I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

I had the exact same problem as everyone here. I contacted my credit card company and was told there was nothing they could do. Which is just as insane as the scam. So I ended up cancelling my card and disputed the charges.Hopefully I will get my money back. I did a search for FWM Laboratories at the better business bureau website and got no results. Of course my husband thinks this is all my fault (jerk).

I called the [protected] number and spoke to J.D. on 1-28-09. I just ordered these stupid pills last week so I am within my 14 day trial period. He gave me a cancellation number of 345296 and said I would have no more charges on my credit card. So far I have only been charged the shipping charge for the first bottle (free trial). I hope I don't get charged for any more but if I do then I will definitely file a dispute with the credit card company.

I ordered a "free 14-day trial" of Acai Berry Detox with the understanding that I would be charged only the shipping charges of $3.95. After having the product in my possesion for only 10 days, my credit card was charged $87.13. I tried to call to get the charges reversed because I don't like the results. My initial calls were attempted on Jan. 23 -- I got a recording that the number had been disconnected. I tried again today (Jan. 28) in hopes that there had merely been a problem with their phone system, and I did get through. However, the calls kept getting disconnected before I could complete the conversation with their representative. Before we got disconnected the second time, the representative was trying to tell me I'd not called within the 14 days after ordering the product online -- it isn't a 14-day trial if I don't have it in my possession at least 14 days! This is misleading the public and should be considered illegal!

I'm in the same position has you guys order this product on 1-15 never rec'v the product contacted them for one week. Each time I was told they would e-mail the shipment dept. and would rec'v a e-mail for one week. Never rec'v a e-mail. Today I call and was told the same thing she would send a e-mail. I inform the csr that I didn't want the product to credit my cc back, she inform me that she wasn't able to due that. Very pissed I let her have it inform her she had 48 hrs to refund my monies or I would be contacting FCC, FTC, BBB, that this company was a fraud. She then inform me that she would send another damm e-mail to request my refund. Request a phone number to the ceo and address this incompetent rep inform me that she didn't have this info due to it was private info. unbelievable hung up contacted my cc company cancel my cc inform them that this was a fraud company and was credit for the charge. Will be filing a complaint with everyone that would listen. This company need to be shut down. I advise everyone to file a complaint.

I too have fallen to these villains. I ordered both the acai berries and the cleanse and was billed for the shipping and handling for each. Out of the blue I received a call from my credit card company telling me that additional charges were being billed to my account from Israel! The charge was 87.13 like all the others. My charge company canceled my account and reissued my card. I've contacted the FDA in CA and in FL where the shipments were packed. Haven't had a reply yet. Another interesting fact that I haven't seen mentioned on the other posts is that both my bottles were sealed with clear rings on the bottle caps but when opened the foil seals inside were opened and not sealed. I'm not using but would love to know how to report this officially so as to shut them down.

I agree with the comments above. When I received the sample, there was a note to call first [protected], if I had any complaints and/or concerns. I called the number and the machine said that no one was availble to take a call and just to leave a name and number so they could call me back. No call. So I called again the next day and the machine said that it was full and could not take any calls. I called the day after I received the merchandise, January 26, within the 14 day period. Have not heard from anyone of them and cannot communicate with anyone of them. I do not want my credit card charged for something I do not want to receive.

I called FWM Laboratories, [protected], talked to a customer service representative, received a confirmation number for the cancellation, and away we went.

I just called the bank to cancel my card and file a complaint. I was told that because it says on the Web site that FWM will charge your account unless you cancel, there is nothing that can be done. Wouldn't it be nice if they gave you a chance to cancel. My account was charged within just a few days of receiving the free trial. I told the banker I called FWM the day the charges appeared and was told my account would be credited back the $87.13 in 7 to 10 business days, and that on Jan. 26th they told me it would be refunded within 24 hours. He told me there may be recourse since I was told the money would be refunded, bu I have to wait 30 days (until Feb. 3) to file a complaint. I'll keep you posted.

Per my previous comment, I just got off the phone with my credit card rep, and she just informed that this company which I had hard time getting any where has credited my account for all entire charge that was in my statement that was dated 1/26/09. Funny thing is I got the credit in my creidt card on 1/22/09 and I have been trying them since I received the sample, which I was told I would get the credit and never seen it or even receive any email.

I guess it shows never to trust a company that seems to think will help but it turns out to a mess. Well I learned my lesson and never again will I do this now. I have lost 7lbs w/out this sample I got which now I can throw it away since I got my credit.

