I would be charged later if I did not return the trial order within fourteen days. I was surprised to see a $40.00 charge on my account when I received my current statement. It was charged under a different ID than the shipping charges, so until I called the telephone number on my CC statement, I didn't know what the charge was for. They couldn't refund my money because I was supposed to have agreed to the additional charge if I didn't cancel within fourteen days. I went back to the website and still could not find the 'fine print' that tells you to cancel in fourteen days. This company should be closed down.

I ordered the Acia Berry 30 day supply "free" trial. I had to pay $3.95 s/h. I received the product with no information included about future orders and the next week I had an automatic charge $87.13 deducted from my checking account. When I called the company I was told that only 15 days was free and that I was being charged for the entire bottle. I never saw anything about this on the web-site. How can we stop these people from getting away with this?

I requested a 'Free Sample' of acai berry pills. The add said try it free for 30 days pay only the 4.95 shipping fee. I entered my debit card info to pay for the shipping and waited. The item never came, so I figured maybe it got lost, or went to the wrong address or whatever. I was only out the shipping fee so it didn't matter that much. However on 1/20/2009 I was reviewing my debit card account on-line, and it showed that I had negative funds available. There was a charge for $87.13 processed on 1/19/2009 that said; Lipaphen [protected] Fl. That charge had put my account into a negative, which lead to an additional $40.00 in fees.

I immediately called the number listed with the charge to find out what was going on. When I realized what it was for, I informed the rep. that not only did I have no knowledge of this charge being authorized, but I hadn't ever received the pills. She then offered to have them re-shipped to me. I declined stating that if I had prior knowledge of the charge that occurs if you don't send the pills back after 15 days (not 30, as stated in the add), I wouldn't have even bothered ordering the 'FREE sample' in the first place. I told her I wanted a refund of that money to my account. She then back tracked and started explaining that the paper in the package explains that the pills must be sent back in order to not be charged.

I explained again that I wouldn't know that being that I never got them. I started getting a little upset, and told her to make sure my so called 'membership' with them was closed. She kept trying to convince me to get another supply sent out to me. I declined AGAIN, and asked for my money back. Finally after about a 15min back and forth with her she stated that she was sending the request to the refund dept., and that it would be processed. I apologized to her for raising my voice, and told her I realized she was just trying to do her job. After about a week, I call back and am told that the refund is still processing.

Another week...still processing. I spoke with the bank that my card is through, and was informed that by law FWM has 30 days to process a return. So I waited. 30 days goes by, and still no refund. So I call FWM again. This time the rep. I spoke with tells me that they (meaning the reps.) have no way of processing a return, she also tries to let me have them send out another 'FREE sample'. I was extremely angry and told her that I have been waiting a month for a return that I was told was processing. I demanded to speak with a supervisor, or someone that COULD process my return. She then tells me that I've got to send an e-mail, and that there is no one there that can help with the return. I got the e-mail address from her and sent an e-mail on Feb. 23rd explaining my frustration and asking that my refund be processed immediately!

Three days later I received an e-mail back that said my request was being reviewed. It is now March 1st 2009, and I have still received no refund. So I decided to send another e-mail, this time I got an e-mail that told me the e-mail address was invalid. After I received this message I called the 'customer service' number again, and explained yet again the situation and also mentioned the e-mail being no longer a working address. This rep. ALSO TRIED TO SEND ME THE PILLS AGAIN! I said NO! I told her I have been waiting over a month for my money, and that I wanted to speak with someone that could get me my money. She said that she sent a ticket to the refund department, and that I needed to wait just two or three days then call back to get the status, she even tried to ice the cake by saying she assures me that it will now be processed...

at this point i'm giving up and hope that filing a complaint will do something towards putting this company out of business. I will call back in three days, but have no real hope left that i'll ever see my money. Basically I spent $87.13 on raising my blood pressure.

On Jan. 27, 2009 I responded to an internet ad for Acai Berry Detox. The ad advertised RISK FREE trial. All I had to do was pay for shipping and handling. I paid for this with my charge card. I did receive the Acai Berry Detox, and on Feb. 26 2009 I received a phone call from my credit card company suspecting fraudulent charges on my account. They advised me to contact this company and ask them to remote their charges, I did so immediately. I spoke with Joseph Garcia and was told I only got the RISK FREE trial for 14 days then I had to cancel the free trial. I told Joseph that I had not agreed to those terms and I kept copies of ever page from the internet and none of that was on any of them. I ask him to forward me where I had agreed to pay $87.13. He just kept repeating that I owed them. After a while I ask to speak to his supervisor and was transferred to David (who would not spell his name for me) and told the exact same thing that Joseph had said. Again I ask to speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold, with no one to answer my call.