I ordered the "free trial" of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse. I received the Acai Berry but not the Life Cleanse. I was billed for the shipping and for the full amount of both products. I also was billed for the second shipment of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse and once again I received the Acai Berry, but not the Life Cleanse shipment. I called the [protected] number on the paper that came with a second shipping of the Acai Berry. Keep in mined, this was all charged to my account with out authorizations. The women canceled my future orders, and gave me an e-mail address to get my money back. When I went to the e-mail address that she gave me, it was no good (fwmcancellation@gmail.com) I then went to my bank to file a dispute. I then came home and called another number I found on line to get a RMA number to return the Acai Berry. I was told that I had to cancel in 14 days to get a refund. Then she gave me the RMA number. I asked her if the 14 day trial covered illness. I told her that the product had made me ill and I wanted my money back. She hung up on me. On the bottle in other ingredients is listed, we will assume that there is really Acai Berry in the product, : White rice flour, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, FDC blue#1, FDC red#40, titanium dioxide and gelatin. All I know it the product caused slight swelling in my throat making it hard to swallow which was the reason I stopped taking the pills. When I stopped taking the product the swelling eased up. I also filed a complained with the BBB.
This product is not just a scam, but unsafe as well

I ordered (like evidently many others did) the Acai Berry Detox. My order number is 607285 and I placed that order on December 25, and as of this date of January 29, I have not received the merchandise. I called and talk to a representative on January 17 because I was charged $87.13 for the product, plus $1.74 service fee. She closed or so she said, and someone would email me. That never happened nor did them credited my debit card. I wished like so many, that I would have checked out the company. Please stop them!

Hey,
I ordered my product and called in to cancel the day I received it because I had researched this company and saw complaints. I never got through to a live person. I left a voice mail and never received a call back. I was just charged the 87.13, the shipping, and another fee of 2.95 and when I called to get it refunded, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I talked to doris who's operator id# is 8og (so she says). she was real nice and said that she would request a refund for me but they didn't have any cancellation records on file for me. I asked for the refund dept.'s email and she said that she had to email them herself. I found out on another site that the email address is:billing@fwmlabs.com. i'm going to try that and see what happens. you can reach someone on [protected], but at the same time I have received voice mail boxes, stating :ext 0224 is not available, please leave a message after the tone. this is crazy! i'm unemployed, I don't have $87 + dollars to give away to anybody!

After receiving an email offering me a free bottle of acai berry capsules if I would pay postage only, I received a bottle in an envelope without any information on the product or the company.in a few days I received a second bottle of a similar product. when I received my credit card bill I had been charged two times for $87.13 each. I used the phone # shown on my credit card and called fwm.

After many calls and much waiting time I talked with a lady who said she would cancel any further orders and issue a refund to my credit card. she gave me a confirmation #, 115647, and said I would receive an email confirming this.

I have not recieved an email and contacted the company again and was told I would receive and email confirming I was being refunded the charges. I also contacted my credit card twice telling them of the fraud and asking them not to accept any more charges from the company. I offered to cancel my card if there was any danger of any more charges. I was told that would not be necessary that they would take care of it.

First of all - their ads are everywhere! "as seen on oprah" or "racheal ray lost 30 pounds" or "I lost 30 pounds using free products"

My card was charged 2 separate amounts by two separate companies. on my baking statement it shows up as: 89.31 by completemass labs [protected] ut and 87.13 by acaiberry&lifecleans [protected]. I called completemass labs at the number provided on my statement and waited about 15 minutes before a csr answered the phone - first I got "nita" I explained to her that I have not rec'd the trial product, and my account was charged 89.31 before the 14 day trial period for the entire program (so to speak) she insisted on sending me another trial bottle - I I no longer wanted it, and want my money back. who refused to refund my money. we went back and forth - was put on hold 5 to 10 minutes at a time (she probably was hoping i'd hang up) and ultimately was still refused a refund. finally after I threatened to file a police report I was hung up on. I called again and spoke to "kim" who also refused a refund - said that I electronically signed their agreement and was bound to it - I explained that I was calling within the 14 day period - did not even recieve the so called sample so I wanted to cancel - she said she will cancel but not refund my money. I was hung up on again - I decided to be as "tricky" as they were and called once again - this time I lied! I told the csr that answered the phone that I called earlier and forgot to get the confirmation # for my refund - he said he didn't see a refund issued and I told him I called and spoke to a very nice lady - didn't say a name-who "escalated my concern to the refund department" he was very agreeable and said he'll confirm that - came back with a confirmation number and the next day - viola! my money back!

Now with acaiberry&lifecleans - they gave me no problem whatsoever - said they'll refund my money - but no refund yet. the phone number on my statement worked one day but was disconnected the next - here's another number, after researching, that is operational (for the time being) it is a florida number [protected]. "apple" said that I will recieve an email confirmaiton regarding the refund.. it's been 4 days.. i'll let you all know wether or not I receive the refund.

Good luck all!

First, I ordered my "trial supply" for $5.95 on january 10, 2009 and was then told the product would be at my home january 15, 2009. wrong! never received the product until january 20, 2009. ten days was already up. I called the company on january 21, 2009 to cancel my order. spoke with customer service rep "von". informed her that I wanted the order cancelled and nothing else charged or billed to my debit card. also asked the rep if I sould sent the trial sample back. she stated "no" due to the fact that I paid the $5.95 shipping fee. the rep sent me an email and reported that my accout was cancelled. stressed to her that "I did not want any other monies taken out of my account". the rep reassured me that nothing else will be billed to my account.in the meantime, my monies were still on hold. on january 30, 2009, I get a call from my bank that $87.13 was taken from my account.
Tried several times to contact this company and no one could seem to help me. no of the reps spoke english. very hard to understand. when asked to speak to a supervior, she was on another call. the one rep told me that I did not cancel my order in the 15 day "trial period. the order was to be cancelled 9 days ago. this company is nothing but a scam. I will never order anything that says"trial offer free", especially from this company.

I also ordered the Acai Berry Detox. After waiting for more than the fifteen days for my bottle to even show up on my door step, my bank staement showed that I had been charged $88.00! I did not even get the free trial charge of shipping on my statement! The 800 number provided on my bank statement was disconnected as well!

I got screwed out of $87.13 2 days after ordering the free trial offer. I called and cancelled everything with this company and since then, I've received 2 more orders and had 2 more charges to my card. This is all within the past 10 days! Now, I can't get anyone to answer at any of the numbers I have. I'm canceling my card and I'm forwarding everything I have to the Florida State Attorney General's office, and I suggest you all do the same. This is fraud.

First I did not receive the free trial Acai Berry with the Life Cleanse, which did not give me the opportunity to try the products as suggested. Then I found I was charged for additional products before the 14 day trial period was over. When I called to cancel the product and recieve a refund I was told it was past the 14 day trial period which is not possible when I ordered the free trial on the 20th of January, received only 1/2 of the "free" trial offer on the 28th of the month, then saw charges placed on 2/2/09 for $87.13 twice (total $174.26). I called on 2/3/09 to cancel and request a refund but was hung up on after being told I was being transferred to the refund department; received confirmation of order cancellation only after the 3rd call I made. I want my money back that was unauthorized for purchases by this company including the shipping and handling for a product I did not receive.

I fell into this trap, suckered by their Free Trial ad, and ordered the Acai Berry Detox on 1/14/09. The terms stated a Free Trial for 15 days FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT, and you could cancel within that time. I received it on 1/26/09, with the UPS package showing it was shipped on 1/22/09. I called to cancel on 1/29/09. They told me the charge had already been authorized and they could not stop it, but that I could ask for a refund. I asked to speak with a Supervisor. They placed me on hold for over an hour before I finally gave up and hung up.
I even had my bank then place a block on the account, but this charge came through on 2/1/09 anyway - because they immediately received a charge authorization when the trial order was placed on 1/14, and that date WAS NOT AUTHORIZED by me. So a complaint is being filed.
The charge for $88 on my bank account showed ACAI BERRY and a phone number that is disconnected.
There should be a major class action suit against these criminals.

When i ordered this on line. I decided I didnt want it so the next day I tried calling the number listed and every time I called it said the mail box was full. So i wrote a letter telling them to cancel it and that I was sending a copy to my lawyer. I received a package in the mail yesterday from them and as of right now I have talked to someone who cant speak good english and when I told them about the letter of course they did not receive it. I told them to cancel my order and charge back my card. The lady said she would send it to the refund department but that there was no guantee that it would be cancelled or my money refunded. I asked her to transfer me to the refund department or get me a supervisor on the line. I am currently on hold and have been for 20 minutes. I am going to contact the BBB and contact someone in Hollywood, FL about this company. They need to be stopped.

Good luck to you! I had the exact same experience and finally hung up. I finally decided to cancel my card so that they could not make any additional charges to me but unfortunately I'm going to have to 'eat' the charge I already received. I learned my lesson the hard way. I hope people thinking of ordering from these crooks read comments like ours and think again!