I have changed by credit card and they are sending me paper to fill out regarding the fraudulent charge.

I hope others read this and do not make the same mistake of ordering from this company.

I responded to an add to receive acaiberry supplement. I did not cancel during the first 2 weeks. I have called [protected] and canceled my auto delivery. I was given a cancellation #. Now I will wait to see if it gets canceled. I was told to return unopened containers with the cancellation # on the outside of the package. I will do this and see if I get a refund.

I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry Detox from FWM Laboratories for $3.95 shipping. There web site stated I had 14 days from the shipping date to cancel without being charged any further. The product was shipped on 01/29/2009 and I canceled on 02/11/2009.

They gave me a cancellation number and told me that I would not be charged and the next day they charged my account $87.95. I have called them back several times and they keep telling me that I didn't cancel within the 14 days after shipping. I canceled 13 days from the shipping date.

Don't order anything from this company, they are frauds, they will make unauthorized charges on your account and won't refund your money.

I had ordered the 'free' trial of both the Acai Berry and Life Cleanse. I was unaware that I only had a 14 day limit to cancel. I also did not receive the product until ten days after I was billed for it.

I tried calling once I was billed the $87.13 the first time but only kept getting busy signals. Then tried again after the second. As you can tell it took me four different times, with four different numbers to finally get through.

I have called all the numbers, and have finally been able to get that it has indeed been canceled, I also contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and filed a claim. I will be contacting my bank about making sure this will not happen again.

I was told that if I sent back the unopened containers of the products with the RMA # that I would get a refund, but I have not received any confirmation that anyone has received their refund.

Next time I want to lose ten pounds I'll go to the gym.

I sent for free trial but didn't cancel in the 14 days. I called the company but received a busy tone or was hung up on several times. When I did get through was placed on hold extremely long. I was charged 87.13 on my credit card for a shipment that I had not received.

I canceled the contract and called my credit card company to try and dispute the charges my credit card company advised me that I was charged another 91.13 for another shipment. I still have not received either shipments. I requested a refund and was told no even though I had not received any merchandise. This is a scam.

I stupidly ordered this product, but then called and cancelled it within two hours after ordering. I was given a cancellation number, but the product was shipped anyway and I was charged. I called my credit card company to dispute and was told by the customer service rep. that they have dealt with complaints about this company many times. I guess I will wait and see if they try to charge me again. Just from talking to their customer service people I can see they are not a reputable company.

I received a call from our credit card company indicating there was a questionable charge pending from FWM Laboratories for Resv-Ultra for $87.13. Upon calling the company, I was told that they only placed an order for shipping and handling of a sample for $2.55. The heavily accented person denied the company had ever entered the $87.13 charge. She indicated that my wife had ordered a free sample through email which she says is not true. She indicated she would credit the $2.55 (still denying there there was ever a $87.13 charge). Making the order even more questionable, she quoted my wife's G-mail address that she never uses. We have no idea how the order got entered or the unused G-mail addressed was obtained.

A representative of my credit card company indicated that since the card had been "compromised" they were canceling the credit card, would send a new one and contact credit bureaus to assure they would not change our credit rating. They also indicated they would investigate the situation to determine if they should refuse future charges from the company.

My son placed an order with your company for Acai Berry Detox for $3.95 and a Life Cleanse for $3.95 only. After receiving the products, within three days I was charged $87.13 on my credit card of which I did not authorize. I have tried contacting your company with the phone numbers that I have obtained from your website, [protected] and [protected] both of which were either out of service or the voicemail box was full. I cancelled a Free Trial of Acai Berry Detox by the end of the trial period and was still charged $87 and change. This has caused me to have to cancel my Visa card while I await their refund department from processing the cancellation and refund.
This company's scam is to grab you with a "Free 14 Day Trial" and in print so small you can't hardly see it, their terms say "trial period starts from date of shipment"... Well, it took about 8 or 9 days to receive the free trial product and I phoned on the last day to cancel. They processed a charge on the day after I phoned and then tried to tell me I cancelled after 14 days.