I think Oprah and Rachel Ray should be responsible for advertising this product. I too, have been charged for two bottles of a product but from a different names company in Fla. It was acai cleansing and a diet capsule. I did not order this . I don't know how they got my acct. no. because I never give it out and especially on the internet. I am 75 and I sure am not interested in this product.
Today, I received a bottle of ACAIBERRY and again I didn't order this. I didn't know what was in the envelope because the return address was not familiar to me. Now I am being charged for postage for something I did not order. I called, got someone I could not understand, after waiting l2 min. She said if I had read the contract I would know that the postage would not be returned. I told her but I didn't order anything and had looked up FWM on the internet and read about all the scams within the company. I never heard of this company and surely hope as some of you I won't be charged for the 87.00. I told here I was going to file a complaint but then she hung up on me. If Oprah has endorsed this product and used it she would look a lot better and so would Rachel Ray. I think I will e-mail them and have them re-tract there endorsement. Thanks, Lil

I am disheartened to read these reviews because I too have had the same experience. I have been charged $87.13 twice on my credit card and never received the pills. I have tried 5 times now to impress upon these people that I want a refund and am told each time that I will receive a confirmation e-mail. Of course, none has ever come. Also. the phone operators are nearly impossible to understand and I find myself repeating the problem over and over. I will continue to call but it's extremely frustrating at this point.

Hi. The same thing happened to me. I contacted the company and told them that I never signed up for any service and did not authorize charges...blah blah blah. What you basically have to do is contact your bank or credit card company and cancel that particular card. Ask to have another card reissued. Fortunately I used my debit card to pay for the 'free trial' so it was relatively easy to cancel my debit card and have the bank reisssue another one. Next, write down everything! Get the name of the rep that 'cancels" your account. Make sure you get the cancellation confirmation code. If/when you get future product, return it to sender using confirmation delivery. (It only costs like $2.00 to have the product sent via US mail using confirmation delivery. )You can track online with the post office when the company has received their product back. Contact your bank/credit card company and ask for an investigation to dispute the charges. you will need to make a written statement verifying your attempts to cancel the account. i went to the company's online site and made a print out of the terms and conditions reflecting that according to them, they are NOT authorized to bill you for any future product NOT received. I sent a copy of the confirmation delivery receipt, the terms and conditions of the company's policy and my statement to my bank. I finally got all of the money back that was debited from my account. It took about 3 months of being VERY proactive. You have to be a pain in THEIR butt and fight back! Good luck!

I was also a victim of FWB Lab... and they first charged me the 87.13 at on 1/1/09 and that same day i called and cancelled the charge since i never recieved anything from them, and i was told i would have a refund at the most 10 business days. when i never got that i called everyday demanding my refund, finally on 1/26/09 i recieved a refund, but it was only for 40.00. now when i call for the other half the people on the phone tell me that my account was credited in full, when clearly from a bank statment it was not, and when i ask to speak with a supervisor they leave me on hold anywhere from 45 min. to an hour before i hang up and try again the next day. This is a SCAM...lesson learned

I can not believe I FELL for this shinola! I am usually so very, very cautious and careful about ordering free trials since typically one gets caught up in this whole mess as there is right now. Oy!

On 1/20 ordered the product and it was delivered in a reasonable time period. On 2/3 a payment was initiated against my account for the $87.13. That was ON the 15th day of the 15 day free trial period, not upon expiration of the trial period per the terms and conditions. I have contacted the bank and cancelled my card. Not sure if I'm thankful it's a check-card/debit card or not since it comes right out of my bank account but it's cancelled and will be filing complaint papers against FWM.

Of course, did try to call them at the 866 number shown for Customer Service today to no avail. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes to only get the box not available ploy and left a message. Also tried to call the 954 number...got no where. Tried sending an email to the address on the website. Came back as undeliverable with an error message of
"Host fwnlabs.com not found".

Shame on me...fighting two battles though as also ordered the partner product from another company.

I now see that I am not alone. I sure wished I had gone to this website before falling prey to this company.
I order the "free" trial package and agreed to pay the $3.95 for S&H. I understood that the "free" package
was mine to keep. Then I received another package. I don't know why. I didn't order it. Then I discovered
that my credit card was charged $87.13, plus they charged an ATM fee of $2.61. I called and spoke with
a customer service rep. He assured me and gave me a confirmation number that the account would be
canceled and I would not received any more product. However, I could not get him to confirm that I would
receive my money back. Something needs to be done about this company. I'm sure they have made millions.

Can't believe this company continues to get away with this. My bank is being less than helpful saying that I ordered the free trial and received the initial shipment, and since I didn't cancel within the 14 days, I have to pay for the shipment. It's not a free trial if you have to pay for it! In any event, I've filed complaints with my bank, the Southeast Florida Better Business Bureau and the Florida State Attorney General's Office. I've also notified fwm that I've taken those steps. Don't know if it will do any good, but I truly don't want to see them get away with steeling all our money. Let fwm know what you've done by e-mailing fwmcancellation@vmail.com.

By the way, you can buy acai berry at nutrition centers for less than $15. Truly a rip-off.

CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY! Don't even bother returning the bogus product... I'm so glad I found this site.

I had purchased the free trial weeks ago. I got concerned and checked my card a couple of weeks ago and found that I had been charged the two shipping charges, so i decided to give it a little more time to arrive. I finIally received colon cleanser yesterday and the acai berry today. They were in envelopes with no order form or any other information, so I got suspicious about ingesting the product and came online to research FWM Laboratories. After reading these complaints IN HORROR I immediately pulled up my credit card account online and found that these crooks charged an additional $120 LAST WEEK, before I had even RECEIVED the trial product. I just reported the card number stolen and the fraudulent charges to block the account from any further bogus charges.

This is a pretty elaborate hoax, considering the professional looking bottle labels and advertisements. It also seems that the products are sold through various entity names...probably to make them harder to find. I have no intention of even trying the product now, because for all I know its just sugar or something potentially harmful, because no legitimate company would operate this way.

On l/07/09 I ordered a comp bottle of acai berry charges to be shipping only of $3.95. My Feb billing I have been billed $87.13 for an unauthorized product that not only have I not received but never ordered. I have been calling the co's #[protected] and was put on hold for over 15 min. This is not an 800 # so who knows how much the call cost me. What are my options for recovering my money once I have cancelled this charge with my cc card co?

Same thing happened to me. I think these slime balls have found a way to legally screw people, and get away with it. They are legally allowed to do this, since there is a disclaimer...though few people even notice, and thats the whole point! They intentionally hide the info, so its there, but you won't notice. Hiding a contract is decietful. If they were to leagally be required to make you check a box before completing the transaction, then it would be fair. They should make laws that protect people online.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB in FLorida and will be filing a complaint with the Atty General in Minnesota. The way this company does business is deceiving. First of all my CC was charged for the 3.95 trial on the 8th of January. The product wasn't even shipped until the 17th of January and not delivered until the 21st. I traced it through USPS. Then they charged my CC for 87.13 on the 23rd of January. How can someone do a 14 day trial in 2 days in beyond me. They then shipped another bottle on the 28th of January, again only 11 days since receipt of the trial bottle. I have filed a dispute with the CC company and have all the backup paperwork. So keep your envelopes as they have tracking numbers and with them you have a better chance of disputing these fraudulant charges.

Ordered a "FREE Trial product" from this company...never received product AND got charged $87.13 on my account. When calling and complaining I got the runaround again and again and again. I was even told that my account had been refunded the $87.13 that day I called. As you would expect my account was never refunded! I was also charged a mysterious $2.16 similar to other blogs I have read. THIS IS A SCAM. I wish I could close these SOB's down.

WARNING ! This company is a fraud!

I, too, receive my free trial of product. After the fourteen days I tried to cancel my order with FWM Laboratories. Since then, they have charged me four times now. I finally had to go to my bank and cancel my credit card. I didn't even receive the product that I was billed for and that was on January 20, 2009 and was billed twice for $87.13 (for a total of $174.26). I went to look at my bank account transactions to find out that I was indeed charged AGAIN on February 2 and again billed twice! I am now out over $350 plus and I'm quite angry about this. Even though I canceled my order on January 30th. I did speak with someone but it was very difficult to understand her. I also got a confirmation number to confirm my cancellation. But I was still charged anyways... I've NEVER left negative feedback about anything before but I thought that I should at least get my $350 worth of negative on products that didn't even work and that I didn't receive. Hopefully I will get my money back. I will never be ordering anything else like this again.

I was shocked to so many people with the same problem. This charge caused my account to go into a negative balance asi was not prepared for the unauthorized charge the company made to my account! i of course could not contact a human being with any of the numbers listed that i found online. I never received the "free trial sample" to even decide if the product was right for me. I recommend you save your energy of trying to reach someone at the company and contact your bank or credit card company. I have closed my account to protect any further charges. GOOD LUCK! Lesson learned for all of us.
